Abstract

一种防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:卡巴匹林钙40‑60份、载体25‑49份、防结块剂1‑25份;所述载体为β‑环糊精、羟丙基β‑环糊精、甲基纤维素、乙基甲基纤维、乙基纤维素、葡萄糖的一种或两种组合;所述防结块剂为十四酸异丙酯、N,N‑二乙基月桂酰胺、硅酸镁、氯化镁、硅酸镁铝、硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸锌的一种或两种组合。本发明提供的一种防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂,其成分简单,原料均为市售原料,廉价易得,安全性高,有效抑制了卡巴匹林钙的结块现象,提高了卡巴匹林钙的贮存、使用性能,同时,确保了卡巴匹林钙的药性稳定性,十分具有实用价值;而且制备工艺简单,简单的混合即可。

防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及兽医学领域,特别涉及兽用药物,具体涉及一种防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
卡巴匹林钙(earbasalatecaleium)为阿司匹林衍生物,其疗效同阿司匹林,但是副作用低,水溶性好,药效和生理功能也更好,因而得到广泛重视。由于卡巴匹林钙的结构特点,在贮存过程中,容易吸湿结块,影响了药物的贮存、稳定性及使用性能。然而,关于卡巴匹林钙防结块的研究,却鲜有报道。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述技术现有的技术缺陷,目的是提供一种能有效防结块的复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:
一种防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:卡巴匹林钙40-60份、载体25-49份、防结块剂1-25份;所述载体为β-环糊精、羟丙基β-环糊精、甲基纤维素、乙基甲基纤维、乙基纤维素、葡萄糖的一种或两种组合;所述防结块剂为十四酸异丙酯、N,N-二乙基月桂酰胺、硅酸镁、氯化镁、硅酸镁铝、硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸锌的一种或两种组合。
优选的,由以下重量份的原料组成:卡巴匹林钙40-60份、β-环糊精15-20份、甲基纤维素15-20份、硅酸镁5-10份、N,N-二乙基月桂酰胺5-10份。
优选的,由以下重量份的原料组成:卡巴匹林钙40-60份、羟丙基β-环糊精15-20份、甲基纤维素15-20份、硅酸镁5-10份、十四酸异丙酯5-10份。
如上所述的防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:称取原料,初混后,放入混料机中混合20~30分钟,检验合格后分装即得。
本发明提供的一种防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂,其成分简单,原料均为市售原料,廉价易得,安全性高,有效抑制了卡巴匹林钙的结块现象,提高了卡巴匹林钙的贮存、使用性能,同时,确保了卡巴匹林钙的药性稳定性,十分具有实用价值;而且制备工艺简单,简单的混合即可。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:卡巴匹林钙40-60份、载体25-49份、防结块剂1-25份;所述载体为β-环糊精、羟丙基β-环糊精、甲基纤维素、乙基甲基纤维、乙基纤维素、葡萄糖的一种或两种组合;所述防结块剂为十四酸异丙酯、N,N-二乙基月桂酰胺、硅酸镁、氯化镁、硅酸镁铝、硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸锌的一种或两种组合。
优选的:载体优选为β-环糊精和甲基纤维素的结合,或羟丙基β-环糊精和甲基纤维素的结合;防结块剂优选为硅酸镁和十四酸异丙酯的结合或硅酸镁和N,N-二乙基月桂酰胺的结合。
优选配方为:卡巴匹林钙40-60份、β-环糊精15-20份、甲基纤维素15-20份、硅酸镁5-10份、N,N-二乙基月桂酰胺5-10份,或卡巴匹林钙40-60份、羟丙基β-环糊精15-20份、甲基纤维素15-20份、硅酸镁5-10份、十四酸异丙酯5-10份。
上述防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:称取原料,初混后,放入混料机中混合20~30分钟,检验合格后分装即得。
由于卡巴匹林钙容易吸湿受潮结块,因此在制作粉剂时需添加一些辅料防止其结块,在不影响药效的同时,使用防结块剂,在颗粒周围形成拒水微化学环境,能够抑制结晶和溶解,减少颗粒对水分的吸收以及相互之间的粘结,进而达到防结块的目的。
本发明实施例2-25防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂配方表见表1-3,其余同实施例1。

经过试验表明,实施例2-9所述防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂与纯卡巴匹林钙粉剂相比具有如下积极效果:恒温恒湿(温度60℃,湿度75%rh)条件下,纯卡巴匹林钙粉剂1-2天开始出现结块现象,3-5天严重结块;所述复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂30天无明显结块;实施例2、实施例9效果最好,无结块,在60天内也无明显结块。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下,还可以作出若干改变和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:卡巴匹林钙40-60份、载体25-49份、防结块剂1-25份;所述载体为β-环糊精、羟丙基β-环糊精、甲基纤维素、乙基甲基纤维、乙基纤维素、葡萄糖的一种或两种组合;所述防结块剂为十四酸异丙酯、N,N-二乙基月桂酰胺、硅酸镁、氯化镁、硅酸镁铝、硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸锌的一种或两种组合。
2.如权利要求1所述的防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:卡巴匹林钙40-60份、β-环糊精15-20份、甲基纤维素15-20份、硅酸镁5-10份、N,N-二乙基月桂酰胺5-10份。
3.如权利要求1所述的防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:卡巴匹林钙40-60份、羟丙基β-环糊精15-20份、甲基纤维素15-20份、硅酸镁5-10份、十四酸异丙酯5-10份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的防结块复方卡巴匹林钙粉剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:称取原料,初混后,放入混料机中混合20~30分钟,检验合格后分装即得。
