经检索,如中国专利文献公开了一种防辐射阻燃面料及其制备方法【专利号:ZL201410371799.5;授权公告号:CN104178879A】。这种防辐射阻燃面料及其制备方法,按以下原料重量份数配比制成:涤纶25-55份、聚酯纤维15-50份、纳米远红外陶瓷纤维25-45份、丝光棉纤维25-45份、莫代尔纤维12-35份、竹炭纤维15-45份、甲壳素纤维12-25份、聚乙烯纤维12-30份、玉米纤维12-25份、金属丝20-40份、牛奶蛋白纤维5-16份。制备方法是将丝光棉纤维、莫代尔纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维作为基体,将涤纶和金属丝混纺制成防辐射阻燃层,将聚酯纤维、纳米远红外陶瓷纤维、竹炭纤维、玉米纤维、甲壳素纤维和聚乙烯纤维混纺制成防辐射阻燃层。以上制备方法工艺复杂,工作效率低,无法时间大面积普及生产。

S3、基布染色:采用一种纺织浸染装置对步骤S2基布进行染色处理,在纺织浸染装置中加入25重量份水、2.5重量份氯化月桂基三甲基铵、1.1重量份乙二胺二邻羟苯基大乙酸钠、3.0重量份二苯醚四酸二酐、2.0重量份苄基萘磺酸钠、7重量份天然植物色素、2.2重量份烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺类化合物,并搅拌均匀;将基布浸泡在纺织浸染装置中80-100分钟;将浸泡后的毛条进行烘干,首先以每分钟3℃的速度快速升温至70℃;再以每分钟1℃的速度缓慢升温至90-110℃,保温20分钟;将烘干后的基布浸入清水中漂洗20分钟;取出漂洗后的毛条自然晾干;本纺织浸染装置包括安装箱、支撑架、进布料箱;
S4、基布定型:采用一种定型机对步骤S3基布进行定型处理;
S5、防水层制作:在基布上涂上防水涂料制成防水层;
S6、烘干:将步骤S5的面料进行烘干处理后制成防水防火面料。
本防水防火面料制作工艺通过选用纱线、基布制作、基布染色、基布定型、防水层制作、贴合烘干的步骤制作出防水防火面料,本制作工艺制作效率高,制作出的面料具有防水、保暖的功能,本制作工艺具有大批量高效生产的优点。
所述安装箱底部的四角处皆设有支撑架,所述安装箱内部的一端设有进布料箱,且进布料箱内部一侧的两端均设有第一电机,所述进布料箱内部远离第一电机一侧的两端均设有第一轴承,且第一轴承的内侧均设有第一连接杆,所述第一连接杆的外侧设有第一卷布轮,所述第一电机的输出端通过第一皮带与第一连接杆连接,所述安装箱内部靠近进布料箱的一端设有浸染箱,且浸染箱内部的顶端设有搅拌箱,所述浸染箱顶部的中间位置处设有电机箱,且电机箱内部底端的中间位置处设有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出端设有支撑杆,且支撑杆远离第二电机的一端设有第二轴承,所述支撑杆外侧的中间位置处设有叶片,所述浸染箱内部的底端设有浸染槽,所述搅拌箱底部一端的一侧设有延伸至浸染槽内部的导管,所述导管外侧靠近搅拌箱的一端设有电磁阀,所述浸染槽内部两端的两侧均设有两组第三轴承,且第三轴承的内侧均设有第二连接杆,所述第二连接杆的外侧均设有第二卷布轮,所述安装箱内部的中间位置处设有脱水箱,且脱水箱内部两端的两侧均设有两组第四轴承,所述第四轴承的内侧均设有第三连接杆,且第三连接杆的外侧均设有第三卷布轮,所述脱水箱内部远离搅拌箱一端的第三卷布轮的外侧均设有刮水板,所述脱水箱的底部设有收集盒,所述安装箱内部远离浸染箱的一端设有烘干箱,且烘干箱内部顶端和底端两端均设有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆远离烘干箱的一端均设有加热板,所述烘干箱内部两端的两侧均设有两组第五轴承,且第五轴承的内侧均设有第四连接杆,所述第四连接杆的外侧均设有第四卷布轮,所述安装箱内部远离进布料箱的一端设有出布料箱,且出布料箱内部一侧的两端均设有第三电机,所述出布料箱内部远离第三电机一侧的两端均设有第六轴承,且第六轴承的内侧均设有第五连接杆,所述第五连接杆的外侧设有第五卷布轮,所述第三电机的输出端通过第二皮带与第五连接杆连接,所述浸染箱正面的中间位置处设有检修口。
所述第三卷布轮的表面设有海绵吸水层。
所述支撑架的底部皆设有万向轮,且万向轮上皆设有制动装置。
所述第二电机的两端均设有支撑座。
所述浸染箱正面远离检修口的中间位置处设有母扣,所述检修口正面底部的中间位置处设有与母扣相互配合的子扣。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本防水防火面料制作工艺通过使用阻燃剂和防水层,使本制作工艺生产的面料具有防水、防火的优点。
2、本防水防火面料制作工艺的基布染色中采用的纺织浸染装置,通过第二连接杆和第二卷布轮的设置,可以很好的控制布料染色的时间,使得染色均匀,第二电机和叶片的设置,使得染料可以在浸染箱中进行调配,可以更好的对染料进行搅拌,节省了人力,第三连接杆和第三卷布轮的设置,可以将布料上多余的染料挤压出来,使得布料染色均匀,电动伸缩杆的设置,可以调整烘干的距离,从而控制烘干的程度,保证烘干后的效果,万向轮的设置,使得装置移动起来更加方便,收集盒的设置,使得染料可以重复利用。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1-4所示,一种防水防火面料制作工艺,该制作工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、选用纱线:选用涤纶纱线,将纱线浸渍在浸渍缸中,在浸渍缸中放入阻燃剂,制成阻燃纱线;
S2、基布制作:采用经线和纬线编织成基布,经线和纬线均采用S1中的阻燃纱线;
S3、基布染色:采用一种纺织浸染装置对步骤S2基布进行染色处理,在纺织浸染装置中加入25重量份水、2.5重量份氯化月桂基三甲基铵、1.1重量份乙二胺二邻羟苯基大乙酸钠、3.0重量份二苯醚四酸二酐、2.0重量份苄基萘磺酸钠、7重量份天然植物色素、2.2重量份烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺类化合物,并搅拌均匀;将基布浸泡在纺织浸染装置中80-100分钟;将浸泡后的毛条进行烘干,首先以每分钟3℃的速度快速升温至70℃;再以每分钟1℃的速度缓慢升温至90-110℃,保温20分钟;将烘干后的基布浸入清水中漂洗20分钟;取出漂洗后的毛条自然晾干;
S4、基布定型:采用一种定型机对步骤S3基布进行定型处理;
S5、防水层制作:在基布上涂上防水涂料制成防水层;
S6、烘干:将步骤S5的面料进行烘干处理后制成防水防火面料。
步骤S3、基布染色当中采用的一种纺织浸染装置,包括安装箱1、支撑架2、进布料箱3,所述安装箱1底部的四角处皆设有支撑架2,所述安装箱1内部的一端设有进布料箱3,且进布料箱3内部一侧的两端均设有第一电机4,所述进布料箱3内部远离第一电机4一侧的两端均设有第一轴承5,且第一轴承5的内侧均设有第一连接杆6,所述第一连接杆6的外侧设有第一卷布轮7,所述第一电机4的输出端通过第一皮带8与第一连接杆6连接,所述安装箱1内部靠近进布料箱3的一端设有浸染箱9,且浸染箱9内部的顶端设有搅拌箱10,所述浸染箱9顶部的中间位置处设有电机箱11,且电机箱11内部底端的中间位置处设有第二电机12,所述第二电机12的输出端设有支撑杆13,且支撑杆13远离第二电机12的一端设有第二轴承14,所述支撑杆13外侧的中间位置处设有叶片15,所述浸染箱9内部的底端设有浸染槽16,所述搅拌箱10底部一端的一侧设有延伸至浸染槽16内部的导管17,所述导管17外侧靠近搅拌箱10的一端设有电磁阀18,所述浸染槽16内部两端的两侧均设有两组第三轴承19,且第三轴承19的内侧均设有第二连接杆20,所述第二连接杆20的外侧均设有第二卷布轮21,所述安装箱1内部的中间位置处设有脱水箱22,且脱水箱22内部两端的两侧均设有两组第四轴承23,所述第四轴承23的内侧均设有第三连接杆24,且第三连接杆24的外侧均设有第三卷布轮25,所述脱水箱22内部远离搅拌箱10一端的第三卷布轮25的外侧均设有刮水板26,所述脱水箱22的底部设有收集盒27,所述安装箱1内部远离浸染箱9的一端设有烘干箱28,且烘干箱28内部顶端和底端两端均设有电动伸缩杆29,所述电动伸缩杆29远离烘干箱28的一端均设有加热板30,所述烘干箱28内部两端的两侧均设有两组第五轴承31,且第五轴承31的内侧均设有第四连接杆32,所述第四连接杆32的外侧均设有第四卷布轮33,所述安装箱1内部远离进布料箱3的一端设有出布料箱34,且出布料箱34内部一侧的两端均设有第三电机35,所述出布料箱34内部远离第三电机35一侧的两端均设有第六轴承36,且第六轴承36的内侧均设有第五连接杆37,所述第五连接杆37的外侧设有第五卷布轮38,所述第三电机35的输出端通过第二皮带39与第五连接杆37连接,所述浸染箱9正面的中间位置处设有检修口40,所述第三卷布轮25的表面设有海绵吸水层,所述支撑架2的底部皆设有万向轮41,且万向轮41上皆设有制动装置,所述第二电机12的两端均设有支撑座42,所述浸染箱9正面远离检修口40的中间位置处设有母扣43,所述检修口40正面底部的中间位置处设有与母扣43相互配合的子扣44。
本纺织浸染装置有益效果:本发明提出一种纺织浸染装置,第二连接杆20和第二卷布轮21的设置,可以很好的控制布料染色的时间,使得染色均匀,第二电机12和叶片15的设置,使得染料可以在浸染箱9中进行调配,可以更好的对染料进行搅拌,节省了人力,第三连接杆24和第三卷布轮25的设置,可以将布料上多余的染料挤压出来,使得布料染色均匀,电动伸缩杆29的设置,可以调整烘干的距离,从而控制烘干的程度,保证烘干后的效果,万向轮41的设置,使得装置移动起来更加方便,收集盒27的设置,使得染料可以重复利用。
本纺织浸染装置工作原理:使用时通过万向轮41将装置移动到指定位置,接通电源,打开第一电机4,通过第一皮带8带动第一连接杆6,将布料放在第一卷布轮7上,打开第二电机12,带动叶片15旋转,对染料进行搅拌,打开电磁阀18,使得染料通过导管17进入浸染槽16中,通过第二卷布轮21将布料输送到脱水箱22中,通过第三卷布轮25的挤压,将布料上多余的染料去除,多余的染料掉进收集盒27中,刮水板26将第三卷布轮25上的染料清除,布料进入烘干箱28内,控制电动伸缩杆29调整加热板30到布料的距离,打开第三电机35,通过第二皮带39带动第五连接杆37,将布料通过第五卷布轮38带出,通过子扣44和母扣43打开检修口40对浸染箱9进行检修。
本防水防火面料制作工艺通过选用纱线、基布制作、基布染色、基布定型、防水层制作、贴合烘干的步骤制作出防水防火面料,本制作工艺制作效率高,制作出的面料具有防水、保暖的功能,本制作工艺具有大批量高效生产的优点。

Claims (5)
1.一种防水防火面料制作工艺,该制作工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、选用纱线:选用涤纶纱线,将纱线浸渍在浸渍缸中,在浸渍缸中放入阻燃剂,制成阻燃纱线;
S2、基布制作:采用经线和纬线编织成基布,经线和纬线均采用S1中的阻燃纱线;
S3、基布染色:采用一种纺织浸染装置对步骤S2基布进行染色处理,在纺织浸染装置中加入25重量份水、2.5重量份氯化月桂基三甲基铵、1.1重量份乙二胺二邻羟苯基大乙酸钠、3.0重量份二苯醚四酸二酐、2.0重量份苄基萘磺酸钠、7重量份天然植物色素、2.2重量份烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺类化合物,并搅拌均匀;将基布浸泡在纺织浸染装置中80-100分钟;将浸泡后的毛条进行烘干,首先以每分钟3℃的速度快速升温至70℃;再以每分钟1℃的速度缓慢升温至90-110℃,保温20分钟;将烘干后的基布浸入清水中漂洗20分钟;取出漂洗后的毛条自然晾干;本纺织浸染装置包括安装箱、支撑架、进布料箱;
S4、基布定型:采用一种定型机对步骤S3基布进行定型处理;
S5、防水层制作:在基布上涂上防水涂料制成防水层;
S6、烘干:将步骤S5的面料进行烘干处理后制成防水防火面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水防火面料制作工艺,其特征在于,所述安装箱底部的四角处皆设有支撑架,所述安装箱内部的一端设有进布料箱,且进布料箱内部一侧的两端均设有第一电机,所述进布料箱内部远离第一电机一侧的两端均设有第一轴承,且第一轴承的内侧均设有第一连接杆,所述第一连接杆的外侧设有第一卷布轮,所述第一电机的输出端通过第一皮带与第一连接杆连接,所述安装箱内部靠近进布料箱的一端设有浸染箱,且浸染箱内部的顶端设有搅拌箱,所述浸染箱顶部的中间位置处设有电机箱,且电机箱内部底端的中间位置处设有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出端设有支撑杆,且支撑杆远离第二电机的一端设有第二轴承,所述支撑杆外侧的中间位置处设有叶片,所述浸染箱内部的底端设有浸染槽,所述搅拌箱底部一端的一侧设有延伸至浸染槽内部的导管,所述导管外侧靠近搅拌箱的一端设有电磁阀,所述浸染槽内部两端的两侧均设有两组第三轴承,且第三轴承的内侧均设有第二连接杆,所述第二连接杆的外侧均设有第二卷布轮,所述安装箱内部的中间位置处设有脱水箱,且脱水箱内部两端的两侧均设有两组第四轴承,所述第四轴承的内侧均设有第三连接杆,且第三连接杆的外侧均设有第三卷布轮,所述脱水箱内部远离搅拌箱一端的第三卷布轮的外侧均设有刮水板,所述脱水箱的底部设有收集盒,所述安装箱内部远离浸染箱的一端设有烘干箱,且烘干箱内部顶端和底端两端均设有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆远离烘干箱的一端均设有加热板,所述烘干箱内部两端的两侧均设有两组第五轴承,且第五轴承的内侧均设有第四连接杆,所述第四连接杆的外侧均设有第四卷布轮,所述安装箱内部远离进布料箱的一端设有出布料箱,且出布料箱内部一侧的两端均设有第三电机,所述出布料箱内部远离第三电机一侧的两端均设有第六轴承,且第六轴承的内侧均设有第五连接杆,所述第五连接杆的外侧设有第五卷布轮,所述第三电机的输出端通过第二皮带与第五连接杆连接,所述浸染箱正面的中间位置处设有检修口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防水防火面料制作工艺,其特征在于,所述第三卷布轮的表面设有海绵吸水层。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防水防火面料制作工艺,其特征在于,所述第二电机的两端均设有支撑座。
5.根据权利要求2所述的防水防火面料制作工艺,其特征在于,所述浸染箱正面远离检修口的中间位置处设有母扣,所述检修口正面底部的中间位置处设有与母扣相互配合的子扣。
