本发明属于一种药品技术领域,具体涉及一种肿瘤特定全营养配方食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国抗癌协会肿瘤营养与支持治疗专业委员会发现:我国67%住院肿瘤患者存在中、重度营养不良。肿瘤一旦发生,不仅肿瘤细胞本身代谢异常,肿瘤宿主也会发生相应的代谢变化。这些变化涉及代谢的各个方面和不同环节,主要表现为能量消耗增加,糖异生、糖酵解增强,脂肪动员和氧化加速,蛋白质合成减少、分解增多,分解代谢与合成代谢失衡,严重时发生恶液质。
特殊医学用途配方食品(foods for special med-ical purpose,FSMP)是为了满足进食受限、消化吸收障碍、代谢紊乱或特定疾病状态人群对营养素或膳食的特殊需要,专门加工配置而成的一类配方食品。该类食品必须在医生或临床营养师指导下使用,对于维持、保障疾病状态人群生理功能、身体康复具有重要作用。
现阶段,具有抗肿瘤作用的全营养配方食品中蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物来源于提纯原料,偏向于西方饮食习惯,针对中国人群饮食习惯的具有抗肿瘤作用的全营养配方食品比较稀少。
中国专利申请CN14323248A提供了供软组织肿瘤患者食用的全营养配方食品、特定全营养配方食品或非全营养配方食品。采用多种经预水解技术提取药食两用的中药提取物精华、多种微胶囊化的益生菌以及生物酶解提取的短肚、益生元、氨基酸、碳水化合物、多种维生素及矿物质一起粉碎混合而成,不仅可作为单一营养来源满足软组织肿瘤患者的营养需求,还有起到清热解毒,消肿散结、补气养血及增强免疫力的功效。但是,该产品的适用范围仅限于软组织肿瘤患者。专利申请CN109349643A提供了一种特定肿瘤全营养配方食品,其原料采用复合多糖提取物,复合蛋白肽,碳水化合物,脂肪,氨基酸,复合维生素,复合矿物质。虽然可满足肿瘤患者的营养需求,但是该专利对原料的介绍过于概括,不利于进行实施。
由此可见,目前各种天然食物粉或营养素,大多不是全能营养素,单独使用不能完全满足营养需求而全能的营养产品,多数为粉末,不能满足部分特殊人群的需要。针对肿瘤患者,特别是对于放疗过程中的肿瘤患者,目前缺乏针对性的全能营养产品,更缺乏对某些特异性营养物质的补充。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种特定肿瘤全营养配方食品,营养均衡,且对肿瘤能起到一定的控制效果。
为实现上述发明的目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:

1、效果评价
(1)营养指标评价
以实施例1和2得到的全营养配方粉为例,将其与《食品营养强化剂使用卫生标准》(GB14880-94)规定的各项指标逐一对照,发现均符合要求。
2、本发明的肿瘤全营养配方粉的动物试验
(1)研究对象
以MDA-MB-231乳腺癌细胞裸鼠原位为模型,选择标准是:动物品系Balb/c-nude,6周龄,雌性,24只,细胞株MDA-MB-231。
(2)测试配方
实验组口服实施例1的特定全营养配方粉,对照组按照原有习惯日常进食。
(3)实验步骤
1.MDA-MB-231乳腺癌细胞重悬于空DMEM中,细胞密度为2×107/mL。
2.混匀细胞悬液,分别在每只小鼠前肢附近乳腺脂肪垫内注射2×106/100µl不同组的细胞悬液,接种在小鼠左侧下方靠近上肢乳头脂肪垫(2016年12月2)。
3.每天观察裸鼠状态及成瘤情况,一周后将小鼠随机分为两组,分组灌胃。成瘤后每三天测量一次肿瘤大小。
4.灌胃两周后(12月23日),每只小鼠取血50µl,3000rpm离心10分钟,取血清,-80度冰冻保存。
5.于2016年12月30日再次取血,每只200µl,3000rpm离心10分钟,取血清,-80度冰冻保存。然后处死小鼠,终止实验并分析实验数据。
(4)结果
1.对小鼠体内成瘤的影响
相对于对照组,全营养组与对照相比,对小鼠体内的成瘤能力没有统计学差异。
2.对甘油三酯(TG)含量的影响
在检测的中间点(15天),全营养组相对于对照组,能显著升高甘油三酯的含量,具有显著的统计学差异。在检测终点(30天),全营养组相比对照组,能显著升高甘油三酯的含量,且具有统计学差异。
3.对胆固醇(CHO)含量的影响
在检测的中间点(15天),全营养组相对于对照组,能显著提高胆固醇的含量,具有显著的统计学差异。在检测终点(30天),全营养组相对对照组,能略微升高胆固醇的含量,但并无统计学差异。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤全营养配方,其特征在于,所述蛋白质为乳清蛋白。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤全营养配方,其特征在于,所述脂肪为花生油或玉米油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤全营养配方,其特征在于,所述碳水化合物为麦芽糊精、果胶。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤全营养配方,其特征在于,所述复合矿物质选自钾盐、钠盐、镁盐、钙盐、铜盐、锰盐、磷盐、碘盐、硒盐、铬盐、钼盐、氟盐中的一种或多种;
优选为磷酸氢二钾、碘化钾、钼酸钠、亚硒酸钠、氯化镁、氧化镁、碳酸钙、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、焦磷酸铁、氯化锰、氯化铬、钼酸钠、氟化钠中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤全营养配方,其特征在于,所述复合维生素具体为:维生素A、维生素C、维生素D份、维生素E 1、维生素K1、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸、生物素。
9.一种特定肿瘤全营养配方食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:称量、预混、总混、灭菌和包装,其特征在于,该肿瘤全营养配方食品制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)称量:将所有原料进行称量;
(2)预混:先将各维生素、各矿物质进行充分预混,预混约15-60min,直至均匀,之后过60-100目筛;
(3)总混:将步骤(2)中过筛得到的组分混合20-150min,直至均匀;
(4)灭菌:将过筛后的混合物进行灭菌;
(5)包装:杀菌后进行包装,封口即可。
