Abstract
本发明属于食品技术领域,具体涉及一种降糖降脂组合物、降糖降脂饮品及其制备方法和应用。所述的降糖降脂组合物包含如下按质量份计的组分:盐藻提取液1~15份,荸荠提取物1~15份,苦菊提取物1~15份和玉米须提取物1~15份。本发明还提供了一种包含上述降糖降脂组合物的饮品。本发明提供的降糖降脂组合物不仅具有补充维生素、矿物质和氨基酸等营养物质,从而起到调节新陈代谢、增强机体免疫力和抗病力的作用,而且具有显著降血脂降血脂的功效,对咽炎、咽喉炎等嗓音性疾病具有很好的预防和食疗作用。本发明提供的饮品为当前市场提供了一种集营养和食疗作用的保健饮品,克服了当前市场饮品领域的营养和功能性单一的问题。

本发明属于食品技术领域,具体涉及一种降糖降脂组合物、降糖降脂饮品及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
维生素是一系列有机化合物的总称,是生物体所需的微量营养成分。维生素一般又无法由生物体自己生产,需要通过饮食等手段获得。维生素不能像糖类、蛋白质及脂肪那样产生能量,但在细胞代谢活动中起着重要的调节作用。人体所需的维生素有多种,缺乏维生素可导致严重的健康问题。当前虽有多种维生素类药物,但存在维生素种类单一和过量摄取维生素中毒等不足。因此,依靠食物来源提供维生素显得更加健康和科学。
高血压、高血脂和高血糖俗称“三高症”已成为人类致命的的“头号杀手”,而高血糖可以引起糖尿病,高血脂可以引起血管栓塞等心脑血管疾病。一旦患上高血糖高血脂,患者只能靠长期服用降血脂降血糖药来治疗,不但对身体造成极大伤害,而且还会导致身体机能不断下降。世界卫生组织曾经明确提出,防止心血管病的第一道防线就是减少“三高”和控制“三高”。其中,科学健康饮食是最为经济、最为直接和发挥效果较好的途径之一。
盐藻提取液是从新型营养源盐藻细胞中提取的,其富含人体健康所需的多种天然类胡萝卜素、叶酸、维生素a、维生素e、亚麻酸、亚油酸、卵磷脂、岩藻多糖、膳食纤维等营养元素,同时含有钙、铁、锌、硒等70多种人体所需的矿物质及微量元素。此外,盐藻还富含18种氨基酸,其中8种是人体必需的。更为重要的是,盐藻所含营养元素的独特性和比例与人体的体液、细胞浆液相吻合,机体细胞可直接吸收各营养元素和物质,吸收效率高,补充营养效果好。不仅如此,盐藻具有一定降糖降脂效果,是一种营养兼功能性的食品原料。
祖国医学认为玉米须性味甘淡而平,入肝、肾、膀胱经,有利尿消肿、平肝利胆的功能。玉米须不仅含有人体所需的多种营养成分,而且具有显著的利尿、降血糖、增强免疫力等功效。荸荠中的磷含量是所有茎类蔬菜中含量最高的,磷元素促进体内的糖、脂肪、蛋白质三大物质的代谢,调节酸碱平衡和促进机体新陈代谢。同时荸荠具有清热泻火的良好功效,既可清热生津,又可补充营养。此外,荸荠中含有一种抗菌成分,对常见的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及绿脓杆菌均有一定的抑制作用。苦菊中富含多种维生素、氨基酸和微量元素,膳食纤维较高,还含有腊醇、胆碱、酒石酸、苦味素等化学物质,在增强人体机体抵抗力方面效果显著。作用明显。苦菊中含有蒲公英甾醇、胆碱等成分,对数十种病原菌具有杀灭和抑制作用,能够应用于多种炎症性疾病的治疗和预防。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足和缺点,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种降糖降脂组合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述降糖降脂组合物的制备方法。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种降糖降脂饮品,该饮品包含上述降糖降脂组合物。
本发明的第四个目的在于提供上述降糖降脂组合物和降糖降脂饮品的应用。

所述的降糖降脂组合物的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)新鲜盐藻采用高压破碎后,固液分离,得到盐藻粗提取液;新鲜荸荠果皮分离后,荸荠果皮采用沸水浴冷凝回流,得到荸荠果皮粗提取液;荸荠果肉匀浆后加入冷水中浸泡提取,固液分离,得到荸荠果肉粗提取液,合并荸荠果皮粗提取液和荸荠果肉粗提取液,得到荸荠粗提取液;新鲜苦菊和新鲜玉米须匀浆后分别加入冷水中浸泡提取,固液分离,得到苦菊粗提取液和玉米须粗提取液;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的盐藻粗提取液、荸荠粗提取液、苦菊粗提取液和玉米粗须提取液分别低温静置,去除沉淀;浓缩,除菌,得到盐藻提取物、荸荠提取物、苦菊提取物和玉米须提取物;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的盐藻提取物、荸荠提取物、苦菊提取物和玉米须提取物按照配比混合均匀后静置去除沉淀;高压均质化,得到降糖降脂组合物;
步骤(1)中所述的新鲜盐藻优选为对数生长期的绿色盐藻;

本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:
(1)本发明提供的降糖降脂组合物及其饮品利用营养丰富的盐藻作为原料之一,其富含多种维生素、矿物质和不饱和脂肪酸等元素,具有调节机体体质、增强免疫力的营养保健作用,组分盐藻提取液与人体的体液、细胞浆液相吻合,人体吸收效率高。与荸荠提取液、苦菊提取液和玉米须提取液复配,营养成分更加丰富,抗氧化和清除自由基能力等生物活性更强。
(2)本发明提供的降糖降脂组合物及其饮品具有显著的降糖、降脂作用,通过动物实验发现,该组合物降糖降脂效果显著高于单独组方效果,降糖降脂作用发挥出明显的“1+1>2”的叠加效应。含有该降糖降脂组合物的饮品具有抗氧化、增强机体免疫力和抗病力的功效,营养丰富、饮用可口,降糖降脂效果明显,对于高血糖高血脂患者提供了一种功能性的绿色食疗饮品。
(3)本发明提供的降糖降脂组合物所选取的各种原料来源均出自新鲜采摘或收集,与传统应用各种干燥原料不同,可保持其营养更加全面,抗氧化作用、清除自由基等生物活性最大。
(4)本发明提供的降糖降脂饮品富含各类维生素、微量元素、氨基酸和不饱和脂肪酸等营养物质,营养元素非常全面,口味独特、可口性强,克服了当前饮料领域营养单一的不足之处。
(5)本发明提供的降糖降脂组合物及其饮品通过各种组分的科学配伍,加工调配,通过实际生活应用发现,其对于嗓音性疾病,如咽炎、咽喉炎和声带炎等疾病具有明显的预防和食疗作用,使用群体效果明显优于未使用人群,能够明显减轻咽炎、咽喉炎和声带炎等症状,如异物感减弱,干、疼、痒症状减轻、声音嘶哑好转和利喉感增强等作用,加快疾病的恢复,缩短治疗周期。
(6)本发明提供的降糖降脂组合物不需要添加任何色素和防腐剂,即可制备各种颜色和色调的饮品。本发明巧妙利用了盐藻自身富含多种维生素的颜色和量的不同,同时配合苦菊和玉米须提取物的颜色,可以获得浅绿、青绿、墨绿、浅黄、橙黄和红色等多种颜色饮品,是一种天然理想的绿色食品色素,不会存在人工色素添加后的毒副作用,这种天然色素的应用,在国内外尚未见报道。
(7)本发明利用苦菊和荸荠含有抗多种病原菌的成份特性,无需添加人工防腐剂,即可达到抗菌效果和延长保质期的目的。

下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例中的份数均为质量份;
实施例1
(1)不同组份新鲜提取液的制备:
①将收集的对数生长期的新鲜绿色盐藻加入淡水调整细胞湿重为150g/L,采用高压细胞破碎仪破碎盐藻细胞,其中,压力采用100MPa;破碎后5000rpm离心5min收集上清液,得到盐藻粗提取液;
②皮薄肉多、无破损的新鲜荸荠采用自动削皮机削皮,荸荠果皮加入2倍体积的水混匀,进行沸水浴冷凝回流提取3h,纱布过滤后收集滤液;将第一次分离后的荸荠果皮渣继续加入2倍体积的水,沸水浴冷凝回流提取1.5h,纱布过滤后收集滤液;将第二次分离后的荸荠果皮渣继续加入2倍体积的水,沸水浴冷凝回流提取0.5h,纱布过滤后收集滤液,合并三次滤液,得到荸荠果皮粗提取液;荸荠果肉采用匀浆机1000rpm匀浆5min,然后加入2倍体积的4℃冷水浸泡4h;纱布过滤后收集滤液,得到荸荠果肉粗提取液,合并荸荠果皮粗提取液和荸荠果肉粗提取液,得到荸荠粗提取液;
③新鲜采摘、茎叶挺拔、水分饱满的苦菊和未成熟的青涩玉米须分别采用匀浆机1000rpm匀浆3min,然后分别加入等体积的4℃冷水浸泡4h,纱布过滤后收集滤液,弃杂质,得到苦菊粗提取液和玉米须粗提取液;
(2)提取液的浓缩处理:盐藻粗提取液、荸荠粗提取液、苦菊粗提取液和玉米须粗提取液分别在4℃低温静置10h,去除沉淀,得到澄清的提取液;提取液采用低温干燥仪进行进一步浓缩,浓缩至原体积的1/5,微米级滤膜过滤除菌,得到盐藻提取物、荸荠提取物、苦菊提取物和玉米须提取物;
(3)提取物的科学配伍及加工处理:分别取步骤(2)制得的盐藻提取物1份,荸荠提取物10份,苦菊提取物5份,玉米须提取物5份,四者提取液按照比例混合,搅拌均匀后静置沉淀5h,离心去除微量沉淀;然后采用40MPa的压力进行高压均质化,得到降糖降脂组合物;
(4)饮品的制备和罐装:取步骤(3)制得的降糖降脂组合物5份,柠檬酸0.2份、木糖醇0.2份、青苹果香精0.05份,不添加任何人工色素和防腐剂,补加纯净水至100份;经过搅拌、灭菌、罐装、封口加工工艺,得到成品降糖降脂饮品。
实施例2
(1)不同组份新鲜提取液的制备:
①将收集的对数生长期的新鲜绿色盐藻加入淡水调整细胞湿重为200g/L,采用高压细胞破碎仪破碎盐藻细胞,其中,压力采用80MPa;破碎后8000rpm离心4min收集液体,得到盐藻粗提取液;
②皮薄肉多、无破损的新鲜荸荠采用自动削皮机削皮,荸荠果皮加入3倍体积的水混匀,进行沸水浴冷凝回流提取2.5h,纱布过滤后收集滤液;将第一次分离后的荸荠果皮渣继续加入3倍体积的水,沸水浴冷凝回流提取1.0h,纱布过滤后收集滤液;将第二次分离后的荸荠果皮渣继续加入3倍体积的水,沸水浴冷凝回流提取0.5h,纱布过滤后收集滤液,合并三次滤液,得到荸荠果皮粗提取液;荸荠果肉采用匀浆机800rpm匀浆10min,然后加入3倍体积的2℃冷水浸泡5h,纱布过滤后收集滤液,得到荸荠果肉粗提取液,合并荸荠果皮粗提取液和荸荠果肉粗提取液,得到荸荠粗提取液;
③新鲜采摘、茎叶挺拔、水分饱满的苦菊和未成熟的青涩玉米须分别采用匀浆机800rpm匀浆5min,然后分别加入4倍体积的2℃冷水浸泡5h,纱布过滤后收集滤液,弃杂质,得到苦菊粗提取液和玉米须粗提取液;
(2)提取液的浓缩处理:盐藻粗提取液、荸荠粗提取液、苦菊粗提取液和玉米须粗提取液分别在2℃低温静置8h,去除沉淀,得到澄清的提取液;提取液采用低温干燥仪进行进一步浓缩,浓缩至原体积的1/10,微米级滤膜过滤除菌,得到盐藻提取物、荸荠提取物、苦菊提取物和玉米须提取物;
(3)提取物的科学配伍及加工处理:分别取步骤(2)制得的盐藻提取物5份,荸荠提取物8份,苦菊提取物7份,玉米须提取物6份,四者提取液按照比例混合,搅拌均匀后静置沉淀4h,离心去除微量沉淀;然后采用25MPa的压力进行高压均质化,得到降糖降脂组合物;
(4)饮品的制备和罐装:取步骤(3)制得的降糖降脂组合物10份,柠檬酸1.5份,木糖醇1.5份,青苹果香精0.1份,补加纯净水至100份;经过搅拌、灭菌、罐装、封口加工工艺,得到成品降糖降脂饮品。
实施例3
(1)不同组份新鲜提取液的制备:
①将收集的对数生长期的新鲜绿色盐藻加入淡水调整细胞湿重为150g/L,采用高压细胞破碎仪破碎盐藻细胞,其中,压力采用60MPa;破碎后4000rpm离心10min收集液体,得到盐藻粗提取液;
②皮薄肉多、无破损的新鲜荸荠采用自动削皮机削皮,荸荠果皮加入5倍体积的水混匀,进行沸水浴冷凝回流提取2h,纱布过滤后收集滤液;将第一次分离后的荸荠果皮渣继续加入5倍体积的水,沸水浴冷凝回流提取2h,纱布过滤后收集滤液;将第二次分离后的荸荠果皮渣继续加入5倍体积的水,沸水浴冷凝回流提取1h,纱布过滤后收集滤液,合并三次滤液,得到荸荠果皮粗提取液;荸荠果肉采用匀浆机500rpm匀浆15min,然后加入5倍体积的6℃冷水浸泡6h,纱布过滤后收集滤液,得到荸荠果肉粗提取液,合并荸荠果皮粗提取液和荸荠果肉粗提取液,得到荸荠粗提取液;
③新鲜采摘、茎叶挺拔、水分饱满的苦菊和未成熟的青涩玉米须分别采用匀浆机500rpm匀浆10min,然后分别加入5倍体积的6℃冷水浸泡6h,纱布过滤后收集滤液,弃杂质,得到苦菊粗提取液和玉米须粗提取液;
(2)提取液的浓缩处理:盐藻粗提取液、荸荠粗提取液、苦菊粗提取液和玉米须粗提取液分别在6℃低温静置16h,去除沉淀,得到澄清的提取液;提取液采用低温干燥仪进行进一步浓缩,浓缩至原体积的1/3,微米级滤膜过滤除菌,得到盐藻提取物、荸荠提取物、苦菊提取物和玉米须提取物;
(3)提取物的科学配伍及加工处理:分别取步骤(2)制得的盐藻提取物10份,荸荠提取物10份,苦菊提取物15份,玉米须提取物15份,四者提取液按照比例混合,搅拌均匀后静置沉淀12h,离心去除微量沉淀;然后采用35MPa的压力进行高压均质化,得到降糖降脂组合物;
(4)饮品的制备和罐装:取步骤(3)制得的降糖降脂组合物1份,柠檬酸1份,木糖醇0.5份,青苹果香精0.07份,补加纯净水至100份。经过搅拌、灭菌、罐装、封口加工工艺,得到成品降糖降脂饮品。

(1)将收集的对数生长期的新鲜绿色盐藻加入淡水调整细胞湿重为150g/L,采用高压细胞破碎仪破碎盐藻细胞,其中,压力采用100MPa;破碎后5000rpm离心5min收集上清液,得到盐藻粗提取液;
(2)步骤(1)制得的盐藻粗提取液在4℃低温静置10h,去除沉淀,得到澄清的提取液;提取液采用低温干燥仪进行进一步浓缩,浓缩至原体积的1/5,微米级滤膜过滤除菌,得到盐藻提取物。
对比实施例2
(1)不同组份新鲜提取液的制备:
①将收集的对数生长期的新鲜绿色盐藻加入淡水调整细胞湿重为150g/L,采用高压细胞破碎仪破碎盐藻细胞,其中,压力采用100MPa;破碎后5000rpm离心5min收集上清液,得到盐藻粗提取液;
②皮薄肉多、无破损的新鲜荸荠采用自动削皮机削皮,荸荠果皮加入2倍体积的水混匀,进行沸水浴冷凝回流提取3h,纱布过滤后收集滤液;将第一次分离后的荸荠果皮渣继续加入2倍体积的水,沸水浴冷凝回流提取1.5h,纱布过滤后收集滤液;将第二次分离后的荸荠果皮渣继续加入2倍体积的水,沸水浴冷凝回流提取0.5h,纱布过滤后收集滤液,合并三次滤液,得到荸荠果皮粗提取液;荸荠果肉采用匀浆机1000rpm匀浆5min,然后加入2倍体积的4℃冷水浸泡4h;纱布过滤后收集滤液,得到荸荠果肉粗提取液,合并荸荠果皮粗提取液和荸荠果肉粗提取液,得到荸荠粗提取液;
(2)提取液的浓缩处理:盐藻粗提取液和荸荠粗提取液分别在4℃低温静置10h,去除沉淀,得到澄清的提取液;提取液采用低温干燥仪进行进一步浓缩,浓缩至原体积的1/5,微米级滤膜过滤除菌,得到盐藻提取物和荸荠提取物;
(3)提取物的配伍及加工处理:分别取步骤(2)制得的盐藻提取物1份,荸荠提取物10份,两者提取物按照比例混合,搅拌均匀后静置沉淀5h,离心去除微量沉淀;然后采用40MPa的压力进行高压均质化,得到盐藻-荸荠提取物组合物。
对比实施例3
①将收集的对数生长期的新鲜绿色盐藻加入淡水调整细胞湿重为150g/L,采用高压细胞破碎仪破碎盐藻细胞,其中,压力采用100MPa;破碎后5000rpm离心5min收集上清液,得到盐藻粗提取液;
②皮薄肉多、无破损的新鲜荸荠采用自动削皮机削皮,荸荠果皮加入2倍体积的水混匀,进行沸水浴冷凝回流提取3h,纱布过滤后收集滤液;将第一次分离后的荸荠果皮渣继续加入2倍体积的水,沸水浴冷凝回流提取1.5h,纱布过滤后收集滤液;将第二次分离后的荸荠果皮渣继续加入2倍体积的水,沸水浴冷凝回流提取0.5h,纱布过滤后收集滤液,合并三次滤液,得到荸荠果皮粗提取液;荸荠果肉采用匀浆机1000rpm匀浆5min,然后加入2倍体积的4℃冷水浸泡4h;纱布过滤后收集滤液,得到荸荠果肉粗提取液,合并荸荠果皮粗提取液和荸荠果肉粗提取液,得到荸荠粗提取液;
③新鲜采摘、茎叶挺拔、水分饱满的苦菊采用匀浆机1000rpm匀浆3min,然后加入等体积的4℃冷水浸泡4h,纱布过滤后收集滤液,弃杂质,得到苦菊粗提取液;
(2)提取液的浓缩处理:盐藻粗提取液、荸荠粗提取液和苦菊粗提取液分别在4℃低温静置10h,去除沉淀,得到澄清的提取液;提取液采用低温干燥仪进行进一步浓缩,浓缩至原体积的1/5,微米级滤膜过滤除菌,得到盐藻提取物、荸荠提取物和苦菊提取物;
(3)提取液的科学配伍及加工处理:分别取盐藻提取物1份,荸荠提取物10份,苦菊提取物5份,三者提取物按照比例混合,搅拌均匀后静置沉淀5h,离心去除微量沉淀;然后采用40MPa的压力进行高压均质化,得到盐藻-荸荠-苦菊提取物组合物。
效果实施例
(1)对机体的降糖降脂作用分析
利用高脂饮食诱导的小鼠肥胖模型,在该模型上求证降糖降脂组合物(实施例1制得)对机体血糖血脂的改善作用。购买5周龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠,实验设计为5个组,每组18只,实验前所有动物静养1周。5组小鼠分别为:A组,正常饲料组;B组,高脂饲料组;C组,添加盐藻提取物组(对比实施例1);D组,添加盐藻-荸荠提取物组合物组(对比实施例2);E组,添加盐藻-荸荠-苦菊提取物组合物组(对比实施例3);F组,添加盐藻-荸荠-苦菊-玉米须提取物组(实施例1制得的降糖降脂组合物)。小鼠高脂喂养2个月后,每两周记录小鼠生长体重,采血检测生化指标。主要检查指标包括甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白和血糖,连续监测6次,即高脂喂养持续三个月的时间。通过对检测数据的统计分析,F组的降糖降脂效果明显优于其它四组,且降糖降脂效果明显(表1、图1)。

备注:TC,总胆固醇;TG,甘油三酯;HDL-C,高密度脂蛋白;LDL-C,低密度脂蛋白;GLU,血糖;ALT,谷丙转氨酶;AST,谷草转氨酶。A组,正常饲料组;B组,高脂饲料组;C组,添加盐藻提取液组;D组,添加盐藻-荸荠提取液组;E组,添加盐藻-荸荠-苦菊提取液组;F组,添加盐藻-荸荠-苦菊-玉米须提取液组。与A组比较,*P<0.05,**P<0.01,***P<0.001;与B组比较,ΔP<0.05,ΔΔP<0.01,ΔΔΔP<0.001。
(2)对咽炎、咽喉炎的预防和食疗效果
在新学期开学之际,在某学校招募经常上课的教师100名,招募标准为全部老师周一到周五上午和下午均有教学任务,观察时间为1个月。100名教师随机分为AB两组,每组50名。A组每位老师分发饮品3箱(每箱20瓶,每瓶550ml,实施例1制得的降糖降脂饮品),每天上午和下午上课时,均服用一瓶。B组每位老师每天自备白开水,上午和下午各550ml饮用水。随后每三天登记一次每位老师的咽炎、咽喉炎或嗓子有症状的发生情况。通过统计分析,结果表明该降糖降脂饮品对嗓音性疾病具有很好的预防效果,总体有效率达66%(表2)。

备注:出现症状指标包括咽炎、咽喉炎和声带炎等干、疼、痒症状发生和增强;声音嘶哑;干咳发生;异物感显著;吞咽疼痛或困难;发热等症状均属于统计范围。
在教学过程中,招募嗓音症状的老师和学生共计50名,包括嗓音嘶哑、嗓子干痒疼等症状、咽炎、咽喉炎等各种不适症状。随机分为两组,A组25名,每天上午和下午分别饮用实施例1制得的降糖降脂饮品550ml,统计服用后3、4、5和6天内的症状改善情况,每天登记改善效果。B组25名,没有服用该饮品,每天上午和下午饮用550ml白开水。通过对A、B组的实验结果统计分析,结果表明该饮品对于嗓音性疾病的有效缓解率为44%(表3)。

备注:症状指标包括咽炎、咽喉炎和声带炎等干、疼、痒症状减轻;声音嘶哑好转;干咳消失;异物感减弱和利喉感增强等,均属于统计范围。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种降糖降脂组合物,其特征在于包含如下按质量份计的组分:
盐藻提取液 1~15份;
荸荠提取物 1~15份;
苦菊提取物 1~15份;
玉米须提取物 1~15份;
所述的降糖降脂组合物的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)新鲜盐藻采用高压破碎后,固液分离,得到盐藻粗提取液;新鲜荸荠果皮分离后,荸荠果皮采用沸水浴冷凝回流,得到荸荠果皮粗提取液;荸荠果肉匀浆后加入冷水中浸泡提取,固液分离,得到荸荠果肉粗提取液,合并荸荠果皮粗提取液和荸荠果肉粗提取液,得到荸荠粗提取液;新鲜苦菊和新鲜玉米须匀浆后分别加入冷水中浸泡提取,固液分离,得到苦菊粗提取液和玉米须粗提取液;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的盐藻粗提取液、荸荠粗提取液、苦菊粗提取液和玉米粗须提取液分别低温静置,去除沉淀;浓缩,除菌,得到盐藻提取物、荸荠提取物、苦菊提取物和玉米须提取物;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的盐藻提取物、荸荠提取物、苦菊提取物和玉米须提取物按照配比混合均匀后静置去除沉淀;高压均质化,得到降糖降脂组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降糖降脂组合物,其特征在于包含如下按质量份计的组分:
盐藻提取液 1~10份;
荸荠提取物 8~10份;
苦菊提取物 5~15份;
玉米须提取物 5~15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的降糖降脂组合物,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的高压破碎的条件为压力50~100MPa。
4.根据权利要求1所述的降糖降脂组合物,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的沸水浴冷凝回流的条件为:沸水浴冷凝回流提取2~3次,每次0.5~3h,水的用量为荸荠果皮体积的2~5倍。
5.根据权利要求1所述的降糖降脂组合物,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的荸荠果肉匀浆后加入冷水中浸泡提取的条件为:冷水的用量为匀浆后的荸荠果肉体积的1~5倍,浸泡的时间为4~6h;冷水的温度为2~6℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的降糖降脂组合物,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的苦菊和玉米须匀浆后分别加入冷水中浸泡提取的条件为:冷水的用量为匀浆后的苦菊或玉米须体积的2~5倍,浸泡的时间为4~6h;冷水的温度为2~6℃。
7.权利要求1或2所述的降糖降脂组合物在制备降糖降脂食品和饮品中的应用。
8.一种降糖降脂饮品,其特征在于包含权利要求1或2所述的降糖降脂组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的降糖降脂饮品,其特征在于包含如下按质量份计的组分:
降糖降脂组合物 1~10份,水补足100份。
