本发明涉及化纤面料技术领域,具体为一种防寒化纤面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
化纤面料是化学纤维织物的统称,化学纤维是指以天然或人工高分子物质为原料制成的纤维,化学纤维可根据原料来源的不同,分为再生纤维和合成纤维等。再生纤维是经化学加工制成高分子浓溶液,再经纺丝和后处理而制得的纺织纤维,合成纤维是由合成的高分子化合物制成,常用的合成纤维有涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氯纶、维纶、氨纶等。
化纤面料为高分子织物,所以面料的密度大,相对牢度也比较大,因此结实耐用。化纤面料即使被揉为一团后,打开来褶皱也是很少的,或者没有褶皱,因而易打理、抗皱免烫。由于化纤面料的原料价格相对天然纤维的原料价格更低,使得生产成本低。化纤面料具有比较好的吸湿性和舒适性,甚至舒适度超过某些天然纤维。
随着化纤面料的普遍使用,人们对面料的防寒提出了更高的要求,目前化纤面料的生产工艺存有缺陷,面料的防寒性能较差,人们在冬季穿着该面料制成的衣物后不能保温,无法进行户外活动。

本发明的目的在于提供一种防寒化纤面料的生产工艺,通过羊毛与涤纶编织而成的面料,并在一系列工艺流程下,同时具备化纤面料原有的特性以及羊毛的防寒保暖效果,使得人们在冬季外出穿着该化纤面料制成的衣物时,可防寒保暖,以便户外工作的顺利进行,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防寒化纤面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:选纱编织,选用羊毛作为经线、涤纶作为纬线,经线密度为200-400根/英寸,纬线密度为100-300根/英寸;
S2:将经线和纬线通过编织机编成面料;
S3:面料浸渍,将编成的面料放入浸渍装置中浸渍,在浸渍装置中加入1-2%增白剂、3-4%渗透剂、5-6%防腐蚀剂、2.5%液碱和60-80%水,并混合搅拌至均匀;
S4:面料染色,在染缸中加入氧化苯甲酸丁酯、羟丙基甲基纤维素、植物染料后,搅拌均匀并加热;
S5:面料二次染色,在染缸中再加热羊毛活性染料,并加热;
S6:面料烘干,将染色后的面料通过烘干机在90-100℃下烘干处理,烘干时间为20-30分钟;
S7:压制定型,将烘干后的面料放入压制机中进行压制,压制时间为10-20min。

因此,选用经线密度为400根/英寸的羊毛,纬线密度为300根/英寸的涤纶所编织而成的面料,并在加入3%增白剂、6%渗透剂、9%防腐蚀剂、2.5%液碱和80%水的浸渍装置中浸渍2-3小时,会使得本防寒化纤面料在具备普通化纤面料特性的同时,也具备羊毛的防寒保暖效果。
综上所述:本防寒化纤面料的生产工艺,通过羊毛与涤纶编织而成的面料,在经过选纱编织、面料浸渍、面料染色、面料烘干、压制定型一系列工序下,不会失去化纤面料所具有的结实耐用、易打理、抗皱免烫、生产成本低以及较好的吸湿性和舒适性的同时,具备羊毛的防寒性能,使得人们在冬季穿着该化纤面料制成的衣物时,可防寒保暖,以便户外工作的顺利进行。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种防寒化纤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:选纱编织,选用羊毛作为经线、涤纶作为纬线,经线密度为200-400根/英寸,纬线密度为100-300根/英寸;
S2:将经线和纬线通过编织机编成面料;
S3:面料浸渍,将编成的面料放入浸渍装置中浸渍,在浸渍装置中加入1-3%增白剂、4-6%渗透剂、7-9%防腐蚀剂、2.5%液碱和60-80%水,并混合搅拌至均匀;
S4:面料染色,在染缸中加入氧化苯甲酸丁酯、羟丙基甲基纤维素、植物染料后,搅拌均匀并加热;
S5:面料二次染色,在染缸中再加热羊毛活性染料,并加热;
S6:面料烘干,将染色后的面料通过烘干机在90-100℃下烘干处理,烘干时间为20-30分钟;
S7:压制定型,将烘干后的面料放入压制机中进行压制,压制时间为10-20min。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防寒化纤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:根据S5,热羊毛活性染料采用PH=3.5的酸性媒介染料,对羊毛进行上染。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防寒化纤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:根据S4,氧化苯甲酸丁酯的分量为织物重量的2.3%、羟丙基甲基纤维素的分量为织物重量的1.8%、植物染料的分量为织物重量的0.8%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防寒化纤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:根据S3,面料放入浸渍装置中浸渍的时间为2-3小时。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防寒化纤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:根据S4、S5,面料首次染色的加热温度为60℃,面料二次染色的加热温度为95℃。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防寒化纤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:根据S7,面料压制的压力根据面料的厚度设定。
