步骤一:在常温常压下,先将水、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和二乙醇胺加入反应釜中持续搅拌45min,再加入癸二酸和煤油混合液,在搅拌状态下依次加入防腐剂、润滑添加剂,静止70min滤去固体物;
步骤二:在搅拌的条件下,将反应釜温度提升至60℃,加入酰氨基非离子表面活性剂,在60℃下保温搅拌30min后降温,即得成品。
用低压泵把切削液打入管道中,经过阀门从喷嘴流出,喷嘴安装在接近切削区域,切削液流过切削区后再流到机床的不同部位上,然后汇集到集油盘内,再从集油盘流回切削液箱中。
实施例2:
环保长效型水溶性切削液,按重量份包括二乙醇胺12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、癸二酸5份、煤油7份、酰氨基非离子表面活性剂20份、水115份、防腐剂12份、润滑添加剂5份。
其中,防腐剂为甲苯三氮唑;润滑添加剂为硫化脂肪酸皂。
其中,酰氨基非离子表面活性剂的制得包括下列过程:松香与顺丁烯二酸酐按质量比10∶1备料,先将38%总量的松香投入反应釜中升温至170℃熔化,然后再加入剩余的松香,在搅拌下缓慢加入顺丁烯二酸酐, 控温170℃,反应90min后再缓慢加入反应釜中物料总量4%的二乙醇胺,继续反应60min,冷却后出料,即得到酰氨基非离子表面活性剂,外观为黄色粘稠状液体。
本发明环保长效型水溶性切削液的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:在常温常压下,先将水、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和二乙醇胺加入反应釜中持续搅拌30min,再加入癸二酸和煤油混合液,在搅拌状态下依次加入防腐剂、润滑添加剂,静止60min滤去固体物;
步骤二:在搅拌的条件下,将反应釜温度提升至70℃,加入酰氨基非离子表面活性剂,在70℃下保温搅拌30min后降温,即得成品。
用低压泵把切削液打入管道中,经过阀门从喷嘴流出,喷嘴安装在接近切削区域,切削液流过切削区后再流到机床的不同部位上,然后汇集到集油盘内,再从集油盘流回切削液箱中。
实施例3:
环保长效型水溶性切削液,按重量份包括二乙醇胺11份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、癸二酸4份、煤油7份、酰氨基非离子表面活性剂28份、水120份、防腐剂14份、润滑添加剂6份。
其中,防腐剂为甲苯三氮唑;润滑添加剂为硫化脂肪酸皂。
其中,酰氨基非离子表面活性剂的制得包括下列过程:松香与顺丁烯二酸酐按质量比10∶1备料,先将42%总量的松香投入反应釜中升温至190℃熔化,然后再加入剩余的松香,在搅拌下缓慢加入顺丁烯二酸酐,控温190℃,反应90min后再缓慢加入反应釜中物料总量5%的二乙醇胺,继续反应50min,冷却后出料,即得到酰氨基非离子表面活性剂,外观为黄色粘稠状液体。
本发明环保长效型水溶性切削液的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:在常温常压下,先将水、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和二乙醇胺加入反应釜中持续搅拌40min,再加入癸二酸和煤油混合液,在搅拌状态下依次加入防腐剂、润滑添加剂,静止60min滤去固体物;

Claims (5)

  1. 一种环保长效型水溶性切削液,其特征在于:按重量份包括二乙醇胺9-12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8-11份、癸二酸3-7份、煤油5-7份、酰氨基非离子表面活性剂10-30份、水100-120份、防腐剂12-16份、润滑添加剂5-7份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保长效型水溶性切削液,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为甲苯三氮唑。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保长效型水溶性切削液,其特征在于:所述润滑添加剂为硫化脂肪酸皂。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保长效型水溶性切削液,其特征在于:所述酰氨基非离子表面活性剂的制得包括下列过程:松香与顺丁烯二酸酐按质量比10:1备料,先将38%总量的松香投入反应釜中升温至170℃熔化,然后再加入剩余的松香,在搅拌下缓慢加入顺丁烯二酸酐,控温170℃,反应90min后再缓慢加入反应釜中物料总量4%的二乙醇胺,继续反应60min,冷却后出料,即得到酰氨基非离子表面活性剂,外观为黄色粘稠状液体。
  5. 一种制备权利要求1-4任一项所述环保长效型水溶性切削液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤一:在常温常压下,先将水、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和二乙醇胺加入反应釜中持续搅拌40min,再加入癸二酸和煤油混合液,在搅拌状态下依次加入防腐剂、润滑添加剂,静止60min滤去固体物。;
    步骤二:在搅拌的条件下,将反应釜温度提升至60℃,加入酰氨基非离子表面活性剂,在60℃下保温搅拌30min后降温,即得成品。
