Abstract

本发明公开了一种卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备,包括机架,所述机架上通过铰接的方式安装有转动架,转动架上安装有用于切割装饰板的切割单元,机架上通过滑动连接的方式安装有滑动架,滑动架上安装有两组固定单元,机架上还安装有驱动单元,驱动单元用于固定单元的夹紧与转动架的旋转。本发明采用双工位设计,操作人员可在待工作状态上的工位进行操作,提高了装饰板的生产效率与安全性,节约了装饰板的生产成本,并且通过一个驱动单元的驱动力,为固定单元的夹紧与转动架的旋转提供,节约了装置的使用与制造成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备技术领域,具体的说是一种卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备。
背景技术
随着汽车外观设计日趋多样化,汽车外饰件已经成为汽车不可或缺的组成部分,其对提升汽车外观造型的美感、减少轻微擦碰时的维修成本,有着重要的作用。汽车外饰件的结构,直接影响了其在装配至车身时的外观效果及其自身的结构强度。
目前在我国的卡车脚蹬装饰板生产企业中,脚蹬装饰板上的飞边基本都是通过人工进行切除的。这种加工方法虽然能够使用,但是由于是人工进行加工,因此加工效率比较低,生产也不安全,操作人员容易划伤手指。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出一种卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备。
本发明解决其技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备,包括机架,所述机架上通过铰接的方式安装有转动架,转动架上安装有用于切割装饰板的切割单元,机架上通过滑动连接的方式安装有滑动架,滑动架上安装有两组固定单元,机架上还安装有驱动单元,驱动单元用于固定单元的夹紧与转动架的旋转。
切割单元包括切割电机与切割片,切割电机安装在转动架上,切割片安装在切割电机的轴上。
固定单元包括固定架,固定架上安装有导柱,导柱安装在可沿滑动架竖向滑动,导柱的外壁套有弹簧,弹簧固定在滑动架上。
驱动单元包括切割单元驱动组件、固定单元驱动组件与动力组件。
切割单元驱动组件包括一号齿轮,一号齿轮安装在转动架上,可用于驱动转动架旋转。
固定单元驱动组件包括驱动轴,驱动轴通过轴承连接的方式安装在机架上,驱动轴的外壁上安装有二号齿轮与凸轮,凸轮与切割单元相配合。
动力组件包括气缸与滑动块,气缸固定在机架上,滑动块通过滑动连接的方式安装在机架上,气缸的输出端与滑动块相连接,滑动块上安装有齿条,齿条与一号齿轮、二号齿轮相啮。
滑动架上设有定位槽。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用双工位设计,操作人员可在待工作状态上的工位进行操作,提高了装饰板的生产效率与安全性,节约了装饰板的生产成本,并且通过一个驱动单元的驱动力,为固定单元的夹紧与转动架的旋转提供,节约了装置的使用与制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面通过对实施例的描述,本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理、制造工艺及操作使用方法等,作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
如图1至图2所示,一种卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备,包括机架1,所述机架1上通过铰接的方式安装有转动架2,转动架2上安装有用于切割装饰板的切割单元,机架1上通过滑动连接的方式安装有滑动架3,滑动架3上安装有两组固定单元4,机架1上还安装有驱动单元,驱动单元用于驱动固定单元4的夹紧与转动架2的旋转。使用时,固定单元4为滑动架3上的两个工位,当其中一个处于工作状态时,另外一个就处于待工作状态,操作人员可在待工作状态上的工位进行操作,提高了装饰板的生产效率与安全性,节约了装饰板的生产成本,并且通过一个驱动单元的驱动力,为固定单元4的夹紧与转动架2的旋转提供,节约了装置的使用与制造成本。
转动架2上设有转动连接轴,转动连接轴通过轴承连接的方式安装在机架1上。使用时,一号齿轮7安装在传动连接轴的外壁上,并通过一号齿轮7的旋转带动切割单元的旋转,实现了对装饰板的切割。
切割单元包括切割电机5与切割片6,切割电机5安装在转动架2上,切割片6安装在切割电机5的轴上。使用时,切割电机5工作,切割电机5的轴带动切割片6旋转,为装饰板的切割提供了工作条件。
固定单元4包括固定架41,固定架41上安装有导柱42,导柱42安装在可沿滑动架3竖向滑动,导柱42的外壁套有弹簧43,弹簧43固定在滑动架3上。使用时,通过固定架41的竖向移动,实现了对装饰板的夹紧,而弹簧43的弹力则推动固定架41保持在一定的高度,方便操作人员将装饰板插入固定架41与滑动架3之间。
驱动单元包括切割单元驱动组件、固定单元驱动组件与动力组件。使用时,动力组件带动切割单元驱动组件与固定单元驱动组件的工作,从而为切割单元与固定单元4的工作提供动力。
切割单元驱动组件包括一号齿轮7,一号齿轮7安装在转动架2上,其用于驱动转动架2旋转。
固定单元驱动组件包括驱动轴8,驱动轴8通过轴承连接的方式安装在机架1上,驱动轴8的外壁上安装有二号齿轮9与凸轮10,凸轮10与切割单元相配合,当二号齿轮9旋转时,二号齿轮9带动驱动轴8旋转,驱动轴8带动凸轮10旋转,凸轮10带动固定单元4移动,为装饰板的固定提供动力。
动力组件包括气缸11与滑动块12,气缸11固定在机架1上,滑动块12通过滑动连接的方式安装在机架1上,气缸11的输出端与滑动块12、滑动架3相连接,滑动块12上安装有齿条13,齿条13与一号齿轮7、二号齿轮9相啮合。使用时,气缸11工作,气缸11的输出端带动滑动块12、滑动架3移动,滑动块12带动齿条13移动,齿条13带动一号齿轮7与二号齿轮9旋转,为固定单元4的工作与转动架2的旋转提供动力,节约了装置的使用与制造成本;滑动架3移动则实现对不同工位的切换,为装置的工作提供条件。
滑动架3上设有定位槽,定位槽用来对装饰板进行定位,提高了装饰板的定位精度。
使用时,操作人员将装饰板放入定位槽内,接着人工移动滑动架,滑动架3带动装饰板移动,直至滑动架3移动到工作位置,然后气缸11工作,气缸11的输出端带动滑动块12、移动,滑动块12带动齿条13移动,齿条13带动一号齿轮7与二号齿轮9旋转,二号齿轮9带动驱动轴8旋转,驱动轴8带动凸轮10旋转,凸轮10带动固定架41的竖向移动,直至将装饰板夹紧,并且一号齿轮7带动转动架2旋转,当转动架2旋转到工作位置时,切割电机5工作,切割电机5的轴带动切割片6旋转,切割片6将装饰板上多余的材料切除,实现了对装饰板的切割生产,替代了人工,节省了人力物力。

1.一种卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备,其特征在于:包括机架,所述机架上通过铰接的方式安装有转动架,转动架上安装有用于切割装饰板的切割单元,机架上通过滑动连接的方式安装有滑动架,滑动架上安装有两组固定单元,机架上还安装有驱动单元,驱动单元用于驱动滑动架移动、固定单元的夹紧与转动架的旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备,其特征在于:所述转动架上设有转动连接轴,转动连接轴通过轴承连接的方式安装在机架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备,其特征在于:所述切割单元包括切割电机与切割片,切割电机安装在转动架上,切割片安装在切割电机的轴上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备,其特征在于:所述固定单元包括固定架,固定架上安装有导柱,导柱安装在可沿滑动架竖向滑动,导柱的外壁套有弹簧,弹簧固定在滑动架上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备,其特征在于:所述驱动单元包括切割单元驱动组件、固定单元驱动组件与动力组件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备,其特征在于:所述切割单元驱动组件包括一号齿轮,一号齿轮安装在转动架上,可用于驱动转动架旋转。
7.根据权利要求5所述的卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备,其特征在于:所述固定单元驱动组件包括驱动轴,驱动轴通过轴承连接的方式安装在机架上,驱动轴的外壁上安装有二号齿轮与凸轮,凸轮与切割单元相配合。
8.根据权利要求5所述的卡车脚蹬装饰板用切割设备,其特征在于:所述动力组件包括气缸与滑动块,气缸固定在机架上,滑动块通过滑动连接的方式安装在机架上,气缸的输出端与滑动块相连接,滑动块上安装有齿条,齿条与一号齿轮、二号齿轮相啮。
