Abstract

本发明公开了一种充气床半成品的生产方法,包括步骤S1:将上片和下片分别传送至上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构的熔接处;步骤S2:通过拉带生产装置生产出一拉带并传送至上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构;步骤S3:上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构将拉带的前后两端分别与上片和下片熔接形成成片;步骤S3:利用成片输出组机构将成片传送给成片收料机构;步骤S5:重复上述步骤S2至步骤S4,当成片的长度为一充气床半成品长度时,切断成片而形成充气床半成品,成片收料机构将充气床半成品取出。该生产方法可一次性完成拉带的制作、拉带与上、下片熔接,自动化程度高,可以有效节省人力,有助于提高充气床的生产效率。本发明还公开实现该生产方法的几种生产设备。

Description

一种充气床半成品的生产方法及生产设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种充气产品的生产方法和生产设备,特别涉及一种充气床半成品的生产方法及生产设备。
背景技术
充气产品因具有重量轻、易收藏与易携带的特点,不仅在户外用品或玩具中有所应用,现已成为应用为家居产品,如常见的充气床、充气沙发等等。
而充气产品(如充气床)如要设置为预定的形状,必须依靠其内部的结构而实现。如现有的充气床有拉带式充气床,如果里面没有拉带结构,充气床很有可能变成一个气球。现有的拉带有I型网布拉带、I型片状拉带、I型线拉带,其中I形片状拉带包括I型片状PVC拉带、I型片状夹心拉带,所述I型片状PVC拉带的材料为一层PVC材料层;所述I型片状夹心拉带的材料为两层PVC材料层中间夹持有至少一层中间层,所述中间层可以为网布或者无纺布;这几种拉带焊接到上片和下片形成充气床半成品目前还是采用人工焊接,需要操作人员将一个个拉带依次焊接到上片和下片上,十分费时,不利于充气床的生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种充气床半成品的生产方法及实现该生产方法的生产设备,能有效提高充气床的生产效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种充气床半成品的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:将上片储料机上的上片传送至上片熔接机构的熔接处,将下片储料机上的下片传送至下片熔接机构的熔接处;
步骤S2:通过拉带生产装置生产出一拉带并将拉带传送至上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构所在位置,使得拉带的前后两端分别位于上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构的熔接处;
步骤S3:上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构同时动作,将拉带的前后两端分别与上片和下片熔接形成成片;
步骤S4:利用成片输出组机构将成片传送给成片收料机构;
步骤S5:重复上述步骤S2至步骤S4,直至计量成片的长度为一充气床半成品长度时,利用设置于成片输出组机构和成片收料机构之间的成片切刀组切断成片而形成充气床半成品,成片收料机构将充气床半成品取出,即完成一充气床半成品的生产周期流程。
在步骤S1中,将上片储料机上的上片从上片熔接机构的外侧传送至上片熔接机构的熔接处,将下片储料机上的下片从下片熔接机构的外侧传送至下片熔接机构的熔接处;在步骤S4中,成片输出组机构将成片从上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构之间传送出后再传送给成片收料机构。
所述的拉带生产装置为I型线拉带生产装置;所述的拉带为I型线拉带。
所述的拉带生产装置为I型片状拉带生产装置;所述的拉带为I型片状PVC拉带或者I型片状夹心拉带。

所述的下带机构包括带机构架、卷料轴、缺料检测机构、备料辊、带压料气缸、切刀机构、夹料机构、夹子上升气缸、带机构横梁、带电机;所述的卷料轴、缺料检测机构、备料辊、压料气缸皆安装在带机构架的一侧且依工序依次排列;所述的带机构横梁跨接在底模传送机构中的行走机架顶部,夹子上升气缸的缸体滑接在带机构横梁上,夹料机构安装在夹子上升气缸的活塞杆的杆端,切刀机构安装在行走机架上且位于带压料气缸与夹料机构之间,带电机安装在带机构横梁上且通过传动机构驱动夹子上升气缸沿带机构横梁来回移动。
所述的拉带生产装置还包括一结构与下带机构的结构相同的上带机构,其设置于SP线下压机构与拉带熔接机构之间。
所述的成片收料机构包括成品机架、夹子组、平台电机、机械手;所述的成品机架固定安装在机架上,所述的机械手固定安装在成品机架上并位于成品机架的正上方,所述的平台电机安装在成品机架的一侧并通过传动机构与夹子组连接,夹子组滑接在成品机架上且可左右移动。
所述成片切刀组包括两个成品气缸、刀片、行程开关、成品切刀梁 、刀片电机、切断底梁;两个成品气缸的缸体分别固定在成品机架的两侧;两个成品气缸的活塞杆的杆端分别与成品切刀梁的两端连接,使得成品切刀梁跨接在成品机架的内侧;刀片电机滑接在成品切刀梁上并可沿成品切刀梁来回移动,刀片固定安装在刀片电机的输出轴上,在成品切刀梁的两端分别安装有行程开关;所述的切断底梁固定安装在成品机架上且位于成品切刀梁的正下方。
所述的拉带分切机构包括分切机架、分切上顶气缸、分切下压气缸、圆切刀、分切限位开关、分切刀梁、分切电机、上顶板;所述的分切机架安装在机架上,分切上顶气缸的缸体固定在分切机架上,上顶板固定在分切上顶气缸的活塞杆的杆端且可上下移动而顶靠在底模上,分切下压气缸的缸体固定在分切机架上,分切刀梁固定在分切下压气缸的活塞杆的杆端且可上下移动,分切电机安装在分切机架上,分切电机通过传动机构驱动圆切刀旋转并沿分切刀梁移动,在分切刀梁的两端分别安装有分切限位开关。
所述的拉带熔接机构包括两个高周波下压气缸、导杆、上镆具、上平板、下平板、高周波发生器;所述的两个高周波下压气缸的缸体分别安装在底模传送机构中的行走机架的两侧,上平板的两端分别通过导杆连接在两个高周波下压气缸的活塞杆的杆端,上镆具固定在上平板的底部,下平板安装在行走机架上且位于上镆具的正下方,上镆具上安装有高周波发生器。
所述的底模为金属柱体。
所述的梳子底模为金属导体,梳子底模的上端分布两排梳子状的弹性理线齿;所述梳子底模下降机构和梳子底模上升机构为顶部设有电磁发生器的电动伸缩杆。

再一种实现上述的一种充气床半成品的生产方法的生产设备,其包括机架、片状拉带储料滚筒、冲孔机构、上片储料机、拉带分切机构、成片输出组机构、成片收料机构、成片切刀组、多个底模、下片储料机、底模传送机构、下片熔接机构、上片熔接机构;所述的片状拉带储料滚筒、冲孔机构、拉带分切机构、多个底模、底模传送机构构成拉带生产装置;所述的底模传送机构包括行走机架、输送带、驱动电机;所述的驱动电机固定安装在行走机架的一侧,驱动电机驱动输送带动作,输送带环绕在行走机架上;所述的多个底模等间隔安装在底模传送机构的输送带上并随输送带移动;所述的片状拉带储料滚筒放置在机架的一端,上片储料机安装在机架的顶部,下片储料机安装在机架的另一端;所述的底模传送机构安装在机架的下部;所述的冲孔机构、拉带分切机构、上片熔接机构、下片熔接机构依次安装在底模传送机构的行走机架上;所述的成片输出组机构安装在机架上并位于下片熔接机构和下片下片熔接机构之间,可将熔接好的成片传送至成片收料机构;所述的成片收料机构安装在机架上,成片收料机构的进料端与成片输出组机构的出料端衔接,成片切刀组安装于机架上且位于成片收料机构和成片输出组机构之间。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明充气床半成品的生产方法可一次性完成拉带的制作、拉带与上、下片熔接,自动化程度高,可以有效节省人力,有助于提高充气床的生产效率。本发明还公开实现该生产方法的几种生产设备;这几种设备自动化程度高,可以实现拉带的制作、拉带与上、下片熔接的一次性生产。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明生产的充气床半成品100的示意图,由上片101和下片102,及连接在上片101和下片102之间的拉带103 构成。在以下几个实施例中以充气床半产品100的上片101和下片102为PVC材料,而拉带103也包含有PVC材料为例进行说明,这样拉带103就能与上片101和下片102进行熔接,当然本发明不局限于PVC材料,只要可以实现拉带103与上片101以及下片102进行熔接并能满足于充气产品的耐压需求的材料均可。
为便于充气床半成品100的制作,本发明揭示了一种充气床半成品的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:将上片储料机7上的上片101传送至上片熔接机构18的熔接处,将下片储料机15上的下片102传送至下片熔接机构17的熔接处;
步骤S2:通过拉带生产装置生产出一拉带103并将拉带103传送至上片熔接机构18和下片熔接机构17所在位置,使得拉带103的前后两端分别位于上片熔接机构18和下片熔接机构17的熔接处;
步骤S3:上片熔接机构18和下片熔接机构17同时动作,将拉带103的前后两端分别与上片101和下片102熔接形成成片100’;
步骤S4:利用成片输出组机构9将成片100’传送给成片收料机构2;
步骤S5:重复上述步骤S2至步骤S4,直至计量成片100’的长度为一充气床半成品100长度时,利用设置于成片输出组机构9和成片收料机构2之间的成片切刀组11切断成片100’而形成充气床半成品100,成片收料机构2将充气床半成品100取出,即完成一充气床半成品100的生产周期流程。
其中在步骤S1中,将上片储料机7上的上片101从上片熔接机构18的外侧传送至上片熔接机构18的熔接处,将下片储料机15上的下片102从下片熔接机构17的外侧传送至下片熔接机构17的熔接处;而在步骤S4中,成片输出组机构9将成片100’从上片熔接机构18和下片熔接机构17之间传送出后再传送给成片收料机构2。
通过本发明的充气床半成品的生产方法可在制作拉带103的同时,实现拉带103与上片101、下片102的熔接,完成充气床半成品100制作,具有自动化程度高的优点,有助于提高充气产品的生产效率。
为了进一步解释本发明的充气床半成品的生产方法,下面通过具体实施例来具体介绍实现本发明的充气床半成品的生产方法的生产设备。
实施例1:
本发明的充气床半成品的生产方法可以适用于在制作I型线拉带1031的同时,实现I型线拉带1031与上片101、下片102的熔接;具体的,在本实施例中,如图3、图4、图5所示,本发明揭示了一种充气床半成品的生产设备以实现本发明的充气床半成品的生产方法,该生产设备包括机架12、SP线储线滚筒1、下带机构4、SP线下压机构3、上带机构10、拉带熔接机构5、拉带定长机构6、上片储料机7、拉带分切机构8、成片输出组机构9、成片切刀组11、成片收料机构2、多个底模13、多个梳子底模14、下片储料机15、底模传送机构16、下片熔接机构17、上片熔接机构18、梳子底模上升机构19、梳子底模下降机构20、梳子底模传送机构21。
所述的SP线储线滚筒1、下带机构4、SP线下压机构3、上带机构10、拉带熔接机构5、拉带定长机构6、拉带分切机构7、多个底模13、多个梳子底模14、底模传送机构16、梳子底模传送机构21、梳子底模上升机构19以及梳子底模下降机构20构成拉带生产装置;在本实施例中,配合图2所示,通过该拉带生产装置生产的拉带103为I型线拉带1031;因此所述的拉带生产装置为I型线拉带生产装置;所述下带机构4用于输送下带到底模13上,所述上带机构10用于输送上带到底模13上,所述上带和下带均为PVC带。在本实施例中,所述的拉带生产装置可以实现上带、下带与SP线进行熔接来实现I型线拉带的成型;对于I型线拉带也可以只需一下带与SP线进行熔接亦可以实现I型线拉带的成型,为保证I型线拉带1031的牢固,此实施例是以两片PVC带夹置SP线形成;因此上述拉带生产装置组成中可以仅设置下带机构4而不设置上带机构10。
参考图4所示,所述的底模传送机构16包括行走机架161、输送带162、驱动电机163;所述的驱动电机163固定安装在行走机架161的一侧,驱动电机163驱动输送带162动作,输送带162环绕在行走机架161上;所述的梳子底模传送机构21包括固定机架211、传送带212、传送电机213,所述的传送电机213固定安装在固定机架211的一侧,传送电机213驱动传送带212动作,传送带212环绕在行走机架161上。
所述的多个底模13等间隔安装在底模传送机构16中输送带162上并随输送带162移动;所述的多个梳子底模14间隔安装在梳子底模传送机构21的传送带212上;其中所述底模13为金属柱体;所述梳子底模14为金属导体,梳子底模14上端分布两排梳子状的弹性理线齿以用于梳理SP线和与底模13嵌合。
所述的SP线储线滚筒1放置在机架12的一端,上片储料机7安装在机架12的顶部,下片储料机15安装在机架12的另一端;所述的底模传送机构16和梳子底模传送机构21安装在机架12的下部。

所述上带机构10与下带机构4的结构相同;如图6和图7所示,所述的下带机构4包括带机构架41、卷料轴42、缺料检测机构43、备料辊44、带压料气缸45、切刀机构46、夹料机构47、夹子上升气缸48、带机构横梁49、带电机410;所述的卷料轴42、缺料检测机构43、备料辊44、压料气缸45皆安装在带机构架41一侧且依工序依次排列;所述的带机构横梁49跨接在底模传送机构16中的行走机架161顶部,夹子上升气缸48的缸体滑接在带机构横梁49上,夹料机构47安装在夹子上升气缸48的活塞杆的杆端,切刀机构46安装在行走机架161上且位于带压料气缸45与夹料机构47之间,带电机410安装在带机构横梁49上且通过传动机构驱动夹子上升气缸48沿带机构横梁49来回移动。下带机构4的动作流程为:
步骤1:带压料气缸45把下带压住,备料辊44向下运动进行备料后再回到起始位;
步骤2:夹料机构47 在切刀机构46的位置处进行夹料,在带电机410的驱动下夹料机构47沿着底模13 把下带拖到定长位暂停;
步骤3:切刀机构46 进行下带切断,夹子机构47 继续往前走到放料位,夹子机构47放开下带继续往前走一小段距离使夹子机构47与下带分离;
步骤4:夹子上升气缸48 使夹子机构47升高,带电机410把夹子机构47驱动回切刀位进行下一次循环;同时备料辊44进行下一次循环备料,重复步骤2、3。
如图12至图14所示,所述的成片收料机构2包括成品机架201、夹子组 202、平台电机203、机械手204;所述的成品机架201固定安装在机架12上,所述的机械手204固定安装在成品机架201上并位于成品机架201的正上方,所述的平台电机203安装在成品机架201的一侧并通过传动机构(带式传动机构)与夹子组202连接,夹子组202滑接在成品机架201上且可左右移动。所述的机械手204可以包括收料夹子组2041、移动座2042、平移电机2043、移动架2044、升降电机2045;所述的移动座2042安装于成品机架201的正上方,移动架2044滑接在移动座2042上,平移电机2043安装在移动座2042上并驱动移动架2044平移,升降电机2045安装在移动座2042上并驱动移动架2044升降,收料夹子组2041安装在移动架2044上。所述的成片切刀组11包括两个成品气缸111、刀片112、行程开关113、成品切刀梁 114、刀片电机115、切断底梁116;两个成品气缸111的缸体分别固定在成品机架201的两侧,两个成品气缸111的活塞杆的杆端分别与成品切刀梁114的两端连接,使得成品切刀梁114跨接在成品机架201的内侧,刀片电机115滑接在成品切刀梁114上并可沿成品切刀梁114来回移动,刀片112固定安装在刀片电机115的输出轴上,在成品切刀梁114的两端分别安装有行程开关113;所述的切断底梁116固定安装在成品机架201上且位于成品切刀梁 114的正下方。成片收料机构2与成片切刀组11的动作流程动作:
步骤1:夹子组202 在平台电机203的驱动下定位到切断底梁116位置,夹子组202上的夹子夹住成片100’的横向边;
步骤2:在平台电机 203 的驱动下,夹子组202拖着成片100’计步往外走,走到设定充气床半成品100长度时暂停;
步骤3:成品气缸 111回缩,带动成品切刀梁 114 下降把成片100’压在切断底梁116上,刀片电机115 带动刀片112 开始向另一端运动对成片100’进行裁切形成充气床半成品100,直到碰到行程开关113 停止;
步骤4:成品气缸111 顶出,把成品切刀梁114上升至起始位,待下一循环往回切;
步骤5:夹子组202把充气床半成品100拖到取料位,夹子组202的夹子松开,夹子组202继续往后走设定距离,保证夹子组202与充气床半成品100完全脱离,平台电机203再把夹子组202 驱动至切断底梁116位置重复步骤1至步骤5;
步骤6:机械手204将充气床半成品100取出放置于位于机架12外的收集处。
如图8、图9所示,所述的拉带分切机构8包括分切机架81、分切上顶气缸82、分切下压气缸83、圆切刀84、分切限位开关85、分切刀梁86、分切电机87、上顶板88;所述的分切机架81安装在机架12上,分切上顶气缸82的缸体固定在分切机架81上,上顶板88固定在分切上顶气缸82的活塞杆的杆端且可上下移动而顶靠在底模13上,分切下压气缸83的缸体固定在分切机架81上,分切刀梁86固定在分切下压气缸83的活塞杆的杆端且可上下移动,分切电机87安装在分切机架81上,分切电机87通过传动机构驱动圆切刀84旋转并沿分切刀梁86移动,在分切刀梁86的两端分别安装有分切限位开关85。
拉带分切机构8的动作流程:
步骤1:底模 13载着熔接好的上带和下带前进到拉带分切机构8位置处;
步骤2:分切上顶气缸82 顶起使上顶板88撑住底模13 ,分切下压气缸83缩回带动分分切刀梁86下行压住上带和下带;
步骤3:分切电机87启动,把圆切刀84带动顺着分切刀梁86移动到另一头分切限位开关85 处停止,待下一循环再往回切;
步骤4:分切下压气缸83顶出把分切刀梁86上升离开底模13,分切上顶气缸82 缩回,底模13移动至下一工位,重复上述步骤进行下一个循环。
如图10、图11所示,所述的拉带熔接机构5包括两个高周波下压气缸51、导杆52、上镆具53、上平板54、下平板55、高周波发生器56;所述的两个高周波下压气缸51的缸体分别安装在底模传送机构16中的行走机架161的两侧,上平板54的两端分别通过导杆52连接在两个高周波下压气缸51的活塞杆的杆端,上镆具53固定在上平板54的底部,下平板55安装在行走机架161上且位于上镆具53的正下方,上镆具53上安装有高周波发生器56。
拉带熔接机构5的动作流程:
步骤1:底模13载着上带和下带前进到拉带熔接机构5位置处;
步骤2:两侧高周波下压气缸51回缩,通过导杆52连接把上平板54向下运动,使上镆具53压住上带和下带,底模 13由下平板55支撑;
步骤3:启动高周波发生器56,高频信号输入到上镆具53进行高频熔接,使上带、下带和中间的SP线熔接在一起;
步骤4:高周波下压气缸51上升使上平板54带动上镆具53上升,底模13向前运动一个工位,重复上述步骤进行下一个循环。
实施例2:
本发明的充气床半成品的生产方法可以适用于在制作I型网布拉带1032的同时,实现I型网布拉带1032与上片101、下片102的熔接;具体的,在本实施例中,如图15、图16、图17所示,本发明揭示了一种充气床半成品的生产设备以实现本发明的充气床半成品的生产方法,该生产设备包括机架12、网布储料滚筒1’、下带机构4、网布下压机构3’、上带机构10、拉带熔接机构5、拉带定长机构6、上片储料机7、拉带分切机构8、成片输出组机构9、成片切刀组11、成片收料机构2、多个底模13、多个梳子底模14、下片储料机15、底模传送机构16、下片熔接机构17、上片熔接机构18、梳子底模上升机构19、梳子底模下降机构20、梳子底模传送机构21。
所述的网布储料滚筒1’、下带机构4、网布下压机构3’、上带机构10、拉带熔接机构5、拉带定长机构6、拉带分切机构7、多个底模13、多个梳子底模14、底模传送机构16、梳子底模传送机构21、梳子底模上升机构19以及梳子底模下降机构20构成拉带生产装置;在本实施例中,配合图15所示,通过该拉带生产装置生产的拉带103为I型网布拉带1032;因此本实施例中所述的拉带生产装置为I型网布拉带生产装置;所述下带机构4用于输送下带到底模13上,所述上带机构10用于输送上带到底模13上,所述上带和下带均为PVC带。在本实施例中,所述的拉带生产装置可以实现上带、下带与网布进行熔接来实现I型网布拉带的成型;对于I型网布拉带也可以只需一下带与网布进行熔接亦可以实现I型网布拉带的成型,为保证I型网布拉带1032的牢固,此实施例是以两片PVC带夹置网布形成;因此上述拉带生产装置组成中可以仅设置下带机构4而不设置上带机构10。
参考图4所示,所述的底模传送机构16包括行走机架161、输送带162、驱动电机163;所述的驱动电机163固定安装在行走机架161的一侧,驱动电机163驱动输送带162动作,输送带162环绕在行走机架161上;所述的梳子底模传送机构21包括固定机架211、传送带212、传送电机213,所述的传送电机213固定安装在固定机架211的一侧,传送电机213驱动传送带212动作,传送带212环绕在行走机架161上。
所述的多个底模13等间隔安装在底模传送机构16的输送带162上并随输送带162移动;所述的多个梳子底模14间隔安装在梳子底模传送机构21的传送带212上;其中所述底模13为金属柱体;所述梳子底模14为金属导体,梳子底模14的上端分布两排梳子状的弹性理线齿以用于梳理网布和与底模13嵌合。
所述的网布储料滚筒1’放置在机架12的一端,上片储料机7安装在机架12的顶部,下片储料机15安装在机架12的另一端;所述的底模传送机构16和梳子底模传送机构21安装在机架12的下部。
所述的梳子底模上升机构19和梳子底模下降机构20皆安装在底模传送机构16工作台面上且均低于底模传送机构16的工作台面;所述的梳子底模14位于拉带熔接机构5和拉带分切机构8之间的下方且梳子底模14套接在底模13上或置于梳子底模传送机构21上底模传送机构16,梳子底模上升机构19可将梳子底模14可自下而上套接在设置于底模传送机构16输送带162上的底模13上,梳子底模下降机构20可将套接在底模13上的梳子底模14可自上而下上的分离;所述梳子底模下降机构20和梳子底模上升机构19可以为顶部设有电磁发生器的电动伸缩杆;所述的下带机构4、网布下压机构3’、上带机构10、拉带熔接机构5、拉带定长机构6、拉带分切机构8、上片熔接机构18、下片熔接机构17依加工顺序依次安装在底模传送机构16的行走机架161上,梳子底模上升机构19位于下带机构4的正下方,梳子底模下降机构20位于拉带定长机构6和拉带分切机构8之间,其中所述的拉带定长机构6为升降平台以拉动网布控制I型网布拉带1301的长度,所述的网布下压机构3’为压线滚辊,所述的上片熔接机构18、下片熔接机构17为高周波焊接机;所述的成片输出组机构9安装在机架12上并位于下片熔接机构17与上片熔接机构18之间,可将熔接好的成片100’传送至成片收料机构2;所述的成片收料机构2安装在机架12上,成片收料机构2的进料端与成片输出组机构9的出料端衔接,以便将成片100’取出,成片切刀组11安装在机架12上且位于成片收料机构2与成片输出组机构9之间。在本实施例中的下带机构4、上带机构10、拉带熔接机构5、拉带定长机构6、上片储料机7、拉带分切机构8、成片输出组机构9、成片切刀组11、成片收料机构2、多个底模13、多个梳子底模14、下片储料机15、底模传送机构16、下片熔接机构17、上片熔接机构18、梳子底模上升机构19、梳子底模下降机构20、梳子底模传送机构21的结构参照实施例1。
实施例3:
本发明的充气床半成品的生产方法可以适用于在制作I型片状拉带1033的同时,实现I型片状拉带1033与上片101、下片102的熔接;具体的,在本实施例中,如图18、图19、图20所示,本发明揭示了一种充气床半成品的生产设备以实现本发明的充气床半成品的生产方法,该生产设备包括机架12、片状拉带储料滚筒1’’、冲孔机构5’、上片储料机7、拉带分切机构8、成片输出组机构9、成片切刀组11、成片收料机构2、多个底模13、下片储料机15、底模传送机构16、下片熔接机构17、上片熔接机构18。
所述的片状拉带储料滚筒1’’、冲孔机构5’、上片储料机7、拉带分切机构8、多个底模13、底模传送机构16构成拉带生产装置;配合图18所示,本实施例中的拉带生产装置生产的拉带为I型片状拉带1033;因此本实施例中的拉带生产装置为I型片状拉带生产设备。在本实施例中,当所述片状拉带储料滚筒1’’存储的材料为PVC带时,I型片状拉带生产设备生产的I型片状拉带1033为I型片状PVC拉带;当所述片状拉带储料滚筒1’’存储的材料为夹心材料时,I型片状拉带生产设备生产的I型片状拉带1033为I型片状夹心拉带,其中所述夹心材料为两层PVC材料层中间夹持有至少一层中间层,所述中间层可以为网布或者无纺布;所述冲孔机构5’为设有多个冲模的冲床或冲孔机。
参考图4所示,所述的底模传送机构16包括行走机架161、输送带162、驱动电机163;所述的驱动电机163固定安装在行走机架161的一侧,驱动电机163驱动输送带162动作,输送带162环绕在行走机架161上;所述的多个底模13等间隔安装在底模传送机构16的输送带162上并随输送带162移动;其中所述底模13为金属柱体。
所述的片状拉带储料滚筒1’’放置在机架12的一端,上片储料机7安装在机架12的顶部,下片储料机15安装在机架12的另一端;所述的底模传送机构16安装在机架12的下部。所述的冲孔机构5’、拉带分切机构8、上片熔接机构18、下片熔接机构17依加工顺序依次安装在底模传送机构16的行走机架上,其中所述的上片熔接机构18、下片熔接机构17为高周波焊接机;所述的成片输出组机构9安装在机架上并位于下片熔接机构17与上片熔接机构18之间,可将熔接好的成片100’传送至成片收料机构2;所述的成片收料机构2安装在机架12上,成片收料机构2的进料端与成片输出组机构9的出料端衔接,以便将成片100’取出,成片切刀组11安装在机架上且位于成片收料机构2与成片输出组机构9之间。本实施例中的上片储料机7、拉带分切机构8、成片输出组机构9、成片切刀组11、成片收料机构2、多个底模13、下片储料机15、底模传送机构16、下片熔接机构17、上片熔接机构18的结构参照实施例1。

Claims (12)

1.一种充气床半成品的生产设备,其特征在于:其生产方法步骤如下:
步骤S1:将上片储料机上的上片传送至上片熔接机构的熔接处,将下片储料机上的下片传送至下片熔接机构的熔接处;
步骤S2:通过拉带生产装置生产出一拉带并将拉带传送至上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构所在位置,使得拉带的前后两端分别位于上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构的熔接处;
步骤S3:上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构同时动作,将拉带的前后两端分别与上片和下片熔接形成成片;
步骤S4:利用成片输出组机构将成片传送给成片收料机构;
步骤S5:重复上述步骤S2至步骤S4,直至计量成片的长度为一充气床半成品长度时,利用设置于成片输出组机构和成片收料机构之间的成片切刀组切断成片而形成充气床半成品,成片收料机构将充气床半成品取出,即完成一充气床半成品的生产周期流程;
所述生产设备包括机架、SP线储线滚筒、下带机构、SP线下压机构、拉带熔接机构、拉带定长机构、上片储料机、拉带分切机构、成片输出组机构、成片收料机构、成片切刀组、多个底模、多个梳子底模、下片储料机、底模传送机构、梳子底模传送机构、下片熔接机构、上片熔接机构、梳子底模上升机构、梳子底模下降机构;
所述的SP线储线滚筒、下带机构、SP线下压机构、拉带熔接机构、拉带定长机构、拉带分切机构、多个底模、多个梳子底模、底模传送机构、梳子底模传送机构、梳子底模上升机构以及梳子底模下降机构构成拉带生产装置;
所述的底模传送机构包括行走机架、输送带、驱动电机;所述的驱动电机固定安装在行走机架的一侧,驱动电机驱动输送带动作,输送带环绕在行走机架上;所述的梳子底模传送机构包括固定机架、传送带、传送电机,所述的传送电机固定安装在固定机架的一侧,传送电机驱动传送带动作,传送带环绕在固定机架上;
所述的多个底模等间隔安装在底模传送机构的输送带上并随输送带移动;所述的多个梳子底模间隔安装在梳子底模传送机构的传送带上;
所述的SP线储线滚筒放置在机架的一端,上片储料机安装在机架的顶部,下片储料机安装在机架的另一端;所述的底模传送机构和梳子底模传送机构安装在机架的下部,梳子底模上升机构和梳子底模下降机构皆安装在梳子底模传送机构工作台面上并均低于底模传送机构的工作台面;所述的梳子底模位于拉带熔接机构和拉带分切机构之间的下方且梳子底模套接在底模上或置于梳子底模传送机构上,梳子底模上升机构可将梳子底模可自下而上套接在设置于底模传送机构的输送带上的底模上,梳子底模下降机构可将套接在底模上的梳子底模可自上而下上的分离;所述的下带机构、SP线下压机构、拉带熔接机构、拉带定长机构、拉带分切机构、上片熔接机构、下片熔接机构依次安装在底模传送机构的行走机架上,梳子底模上升机构位于下带机构的正下方,梳子底模下降机构位于拉带定长机构和拉带分切机构之间;所述的成片输出组机构安装在机架上并位于下片熔接机构和下片下片熔接机构之间,可将熔接好的成片传送至成片收料机构;所述的成片收料机构安装在机架上,成片收料机构的进料端与成片输出组机构的出料端衔接,成片切刀组安装于机架上且位于成片收料机构和成片输出组机构之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气床半成品的生产设备,其特征在于:所述的下带机构包括带机构架、卷料轴、缺料检测机构、备料辊、带压料气缸、切刀机构、夹料机构、夹子上升气缸、带机构横梁、带电机;所述的卷料轴、缺料检测机构、备料辊、压料气缸皆安装在带机构架的一侧且依工序依次排列;所述的带机构横梁跨接在底模传送机构中的行走机架顶部,夹子上升气缸的缸体滑接在带机构横梁上,夹料机构安装在夹子上升气缸的活塞杆的杆端,切刀机构安装在行走机架上且位于带压料气缸与夹料机构之间,带电机安装在带机构横梁上且通过传动机构驱动夹子上升气缸沿带机构横梁来回移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种充气床半成品的生产设备,其特征在于:所述的拉带生产装置还包括一结构与下带机构的结构相同的上带机构,其设置于SP线下压机构与拉带熔接机构之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气床半成品的生产设备,其特征在于:所述的成片收料机构包括成品机架、夹子组、平台电机、机械手;所述的成品机架固定安装在机架上,所述的机械手固定安装在成品机架上并位于成品机架的正上方,所述的平台电机安装在成品机架的一侧并通过传动机构与夹子组连接,夹子组滑接在成品机架上且可左右移动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种充气床半成品的生产设备,其特征在于:所述成片切刀组包括两个成品气缸、刀片、行程开关、成品切刀梁 、刀片电机、切断底梁;两个成品气缸的缸体分别固定在成品机架的两侧;两个成品气缸的活塞杆的杆端分别与成品切刀梁的两端连接,使得成品切刀梁跨接在成品机架的内侧;刀片电机滑接在成品切刀梁上并可沿成品切刀梁来回移动,刀片固定安装在刀片电机的输出轴上,在成品切刀梁的两端分别安装有行程开关;所述的切断底梁固定安装在成品机架上且位于成品切刀梁的正下方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气床半成品的生产设备,其特征在于:所述的拉带分切机构包括分切机架、分切上顶气缸、分切下压气缸、圆切刀、分切限位开关、分切刀梁、分切电机、上顶板;所述的分切机架安装在机架上,分切上顶气缸的缸体固定在分切机架上,上顶板固定在分切上顶气缸的活塞杆的杆端且可上下移动而顶靠在底模上,分切下压气缸的缸体固定在分切机架上,分切刀梁固定在分切下压气缸的活塞杆的杆端且可上下移动,分切电机安装在分切机架上,分切电机通过传动机构驱动圆切刀旋转并沿分切刀梁移动,在分切刀梁的两端分别安装有分切限位开关。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气床半成品的生产设备,其特征在于:所述的拉带熔接机构包括两个高周波下压气缸、导杆、上镆具、上平板、下平板、高周波发生器;所述的两个高周波下压气缸的缸体分别安装在底模传送机构中的行走机架的两侧,上平板的两端分别通过导杆连接在两个高周波下压气缸的活塞杆的杆端,上镆具固定在上平板的底部,下平板安装在行走机架上且位于上镆具的正下方,上镆具上安装有高周波发生器。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气床半成品的生产设备,其特征在于:所述的底模为金属柱体。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气床半成品的生产设备,其特征在于:所述的梳子底模为金属导体,梳子底模的上端分布两排梳子状的弹性理线齿;所述梳子底模下降机构和梳子底模上升机构为顶部设有电磁发生器的电动伸缩杆。
10.一种充气床半成品的的生产设备,其特征在于:其生产方法步骤如下:
步骤S1:将上片储料机上的上片传送至上片熔接机构的熔接处,将下片储料机上的下片传送至下片熔接机构的熔接处;
步骤S2:通过拉带生产装置生产出一拉带并将拉带传送至上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构所在位置,使得拉带的前后两端分别位于上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构的熔接处;
步骤S3:上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构同时动作,将拉带的前后两端分别与上片和下片熔接形成成片;
步骤S4:利用成片输出组机构将成片传送给成片收料机构;
步骤S5:重复上述步骤S2至步骤S4,直至计量成片的长度为一充气床半成品长度时,利用设置于成片输出组机构和成片收料机构之间的成片切刀组切断成片而形成充气床半成品,成片收料机构将充气床半成品取出,即完成一充气床半成品的生产周期流程;

所述的网布储料滚筒放置在机架的一端,上片储料机安装在机架的顶部,下片储料机安装在机架的另一端;所述的底模传送机构和梳子底模传送机构安装在机架的下部,梳子底模上升机构和梳子底模下降机构皆安装在梳子底模传送机构工作台面上并均低于底模传送机构的工作台面;所述的梳子底模位于拉带熔接机构和拉带分切机构之间的下方且梳子底模套接在底模上或置于梳子底模传送机构上,梳子底模上升机构可将梳子底模可自下而上套接在设置于底模传送机构的输送带上的底模上,梳子底模下降机构可将套接在底模上的梳子底模可自上而下上的分离;所述的下带机构、网布下压机构、拉带熔接机构、拉带定长机构、拉带分切机构、上片熔接机构、下片熔接机构依次安装在底模传送机构的行走机架上,梳子底模上升机构位于下带机构的正下方,梳子底模下降机构位于拉带定长机构和拉带分切机构之间;所述的成片输出组机构安装在机架上并位于下片熔接机构和下片下片熔接机构之间,可将熔接好的成片传送至成片收料机构;所述的成片收料机构安装在机架上,成片收料机构的进料端与成片输出组机构的出料端衔接,成片切刀组安装于机架上且位于成片收料机构和成片输出组机构之间。
11.根据权利要求10所述的一种充气床半成品的生产设备,其特征在于:所述的拉带生产装置还包括一结构与下带机构的结构相同的上带机构,其设置于SP线下压机构与拉带熔接机构之间。
12.一种充气床半成品的的生产设备,其特征在于:其生产方法步骤如下:
步骤S1:将上片储料机上的上片传送至上片熔接机构的熔接处,将下片储料机上的下片传送至下片熔接机构的熔接处;
步骤S2:通过拉带生产装置生产出一拉带并将拉带传送至上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构所在位置,使得拉带的前后两端分别位于上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构的熔接处;
步骤S3:上片熔接机构和下片熔接机构同时动作,将拉带的前后两端分别与上片和下片熔接形成成片;
步骤S4:利用成片输出组机构将成片传送给成片收料机构;
步骤S5:重复上述步骤S2至步骤S4,直至计量成片的长度为一充气床半成品长度时,利用设置于成片输出组机构和成片收料机构之间的成片切刀组切断成片而形成充气床半成品,成片收料机构将充气床半成品取出,即完成一充气床半成品的生产周期流程;
所述生产设备包括机架、片状拉带储料滚筒、冲孔机构、上片储料机、拉带分切机构、成片输出组机构、成片收料机构、成片切刀组、多个底模、下片储料机、底模传送机构、下片熔接机构、上片熔接机构;
所述的片状拉带储料滚筒、冲孔机构、拉带分切机构、多个底模、底模传送机构构成拉带生产装置;
所述的底模传送机构包括行走机架、输送带、驱动电机;所述的驱动电机固定安装在行走机架的一侧,驱动电机驱动输送带动作,输送带环绕在行走机架上;所述的多个底模等间隔安装在底模传送机构的输送带上并随输送带移动;
所述的片状拉带储料滚筒放置在机架的一端,上片储料机安装在机架的顶部,下片储料机安装在机架的另一端;所述的底模传送机构安装在机架的下部;所述的冲孔机构、拉带分切机构、上片熔接机构、下片熔接机构依次安装在底模传送机构的行走机架上;所述的成片输出组机构安装在机架上并位于下片熔接机构和下片下片熔接机构之间,可将熔接好的成片传送至成片收料机构;所述的成片收料机构安装在机架上,成片收料机构的进料端与成片输出组机构的出料端衔接,成片切刀组安装于机架上且位于成片收料机构和成片输出组机构之间。
