本发明公开了一种猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料,由下述重量份的原料制成:猕猴桃果肉果汁100‑120份、银杏叶茶50‑100份、百合5‑10份、麦冬5‑10份、枇杷叶5‑10份和水。制备时,先取猕猴桃,去皮,得猕猴桃果肉果汁;再取银杏叶茶50‑100份、百合5‑10份、麦冬5‑10份、枇杷叶5‑10份混合,加入水煮两次,过滤,合并两次的滤液,得到提取液;最后取猕猴桃果肉果汁100‑120份和所得提取液混合,再加入二者总重量1‑2倍的水,经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得所述猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料。该饮料营养丰富,酸甜适中、口感细腻柔和、味道浓郁,有猕猴桃香味,是一种老少皆宜的保健复合饮料。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料,具体是一种猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
猕猴桃含有丰富的碳水化合物,维生素和微量元素。尤其是维生素C、维生素A叶酸的含量较高。维生素C的含量是苹果的十倍左右,被誉为“维生素C之王”。猕猴桃属低脂低热量水果,还有丰富的叶酸、膳食纤维、低钠高钾等。果肉中黑色颗粒部分,有丰富的维生素E。
银杏叶茶是利用银杏的叶子采取先进技术生产而成,含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物质和维生素等多种营养成分。经常饮用,能增强人体体力,提高免疫功能。现有的银杏叶茶只有袋泡茶和条茶( 即全用银杏叶制成的茶叶),条茶外形不好看,香气淡,茶汤无色或极淡,味苦涩,口感不好。
将猕猴桃和银杏叶茶制成复合饮料,可以改善银杏叶茶饮料的口感,使其老少皆宜。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料及其制备方法,该饮料营养丰富,酸甜适中、口感细腻柔和、味道浓郁,有猕猴桃味,是一种老少皆宜的保健复合饮料。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料,由下述重量份的原料制成:猕猴桃果肉果汁100-120份、银杏叶茶50-100份、百合5-10份、麦冬5-10份、枇杷叶5-10份和水。
进一步,所述原料的重量份为:猕猴桃果肉果汁110份、银杏叶茶80份、百合6份、麦冬6份、枇杷叶6份和水。
所述猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1) 取猕猴桃,去皮,得猕猴桃果肉果汁;
(2)取银杏叶茶50-100份、百合5-10份、麦冬5-10份、枇杷叶5-10份混合,加入上述四种原料总重量3-5倍的水,先武火煮沸,再文火煎煮2-3小时,过滤,将滤渣再加入上述四种原料总重量2-3倍的水,先武火煮沸,再文火煎煮2-3 小时,过滤,合并两次的滤液,得到提取液;
(3)取步骤(1)所得猕猴桃果肉果汁100-120份和步骤(2)所得提取液混合,再加入二者总重量2-3倍的水,经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得所述猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料。
所述银杏叶茶为现有技术。
本发明原料的功效为:
银杏叶茶对心脏血管病治疗效果很好,抗血栓,有助于防止动脉硬化的发生,达到了保护血管、预防和治疗冠心病的目的,对心、脑、肝、肾都有保护作用。还具有降低血清胆固醇含量,扩张血管,改善心脑血液循环,提高末梢血管血流量,促进造血干细胞增殖,解除痉挛,降低血压等作用。
百合、麦冬、枇杷叶具有清咽利喉,降气化痰,清心安神的养生功能。
本发明的有益效果:本发明复合饮料,营养丰富,酸甜适中、口感细腻柔和、味道浓郁,有猕猴桃香味,老少皆宜,通过添加百合、麦冬、枇杷叶,使其还具有清咽利喉,降气化痰,清心安神的养生功能。本发明的制备方法简单、食用方便、成本低,市场前景广阔,适合规模化生产。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的内容作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1) 取猕猴桃,去皮,得猕猴桃果肉果汁;
(2)取银杏叶茶50斤、百合5斤、麦冬5斤、枇杷叶5斤混合,加入上述四种原料总重量3倍的水,先武火煮沸,再文火煎煮2-3小时,过滤,将滤渣再加入上述四种原料总重量2倍的水,先武火煮沸,再文火煎煮2-3 小时,过滤,合并两次的滤液,得到提取液;
(3)取步骤(1)所得猕猴桃果肉果汁100斤和步骤(2)所得提取液混合,再加入二者总重量1倍的水,经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得所述猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料。

(3)取步骤(1)所得猕猴桃果肉果汁100-120斤和步骤(2)所得提取液混合,再加入二者总重量1.5倍的水,经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得所述猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料。
实施例3:
一种猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1) 取猕猴桃,去皮,得猕猴桃果肉果汁;
(2)取银杏叶茶100斤、百合10斤、麦冬10斤、枇杷叶10斤混合,加入上述四种原料总重量5倍的水,先武火煮沸,再文火煎煮2-3小时,过滤,将滤渣再加入上述四种原料总重量3倍的水,先武火煮沸,再文火煎煮2-3 小时,过滤,合并两次的滤液,得到提取液;

1.一种猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制成:猕猴桃果肉果汁100-120份、银杏叶茶50-100份、百合5-10份、麦冬5-10份、枇杷叶5-10份和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制成:猕猴桃果肉果汁110份、银杏叶茶80份、百合6份、麦冬6份、枇杷叶6份和水。
3.一种猕猴桃银杏叶复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)取猕猴桃,去皮,得猕猴桃果肉果汁;
