一种剪板机，包括左、右墙板，其特征在于：所述左、右墙板的内壁上分别固定安装有左、右两滑槽，所述左、右两滑槽之间滑动安装有上刀架，所述左、右两滑槽的下端设有下刀架，所述上刀架的左、右两端铰接有连杆，所述连杆下端铰接偏心轮，所述偏心轮固定在主动轴上，所述主动轴的一端固定安装有小齿轮，所述小齿轮的下方啮合有大齿轮，所述大齿轮通过固定安装的电动机传动连接。
所述上刀架上设有上刀口，所述下刀架上设有下刀，所述电动机的前端固定安装有减速机。
    本实用新型的电动机带动减速机转动，减速机上的小齿轮带动主轴上的大齿轮转动，偏心轮也随之转动，偏心轮上的连杆便带动了上刀架的上、下移动，上刀架便能产生剪切功能。
