技术领域
本发明涉及医学用途配方食品技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
恶性肿瘤是我国居民第一死亡原因,无论从发病率,还是患者数量,我国都是世界上最大的肿瘤大国。但是我国肿瘤患者五年生存率不足美国一半。国外文献报告,约31%~87%的恶性肿瘤患者存在营养不良,约15%的患者在确诊后6个月内体重下降超过10%,尤以消化系统或头颈部肿瘤最为常见。中国抗癌协会肿瘤营养与支持治疗专业委员会调查15112例恶性肿瘤患者,发现恶性肿瘤患者营养不良的发生率高达67%,其中以食管癌、胰腺癌、胃癌患者营养不良的发生率最高,达80%以上。
营养不良(本文特指营养不足),过去是、现在是、今后仍将是整个人类的最大健康威胁之一,是全世界范围内的主要死亡原因。营养不良显著升高了各种并发症发生率和死亡率,延长了住院时间,增加了医疗费用,严重耗费了家庭、社会及国家的经济资源。另一方面,恶性肿瘤本身及抗肿瘤治疗引起的摄入减少、消化不良、吸收障碍、利用异常、代谢紊乱、消耗升高等增加了营养不良发生率。二者形成一个恶性循环。20%恶性肿瘤直接死亡原因是营养不良而非肿瘤本身。
对于肿瘤患者,良好的营养状况是维持肿瘤患者生活质量及抗肿瘤治疗顺利实施的基础。因此,亟需一种适用肿瘤患者康复的营养粉的技术方案,以降低肿瘤发病率、延长肿瘤患者生存时间、提高肿瘤患者生活质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉及其制备方法,满足肿瘤患者对氨基酸、必需脂肪酸、维生素、矿物质和微量元素的需要,降低肿瘤发病率、延长肿瘤患者生存时间。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉:
每75g所述全营养配方粉中包含组分如下:蛋白质,17~23g;脂肪,18~25g;核苷酸0.1~1g,氨基酸:3~6g,碳水化合物,15~20g;膳食纤维,2~5g;复合维生素,1~2g;复合矿物质,5.5~6.5g;食品添加剂,1~2.5g。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述蛋白质来源包含大豆分离蛋白、牛奶蛋白、水解乳清蛋白的一种或多种。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述氨基酸包括亮氨酸、精氨酸、谷氨酰胺中的一种或多种。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述脂肪包括葵花籽油、玉米油、大豆油、花生油、鱼油中的一种或多种。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述脂肪包含中链三酸甘油酯和ω~3不饱和脂肪酸,且ω~3不饱和脂肪酸包括DHA和EPA,DHA与EPA的质量份数比为1:0.6~2。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述核苷酸来源包括5’-肌苷酸二钠、5’-鸟苷酸二钠、5’-尿苷酸二钠和5’-胞苷酸二钠中的一种或多种。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述膳食纤维来源包括低聚果糖、菊粉、抗性糊精中的一种或多种。

在上述技术方案的基础上,每75g所述全营养配方粉中,所述复合矿物质包含以下组分:钠,300~450mg;钾,550~650mg;钙,400~500mg;镁,76~100mg;磷,200~250mg;氯,600~800mg;铁,1.0~5.0mg;铜,0.2~1.0mg;锰,0.5~1.5mg;锌,6~10mg;碘,30~50μg;氟,352~450μg;铬,20~30μg;钼,30~40μg;硒,40~50μg。
本发明还公开了一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉的制备方法:
在配制罐中加入总量为1000g的20-25℃的纯水,强烈搅拌下通过混合器加入1.3%~2.6%复合维生素和7.3%~8.6%复合矿物质使其充分溶解或分散在纯水中;再加入22.6%~30.6%蛋白质、24.0%~33.3%脂肪、20.0%~26.6%碳水化合物、2.6%~6.6%膳食纤维、5.3%~8.0%氨基酸、0.1~1.3%核苷酸;
加入1.3%~3.3%的食用香精、甜味剂、酸度调节剂、乳化剂,使其溶解或分散在纯水中,制备过程中通氮气保护,得到混合营养液;
最后进行喷雾干燥,得到所述适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明所含的ω-3不饱和脂肪酸为鱼油中提炼出的EPA和DHA,作为机体的应激和免疫反应过程中的重要介质,对于患者的代谢、免疫和其他功能可以产生重要的影响;中链三酸甘油酯有利于消化功能欠缺的病人的吸收。
(2)本发明所含的ω-3不饱和脂肪酸、核苷酸、精氨酸、谷氨酰胺以及强化量的维生素A、C、E,能够促进机体免疫功能、增强机体抵抗力,适用于肿瘤病人因化疗、放疗以及疾病本身所产生的免疫抑制状况。
(3)本本发明所含的低聚果糖、菊粉、抗性糊精提供的膳食纤维有助于维持患者的胃肠道功能。
(4)本发明的适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉的能量密度为1.5kcal/mL,属于高脂肪、高蛋白、高能量密度、低碳水化合物含量的肠内营养制剂,有利于肿瘤患者吸收及高效的获取能量。
(5)本发明制备的适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉为乳白色粉末,酸甜适口,无异味,适合肿瘤患者对气味的敏感,顺应力效果好。

蛋白质来源包含大豆分离蛋白、牛奶蛋白、水解乳清蛋白的一种或多种。

分别称取上述实施例三组产品,每组各10g,加入3倍质量的水,冲调水温为60-80℃,匀速搅拌1min后,由10个人组成评审小组,对产品进行评分,分别对产品的色泽、风味、口感和冲调状态进行评定,营养粉的感官评分为4个指标的总和。评定标准见下表。
根据评审小组的感官评分结果汇总后得分分别为58、72、85,实施例3的评分最高。

共招募50例由于手术、化疗、放疗而伴有营养不良的肿瘤患者,可以进食流食者进行营养支持,在试验期间,受试者生活习惯及饮食习惯无需改变,试验组服用实施例4中所得样品,每次75g,加255mL温水冲服,每日3次,分别于早中晚服用。试验周期30天,分别于第0天服用前,第31天,进行指标收集。主要观察营养指标包括:血清白蛋白、血红蛋白浓度、体质量指数、生活质量评分使用Karnofsky生活质量评分(KPS)。所有数据应用SPSS15.0统计软件进行资料录入分析处理,计量资料以均值±标准差(x±s)表示,应用t检验,α=0.05,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。指标实验结果如下:
从上表可以看出,一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉对肿瘤患者的营养状况可以起到一定的改善作用,合理科学的营养支持,可以提高临床治疗的效果,改善患者的生活质量,因此正确地运用营养支持是需要掌握的一项重要的临床技能,营养支持已不仅仅是一种辅助的治疗手段,而是综合治疗的重要组成部分,同其他抗肿瘤治疗手段一样,可以达到延长患者的总生存期的目的。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围之内。本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。
Claims (10)
1.一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉,其特征在于:
每75g所述全营养配方粉中包含组分如下:蛋白质,17~23g;脂肪,18~25g;核苷酸0.1~1g,氨基酸:3~6g,碳水化合物,15~20g;膳食纤维,2~5g;复合维生素,1~2g;复合矿物质,5.5~6.5g;食品添加剂,1~2.5g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉,其特征在于:所述蛋白质来源包含大豆分离蛋白、牛奶蛋白、水解乳清蛋白的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉,其特征在于:所述氨基酸包括亮氨酸、精氨酸、谷氨酰胺中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉,其特征在于:所述脂肪包括葵花籽油、玉米油、大豆油、花生油、鱼油中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉,其特征在于:所述脂肪包含中链三酸甘油酯和ω~3不饱和脂肪酸,且ω~3不饱和脂肪酸包括DHA和EPA,DHA与EPA的质量份数比为1:0.6~2。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉,其特征在于:所述核苷酸来源包括5’-肌苷酸二钠、5’-鸟苷酸二钠、5’-尿苷酸二钠和5’-胞苷酸二钠中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉,其特征在于:所述膳食纤维来源包括低聚果糖、菊粉、抗性糊精中的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉,其特征在于:每75g所述全营养配方粉中,所述复合维生素包含以下组分:维生素A,450~660μg;维生素D,4~5μg;维生素E,60~80μg;维生素K,30~40μg;维生素B,10.6~0.8mg;维生素B2,0.6~0.8mg;维生素B6,0.7~1.0mg;维生素B12,1.4~1.8μg;维生素C,150~170mg;生物素,10~25μg;烟酰胺,5.6~7.2mg;泛酸,2.68~4.95mg;叶酸,104~215μg。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉,其特征在于:每75g所述全营养配方粉中,所述复合矿物质包含以下组分:钠,300~450mg;钾,550~650mg;钙,400~500mg;镁,76~100mg;磷,200~250mg;氯,600~800mg;铁,1.0~5.0mg;铜,0.2~1.0mg;锰,0.5~1.5mg;锌,6~10mg;碘,30~50μg;氟,352~450μg;铬,20~30μg;钼,30~40μg;硒,40~50μg。
10.一种适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉的制备方法,其特征如下:
在配制罐中加入总量为1000g的20-25℃的纯水,强烈搅拌下通过混合器加入1.3%~2.6%复合维生素和7.3%~8.6%复合矿物质使其充分溶解或分散在纯水中;再加入22.6%~30.6%蛋白质、24.0%~33.3%脂肪、20.0%~26.6%碳水化合物、2.6%~6.6%膳食纤维、5.3%~8.0%氨基酸、0.1~1.3%核苷酸;
加入1.3%~3.3%的食用香精、甜味剂、酸度调节剂、乳化剂,使其溶解或分散在纯水中,制备过程中通氮气保护,得到混合营养液;
最后进行喷雾干燥,得到所述适用于肿瘤患者康复的全营养配方粉。
