本发明属于面料技术领域,涉及一种抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法。
背景技术
传统的混纺纤维材料,多是以棉纤维、毛纤维或化纤维为原料,其产品的功能单一。
经检索,如中国专利文献公开了一种混纺面料【申请号:201510905452.9;公开号:CN 105544050A】。这种混纺面料,其特征在于:由涤锦混纺丝、棉竹混纺丝编织而成,所述涤锦混纺丝由涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维混纺而成,所述涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维的比例为3:1,所述棉竹混纺丝由棉纤维和竹纤维混纺而成,所述棉纤维和竹纤维的比例为2:1;所述涤锦混纺丝占面料重量的百分比为60-70%,所述棉竹混纺丝占面料重量的百分比为30-40%。
该专利中公开的混纺面料虽然具有抗菌、耐磨的性能,但是,该混纺面料的结构简单,没有抗静电性能,也没有相应的生产方法,因此,设计出一种抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法,该生产方法具有生产简便的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、织造:将骆驼毛纤维、柞蚕丝纤维、菠萝叶纤维和海藻纤维四种纤维混纺编织成面料,面料的厚度为0.6-0.9mm;
b、配制抗静电液:按重量份数,将聚氯乙烯树脂20-30份、偶氮二甲酰胺1.5-3.5份、滑石粉2-4份、白油1.2-2.8份、抗静电剂15-20份和增塑剂0.5-1.5份一起加到搅拌机中,搅拌时间为10-20min,制得抗静电液;
c、涂覆:通过涂层装置将抗静电液涂覆在面料的表面上,涂覆速度为18-36m/min;
d、烘干:将涂覆好的面料放入到烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为80-90℃,烘干时间为16-22min;
e、水洗:将烘干好的面料放入到水洗机中水洗,水洗温度为25-35℃,水洗时间为8-12min;
f、晾干:将水洗后的面料进行自然晾干,即可得到抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料。
所述步骤a中的面料中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:骆驼毛纤维占16-22%,柞蚕丝纤维占32-38%,菠萝叶纤维占26-36%,海藻纤维占10-16%。
所述步骤b中的搅拌转速为300-350r/min。
所述步骤c中的涂覆量为110-130g/m2
所述步骤c中的涂层装置包括底座,底座上固定有用于放置涂料的放料槽,放料槽底部中间处连接有卸料管,卸料管上设置有电磁阀一,放料槽底部两侧还连接有排污管,排污管上设置有电磁阀二,底座上还固定有支架,且支架靠近放料槽,支架上设置有升降架,升降架与一能带动其上下升降的升降机构相连,升降架上设置有涂层辊,且涂层辊位于放料槽的正上方,涂层辊端部与一能带动其转动的伺服电机相连,支架上还设置有能对放料槽进行清理的清理机构,清理机构包括安装条、导杆、导套、移动座、推杆电机、刮板、储液箱和呈U形的喷液管,安装条固定在支架上,导杆水平固定在安装条上,且导杆与涂层辊相互平行,导套设置在导杆上,移动座固定在导套上,移动座与一能带动其来回移动的移动结构相连,推杆电机固定在移动座上,推杆电机的推杆竖直向下,刮板通过安装杆竖直固定在推杆电机的推杆端部,刮板两侧和下部均固定有毛刷条,且毛刷条能与放料槽内壁相接触,喷液管通过连杆固定在刮板上部,喷液管两端分别位于刮板两侧,喷液管两端还分别连接有喷头,且喷头的出液口朝下,喷液管中部通过输液管和储液箱相连通,输液管上设置有输送泵。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有该优点:通过织造、配制抗静电液、涂覆、烘干、水洗和晾干等步骤,就是实现面料的生产,且将动物纤维和植物纤维结合在一起,同时,该面料也具有较好的抗静电性能,生产简便。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
本抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
a、织造:将骆驼毛纤维、柞蚕丝纤维、菠萝叶纤维和海藻纤维四种纤维混纺编织成面料,面料的厚度为0.6-0.9mm;在本实施例中,将骆驼毛纤维、柞蚕丝纤维、菠萝叶纤维和海藻纤维四种纤维混纺编织成面料,面料的厚度为0.7mm;
b、配制抗静电液:按重量份数,将聚氯乙烯树脂20-30份、偶氮二甲酰胺1.5-3.5份、滑石粉2-4份、白油1.2-2.8份、抗静电剂15-20份和增塑剂0.5-1.5份一起加到搅拌机中,搅拌时间为10-20min,制得抗静电液;在本实施例中,按重量份数,将聚氯乙烯树脂24份、偶氮二甲酰胺1.8份、滑石粉3份、白油1.6份、抗静电剂17份和增塑剂0.6份一起加到搅拌机中,搅拌时间为15min,制得抗静电液;抗静电剂和增塑剂采用市场上可以买到的现有产品;
c、涂覆:通过涂层装置将抗静电液涂覆在面料的表面上,涂覆速度为18-36m/min;在本实施例中,通过涂层装置将抗静电液涂覆在面料的表面上,涂覆速度为22m/min;
d、烘干:将涂覆好的面料放入到烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为80-90℃,烘干时间为16-22min;在本实施例中,将涂覆好的面料放入到烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为86℃,烘干时间为19min;
e、水洗:将烘干好的面料放入到水洗机中水洗,水洗温度为25-35℃,水洗时间为8-12min;在本实施例中,将烘干好的面料放入到水洗机中水洗,水洗温度为26℃,水洗时间为9min;
f、晾干:将水洗后的面料进行自然晾干,即可得到抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料。
步骤a中的面料中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:骆驼毛纤维占16-22%,柞蚕丝纤维占32-38%,菠萝叶纤维占26-36%,海藻纤维占10-16%;在本实施例中,步骤a中的面料中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:骆驼毛纤维占18%,柞蚕丝纤维占36%,菠萝叶纤维占32%,海藻纤维占14%。
步骤b中的搅拌转速为300-350r/min;在本实施例中,步骤b中的搅拌转速为320r/min。
步骤c中的涂覆量为110-130g/m2;在本实施例中,步骤c中的涂覆量为117g/m2
如图1-图5所示,步骤c中的涂层装置包括底座2,底座2上固定有用于放置涂料的放料槽4,在本实施例中,可将涂料加入到放料槽4中,放料槽4底部中间处连接有卸料管38,卸料管38上设置有电磁阀一37,放料槽4底部两侧还连接有排污管6,排污管6上设置有电磁阀二5,底座2上还固定有支架12,在本实施例中,支架12通过焊接的方式固定在底座2上,且支架12靠近放料槽4,支架12上设置有升降架14,升降架14与一能带动其上下升降的升降机构相连,升降架14上设置有涂层辊7,且涂层辊7位于放料槽4的正上方,涂层辊7端部与一能带动其转动的伺服电机13相连,支架12上还设置有能对放料槽4进行清理的清理机构,清理机构包括安装条19、导杆18、导套22、移动座26、推杆电机25、刮板31、储液箱36和呈U形的喷液管28,安装条19固定在支架12上,在本实施例中,安装条19通过螺栓连接的方式固定在支架12上,导杆18水平固定在安装条19上,在本实施例中,导杆18通过螺栓连接的方式水平固定在安装条19上,且导杆18与涂层辊7相互平行,导套22设置在导杆18上,移动座26固定在导套22上,在本实施例中,移动座26通过螺栓连接的方式固定在导套22上,移动座26与一能带动其来回移动的移动结构相连,推杆电机25固定在移动座26上,在本实施例中,推杆电机25通过螺栓连接的方式固定在移动座26上,推杆电机25的推杆竖直向下,刮板31通过安装杆33竖直固定在推杆电机25的推杆端部,刮板31两侧和下部均固定有毛刷条31a,在本实施例中,毛刷条31a通过胶水粘贴的方式固定在刮板31两侧和下部,且毛刷条31a能与放料槽4内壁相接触,喷液管28通过连杆一29固定在刮板31上部,喷液管28两端分别位于刮板31两侧,喷液管28两端还分别连接有喷头32,且喷头32的出液口朝下,喷液管28中部通过输液管27和储液箱36相连通,输液管27上设置有输送泵35;在本实施例中,面料涂层过程中移动的动力源采用的是现有技术。
输液管27上还设置有流量调节阀34。
采用以上结构,通过流量调节阀34对输液管27的液体大小进行调节,调节方便。
升降机构包括气缸21、导轨15和滑块17,导轨15竖直固定在支架12上,在本实施例中,导轨15通过螺栓连接的方式竖直固定在支架12上,滑块17设置在导轨15上,气缸21固定在支架12上,在本实施例中,气缸21通过螺栓连接的方式固定在支架12上,气缸21的活塞杆竖直向下,气缸21的活塞杆端部和滑块17相连,升降架14通过连杆二16和滑块17相连。
移动结构包括步进电机24、齿轮23和齿条20,齿条20水平固定在安装条19上,在本实施例中,齿条20通过螺栓连接的方式水平固定在安装条19上,且齿条20与导杆18相互平行,步进电机24固定在导套22上,在本实施例中,步进电机24通过螺栓连接的方式固定在导套22上,步进电机24的输出轴水平设置,齿轮23固定在步进电机24的输出轴端部,且齿轮23与齿条20相啮合。
刮板31的材料为不锈钢。
底座2上还固定有控制器1,在本实施例中,控制器1采用市场上可以买到的单片机,单片机控制推杆电机25、水泵和步进电机24的程序为现有,其程序不需要编辑,推杆电机25、水泵和步进电机24通过线路均与该控制器1相连。
采用该结构,通过控制器1可控制推杆电机25、水泵和步进电机24动作,智能化程度高。
底座2上还设置有若干导向杆3,在本实施例中,导向杆3为六个。
采用该结构,通过导向杆3可对面料进行导向,导向效果好。
底座2上设置有能对涂层厚度进行调节的调节机构,调节机构包括刮刀9、支撑辊8和固定架11,支撑辊8水平设置在底座2上,固定架11固定在底座2上,在本实施例中,固定架11通过焊接的方式固定在底座2上,固定架11上设置有调节气缸10,调节气缸10的活塞杆水平设置,调节气缸10的活塞杆端部和刮刀9相连,刮刀9位于支撑辊8左边,且刮刀9和支撑辊8之间具有供面料通过的间隙。
安装杆33上还设置有吹风结构,吹风结构包括气囊一41、气囊二45、进气管43、出气管49、连接管一42、连接管二53、单向阀一44、单向阀二52和电加热件51,在本实施例中,气囊一41和气囊二45采用市场上可以买到的现有产品;刮板31内部还具有空腔,刮板31两侧和下部均开设有与空腔相连通的若干吹风孔,在本实施例中,吹风孔的数量为三十个;气囊一41和气囊二45分别设置在安装杆33上,气囊一41的一端通过连接杆一39和放料槽4的一端相连,气囊一41的另一端通过连接板一48和安装杆33的一端相连,气囊二45的一端通过连接板二47和安装杆33的另一端相连,气囊二45的另一端通过连接杆二46和放料槽4的另一端相连,连接管一42的一端和气囊一41相连通,连接管一42的另一端和气囊二45相连通,连接管一42的中部和进气管43的一端相连通,进气管43的另一端与外界相连通,单向阀一44设置在进气管43上,连接管二53的一端和气囊一41相连通,连接管二53的另一端和气囊二45相连通,连接管二53的中部和出气管49的一端相连通,出气管49的另一端和空腔相连通,单向阀二52和电加热件51均设置在出气管49上;采用该结构,在刮板31来回工作时,气囊一41和气囊二45反复增大或减小,外界的空气从进气管43进入到气囊一41或气囊二45中,并从出气管49输出,在电加热件51的作用下,将加热的空气从吹风孔输出,将放料槽4吹干,充分利用了刮板31来回移动的动力,实现了放料槽4的吹干作业,吹风效果好。
电加热件51为电热丝。
涂层装置的工作原理如下:通过人工将涂料加入到放料槽4中,然后将需要涂覆的面料绕过涂层辊7,控制气缸21的活塞杆向下移动,气缸21的活塞杆带动滑块17向下移动,滑块17通过连杆二16带动升降架14向下移动,升降架14带动涂层辊7向下移动,使涂层辊7部分浸入放料槽4内,同时,控制伺服电机13带动涂层辊7转动,涂层辊7将放料槽4中的涂料涂覆在面料上,控制调节气缸10的活塞杆来回移动,调节气缸10的活塞杆带动刮刀9来回移动,使刮刀9和支撑辊8的间隙调节到合适值,将涂层的厚度调节到所需值,从而实现其涂层作业;当需要对放料槽4进行清理时,控制推杆电机25的推杆向下移动,推杆电机25的推杆带动刮板31向下移动,使刮板31上的毛刷条31a与放料槽4内壁相接触,控制伺服电机13的输出轴转动,伺服电机13的输出轴带动齿轮23转动,通过齿轮23与齿条20逐渐啮合,使导套22沿着导杆18来回移动,导套22带动移动座26来回移动,移动座26带动推杆电机25来回移动,推杆电机25带动刮板31来回移动,刮板31上的毛刷条31a对放料槽4内壁进行清理,同时,控制输送泵35输送清洗液至输液管27中,输液管27中的清洗液通过喷头32喷入放料槽4内,废液则从排污管6排出,清理方便;在本实施例中,涂层的面料即为高弹保暖涂层面料;在本实施例中,涂料为抗静电液。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、织造:将骆驼毛纤维、柞蚕丝纤维、菠萝叶纤维和海藻纤维四种纤维混纺编织成面料,面料的厚度为0.6-0.9mm;
b、配制抗静电液:按重量份数,将聚氯乙烯树脂20-30份、偶氮二甲酰胺1.5-3.5份、滑石粉2-4份、白油1.2-2.8份、抗静电剂15-20份和增塑剂0.5-1.5份一起加到搅拌机中,搅拌时间为10-20min,制得抗静电液;
c、涂覆:通过涂层装置将抗静电液涂覆在面料的表面上,涂覆速度为18-36m/min;
d、烘干:将涂覆好的面料放入到烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为80-90℃,烘干时间为16-22min;
e、水洗:将烘干好的面料放入到水洗机中水洗,水洗温度为25-35℃,水洗时间为8-12min;
f、晾干:将水洗后的面料进行自然晾干,即可得到抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a中的面料中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:骆驼毛纤维占16-22%,柞蚕丝纤维占32-38%,菠萝叶纤维占26-36%,海藻纤维占10-16%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中的搅拌转速为300-350r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c中的涂覆量为110-130g/m2
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c中的涂层装置包括底座,底座上固定有用于放置涂料的放料槽,放料槽底部中间处连接有卸料管,卸料管上设置有电磁阀一,放料槽底部两侧还连接有排污管,排污管上设置有电磁阀二,底座上还固定有支架,且支架靠近放料槽,支架上设置有升降架,升降架与一能带动其上下升降的升降机构相连,升降架上设置有涂层辊,且涂层辊位于放料槽的正上方,涂层辊端部与一能带动其转动的伺服电机相连,支架上还设置有能对放料槽进行清理的清理机构,清理机构包括安装条、导杆、导套、移动座、推杆电机、刮板、储液箱和呈U形的喷液管,安装条固定在支架上,导杆水平固定在安装条上,且导杆与涂层辊相互平行,导套设置在导杆上,移动座固定在导套上,移动座与一能带动其来回移动的移动结构相连,推杆电机固定在移动座上,推杆电机的推杆竖直向下,刮板通过安装杆竖直固定在推杆电机的推杆端部,刮板两侧和下部均固定有毛刷条,且毛刷条能与放料槽内壁相接触,喷液管通过连杆固定在刮板上部,喷液管两端分别位于刮板两侧,喷液管两端还分别连接有喷头,且喷头的出液口朝下,喷液管中部通过输液管和储液箱相连通,输液管上设置有输送泵。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述输液管上还设置有流量调节阀。
7.根据权利要求5所述的抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括气缸、导轨和滑块,导轨竖直固定在支架上,滑块设置在导轨上,气缸固定在支架上,气缸的活塞杆竖直向下,气缸的活塞杆端部和滑块相连,升降架通过连杆二和滑块相连。
8.根据权利要求5所述的抗静电动植物纤维混纺面料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述移动结构包括步进电机、齿轮和齿条,齿条水平固定在安装条上,且齿条与导杆相互平行,步进电机固定在导套上,步进电机的输出轴水平设置,齿轮固定在步进电机的输出轴端部,且齿轮与齿条相啮合。
