背景技术
液氮冰激凌是使用液氮制备的冰激凌。其特点是制作方法简单、现做现吃、口感好。液氮冰激凌一般是由小商贩或小店现场制作售卖的。
现有的液氮冰激凌的制作方式多数采用人工向冰激凌液中倾倒液氮的方式。这种方式危险性大,而且操作不便。
另一种方法是使用自增压式液氮容器加注液氮。但是这种方法需要较为繁杂的配套装置和操作平台,导致占地面积大、移动不便,从而不方便小商贩或小店使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中,自增压式液氮容器加注液氮需要较为繁杂的配套装置和操作平台,不方便小商贩或小店使用的缺点,本发明提供一种液氮冰激凌加注机,其目的在于:将所有液氮冰激凌制备所需的设备集成在一起,方便使用和移动;此外通过加热棒和压力控制器的协同作用,能够实现电动增压,使得液氮的排出操作比人工倾倒或自增压式液氮容器更加方便,使其适用于小商贩和小店。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种液氮冰激凌加注机,包括液氮罐和方箱体,所述液氮罐设置在方箱体的内部,方箱体上部设置有操作平台,液氮罐上设置有进出液连接管,进出液连接管的下端伸入液氮罐的底部,进出液连接管上端分别连接有进液管和出液管,进液管上设置有截止阀,出液管上设置有排液阀,出液管的出口设置在操作平台的上方,所述液氮罐内设置有加热棒。
采用该技术方案后,搅拌机等用于加工冰激凌的设备能够设置在操作平台上,当需要向冰激凌液中注入液氮时,通过加热棒加热使得液氮罐内部增压,液氮通过出液管流出。当液氮罐内液氮不足时通过进液管向液氮罐中补充液氮。所有必须的用品均集成在方箱体内部和操作平台上,使得设备体积更小,方便使用和移动,使其适用于小商贩和小店。
优选的,方箱体的侧面设置有控制箱,控制箱内设置有相互连接的压力控制器和增压开关,液氮罐上部设置有压力表和压力变送器,压力变送器通过信号线与压力控制器连接,所述增压开关与加热棒通过电源线连接。

进一步优选的,方箱体的侧面设置有控制箱,控制箱内设置有差压式液位计,所述液氮罐上设置有低液位检测口和高液位检测口,差压式液位计通过气管Ⅰ和气管Ⅱ分别与低液位检测口和高液位检测口连接;差压式液位计与增压开关连接。
采用该优选方案后,差压式液位计能对罐内液量实时监测,当液位低于低液位设定值时发出蜂鸣报警,且控制加热棒停止工作;当液位高于低液位设定值时,才允许加热棒工作。能够及时提醒使用者添加液氮,并且防止液氮不足时加热棒干烧。
优选的,液氮罐顶部设置有排气管,排气管上设置有排气阀。排气管用于在对液氮罐加入液氮时排除液氮罐上部的气体。
优选的,进出液连接管和进液管外围设置有真空夹层。真空夹层能够对进出液连接管和进液管进行保温,避免在添加液氮过程中由于温度过高造成液氮在管道中挥发,减少液氮的损耗。
优选的,出液管的出口处设置有过滤器。过滤器用于过滤液氮中的杂质,使冰激凌产品更卫生。
优选的,出液管的出口外围设置有不锈钢罩。不锈钢罩用于防止液氮四处喷洒造成的不便。
优选的,操作平台上靠近出液管的出口的侧面设置有屏风板。屏风板用于阻挡液氮,防止液氮洒出操作平台;同时还可阻挡风对液氮注入的影响。
优选的,操作平台的侧面设置有铆接连接的翻转平台,翻转平台和方箱体的侧面设置有相互匹配的插销锁,翻转平台远离操作平台的一侧通过铆接连接有支撑架,支撑架远离翻转平台的一侧设置有伸缩脚杯,翻转平台和支撑架之间还设置有用于固定和限位的折叠拉条。
采用该优选方案后,能够将翻转平台翻起来与操作平台齐平并利用支撑架和折叠拉条固定,从而使得台面上能够摆放更多的设备和物品,增大操作空间。不需要时可以将翻转平台放下,减小设备的占地空间。
优选的,方箱体的底部设置有滚轮。滚轮使得整台设备的移动更加方便。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1.所有必须的用品均集成在方箱体内部和操作平台上,使得设备体积更小,方便使用和移动,使其适用于小商贩和小店。
2.当压力控制器检测到液氮罐中的压力大于设定值时,可自动切断增压开关,停止加热棒的加热;低于设定值时可开启增压开关,使加热棒加热对液氮罐增压。实现了自动控制液氮罐中的压力,降低了设备的操作难度和冰激凌贩卖者的劳动强度。
3.差压式液位计能对罐内液量实时监测,当液位低于低液位设定值时发出蜂鸣报警,且控制加热棒停止工作;当液位高于低液位设定值时,才允许加热棒工作。能够及时提醒使用者添加液氮,并且防止液氮不足时加热棒干烧。
4.排气管用于在对液氮罐加入液氮时排除液氮罐上部的气体。
5.真空夹层能够对进出液连接管和进液管进行保温,避免在添加液氮过程中由于温度过高造成液氮在管道中挥发,减少液氮的损耗。
6.过滤器用于过滤液氮中的杂质,使冰激凌产品更卫生。

10.滚轮使得整台设备的移动更加方便。

下面结合图1至图5对本发明作详细说明。
实施例1
一种液氮冰激凌加注机,包括液氮罐2和方箱体1,方箱体1由作为骨架的小车支架16和钢板构成,小车支架16和钢板通过焊接或螺钉连接,方箱体1的底部设置有滚轮。方箱体1侧面设置有一个前门26。方箱体1上部设置有操作平台。所述液氮罐2设置在方箱体1的内部,液氮罐2通过固定脚17与小车支架16连接。
液氮罐2上设置有进出液连接管,进出液连接管的下端伸入液氮罐2的底部,进出液连接管上端分别连接有进液管31和出液管29,进出液连接管和进液管31外围设置有真空夹层。进液管31上设置有截止阀32,出液管29上设置有排液阀30,出液管29的出口设置在操作平台的上方,出液管29的出口处设置有过滤器10,出液管29的出口外围设置有不锈钢罩9。操作平台上靠近出液管29的出口的侧面设置有屏风板11。液氮罐2顶部设置有排气管13和安全阀24。排气管13的入口位于液氮罐2的最高处,以保证排气管随时处于液氮罐2内部上方的气体部分。排气管13上设置有排气阀12。
所述液氮罐2内设置有加热棒23。作为一种优选结构,加热棒23从液氮罐2顶部插入液氮罐2的内胆中,且加热棒23自带螺纹通过压紧四氟垫圈与液氮罐2进行密封。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,方箱体1的侧面设置有控制箱3,控制箱3内设置有相互连接的压力控制器8、差压式液位计5和增压开关6,液氮罐2上部设置有压力表27和压力变送器25,压力变送器25通过信号线28与压力控制器8连接,所述增压开关6与加热棒23通过电源线21连接。差压式液位计中设置有蜂鸣模块。差压式液位计5和压力控制器8设置有用于显示液氮量和压力的液晶屏。
所述液氮罐2上设置有低液位检测口19和高液位检测口22,差压式液位计5通过气管Ⅰ18和气管Ⅱ20分别与低液位检测口19和高液位检测口22连接;差压式液位计5与增压开关6连接。
控制箱内还设置有电源4和漏电保护器7。
添加液氮时,闭合漏电保护器7和电源4的开关,此时差压式液位计5、压力控制器8开始显示。打开方箱体前门26,将装满液氮的自增压容器与截止阀32用补液软管连接,再打开排气阀12,关闭排液阀30,再打开自增压容器的阀门开始补液。当差压式液位计5显示液位高度到达预定值或者排气管13有少量液氮喷出时即满液,此时关闭截止阀33,卸下补液软管,整个补液完成。
制作液氮冰激凌时,依次关闭排气阀12、方箱体前门26,闭合增压开关6,加热棒23开始工作,液氮罐2内开始增压。当压力控制器8显示压力到达设定值时,自动控制加热棒23断开,停止为罐内增压。此时打开排液阀30,出液管29开始出液,此时可以进行冰激凌制作。当液氮罐2内压力未到达设定值,且液氮到达差压式液位计5低液位设定值时,差压式液位计5发出蜂鸣报警声,提醒用户及时补液,并且断开加热棒23,防止加热棒23空烧。
实施例3
在实施例1的基础上,操作平台的侧面设置有铆接连接的翻转平台14,翻转平台14和方箱体1的侧面设置有相互匹配的插销锁15,翻转平台14远离操作平台的一侧通过铆接连接有支撑架34,支撑架34远离翻转平台14的一侧设置有伸缩脚杯35,翻转平台14和支撑架34之间还设置有用于固定和限位的折叠拉条33。
翻转平台14翻起来与操作平台齐平并利用支撑架34和折叠拉条33固定,从而使得台面上能够摆放更多的设备和物品,增大操作空间。不需要时可以将翻转平台14放下,减小设备的占地空间。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的具体实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本申请保护范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请技术方案构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种液氮冰激凌加注机,包括液氮罐(2),其特征在于:还包括方箱体(1),所述液氮罐(2)设置在方箱体(1)的内部,方箱体(1)上部设置有操作平台,液氮罐(2)上设置有进出液连接管,进出液连接管的下端伸入液氮罐(2)的底部,进出液连接管上端分别连接有进液管(31)和出液管(29),进液管(31)上设置有截止阀(32),出液管(29)上设置有排液阀(30),出液管(29)的出口设置在操作平台的上方,所述液氮罐(2)内设置有加热棒(23)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种液氮冰激凌加注机,其特征在于:所述方箱体(1)的侧面设置有控制箱(3),控制箱(3)内设置有相互连接的压力控制器(8)和增压开关(6),液氮罐(2)上部设置有压力表(27)和压力变送器(25),压力变送器(25)通过信号线(28)与压力控制器(8)连接,所述增压开关(6)与加热棒(23)通过电源线(21)连接。
3.按照权利要求2所述的一种液氮冰激凌加注机,其特征在于:所述控制箱(3)内设置有差压式液位计(5),所述液氮罐(2)上设置有低液位检测口(19)和高液位检测口(22),差压式液位计(5)通过气管Ⅰ(18)和气管Ⅱ(20)分别与低液位检测口(19)和高液位检测口(22)连接;差压式液位计(5)与增压开关(6)连接。
4.按照权利要求1所述的一种液氮冰激凌加注机,其特征在于:所述液氮罐(2)顶部设置有排气管(13),排气管(13)上设置有排气阀(12)。
5.按照权利要求1所述的一种液氮冰激凌加注机,其特征在于:所述进出液连接管和进液管(31)外围设置有真空夹层。
6.按照权利要求1所述的一种液氮冰激凌加注机,其特征在于:所述出液管(29)的出口处设置有过滤器(10)。
7.按照权利要求1所述的一种液氮冰激凌加注机,其特征在于:所述出液管(29)的出口外围设置有不锈钢罩(9)。
8.按照权利要求1所述的一种液氮冰激凌加注机,其特征在于:所述操作平台上靠近出液管(29)的出口的侧面设置有屏风板(11)。
9.按照权利要求1所述的一种液氮冰激凌加注机,其特征在于:所述操作平台的侧面设置有铆接连接的翻转平台(14),翻转平台(14)和方箱体(1)的侧面设置有相互匹配的插销锁(15),翻转平台(14)远离操作平台的一侧通过铆接连接有支撑架(34),支撑架(34)远离翻转平台(14)的一侧设置有伸缩脚杯(35),翻转平台(14)和支撑架(34)之间还设置有用于固定和限位的折叠拉条(33)。
10.按照权利要求1所述的一种液氮冰激凌加注机,其特征在于:所述方箱体(1)的底部设置有滚轮。
