技术领域
本发明涉及成衣加工领域,尤其涉及一种涤棉白色织物的免烫整理工艺。
背景技术
随着生活质量的提高,人们对服装产品的要求也越来越高,除了款式新颖,还要求具有一定的舒适性。棉织物软柔性高,穿着舒适,但是存在着弹性差、易变性、易折皱等缺点,在穿着过程中不能保持平整的外观,因此纯棉面料的抗皱性整理显得尤为重要。
对纯棉织物的免烫整理包括喷洒整理液的工序,此道工序需要将整理液均匀地喷洒在棉织物上。目前喷淋工序多是将棉织物直接放置在喷淋室内,然后通过喷头对棉织物进行旋转喷涂。此方式耗时较长,喷淋过程中也容易出现喷淋死角,导致存在整理液分布不均匀的现象,影响对棉织物的免烫整理效果。
为了实现对整理液的充分利用,还需要对喷淋液进行回收再利用。传统的做法是将提升泵的进液口直接放置在喷淋室的底部,由于没有对由棉织物上落下的整理液进行过滤,导致喷淋室底部储存的整理液混入一定量的毛絮。如果直接通过提升泵抽取整理液,会使毛絮顺着管道进入提升泵或者喷头内,长此以往会造成提升泵或者喷头的堵塞,从而影响后续工序的顺利进行。
此外,对棉织物的免烫整理还包括脱液的工序,此道工序需要将棉织物由喷淋室内取出,并进行挤压或离心脱液水,以达到控制棉织物带液率的目的。由于在此道工序进行之前需要将棉织物由喷淋室内取出,此过程将耗费大量的转移时间,影响整个免烫整理的周期。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种涤棉白色织物的免烫整理工艺。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种涤棉白色织物的免烫整理工艺,该工艺流程依次包括清洗→干燥→喷药→压烫→烘焙→水洗;所述喷药包括以下步骤:将经过干燥后的织物置于注剂装置内,通过注剂装置将整理液均匀喷洒到织物表面;所述整理液包括以下组分且各组分的质量浓度分别为:纤维保护剂:60-65g/L,所述纤维保护剂成分包括聚乙烯、聚胺脂和尿素;柔软剂:38-48g/L,所述柔软剂成分包括括亲水性有机硅柔软剂、氨基硅油;催化剂:15.5-16g/L;渗透剂:1-1.2g/L;树脂:155-160g/L;荧光剂:2-3g/L;余量为水。
优选地,通过注剂装置能向织物表面喷洒整理液,在织物的带液率在70-80%时,通过预烘使由注剂装置出来的织物带液率在30-40%。
优选地,所述织物由20%的涤纶和80%的棉花混纱线织成,在其经纬纱支均为80英支股线、经纬密度为130*90根/英寸时,所述整理液包括以下组分且各组分的下质量浓度分别为:聚乙烯乳液30g/L;聚胺脂25g/L;尿素5g/L;氨基酸油35/L;亲水性有机硅柔软剂8g/L;催化剂16g/L;渗透剂1g/L;二羟甲基脲树脂160g/L;荧光剂:2.5g/L;余量为水。

本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
(1)本发明的免烫整理液能与织物发生反应,在一定的温度和压力下产生交联,使织物保持长时间的平整,处理过程中织物不发黄,保持了织物原有的色泽,清洗后使织物具有免烫功能。
(2本发明的免烫整理液包括聚乙烯、聚氨酯以及尿素,通过三者的协同作用,能够提高织物的柔软度,适用于免烫整理,穿着也更加的舒适爽身;在不降低强力的前提下,还能够提高织物强力度,增强了织物的使用寿命。
(3)通过本发明的免烫整理方法得到的纯棉织物柔软度、平滑度和白度高,无黄色斑点,撕破强力度大,具有长效的手感以及极佳的抗皱效果,经济价值高。
(4)本发明对免烫整理工艺进行了合理优化,通过喷药处理后的织物上均匀附着有整理液,且不需要再进行脱液处理,节省了大量的时间。此外,通过注剂装置可以同时对多件织物进行喷淋作业,有效缩短了处理周期。
(5)在转轴转动带动挂板运动的同时,转轴上的搅拌叶片搅动整理液,使整理液处于流动状态。在整理液流动的过程中,洗衣球能持续吸附整理液中的毛絮,杜绝了毛絮堵塞提升泵和喷头的可能,提高了对织物处理过程的稳定性。
(6)本发明的注剂装置设计巧妙,整理液的喷淋以及毛絮的吸附能够同时进行,实现了对整理液的充分利用,降低了单次向注剂装置内投入的整理液的量。
(7)本发明的注剂装置可以对织物进行包括喷淋和脱水在内的作业,整个作业只需一台电机就能够完成,由于对动力源的需求量少,降低了对棉织物的处理成本。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整性地描述。当然,所描述的实施例只是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
结合图1,本发明提出的一种涤棉白色织物的免烫整理工艺,该工艺流程依次包括清洗→干燥→喷药→压烫→烘焙→水洗;所述喷药包括以下步骤:将经过干燥后的织物置于注剂装置内,通过注剂装置将整理液均匀喷洒到织物表面;所述整理液包括以下组分且各组分的质量浓度分别为:纤维保护剂:60-65g/L,所述纤维保护剂成分包括聚乙烯、聚胺脂和尿素;柔软剂:38-48g/L,所述柔软剂成分包括括亲水性有机硅柔软剂、氨基硅油;催化剂:15.5-16g/L;渗透剂:1-1.2g/L;树脂:155-160g/L;荧光剂:2-3g/L;余量为水。
结合图2、3,所述注剂装置包括箱体1,所述箱体1内设上隔板12和下隔板8,两块隔板将所述箱体1内腔分隔成喷淋室、储液室和电气室,所述喷淋室内设有与所述箱体1同轴的喷管18,所述喷管18沿高度方向设有多个喷头19;所述上隔板12上贯穿地开设有环槽,所述环槽中连接有多个旋转轴4,所述旋转轴4的上端固定连接有定位杆15,所述旋转轴4的下端套装有行星轮14,所述定位杆15上连接有挂杆16,所述挂杆16上套装有用于吊装织物的挂板17;所述储液室中盛装有整理液,所述储液室内转动连接有转轴4,所述转轴4的上端在穿出上隔板12后伸入喷管18内,所述转轴4上下两端开口,其与所述喷管18同轴,并通过密封轴承与喷管18连接,所述转轴4上套装有太阳轮11,所述太阳轮11与所述行星轮14箱啮合;所述储液室内还设有齿圈13,所述齿圈13具有与所述行星轮14啮合的环形齿段;所述转轴4的下端在穿出下隔板8后伸入电气室中的送料管内,所述转轴4与所述送料管通过密封轴承连通,所述转轴4由电气室内的驱动机构驱动转动;所送料管与供液机构连通,所述供液机构用于向送料管内输送整理液。
注剂装置的工作原理如下:将织物吊装在挂板17上,在储液室内注入足量的整理液,启动驱动机构,转轴4转动使太阳轮11转动,在太阳轮11以及齿圈13的作用下,行星轮14套转轴4的轴线公转,并相对自身的轴线自转。于此同时,提升泵3将储液室内的整理液泵入转轴4内部,整理液沿着转轴4的内腔向上流动,在进入喷管18后,喷头19将整理液喷洒出去。由于行星轮14套装在旋转轴4上,挂板17连接在挂杆16上,挂杆16通过定位杆15连接旋转轴4上,在行星轮14运动的同时,挂板17能自转并相对转轴4的轴线公转,挂板17上的棉织物各部分均能靠近正对所述喷头19,从而使得整理液得以均匀的附着在棉织物上。
所述转轴4的外周套装有搅拌叶片9,所述上隔板12上贯穿地开设有透液孔;所述储液室内连接有滤罩7,所述滤罩7上、下端分别连接在齿圈13和下隔板8上;所述储液室内还设有洗衣球6,所述搅拌轴、转轴4和洗衣球6均位于所述滤罩7内;所述驱动机构包括电机5和传动机构,所述电机5通过传动机构与所述转轴4连接;所述供液机构包括提升泵3和输液管2,所述输液管2的进口与所述储液室连通,并位于滤罩7和储液室内壁之间,所述输液管2的出口与所述送料管连通,所述提升泵3连接在所述输液管2上。
在转轴4转动的同时,转轴4上的搅拌叶片9随之转动。搅拌叶片9转动使储液室内的整理液处于流动状态,从而使得洗衣球6随之运动。在洗衣球6运动的过程中,洗衣球6持续吸附整理液中的毛絮,从而保持了整理液的洁净度。
参照图4,本发明中的洗衣球6为现有技术,可直接从市面上采购得到。洗衣球6具有多层重叠的柔软小圆球,搭配内部的皱褶,可以过滤吸附水中诸多的毛絮、纤维。
洗衣球6位于滤罩7内,输液管2的进液口位于滤罩7外,通过此设计使得毛絮被限制在滤罩7内,进入提升泵3以及喷头19内的整理液近乎无毛絮残留。
为了提高免烫效果,在喷药完成后需要对织物进行预烘,以保证织物的带液率在30-40%。由于将织物由注剂装置中转移到烘箱内存在一定的转移时间,而这部分时间是完全可以消除的。本发明在喷淋室内还安装有加热管10,在喷淋完成后,可启动加热管10,控制加热管10的加热温度和加热时间即可实现预烘的效果。为了减少热量流失,在箱体1顶部配置箱盖20,并在箱盖20上安装所述加热管10。
由于自然状态下储液室和喷淋室是相互连通的,在对织物进行预烘时,储液室内的整理液也会受热蒸发,降低了整理液的利用率。为了储液室内整理液的损耗量,可考虑选择性的将储液室完全封闭起来。
在具体设计时,在储液室内还设有导液板21,所述导液板21将储液室分割呈相互独立的上腔室和下腔室,下腔室用于盛装整理液,上腔室用于将由喷淋室落下的整理液导流至下腔室中,并起到封闭下腔室的作用。为了起到上述效果,所述导液板21的上表面为斜面,其较低端处开设有导液孔,所述导液孔内连接有电控阀22。
在对织物进行预烘时,关闭电控阀22,启动加热管10即可对织物进行预烘处理。在对织物进行喷淋时,可打开电控阀22,由喷淋室落下的整理液会首先运动到导液板21上,然后再通过导液板21上的导液孔回流入储液室底部。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:

以下介绍几个实施例来具体阐述本发明的内容。
实施例1
以经纬纱支均为80英支股线、经纬密度为130*90根/英寸的织物为例,该织物由20%的涤纶和80%的棉花混纱线织成,其免烫整理方法包括以下步骤:
清洗:水洗棉织物,去除棉织物表面的有机物和无机物杂质;
干燥:对经清洗处理后的棉织物于55℃下干燥25min;
喷淋:在注剂装置内向经干燥处理后的棉织物上喷洒整理液,使棉织物表面均匀受液,在织物的带液率在70%~80%时,通过预烘使织物的带液率在30%~40%;整理液包括以下组分且各组分的质量浓度分别为:聚乙烯乳液30g/L;聚胺脂25g/L;尿素5g/L;氨基酸油35/L;亲水性有机硅柔软剂8g/L;催化剂16g/L;渗透剂1g/L;二羟甲基脲树脂160g/L;荧光剂:2.5g/L;余量为水;
压烫:将经喷淋处理后的棉织物进行压烫,压烫温度为200℃,压烫时间为24秒,压力为0.2Kg/cm²;
烘焙:保持经压烫处理后的棉织物表面平整,并进行烘干,烘干温度为130℃,烘干时间为10min;
水洗:使经烘焙处理后的织物自然冷却30min,然后通过水洗以及漂洗的方式去除残留在织物表面的整理液,干燥后即得成品。
实施例1生产出来的棉织物白度、缩水率、撕破强度、接缝滑移、平整度符合国家免烫纺织品执行标准和GB/T 2660-2008衬衫一等品标准,甲醛含量未检测出。
实施例2
以经纬纱支均为100英支股线、经纬密度为130*90根/英寸的织物为例,该织物由20%的涤纶和80%的棉花混纱线织成,其免烫整理方法包括以下步骤:
清洗:水洗棉织物,去除棉织物表面的有机物和无机物杂质;
干燥:对经清洗处理后的棉织物于50℃下干燥30min;
喷淋:在注剂装置内向经干燥处理后的棉织物上喷洒整理液,使棉织物表面均匀受液,在织物的带液率在70%~80%时,通过预烘使织物的带液率在30%~40%;整理液包括以下组分且各组分的质量浓度分别为:聚乙烯乳液33g/L;聚胺脂25.5g/L;尿素5.5g/L;氨基酸油36/L;亲水性有机硅柔软剂8.5g/L;催化剂15.5g/L;渗透剂1g/L;二羟甲基脲树脂155g/L;荧光剂:2g/L;余量为水;
压烫:将经喷淋处理后的棉织物进行压烫,压烫温度为210℃,压烫时间为20秒,压力为0.2Kg/cm²;
烘焙:保持经压烫处理后的棉织物表面平整,并进行烘干,烘干温度为150℃,烘干时间为8min;
水洗:使经烘焙处理后的织物自然冷却30min,然后通过水洗以及漂洗的方式去除残留在织物表面的整理液,干燥后即得成品。
实施例2生产出来的棉织物白度、缩水率、撕破强度、接缝滑移、平整度符合国家免烫纺织品执行标准和GB/T 2660-2008衬衫一等品标准,甲醛含量未检测出。

1.一种涤棉白色织物的免烫整理工艺,其特征在于,工艺流程依次包括清洗→干燥→喷药→压烫→烘焙→水洗;所述喷药包括以下步骤:将经过干燥后的织物置于注剂装置内,通过注剂装置将整理液均匀喷洒到织物表面;所述整理液包括以下组分且各组分的质量浓度分别为:纤维保护剂:60-65g/L,所述纤维保护剂成分包括聚乙烯、聚胺脂和尿素;柔软剂:38-48g/L,所述柔软剂成分包括括亲水性有机硅柔软剂、氨基硅油;催化剂:15.5-16g/L;渗透剂:1-1.2g/L;树脂:155-160g/L;荧光剂:2-3g/L;余量为水;

所述通过注剂装置将整理液均匀喷洒到织物表面,包括:
将织物吊装在挂板(17)上,在储液室内注入足量的整理液,启动驱动机构,转轴(4)转动使太阳轮(11)转动,在太阳轮(11)以及齿圈(13)的作用下,行星轮(14)绕转轴(4)的轴线公转,并相对自身的轴线自转;提升泵(3)将储液室内的整理液泵入转轴(4)内部,整理液沿着转轴(4)的内腔向上流动,在进入喷管(18)后,喷头(19)将整理液喷洒在棉织物上;
在转轴(4)转动的同时,转轴(4)上的搅拌叶片(9)随之转动,搅拌叶片(9)转动使储液室内的整理液处于流动状态,从而使得洗衣球(6)随之运动,在洗衣球(6)运动的过程中,洗衣球(6)持续吸附整理液中的毛絮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤棉白色织物的免烫整理工艺,其特征在于,通过注剂装置能向织物表面喷洒整理液,在织物的带液率在70-80%时,通过预烘使由注剂装置出来的织物带液率在30-40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涤棉白色织物的免烫整理工艺,其特征在于,所述织物由20%的涤纶和80%的棉花混纱线织成,在其经纬纱支均为80英支股线、经纬密度为130*90根/英寸时,所述整理液包括以下组分且各组分的下质量浓度分别为:聚乙烯乳液30g/L;聚胺脂25g/L;尿素5g/L;氨基硅油35/L;亲水性有机硅柔软剂8g/L;催化剂16g/L;渗透剂1g/L;二羟甲基脲树脂160g/L;荧光剂:2.5g/L;余量为水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涤棉白色织物的免烫整理工艺,其特征在于,所述织物由20%的涤纶和80%的棉花混纱线织成,在其经纬纱支均为100英支股线、经纬密度为130*90根/英寸时,所述整理液包括以下组分且各组分的下质量浓度分别为:聚乙烯乳液33g/L;聚胺脂25.5g/L;尿素5.5g/L;氨基硅油36/L;亲水性有机硅柔软剂8.5g/L;催化剂15.5g/L;渗透剂1g/L;二羟甲基脲树脂155g/L;荧光剂:2g/L;余量为水。
5.根据权利要求2所述的涤棉白色织物的免烫整理工艺,其特征在于,在注剂装置内,通过旋转织物的方式对织物进行预烘,预烘的温度在40-55℃,时间在10-20min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的涤棉白色织物的免烫整理工艺,其特征在于,在对织物进行压烫时,压烫温度为170-210℃,压烫时间为20-30秒,压力为0.1-0.2Kg/cm2。
7.根据权利要求1所述的涤棉白色织物的免烫整理工艺,其特征在于,在对织物进行烘焙时,烘焙温度为120-150℃,烘焙时间为7-15min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的涤棉白色织物的免烫整理工艺,其特征在于,在完成对织物的烘焙处理后,将织物静置30-40min,然后再对其进行水洗。
