本发明公开了一种胡萝卜饮料,由主料、辅料、佐粒和水组成。主料由胡萝卜汁15‑20份、苦瓜汁4‑8份、芹菜汁3‑6份、苹果汁5‑10份、山楂汁5‑10份配制组成;辅料由茴香汁0.2‑0.5份、雪菜汁0.5‑1份配制组成;佐料为适量甜昧剂、柠檬酸、食盐;水可为纯净水或矿泉水。本发明的胡萝卜饮料,不仅含有维生素A和维生素C,以及其它人体所需的多种维生素,还含有对人体有宜的微量元素,且低糖、无脂肪,无胆固醇。饮用该饮料,既可以消暑解渴,还可以用干佐餐,补充人体对各种维生素的需要,也可以改变现阶段中小学生普遍存在的偏食不合理的饮食结构。对人体不构成任何危害。

随着人民生活水平的迅速挺高,对饮料的需求量越来越大,应运而生的饮料新品种也不断增加,但目前市场上出售的饮料如桔汁、山楂汁、果茶等,虽然有较高的营养价值,口感好,但营养成份较单一,有的含糖量过高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含多种维生素、低糖,无胆固醇的胡萝卜饮料。
本发明是这样实现的:一种胡萝卜饮料,由主料、辅料、佐粒和水组成。主料由胡萝卜汁15-20份、苦瓜汁4-8份、芹菜汁3-6份、苹果汁5-10份、山楂汁5-10份配制组成;辅料由茴香汁0.2-0.5份、雪菜汁0.5-1份配制组成;佐料为适量甜昧剂、柠檬酸、食盐;水可为纯净水或矿泉水。
本发明的胡萝卜饮料,不仅含有维生素A和维生素c,以及其它人体所需的多种维生素,还含有对人体有宜的微量元素,且低糖、无脂肪,无胆固醇。饮用该饮料,既可以消暑解渴,还可以用干佐餐,补充人体对各种维生素的需要,也可以改变现阶段中小学生普遍存在的偏食不合理的饮食结构。对人体不构成任何危害。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
取胡萝卜汁15份、苦瓜汁4份、芹菜汁3份、苹果汁5份、山楂汁5份,茴香汁0.2份、雪菜汁0.5份以及水适量。
生产工艺:胡萝卜、苦瓜、芹菜、苹果、山楂洗净后,分别粉碎打制取汁;然后将茴香汁、雪菜汁分别洗净压榨取汁;再将各菜汁混合,搅均匀后,加入适量甜味剂,柠檬酸和食盐,再加入矿泉水,灭菌后包装。
实施例2:
取胡萝卜汁20份、苦瓜汁8份、芹菜汁6份、苹果汁10份、山楂汁10份,茴香汁0.5份、雪菜汁1份以及水适量。
生产工艺:同实施例1的方法相同。
