5.根据权利要求1所述的防腐面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述S2中染色工序中,通过过氧化苯甲酸丁酯和羟丙基甲基纤维素搅拌均匀,并加热至55℃,再添加羟基羧酸、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和二甲胺继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀后,并加热至65℃获得染料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防腐面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S2浸碱丝光工序中,浸碱丝光溶液为浓度为2.3g/L的NaOH溶液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防腐面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S2水洗工序中,先通过40℃饱和碳酸氢钠溶液先冲洗20s~30s、再通过蒸馏水冲洗150s~180s。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防腐面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S2烘干工序中,通过90℃~100℃进行烘干处理,烘干时间为20 min~30 min。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防腐面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中,防腐涂料液为丁基橡胶19份、聚异乙烯10份、马来酸酐3份均匀混合放入密炼机中,升温至113°~145°,反应15分钟。
10.根据权利要求1所述的防腐面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,还包括步骤S6:印花,对布料表面表层印刷图案或对面料表面印压立体图案。
