技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑剂,具体是一种金属加工用酸性润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属加工润滑剂是金属在加工工艺中使金属表面光洁度提升,加工性能提升,工具寿命得以延长,加工物的防锈性能提升等为目的而使用的产品。一般选用优质矿物基础油,以硫化猪油及硫化脂肪酸酯为主要极压抗磨剂,复配不同比例的防锈剂、防霉杀菌剂,催冷剂等添加剂合成。
金属加工润滑剂以下作用:
1)润滑:金属加工润滑剂能在工具的表面与工件之间形成一层润滑薄膜,可减少或避免工具与工件直接接触,减轻摩擦和黏结程度,因而可以减轻工具的磨损,提高工件表面的加工质量。
2)冷却:在金属加工过程中流出切削区的金属加工润滑剂带走大量的热量,从而降低工件与刀具的温度,提高刀具耐用度,减少热变形,提高加工精度。不过金属加工润滑剂对刀具与切屑界面的影响不大,试验表明,金属加工润滑剂只能缩小刀具与切屑界面的高温区域,并不能降低最高温度,一般的浇注方法主要冷却切屑。金属加工润滑剂如喷注到刀具副后面处,将对刀具和工件的冷却效果更好。
3)清洗:在车、铣、磨削、钻等加工时,常浇注和喷射金属加工润滑剂来清洗机床上的切屑和杂物,并将切屑和杂物带走。
4)防锈:一些金属加工润滑剂中加入了防锈添加剂,它能与金属表面起化学反应而生成一层保护膜,从而起到防锈的作用。
但是现有的金属加工润滑剂仍然具有实用效果差的缺点,生产效率低,废品率较高,影响了产品质量。因此,本发明提供一种金属加工用酸性润滑剂及其制备方法。

一种金属加工用酸性润滑剂,所述酸性润滑剂包括以下重量百分比的原料:游离磷酸7-20%、有机合成防锈剂10%、硼酸2.5%、油酸6%、月桂酸8%、OP-10 10%、聚丙烯酰胺5%、水余量;所述游离磷酸可以选自磷酸、多聚磷酸、磷酸二氢锌和磷酸二氢钠中的一种或多种的组合物;所述有机合成防锈剂采用十二烯基丁二酸盐。

实施例5
与实施例3不同的是,所述游离磷酸通过磷酸、多聚磷酸、磷酸二氢锌和磷酸二氢钠按照重量比2:3:5:2混合制备而成。其他均与实施例3相同。
本发明的工作原理是:游离磷酸是保证金属表面磷化反应的充分必要条件,存在游离磷酸,金属表面才能形成一层磷酸盐薄膜,承载润滑剂,形成最终的润滑层薄膜。该润滑层薄膜能减少金属之间的摩擦,减少磨具的损坏,降低了废品率,提高了生产效率;同时提高了产品的质量,提高了产品的光洁度,减少对环境的污染度。
传统的方法是使用二步法在加工件上形成润滑层,这种工艺在冷成型前,首先将工件与磷化液接触,形成化学反应,在其工件表面形成磷化膜底层,然后工件再与有机润滑剂接触(如肥皂溶液或其他脂肪酸皂),没有先前的磷化,只有有机润滑剂的单独粘附,其性能不能适应冷成型加工操作。
与以前的二步法相比,本发明将磷化与润滑结合起来,以便减少操作工序。因此,本发明使磷化和润滑同步进行,采用一种既包含酸性磷化液的水溶液,又能将有机润滑剂溶液乳化成一个稳定的体系的组成物。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。
Claims (5)
1.一种金属加工用酸性润滑剂,其特征在于,所述酸性润滑剂包括以下重量百分比的原料:游离磷酸7-20%、有机合成防锈剂10%、硼酸2.5%、油酸6%、月桂酸8%、OP-10 10%、聚丙烯酰胺5%、水余量;所述游离磷酸可以选自磷酸、多聚磷酸、磷酸二氢锌和磷酸二氢钠中的一种或多种的组合物;所述有机合成防锈剂采用十二烯基丁二酸盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工用酸性润滑剂,其特征在于,所述游离磷酸包括以下组分:磷酸和磷酸二氢锌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工用酸性润滑剂,其特征在于,所述游离磷酸包括以下组分:磷酸和磷酸二氢钠。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的金属加工用酸性润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将水加温至40-80℃,加入油酸、月桂酸和OP-10一起搅拌溶解,搅拌0.5-1.0小时;溶解后慢慢地加入游离磷酸和硼酸,继续搅拌10-30分钟;然后加入有机合成防锈剂,搅拌20-40分;然后降温至35-55℃,加入聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌均匀,过滤包装,即得成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的金属加工用酸性润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将水加温至68℃,加入油酸、月桂酸和OP-10一起搅拌溶解,搅拌0.8小时;溶解后慢慢地加入游离磷酸和硼酸,继续搅拌20分钟;然后加入有机合成防锈剂,搅拌30分;然后降温至40℃,加入聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌均匀,过滤包装,即得成品。
