本发明涉及纺织印染后整理加工技术领域,特别涉及一种织物三防配套用防滑移剂乳液的制备及其用途,该防滑移剂乳液适用于化纤类纺织面料的后整理加工。
背景技术
纱线滑脱,也叫纰裂,是指面料经缝合后,由于织物结构疏松或交织助力较弱,缝口受外力的作用后,平行于缝边的纱线(经纱或纬纱)发生移位而产生的纰裂现象。面料纰裂现象直接影响到服装的外观和穿着寿命。服装面料产生纱线滑脱的原因主要有以下几种:
①纤维本身特性的原因,光滑类的无捻长丝面料,由于其本身纤维较光滑,经纬纱间易产生滑动,缝制成衣后,缝口在受纬向拉力时,沿经向的缝隙处易裂开,造成面料纱线滑脱。较为典型的有真丝缎、真丝斜纹绸、电力纺、涤丝纺、尼丝纺、塔夫绸等。
②面料组织疏稀、线材细弱的原因组织紧度稀疏、线材细弱的面料,极易产生纱线滑脱。若衣服的纵向缝口受纬向拉伸时,便会使经纱沿纬向作横向运动。
③面料组织交织点少的原因在面料组织中,经纬纱的交织点越少,经纬纱浮长线就越多越长,面料紧度就越小,缝制成衣后缝口处的面料极易产生纱线滑脱,如各种缎组织的面料。
④面料经纬纱捻向的影响若经纬纱的捻向相反时,两纱线接触面处的纤维几乎成垂直,纤维间不能抱合而易产生滑动。
⑤面料加工处理的影响,某些助剂如柔软剂和织物三防类的助剂,由于这些助剂会改变纱线的动静摩擦系数,纱线间的抱合力变差,从而产生纱线滑脱现象。
目前,市面上比较常用的纱线防滑脱助剂主要为胶质二氧化硅类,由于它能提高纱线的摩擦系数,所以能一定程度改善纱线的滑脱现象。这类防滑脱助剂由于分子量比较小对于防滑移要求不是特别高的化纤类面料能起到一定的效果,而对于高支高密的塔夫绸类的化纤面料或者是春亚纺面料其改善防滑脱的作用并不是特别显著。
织物三防(防水,防油,防污)加工在面料后整理加工中占有比较高的比重,比较常见的三防助剂主要有丙烯酸类,聚氨酯类,石蜡类,硅油类,由于这些结构的助剂的摩擦系数比较低,或多或少都会影响纱线间的交织及抱合力,从而产生滑脱现象;
此外,胶质类二氧化硅的防滑脱助剂和织物三防类的助剂一起使用时,虽然滑脱现象能有一定的改善,但是,由于胶质二氧化硅类的助剂它们不具有防水效果或者是有一定的亲水性,和三防类的助剂一起配套使用有比较大的冲突,而且也会影响面料的手感(手感偏硬),应用受到很大的限制。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述缺陷,提出一种新类型的纱线防滑脱助剂的制备,改纱线防滑脱助剂能够显著改善化纤类面料纱线的防滑移效果。

上述阳离子表面活性剂选自脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于:
上述溶剂选自白油、异戊二醇、丁醇、乙二醇、三丙二醇、二丙二醇、乙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚中的一种或几种。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于:
上述酸选自醋酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、羟基乙酸中的一种或几种。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于:
上述消泡剂选自聚醚类消泡剂、有机硅类消泡剂中的一种或几种。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于:其具体制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1.将MQ硅树脂和溶剂混合后,加热搅拌至80℃-100℃,完全溶解至透明状;
S2.加入柔软剂搅拌均匀,降温至40-50℃;
S3.加入表面活性剂,常温搅拌混合0.5-1.5小时;
S4.采用高速剪切机乳化(剪切速率调至20000rpm-30000rpm),边剪切边加入去离子水,每次加水5%-10%直至添加完毕,时间间隔5-10分钟,温度设定为40-50℃;
S5.加入酸,消泡剂混合均匀。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于:具有如下用途中的至少一种:
A.应用于织物三防整理;
B.与其他助剂复配后,应用于织物三防整理;
上述其他助剂选自丙烯酸类,聚氨酯类,石蜡类,硅油类三防助剂中的一种或几种;
其中,如权利要求1-8任一上述的一种纱线防滑脱助剂与其他助剂的质量比例为1:0.1-10。
与现有织物防滑脱助剂相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)具有很好的防滑脱性。MQ树脂由于分子量大,性质独特,防滑脱性更好
(2)防水效果强。MQ树脂的网状结构和低表面张力赋予织物较强的拒水性能,与织物三防类的防水剂并用时不影响面料的防水效果,同时可以改善面料的防滑脱性能。
(3)手感柔软。MQ树脂和柔软剂的协同作用,在改善面料防滑脱性的同时,也可赋予织物较为柔软的手感风格。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种新型纱线防滑脱助剂的制备方法
分别称量15%重量的MQ树脂(分子量约50000),5%重量的乙二醇,混合均匀,加热至80℃,搅拌1小时,至MQ树脂完全溶解呈透明液体。加入3%重量的1000粘度的聚二甲基硅油搅拌均匀,降温至40℃。向体系中加入2%重量的十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚,1%重量的十八烷基三甲基氯化铵,常温搅拌混合均匀1小时。对该组分采用高速剪切机乳化,剪切速率调至20000rpm,边剪切边加入去离子水,每次加水5%,时间间隔5分钟,温度设定为40℃摄氏度。最后加入0.3%醋酸和0.1%硅系消泡剂,搅拌混合均匀。
实施例2:
一种新型纱线防滑脱助剂的制备方法

分别称量20%重量的MQ树脂(分子量约50000),10%重量的乙二醇丁醚,混合均匀,加热至90℃,搅拌1小时,至MQ树脂完全溶解呈透明液体。加入3%重量1000粘度的聚二甲基硅油,3%重量1000粘度的氨基硅油搅拌均匀,降温至40℃。向体系中加入4%重量的异构十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚,2%重量的十八烷基三甲基氯化铵,常温搅拌混合均匀1小时。对该组分采用高速剪切机乳化,剪切速率调至30000rpm,边剪切边加入去离子水,每次加水5%,时间间隔5分钟,温度设定为50℃摄氏度。最后加入0.3%苹果酸和0.1%聚醚类消泡剂,搅拌混合均匀。
实施例14:性能测试
1.接缝滑移测试:GB/T 13772.1,经纱和纬纱各测试三成取平均值
2.防水性测试:AATCC-22
3.手感测试:触感评价面料的柔软程度
测试表1:
由测试表格1可以看出本发明制备的防滑移剂比胶质硅酸类的防滑移剂的防滑脱性要好,而且加工完的面料具有较强的防水效果,手感也比较柔软,应用的范围也比较广泛,单独使用时可以做为防滑移剂用,也可做为无氟类的防水剂,可以兼顾防水、手感和防滑脱性。
测试表2:
由测试表格2可以看出本单独的丙烯酸类的无氟防水剂加工处理后的210T涤塔夫面料,其缝目滑脱性变差;胶质硅酸类的防滑移剂能再一定程度上改善其防滑移性,但是对面料的防水性能影响很大,不适应于织物三防类的加工处理;本发明的新型防滑移剂和丙烯酸系的无氟防水剂一起使用时,面料的防滑性能不单有比较好的改善,而且不影响面料的防水性能,同时面料的手感也在一定程度上有改善。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于:
所述MQ硅树脂的分子式为(R2SiO0.5)m(SiO2)n;
其中,m/n=0.2~4.0;
R相同或不相同,选自烷基或羟基。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于:
所述柔软剂选自聚二甲基硅油、氨基硅油、羟基硅油、脂肪酰胺类柔软剂、烷基硅油中的一种或几种的混合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于:
所述表面活性剂选自非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于:
所述非离子表面活性剂选自直链烷基聚氧乙烯醚、直链烷基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、异构烷基聚氧乙烯醚、异构烷基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚;
所述阳离子表面活性剂选自脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于:
所述溶剂选自白油、异戊二醇、丁醇、乙二醇、三丙二醇、二丙二醇、乙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚中的一种或几种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于:
所述酸选自醋酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、羟基乙酸中的一种或几种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于:
所述消泡剂选自聚醚类消泡剂、有机硅类消泡剂中的一种或几种。
9.如权利要求1-8任一所述的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于,其具体制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1.将MQ硅树脂和溶剂混合后,加热搅拌至80℃-100℃,完全溶解至透明状;
S2.加入柔软剂搅拌均匀,降温至40-50℃;
S3.加入表面活性剂,常温搅拌混合0.5-1.5小时;
S4.采用高速剪切机乳化,边剪切边加入去离子水,每次加水5%-10%,时间间隔5-10分钟,温度设定为40-50℃;
S5.加入酸,消泡剂混合均匀。
10.如权利要求1-8任一所述的一种纱线防滑脱助剂,其特征在于,具有如下用途中的至少一种:
A.应用于织物三防整理;
B.与其他助剂复配后,应用于织物三防整理;
所述其他助剂选自丙烯酸类,聚氨酯类,石蜡类,硅油类三防助剂中的一种或几种;
其中,如权利要求1-8任一所述的一种纱线防滑脱助剂与其他助剂的质量比例为1:0.1-10。
