一种用于混合动力车的扭转减振器
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制造的混合动力系统,具体是一种用于混合动力车的扭转减振器。
背景技术
现有客车混合动力系统中,在发动机与电机之间的扭矩传递存在很大的冲击,若直接以轴连接,易造成断轴故障。因此,发动机与电机之间常以传统离合器或单独的离合器中的从动盘连接。前者占用空间大,常不能正常与整车匹配,且盖总成转动惯量大,将进一步加剧冲击破坏;后者安装空间允许,但要求从动盘能够承受巨大的冲击,常造成弹簧甚至整个从动盘减振结构断裂,使用寿命短;液力扭转减振器效果较好,但成本太高。
发明内容
为提高混合动力系统中发动机与电机连接可靠性,提供了一种用于混合动力车的扭转减振器。这种减振器传递扭矩并卸载冲击,重量轻,转动惯量小,安装空间小,结构简单可靠,成本低。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种用于混合动力车的扭转减振器,包括从动盘,还包括从动盘的摩擦片上由下到上依次叠置的摩擦盘、碟簧和盖,盖将碟簧和摩擦盘罩住,盖的外圈设有安装孔,内圈边设有卡爪,摩擦盘内圈设有卡槽,卡槽与卡爪适配。
卡爪为至少2个。
摩擦盘外圆尺寸大于或等于摩擦片外圆尺寸。
摩擦盘的中心位置与从动盘的中心位置叠装。
安装孔为至少2个。
当发动机或电机输出扭矩较小时,通过压缩减振弹簧即可传递所需扭矩,此时减振弹簧工作在低应力区间,减振器不会发生破坏;当发动机或电机输出扭矩较大或变化过快,减振器无法通过压缩减振弹簧及时传递足够的扭矩,则从动盘开始打滑,通过摩擦片与摩擦盘和飞轮的滑磨传递扭矩,因为碟簧在安装状态下压紧力是固定的,而摩擦片的摩擦系数会随温度的变化而变化,但在正常工作温度内,摩擦系数基本稳定,所以滑磨扭矩相对固定。由于打滑,将原本作用于减振弹簧、减振盘、支承板等零件上的冲击部分转化成摩擦做功,卸载了扭矩冲击,从而保护电机轴和从动盘不受冲击损坏。
这种减振器传递扭矩并卸载冲击,重量轻,转动惯量小,安装空间小,结构简单可靠,成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明的内容作进一步的阐述,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例:
如图1-3所示,一种用于混合动力车的扭转减振器,包括从动盘4,还包括从动盘4的摩擦片4-1上由下到上依次叠置的摩擦盘3、碟簧2和盖1,盖1将碟簧2和摩擦盘3罩住,盖1的外圈设有安装孔1-1,内圈边设有卡爪1-2,摩擦盘3内圈上设有卡槽3-1,卡槽3-1与卡爪1-2适配。
卡爪1-2为至少2个。
摩擦盘3外圆尺寸大于或等于摩擦片4-1外圆尺寸。
摩擦盘3的中心位置与从动盘4的中心位置叠装。
安装孔1-1为至少2个。
将减振器安装在飞轮上,当发动机或电机输出扭矩较小时,通过压缩减振弹簧4-6即可传递所需扭矩,此时减振弹簧4-6工作在低应力区间,减振器不会发生破坏;当发动机或电机输出扭矩较大或变化过快,减振器无法通过压缩减振弹簧4-6及时传递足够的扭矩,则从动盘4开始打滑,通过摩擦片4-1、摩擦盘3和飞轮的滑磨传递扭矩,因为碟簧2在安装状态下压紧力是固定的,而摩擦片4-1的摩擦系数会随温度的变化而变化,但在正常工作温度内,摩擦系数基本稳定,所以滑磨扭矩相对固定,由于打滑,原本将作用于减振弹簧4-6、减振盘4-3、支承板4-4等零件上的冲击被部分转移到打滑上,通过摩擦卸载了扭矩冲击,从而保护电机轴和从动盘4不受冲击损坏。
当发动机与电机正常运转,其输出扭矩小于最大扭矩且波动较小,此时减振器通过压缩减振弹簧4-6即可传递所需扭矩,不会发生滑磨。当车辆急加速和急减速时减振器会通过滑磨卸载扭矩冲击。
不同车型所需的减振器不同,可通过改变各部件的外形尺寸及调节碟簧2的工作压紧力,以调节减振器的最大传递扭矩。

1.一种用于混合动力车的扭转减振器,包括从动盘,其特征在于:还包括从动盘的摩擦片上由下到上依次叠置的摩擦盘、碟簧和盖,盖将碟簧和摩擦盘罩住,盖的外圈设有安装孔,内圈边设有卡爪,摩擦盘内圈设有卡槽,卡槽与卡爪适配。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车的扭转减振器,其特征在于:卡爪为至少2个。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车的扭转减振器,其特征在于:摩擦盘外圆尺寸大于或等于摩擦片外圆尺寸。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车的扭转减振器,其特征在于:摩擦盘的中心位置与从动盘的中心位置叠装。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车的扭转减振器,其特征在于:安装孔为至少2个。
