背景技术
纺织品是纺织纤维经过加工织造而成的一种产品,分为梭织布和针织布两大类,中国是世界上最早生产纺织品的国家之一,纺织品在加工完成后,其表面会附着各种毛线、小线头等杂物,使得整个纺织品表面显得不够整洁,影响美观,同时附着毛线头影响纺织品品质,也影响生产环境,不利于工人的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种条绒面料的制作工艺,本发明具有提高生产质量的特点。
一种条绒面料的制作工艺,该制作工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、选纱编织:选用棉作为经线、涤纶作为纬线,将经线和纬线通过编织机编成面料;
S2、漂白浸渍:将S1中的面料放入浸渍装置中浸渍,在浸渍装置中加入液碱和增白剂,液碱为织物重量的2.6%;增白剂织物重量的1.2%,5.3%抗起球剂,浸渍时间为1-2小时;
S3、染液配料:染缸中依次加入2重量份过氧化苯甲酸丁酯、1.5重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素、0.7重量份植物染料,搅拌均匀,并加热至60℃;再依次投入3.5重量份羟基羧酸、1.3重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、3.1重量份二甲胺、继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,并加热至70℃;
S4、面料染色:将S2中的面料浸泡在染缸中2-3小时;
S5、烘干定型:将S4中的面料通过烘干机在90-100℃下烘干处理,烘干时间为20-30分钟;
S6、清洗除杂:将S5烘干后的面料通过纺织品清洁装置清除表面毛线;本纺织品清洁装置,包括箱体、控制箱、驱动电机、清洗箱。

S4、面料染色:将S2中的面料浸泡在染缸中2-3小时;
S5、烘干定型:将S4中的面料通过烘干机在90-100℃下烘干处理,烘干时间为20-30分钟;
