Abstract

本发明提供了一种三组分针织物一浴染色工艺,其特征在于:采用一浴染色法对涤纶、锦纶、棉的三组分混纺织物进行染色;所述一浴染色法为:在105‑115℃的条件下用阳离子染料和特制活性染料对混纺织物进行40‑60分钟的染色,使三种组分同时进行染色,染色完成后再统一洗去浮色完成染色。该工艺降低了生产温度,缩短了工艺流程,节省了时间,提高了生产效率,避免了色差的问题。

一种三组分针织物一浴染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及织物整染领域,特别是,涉及一种三组分针织物一浴染色工艺。
背景技术
现有的纺织面料中,对于三组分织物的染色,一般是通过两浴法来实现的,该两浴法具体为:对阳离子改性涤纶、A/C混纺纱组成的一种双纱三组分织物通常,先在120℃条件下用阳离子染料染腈纶和阳离子改性涤纶组分,染完后洗去浮色,再在60℃条件下用活性染料染棉,然后皂洗。整个过程复杂,涉及多次的染色和漂洗过程,一方面染色时间长,生产效率低下;另一方面,高低温的差异和切换导致了大量的能源消耗和浪费。而且由于两次染色的操作方式,极易导致色差的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述缺陷,提供一种针对三组分织物的一浴染色法。
本发明提供的一种三组分针织物一浴染色工艺,其特征在于:采用一浴染色法对涤纶、锦纶、棉的三组分混纺织物进行染色;
上述一浴染色法为:在105-115℃的条件下用阳离子染料和特制活性染料对混纺织物进行40-60分钟的染色,使三种组分同时进行染色,染色完成后再统一洗去浮色完成染色。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种三组分针织物一浴染色工艺,还具有这样的特点:即、上述一浴染色法在酸性条件下进行。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种三组分针织物一浴染色工艺,还具有这样的特点:即、上述阳离子染料和特制活性染料的用量比例为1:0.8-1.5。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种三组分针织物一浴染色工艺,还具有这样的特点:即、上述特制活性染料为包含有质量百分比浓度为58-100%的,含有双(卤代均三嗪)活性基、其连接基为饱和脂肪烃的化合物。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种三组分针织物一浴染色工艺,还具有这样的特点:即、上所述饱和脂肪烃为碳原子数为2-10的饱和脂肪烃。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种三组分针织物一浴染色工艺,还具有这样的特点:即、上述特制活性染料中还包含有1-45%的阳离子染料。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种三组分针织物一浴染色工艺,还具有这样的特点:即、所述特制活性染料为如下结构所示的化合物中的一种或几种的混合;
其中,X为芳香环上任一或任几个取代的卤素;
n为2-10的自然数。
此类染料的相对分子质量大,具有很好的溶解性,和纤维的亲和力也较强,成键牢度高,不易断键,反应性好,在中性和弱酸性条件下也具有良好的散色性能,可满足该三组份混纺织物的染色要求。
本发明的作用和效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明缩短了工艺流程,将两浴染色法改为一浴染色,在105-115℃的条件下用阳离子染料和特殊活性染料一起对阳离子涤纶和晴纶、棉三种组分织物进行染色,使三种组分同时进行染色,染色完成后再统一洗去浮色完成工艺。整个工艺降低了生产温度,缩短了工艺流程,节省了时间,提高了生产效率,避免了色差的问题。
此外,采用本工艺方法,无需添加任何设备,便可实现解决三组分织物一浴染色的工艺,以及达到缩短工艺流程,节省时间的目的。实现节约能源、资源,有助于企业节能减排,清洁生产。
具体实施方式
实施例一、
织物织物为上海嘉乐股份有限公司的100D144FDTY阳离子涤纶+40sA70/C30反包单面绒,通过如下步骤对其进行染色处理。
步骤一、染色前去油处理:去油剂,95℃*15min;
步骤二、染色:
阳离子染料:

Red CA
Blue CA
活性染料:
步骤三、染色处理后,热水洗3次,冷水洗1次。
实施例二、
织物织物为上海嘉乐股份有限公司的100D145FDTY阳离子涤纶+40sA70/C30反包单面绒,通过如下步骤对其进行染色处理。
步骤一、染色前去油处理:去油剂,95℃*15min;

性能测试:
经过以上工艺处理,三组分织物的染色K/S值、皂洗牢度、摩擦牢度评级,与两浴染色工艺相比,染色深度、皂洗牢度、摩擦牢度基本相同。两种染色方法染色性能对比可以发现,采用本发明的一浴法方案完全能获得与两浴法相当的产品处理效果。但是,本发明的方法显然在节能、工艺步骤的简化度上存在极大的优势,更适合当代环保和科学的生产要求。

1.一种三组分针织物一浴染色工艺,其特征在于:采用一浴染色法对涤纶、锦纶、棉的三组分混纺织物进行染色;
所述一浴染色法为:在105-115℃的条件下用阳离子染料和特制活性染料对混纺织物进行40-60分钟的染色,使三种组分同时进行染色,染色完成后再统一洗去浮色完成染色。
