技术领域
本发明涉及充气产品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种充气产品及充气产品熔接工艺。
背景技术
充气产品,如充气床、充气沙发等等实用产品,由于重量轻、易携带、易收藏等特点被广泛应用。充气产品主要是由多片塑胶片体围焊成一个充气腔实现产品的成型及软性支撑,而充气产品如要设置为预定的形状,必须依靠其内部的拉带与充气产品外围片熔着连接而实现。如果里面没有拉带结构,充气床很有可能变成一个气球。为了保持充气床是一个长方体,就需要在里面设置拉带或气柱牵引而将充气床上表面和下表面绷紧。并且床面要求越平整,其内部设置的拉带数量越多。
传统充气产品,如充气床中的复数个拉带与床体的上下片连接都是采用一片一片接的工艺,其具体制作步骤是:先将床体的上片放入铝框(放料框)中;按记号将一整体的熔着板(铝板)放好;之后将拉带的一端铺好在上片和熔着板上;将铝框推到高周波机下将上片和拉带一端熔着;接下来再把铝框拉出将下片铺好;按记号将铝熔着片放好,将拉带的另一端铺好在下片和熔着片上;再将铝框推到高周波机下将下片与拉带熔着。拉带的连接全过程分两次熔着过电,因此传统的充气产品熔着工艺繁琐,操作慢、时间长,效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种充气产品及充气产品熔接工艺,以解决现有技术中的充气产品熔着工艺繁琐,效率低的技术问题。
本发明提供一种充气产品,其中,包括:
上片、下片、拉带、上固定片和下固定片,所述拉带设置在所述上片和所述下片之间,所述拉带具有相对设置的上拉带片和下拉带片,所述上拉带片和下拉带片由多孔材料制成;
所述上片、上拉带片、上固定片、下固定片、下拉带片和下片依次设置,所述上固定片和所述下固定片远离彼此的一面分别与所述上片的内表面和所述下片的内表面接合,所述上固定片和所述下固定片朝向彼此的一面不接合。
进一步地,所述上固定片与所述上片之间的接合方式为点接合、线接合或者面接合;
和/或,
所述下固定片与所述下片之间的接合方式为点接合、线接合或者面接合。
进一步地,所述上固定片和/或所述下固定片为多个,多个所述上固定片和/或多个所述下固定片间隔设置。
进一步地,所述上固定片和/或所述下固定片包括覆盖层以及固定连接在所述覆盖层上的粘接层。
进一步地,所述粘接层的材质为TPE、TPU、TPR、TPV、PVC、TPO、TPVC、TPVE、EVA或者胶水。
进一步地,所述覆盖层的材质为布。
进一步地,所述拉带为多个,多个所述拉带间隔设置。
本发明还提供一种充气产品熔接工艺,包括以下步骤:
放置充气产品的上片;
将拉带放置在所述上片上,其中,所述拉带具有相对设置的上拉带片和下拉带片,所述上拉带片和下拉带片由多孔材料制成;所述上拉带片和所述下拉带片之间设有上固定片和下固定片,所述上固定片和所述下固定片远离彼此的一面分别与所述上片和所述下片接合,所述上固定片和所述下固定片朝向彼此的一面不接合;
将充气产品的下片放置在所述拉带上;
进行热熔或高周波操作,使上拉带片与上固定片、下固定片与下拉带片同时熔着在一起。
进一步地,将所述上固定片和所述下固定片放入网布内,然后对折所述网布形成环形的拉带。
进一步地,将网布对折后形成C型的拉带,然后在拉带内放入所述上固定片和所述下固定片。
本发明提供给的充气产品包括上片、下片、拉带、上固定片和下固定片,其中,所述拉带具有相对设置的上拉带片和下拉带片,所述上拉带片和下拉带片由多孔材料制成,使得拉带的重量非常轻,从而大幅度减轻充气产品的重量,从而方便使用。此外,当本发明通过在拉带内设置上固定片和下固定片,其中所述上固定片和所述下固定片远离彼此的一面分别与所述上片的内表面和所述下片的内表面接合,所述上固定片和所述下固定片朝向彼此的一面不接合,这样在采用热熔机或者高周波机台上进行加工时,能够使上拉带片与上固定片、下固定片与下拉带片同时接合在一起,也就是说,本发明提供的充气产品能够一次成型,并且不需要在拉带内设置隔离片,从而简化制造工艺,提高生产效率。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种充气产品,附图1至图5所示,该充气产品包括:上片11、下片12、拉带2、上固定片31和下固定片32,所述拉带2设置在所述上片11和所述下片12之间,所述拉带2具有相对设置的上拉带片21和下拉带片22,所述上拉带片21和下拉带片22由多孔材料制成;所述上片11、上拉带片21、上固定片31、下固定片32、下拉带片22和下片12依次设置,所述上固定片31和所述下固定片32远离彼此的一面分别与所述上片11的内表面以及所述下片12的内表面接合,所述上固定片31和所述下固定片32朝向彼此的一面不接合。
本发明提供给的充气产品包括上片11、下片12、拉带2、上固定片31和下固定片32,其中,所述拉带2具有相对设置的上拉带片21和下拉带片22,所述上拉带片21和下拉带片22由多孔材料制成,使得拉带2的重量非常轻,从而大幅度减轻充气产品的重量,从而方便使用。此外,当本发明通过在拉带2内设置上固定片31和下固定片32,其中所述上固定片31和所述下固定片32远离彼此的一面分别与所述上片11的内表面和所述下片12的内表面接合,所述上固定片31和所述下固定片32朝向彼此的一面不接合,这样在采用热熔机或者高周波机台上进行加工时,能够使上拉带片与上固定片、下固定片与下拉带片同时接合在一起,也就是说,本发明提供的充气产品能够一次成型,并且不需要在拉带2内设置隔离片,从而简化制造工艺,提高生产效率。
在本发明的描述中,多孔材料可以是各种适于做拉带2的具有多个孔的材料,例如网布、豆包布等。如图4所示,拉带2可以为矩形。如图5所示,拉带2也可以为C型(又称为U型)。
为了减轻充气产品的重量,充气产品的至少与上片11和下片12的内表面接合的部分,即上拉带片21和下拉带片22采用多孔材料制成。
为了最大程度降低拉带2的重量,进而减轻该充气产品的重量,优选地,拉带2整体采用多孔材料制成,例如拉带2采用网布缝制而成。
图6为本发明的充气产品采用线接合的结构示意图;图7为本发明的充气产品采用面接合的结构示意图;图8为图7中的充气产品的截面图;图9为本发明的充气产品采用面接合的立体图;图10为本发明的充气产品采用线接合以及面接合的结构示意图。
如图6至图10所示,所述上固定片31与所述上片11的内表面之间的接合方式为点接合、线接合或者面接合。
例如,每个上固定片31中有一个或者多个接合点,每个接合点均能将上固定片31与上片11的内表面牢固接合起来,从而使上拉带片21夹紧固定在上片11和上固定片31之间。上固定片31的除接合点之外的部分不与上片11的内表面接合。
再例如图6所示,每个上固定片31中有一个或者多个接合线4,每个接合线4均能将上固定片31与上片11的内表面牢固接合起来,从而使上拉带片21夹紧固定在上片11的内表面和上固定片31之间。其中,接合线4可以为直线或者波浪线。优选地,接合线4为波浪线,波浪线能够避免上固定片31产生局部凹陷,能够提高充气产品的平整度。上固定片31的除接合线4之外的部分不与上片11的内表面接合。当上固定片31上的接合线4为多个时,多个接合线4可以全部为直线,或者全部为波浪线,或者部分为直线部分为波浪线。
再例如图7至图9所示,每个上固定片31中有一个或者多个接合面5,每个接合面5均能将上固定片31与上片11的内表面牢固接合起来,从而使上拉带片21夹紧固定在上片11的内表面和上固定片31之间。上固定片31的除接合面5之外的部分不与上片11的内表面接合。其中,接合面5可以为长方形、正方形、三角形、菱形、椭圆形、长椭圆形等各种适合的形状。当上固定片31上的接合面5为多个时,多个接合面5可以为长方形、正方形、三角形、菱形、椭圆形、长椭圆形中的一种或者多种的组合。
此外,如图10所示,充气产品还可以采用线接合以及面接合结合的方式。
同理,所述下固定片32与所述下片12的内表面之间的接合方式为点接合、线接合或者面接合。
例如,每个下固定片32中有一个或者多个接合点,每个接合点均能将下固定片32与下片12牢固接合起来,从而使下拉带2片夹紧固定在下片12和下固定片32之间。下固定片32的除接合点之外的部分不与下片12的内表面接合。
再例如图6所示,每个下固定片32中有一个或者多个接合线4,每个接合线4均能将下固定片32与下片12的内表面牢固接合起来,从而使下拉带片22夹紧固定在下片12和下固定片32之间。其中,接合线4可以为直线或者波浪线。优选地,接合线4为波浪线,波浪线能够避免下固定片32产生局部凹陷,能够提高充气产品的平整度。下固定片32的除接合线4之外的部分不与下片12的内表面接合。当下固定片32上的接合线4为多个时,多个接合线4可以全部为直线,或者全部为波浪线,或者部分为直线部分为波浪线。
再例如图7至图9所示,每个下固定片32中有一个或者多个接合面5,每个接合面5均能将下固定片32与下片12的内表面牢固接合起来,从而使下拉带片22夹紧固定在下片12和下固定片32之间。下固定片32的除接合面5之外的部分不与下片12的内表面接合。其中,接合面5可以为长方形、正方形、三角形、菱形、椭圆形、长椭圆形等各种适合的形状。当下固定片32上的接合面5为多个时,多个接合面5可以为长方形、正方形、三角形、菱形、椭圆形、长椭圆形中的一种或者多种的组合。
此外,所述上固定片31与所述上片11的内表面之间的接合方式为上接合方式、上固定片31和下固定片32上的结合所述下固定片32与所述下片12的内表面之间的接合方式为下接合方式,该上接合方式可以与该下接合方式相同,例如都为点接合、线接合或者面接合。该上接合方式可以与该下接合方式也可以不相同,例如,上接合方式为点接合,下接合方式为面接合。使用者可根据需要选择接合方式。
优选地,所述上固定片31与所述上片11的内表面之间形成的接合部位(例如接合点、接合线4、接合面5)为均匀分布的,以使所述密封充气室在充气后均匀受力。
一般地,当拉带2的较长时,可才拉带2内设置多个上固定片31和多个下固定片32,减轻重量,其中上固定片31和下固定片32的数量可根据需要设置,只要能够将上拉带片21与上片11的内表面固定接合在一起即可。
如图2、图4和图5所示,每个拉带2内的所述上固定片31或所述下固定片32可以为一个。
优选地,所述上固定片31和/或所述下固定片32为多个,多个所述上固定片31和/或多个所述下固定片32间隔设置。也就是说,相邻的两个上固定片31之间的部分不与上片11的内表面接合。相邻的两个下固定片32之间的部分也不与下片12的内表面接合。由此可见,本实施例省去了相邻两个上固定片31(以及下固定片32)之间的接合材料,不仅节省成本,还减轻上固定片31和/或下固定片32的重量,提高使用的便捷性。
优选地,多个上固定片31在所述上片11的内表面上均匀分布。多个下固定片32在所述下片12的内表面上均匀分布。以均匀地将上拉带片21夹紧在上片11和上固定片31之间,从而使得该充气产品各处对上片11和/或下片12的支撑力均匀,同时,在该充气产品充气之后各处受力均匀,从而提高该充气产品的使用寿命。
其中,上固定片31和下固定片32可以为相同的结构,也可以为不同的结构。只要上固定片31和下固定片32的朝向彼此的一面在进行热熔或高周波操作时,不会粘接在一起即可。
上固定片31和下固定片32均可以为单层材料,例如上固定片31和下固定片32在进行热熔或高周波操作时朝向彼此的一面不会粘接在一起,但是上固定片31朝向上片11的一面能够与上片11的内表面接合,从而将上拉带片21固定在上片11的内表面和上固定片31之间。下固定片32朝向上片11的一面能够与下片12的内表面接合,从而将下拉带片22固定在下片12的内表面和下固定片32之间。
优选地,上固定片31和下固定片32均可以为多层材料。
例如,在本实施例中,上固定片31和下固定片32均可以为双层材料。具体地,所述上固定片31和/或所述下固定片32包括覆盖层以及固定连接在所述覆盖层上的粘接层。其中,在进行热熔或高周波操作时,粘接层能够透过上拉带片21上的孔(因为上拉带片21由多孔材料制成的)与上片11接合在一起,粘接层将上拉带片21夹紧在上片11与覆盖层之间。
同理,在进行热熔或高周波操作时,粘接层能够透过下拉带片22上的孔(因为下拉带片22由多孔材料制成的)与下片12的内表面接合在一起,粘接层将下拉带片22夹紧在下片12与覆盖层之间。
具体地,粘接层可以为各种能够与上片11的内表面粘接的结构,所述粘接层的材质可以为TPE(ThermoplasticElastomer,热塑性弹性体)、TPU(Thermoplasticpolyurethanes,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶)、TPR(Thermo-Plastic-Rubbermaterial,热塑性橡胶材料)、TPV(ThermoplasticVulcanizate,热塑性硫化橡胶)、PVC(Polyvinylchloride,聚氯乙烯)、TPO(Thermoplasticpolyolefin,三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦)、TPVC(聚氯乙烯热塑性弹性体)、TPVE(phenylvinylether,苯基乙烯基醚)、EVA(EthyleneVinylAcetate,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)等各种能够在热熔或者高周波操作下将上拉带片21与上固定片31、下固定片32与下拉带片22粘接在一起的高分子材料。
粘接层还可以为热熔胶胶膜是一种带离型纸或不带离型纸的膜类产品,可以方便地进行连续或间歇操作,可广泛用于各类织物、纸张、高分子材料及金属粘合。
粘接层还可以为胶水。当粘接层为胶水时,可以将胶水直接涂在覆盖层上。
具体地,所述覆盖层的材质可以为布。
优选地,所述上固定片31和/或所述下固定片32为胶布。胶布质量轻、成本低,并且胶布的一面有粘性,能够与上片11或下片12接合,胶布的另一面不会相互接合,方便使用。具体地,胶布也包括覆盖层和粘接层,其中,覆盖层为布,粘接层为粘接在布上的胶。
拉带2可以为一个或者多个。拉带2的个数可以根据充气产品的大小设置。
优选地,如图1-图5、图8和图9所示,所述拉带2为多个,多个所述拉带2间隔设置。
在本实施例中,所述充气产品的上片11和下片12由柔性不透气材料制成,并且密封接合以形成密封充气室。所述上片11、所述下片12由柔性不透气材料支撑。该柔性不透气材料可以为热塑性聚氨酯复合材料、尼龙、涤纶或牛津布。
优选地,上片11和下片12可以为TPU复合面料,上片11和下片12的内表面可以覆膜,覆膜也可以是TPU材料。覆膜的厚度可以为0.01至0.5mm。
在本发明中,所述充气产品还包括充气装置和放气装置,其与所述密封充气室连通,通过该充气装置和放气装置给所述密封充气室充气或放气。所述充气装置包括充气阀。
本发明中的充气产品可以是充气床垫、充气床、充气沙发、充气浮排、充气水池内等各种适合的产品。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供一种充气产品熔接工艺,所述充气产品熔接工艺包括以下步骤:
放置充气产品的上片11;
将拉带2放置在所述上片11上,其中,所述拉带2具有相对设置的上拉带片21和下拉带片22,所述上拉带片21和下拉带片22片由多孔材料制成;所述上拉带片21和所述下拉带片22之间设有上固定片31和下固定片32,所述上固定片31和所述下固定片32远离彼此的一面分别与所述上片11和所述下片12接合,所述上固定片31和所述下固定片32朝向彼此的一面不接合;
将充气产品的下片12放置在所述拉带2上;
进行热熔或高周波操作,使上拉带片21与上固定片31、下固定片32与下拉带2片同时熔着在一起。具体地可以采用热熔机或者高周波机台将上拉带片21与上固定片31、下固定片32与下拉带2片同时熔着在一起。
本发明提供的充气产品熔接工艺,在拉带2内设有上固定片31和下固定片32,其中,所述拉带2具有相对设置的上拉带片21和下拉带片22,所述上拉带片21和下拉带片22由多孔材料制成,使得拉带2的重量非常轻,从而大幅度减轻充气产品的重量,从而方便使用。此外,当本发明通过在拉带2内设置上固定片31和下固定片32,其中所述上固定片31和所述下固定片32远离彼此的一面分别与所述上片11的内表面和所述下片12的内表面接合,所述上固定片31和所述下固定片32朝向彼此的一面不接合。该充气产品熔接工艺可通过一次热熔或高周波操作将上拉带片21与上固定片31、下固定片32与下拉带片22片同时接合在一起,并且不需要在拉带2内设置隔离片,从而简化制造工艺,提高生产效率。
进一步地,将所述上固定片31和所述下固定片32放入网布内,然后对折所述网布形成环形的拉带2。本实施例为先将制备上固定片31和下固定片32,然后再将上固定片31和下固定片32放入网布内制成拉带2。
图11为本发明的另一实施例的充气产品的结构示意图。
如图11所示,将网布围成一个环形的方式有很多,例如下面三种方案:
第一种,参见图11中最左侧的拉带2,直接将网布织成大小合适的环形,例如方环形。
第二种,参见图11的中间的拉带2,将合适宽度的网布对折,将宽度方向(即图11中的左右方向)的两边摆放在实际需要熔接的区域内。
第三种,参见图11中最右侧的拉带2,将网布对折后,用缝纫机等机器将网布的接头处(即图11中的最右侧的拉带的右端接头处)缝合,形成环形。
进一步地,将网布对折后形成C型的拉带2,然后在拉带2内放入所述上固定片31和所述下固定片32。此时,网布对折后形成的拉带2为U型或称为C型,即拉带2具有开口,如图5所示,然后将上固定片31和下固定片32通过开口放入拉带2内。本实施例为先对折网布制成拉带2,然后再在拉带2内放入上固定片31和下固定片32。
在操作中,上片11和下片12在边缘处粘接,此处没有网布,也没有上固定片31和下固定片32,这样上片11和下片12的边缘相互接合就形成了一个密封充气室,拉带2位于该密封充气室内。
需要说明的是,虽然本发明提供的充气产品熔接工艺能够使上拉带片21与上固定片31、下固定片32与下拉带片22片通过一次成型(一次热熔或者一次高周波操作)同时接合在一起,但是,使用者也可以根据需要选择两次成型,例如先经过第一次成型将上拉带片21与上固定片31接合在一起,然后在经过第二次成型将下固定片32与下拉带片22片接合在一起。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种充气产品,其特征在于,包括:
上片、下片、拉带、上固定片和下固定片,所述拉带设置在所述上片和所述下片之间,所述拉带具有相对设置的上拉带片和下拉带片,所述上拉带片和下拉带片由多孔材料制成;
所述上片、上拉带片、上固定片、下固定片、下拉带片和下片依次设置,所述上固定片和所述下固定片远离彼此的一面分别与所述上片的内表面和所述下片的内表面接合,所述上固定片和所述下固定片朝向彼此的一面不接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充气产品,其特征在于,所述上固定片与所述上片之间的接合方式为点接合、线接合或者面接合;
和/或,
所述下固定片与所述下片之间的接合方式为点接合、线接合或者面接合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的充气产品,其特征在于,所述上固定片和/或所述下固定片为多个,多个所述上固定片和/或多个所述下固定片间隔设置。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的充气产品,其特征在于,所述上固定片和/或所述下固定片包括覆盖层以及固定连接在所述覆盖层上的粘接层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的充气产品,其特征在于,所述粘接层的材质为TPE、TPU、TPR、TPV、PVC、TPO、TPVC、TPVE、EVA或者胶水。
6.根据权利要求4所述的充气产品,其特征在于,所述覆盖层的材质为布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的充气产品,其特征在于,所述拉带为多个,多个所述拉带间隔设置。
8.一种充气产品熔接工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
放置充气产品的上片;
将拉带放置在所述上片上,其中,所述拉带具有相对设置的上拉带片和下拉带片,所述上拉带片和下拉带片由多孔材料制成;所述上拉带片和所述下拉带片之间设有上固定片和下固定片,所述上固定片和所述下固定片远离彼此的一面分别与所述上片和所述下片接合,所述上固定片和所述下固定片朝向彼此的一面不接合;
将充气产品的下片放置在所述拉带上;
进行热熔或高周波操作,使上拉带片与上固定片、下固定片与下拉带片同时熔着在一起。
9.根据权利要求8所述的充气产品熔接工艺,其特征在于,将所述上固定片和所述下固定片放入网布内,然后对折所述网布形成环形的拉带。
10.根据权利要求8所述的充气产品熔接工艺,其特征在于,将网布对折后形成C型的拉带,然后在拉带内放入所述上固定片和所述下固定片。
