Abstract
一种模制机,利用两种不同的模制材料成分注射成形牙刷并将刷毛束装进刷体头部。它包括:刷毛供人站(10)、与第一种材料成分相关的第一注射站(12)和与第二种材料成分相关的第二注射站(14)。在一个或各注射站中,固定塑模(20,22)具有一个凹部,可动塑模嵌入体(28)装进此凹部使固定塑模完整。上述嵌入件(28)设有插入孔并可移到刷毛束供入站(10),在此将刷毛束装进插入孔,以便其内端部伸入由上述嵌入件(28)所限定的塑模腔中。牙刷生产按刷毛束装入和注射工序的连续顺序进行。
Description
本发明涉及一种模制机,用于在带有模内纤维或刷毛束的情况下用两种或两种以上模制材料成分注射成形牙刷。
传统牙刷的刷体是利用一种适当的模制材料在一单一模制工序注射成形的。对具有用不同材料制成的刷体的牙刷,存在日益增长的需求。例如,刷体可具有利于握紧或感觉的特殊区域,或者,在刷体内装有装饰件。这些装饰件用一种在种类、颜色、硬度或其他特性等方面与模制刷体的基部的模制材料不同的模制材料模制而成,为了利用注射成形法制出这种刷体,模制必须利用至少两种不同的的模制材料成分在至少两个注射站上进行,其中的各注射站均与一种不同的模制材料成分相关连。
在文献EP-0 504 571 A1中,公开了一种用于采用两种不同的模制材料成分注射成形牙刷的模制机。此模制机包括两个各与两个不同材料成分相关连的注射站。第一注射站具有一个与牙刷体的基部形状相应的塑模腔,牙刷体的基部包括柄部和头部。第二注射站具有一个与第二模制材料成分所要求的形状相应的塑模腔。每个塑模腔均由一个固定塑模件和一个活动塑模件限定而成。固定塑模件具有一个凹槽,而活动塑模件则装进此凹槽内,从而使固定模制件完整。嵌入件安装在一个可动托架上并具有一个延伸部,在塑模合闭时,伸入在其间构成的塑模腔。托架用来把在第一注射站中模制出的半成品转移到第二注射站的塑模腔中,半成品则利用塑模嵌入件的延伸部穿入半成品中由托架支承。只有第一注射站的塑模腔需要设有伸入塑模腔头部的一排针杆,以便在模制出的半成品上制出孔的图案,用于在结束模制工序后在其中嵌入刷毛。为了把牙刷完整制好,随后将成品刷体供给通常的牙刷装填机,在牙刷装填机中,使刷毛束进入刷体头部的孔中,并用一金属片把刷毛束固定于孔中,此金属片通常称之为锚定件。此外,上述牙刷装填机还可包含其他处理站,如刷毛修剪、倒圆、抛光站。
本发明的目的是,提供一种利用至少两种不同的模制材料成分注射成形牙刷体的模制机,其中,不需要一单独的牙刷装填机,在第一注射成形工序即已经把刷毛嵌入牙刷体头部中。
按本发明,模制机至少包括两个分别与不同的模制材料成分之一相关连的注射站。上述注射站中的第一注射站具有一个与包括柄部和头部在内的牙刷体的基部形状相应的塑模腔。第二注射站具有一个与第二模制材料成分所要求的形状相应的塑模腔。每个塑模腔均由相对可动的塑模件限定而成,这些塑模件之一被分开,包括一个基件和一个可动塑模嵌入件,当此可动塑模嵌入件被连至基件时,使上述塑模件之一完整。此外,模制机还包括一个刷毛束供给站,而且,可动塑模嵌入件具有多个刷毛束插入孔,这些刷毛束插入孔的分布图案与待生产的牙刷上刷毛束分布图案相应。并且,上述可动塑模嵌入件可在位于上述刷毛束供给站的第一位置、位于第一注射站的第二位置和位于第二注射站的第三位置间运动,上述可动塑模嵌入件在上述第一位置上将刷毛束容纳于各刷毛束插入孔,并使上述刷毛束的端部伸入由上述可动塑模嵌入件所限定的凹腔部中,在上述第二位置上与上述塑模件之一的基件相连,在上述第三位置上亦与上述塑模件之一的基件相连,当第一种成分的模制材料被注射入上述第一注射站上的塑模腔中时,各上述刷毛束的端部埋入上述第一种成分的模制材料中。因此,把各牙刷所需要的刷毛束供给位于刷毛束供给站的可动塑模嵌入件,此刷毛束供给站可以构成模制机的一部分,或至少可以与模制机紧密相关连。成品牙刷的生产以一连续的工序顺序进行,从刷毛供给工序开始,至最后的注射工序结束。如果供给预精整的刷毛,亦即,刷毛具有倒圆且抛光的端部,则不再需要精整工序。
在本发明的优选实施例中,上述刷毛束供给站包括一个加热设备,用于融化伸入由上述可动塑模嵌入件所限定的凹腔部中的上述刷毛束的端部,将熔融的刷毛材料成形为球头。随后,这些熔融的刷毛材料的球头埋入充填上述塑模腔的刷体头部中的的第一模制材料成分中。于是,各刷毛束可靠地锚固于成品牙刷的头部中。
当把在第一注射站中成形的模制半成品移到第二注射站和更靠后的各注射站时,最好把这些半成品利用埋入的刷毛束嵌入刷毛束嵌入孔中将其保持在上述可动塑模嵌入件上。与文献EP-0 504 571 A1中所公开的多种成分的模制机相比,可以省去伸入塑模腔中的塑模嵌入件上的多个独立的伸出物。进一步的优点来自这一事实,刷毛束保持嵌入上述可动塑模嵌入件上的刷毛束嵌入孔中直至结束最后的注射工序。通过从与塑模腔相对的另一侧把柱塞件插入各刷毛束嵌入孔中,最后可有助于把成品牙刷从最后注射站的塑模腔中推下来。
本发明提供了具有注射站中的多塑模腔具体结构的多个实施例,包括刷毛束供给站的具体布置。在下面将要进一步公开的多个实施例中进行选择过程中,易于制造及生产效率是主要考虑因素。
通过下面参照附图对本发明优选实施例的说明,本发明的其他特征和优点将更加明了。附图中:

图1所示的模制机的第一个实施例包括:一个刷毛束供给站10、一个第一注射站12和一个第二注射站14。事实上,每个站10、12和14均由一对相邻且对称设置的站区组成;于是,刷毛束供给站10包括刷毛束供给区10a和10b,第一注射站12包括区12a和12b,第二注射站14包括区14a和14b。站10、12和14相对旋转分度台16的中心C基本上呈圆周分布且对称布置。旋转分度台16安装在机架18内,此机架18上装有许多位于第一注射站12的固定塑模20和位于第二注射站14的固定塑模22。每个塑模20、22分别具有四个相互间隔接近且平行地制于其中的平行的塑模腔20a、22a,这些塑模腔20a和22a中的每一个均包括通过颈部相连的刷体外柄部和刷体内头部。在图1所示中,没有示出与固定塑模20相配合的活动塑模件。这样,很容易看出塑模腔20a和22a的形状。显而易见,塑模腔20a和22a呈牙刷的形状。
固定塑模20之一示于图2中。同样,亦可很好地看出腔20a呈牙刷形状。固定塑模20具有一个与待成型的刷体头部相应的凹槽26。一个可动塑模嵌入件28装入此凹槽26内并具有一个凹腔部28a,此凹腔部28a与刷体的头部相应并与固定塑模20中的腔20a相贯通。尽管在附图中没有示出,每个固定塑模20均有一个类似的凹槽,用于装入可动塑模嵌入件28。可动塑模嵌入件28设有多个刷毛束嵌入孔30,这些刷毛束嵌入孔30的分布与待制出的牙刷上刷毛束的分布相应。由图2可见,刷毛束嵌入孔30贯穿可动塑模嵌入件28的厚度并与凹腔部28a相通。
在图3所示的刷毛束供给站10中,塑模嵌入件28与各固定塑模20、22相分离,且其刷毛束嵌入孔30对着一组刷毛束供给管32。刷毛束供给管32与刷毛束嵌入孔30相应地分布,并由一个导向板35夹持着。由图3还可以看出,柱塞件34伸入各刷毛束供给管32中,并且其前端部的一部分伸入相应的刷毛束嵌入孔30中。柱塞件34安装在一个往复运动的推块36上。在图3所示的条件下,刷毛束38已经充分引入刷毛束嵌入孔30中,结果,其前端部伸入塑模凹腔部28a中。随后,刷毛伸出的端部受到一个热气喷枪40或一个加热板(未示出)的作用,从而融化刷毛材料并将各刷毛束38伸入凹腔部28a的端部的刷毛材料熔融成形为球头。
在模制机操作过程中,作为牙刷生产的第一道工序,把刷毛束38装入位于刷毛束供给站10的一对可动塑模嵌入件28中。最后,除了图3示出的装入及融化工序外,还要将刷毛束成形及修剪。此时,把旋转分度台16转过120°,从而将刷毛束38的塑模嵌入件28转移到第一注射站12。同时,一对塑模嵌入件28从第一注射站12移到第二注射站14,以及一对塑模嵌入件28在成品牙刷注射后移到刷毛束供给站10。在第一注射站12中,塑模嵌入件28嵌入塑模20上的凹槽26中,而且,通过降低相应的活动塑模件(未示出)直至其紧靠在固定塑模20上,把塑模腔20a合闭。此时,把第一模制材料成分注射入塑模腔20a。注射入的材料围绕伸入凹腔部28a的熔融刷毛材料的球头流动。利用类似于图3所示柱塞件34且刷毛束38的外端部靠于其上的柱塞件,承受由于形成趋于将刷毛束推出塑模腔之外的轴向力而产生的腔20a内作用于刷毛束38的压力。
在完成第一注射工序后,把可动塑模嵌入件28从塑模20上抬起,同时,刷毛束38继续嵌入刷毛束嵌入孔30中,因此,在向第二注射站14转移期间,在第一注射站12处模制出的半成品被托住并保持在塑模嵌入件28上。
在第二注射站14中,塑模嵌入件28连同在第一注射站12中模制出的半成品一起放入固定塑模22上的凹槽26及塑模腔22a中,通过降低相应的活动塑模件(未示出)直至其紧靠在固定塑模22,把塑模腔22a合闭。此时,把第二模制材料成分注射入塑模腔22a。同时,在第二注射站14制出一个新的半成品。在第二注射工序完成后,将在第二注射站14中的塑模打开,把可动塑模嵌入件28以及保持在其上面的成品牙刷一起抬离固定塑模22并送至一个位于第二注射站14和刷毛束供给站10之间的收集站,并利用类似于图3中柱塞件34的柱塞件将成品牙刷推出可动塑模嵌入件28,即将此柱塞件推入刷毛束嵌入孔30中,从而把刷毛束38推出上述刷毛束嵌入孔30。这种将成品牙刷推出的方式的特别之处在于,由于推出柱塞件只与刷毛束的自由端相接触,所以,在成品牙刷的体部上不会留有推件上的痕迹。
在图4所示实施例中,在第一和第二注射站12、14中的固定塑模20、22与旋转分度台16的中心C径向对中。塑模腔20a和22a的取向应使得头部均位于一个公共可动塑模嵌入件28上。于是,一个可动塑模嵌入件28用于各注射站的两个塑模。这一实施例的模制机的操作类似于图1所示实施例的所公开的操作。数量与注射站12、14的数量加上一个刷毛束供给站10的数量之和相应的同样的可动塑模嵌入件28安装于公共分度台16上,它执行分度运动可动塑模嵌入件从一个站同时移到另一个相邻的站。
在图5所示实施例中,各注射站12、14均包括一个具有较多数量塑模腔20a、22a的单独的固定塑模20、22,其中,各塑模腔20a、22a分别相互平行且相距较近。塑模20、22相对第一分度件16a的中心径向相对设置。分度件16a只用来把在第一注射站12中模制出的半成品亦即牙刷体的基部连同埋入其中的刷毛束一起转移到第二塑模22上的塑模腔22a中。第二旋转分度件16b用来把可动塑模嵌入件28从刷毛束供给站10转移到第一注射站12。在此实施例中,可动塑模嵌入件28只装入第一注射站12的塑模20上的一凹槽中,另一个由分度件16a承载的可动塑模嵌入件28则装入塑模20上的另一凹槽中,并且其上具有伸入塑模腔20a的小突起。在转移进入第二塑模22上的塑模腔22a的过程中,这些小突起用于把在第一注射站12中模制出的半成品保持在可动塑模嵌入件28上。在这一点上,此实施例类似于前面所得到的文献EP-0 504 571 A1。
上述基本构思亦用于图6所示实施例中。但是,在这一实施例中,各注射站12、14均包括一对塑模20、22,而且,还设有一对分度臂16c和16d,用来把在第一塑模20中模制出的半成品转移到第二塑模22上的塑模腔22a中。分度臂16c和16d分别类似于图5所示实施例中嵌入件28b的可动嵌入件28c和28d。一个独立的分度台16b用来把可动嵌入件28从刷毛束供给站10转移至第一注射站的塑模20。在图6所示实施例的操作中,为了把带有刷毛束的一个可动嵌入件28从刷毛束供给站10移至第一注射站12以及返回到刷毛束供给站,可以顺时针或逆时针转动分度件16b。分度臂16b逆时针旋转,则分度臂16c顺时针旋转,以便把在第一注射站中模制出的半成品转移至第二注射站14的塑模腔22a。如果分度臂16d至第一注射站12的返回运动是顺时针的,则第二分度臂16c的返回运动是逆时针的。分度臂16c、16d在相反方向进行分度运动,各把在第一注射站12模制出的牙刷体的基部总数的一半移到一对第二注射站14之一上。
图6所示实施例的优点在于,它结构紧凑,可以在一给定空间内同时模制出较多数量的牙刷。
Claims (12)
1.一种利用至少两种不同的模制材料成分注射成形牙刷体的模制机,它至少包括两个分别与所说不同的模制材料成分之一相关连的注射站(12,14),所说注射站中的第一注射站(12)具有一个与包括柄部和头部在内的所说牙刷体的基部形状相应的第一塑模腔(20a),所说注射站中的第二注射站(14)具有一个与第二模制材料成分所要求的形状相应的第二塑模腔(22a),每个所说塑模腔(20a,22a)均由相对可动的塑模件限定而成,所说第一注射站(12)的塑模件之一被分开,包括一个基件(20)和一个可动塑模嵌入件(28),当所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)被连至所说基件(20)时,使第一注射站(12)的该塑模件完整,所说第二注射站(14)的一塑模件亦被分开,包括一个基件(22)和一个可动塑模嵌入件(28),当此塑模嵌入件被连接至所说基件(22)时,使第二注射站(14)的该塑模件完整,此外,所说模制机还包括一个刷毛束供给站(10),而且,所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)具有多个刷毛束插入孔(30),这些刷毛束插入孔(30)的分布图案与待生产的牙刷上刷毛束分布图案相应,并且,所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)可在位于所说刷毛束供给站(10)的第一位置、位于第一注射站(12)的第二位置和位于第二注射站(14)的第三位置间运动,所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)在所说第一位置上将刷毛束(38)容纳于各刷毛束插入孔(30),并使所说刷毛束(38)的端部伸入由所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)所限定的凹腔部(28a)中,在所说第二位置上与所说第一注射站(12)的上述被分开的塑模件的基件(20)相连,在所说第三位置上与所说第二注射站(14)的上述被分开的塑模件的基件(22)相连,当第一种成分的模制材料被注射入所说第一注射站(12)上的凹腔部(28a)中时,各所说刷毛束(38)的端部埋入所说第一种成分的模制材料中。
2.如权利要求1所述的模制机,其特征在于:所说刷毛束供给站(10)包括一个加热设备(40),用于融化伸入由所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)所限定的凹腔部(28a)中的所说刷毛束(38)的端部,将熔融的刷毛材料成形为球头。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的模制机,其特征在于:通过埋入的刷毛束(38)嵌入所说刷毛束插入孔(30)中,把模制于第一注射站(12)的凹腔(20a)内的牙刷体的所说基部保持在所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)上。
4.如权利要求1所述的模制机,其特征在于:至少在所说第一注射站(12)注射第一种模制材料成分时,与伸入所说凹腔部(28a)的端部相对的刷毛束(38)的端部与柱塞件(34)相接触并由柱塞件(34)卡住,所说柱塞件(34)部分地穿入各刷毛束嵌入孔(30),从而承受来自正被注射的材料的压力。
5.如权利要求4所述的模制机,其特征在于:在结束最后一个注射工艺后,把所说柱塞件(34)推入所说刷毛束嵌入孔(30)中,从而把刷毛束(38)已埋入所说头部的成品牙刷体推出。
6.如权利要求1所述的模制机,其特征在于:在各所说注射站(12,14)和所说刷毛束供给站(10)中,把同样多数量的塑模腔(20a,22a)均相互邻近地布置。
7.如权利要求1所述的模制机,其特征在于:数量与所说注射站(12,14)的数量加上一个刷毛束供给站(10)的数量之和相应的同样的可动塑模嵌入件(28)安装于一个公共承载件(16)上,所说承载件(16)执行分度运动把所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)从一个站(10,12,14)同时移到另一个相邻的站(10,12,14)。
8.如前述权利要求之一所述的模制机,其特征在于:所说注射站(12,14)和刷毛束供给站(10)大致沿一圆周分布。
9.如权利要求8所述的模制机,其特征在于:在所说圆周分布中,各所说注射站(12,14)均至少各包括一对(12a,12b,14a。14b),和刷毛束供给站(10)至少包括一对(10a,10b)。
10.如权利要求6所述的模制机,其特征在于:至少两个可动塑模嵌入件(28)安装于一个分度承载件(16b)上,所说分度承载件(16b)把所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)之一移到所说刷毛束供给站(10),同时,把另一个可动塑模嵌入件(28)移到所说第一注射站(12),反之亦然。
11.一种利用至少两种不同的模制材料成分注射成形牙刷体的模制机,它至少包括两个分别与所说不同的模制材料之一相关连的注射站(12,14),第一注射站(12)具有一个与包括柄部和头部在内的所说牙刷体的基部形状相应的第一塑模腔(20a),第二注射站(14)具有一个与第二模制材料成分所要求的形状相应的第二塑模腔(22a),每个所说塑模腔(20a,22a)均由相对可动的塑模件限定而成,所说第一塑模站(12)的塑模件之一被分开,包括一个基件(20)和一个可动塑模嵌入件(28),当所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)被连至所说基件(20)时,使第一注射站(12)的该塑模件完整,此外,所说模制机还包括一个刷毛束供给站(10),而且,所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)具有多个刷毛束插入孔(30),这些刷毛束插入孔(30)的分布图案与待生产的牙刷上刷毛束分布图案相应,并且,所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)可在位于所说刷毛束供给站(10)的第一位置和位于第一注射站(12)的第二位置之间运动,所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)在所说第一位置上将刷毛束(38)容纳于各刷毛束插入孔(30),并使所说刷毛束(38)的端部伸入由所说可动塑模嵌入件(28)所限定的凹腔部(28a)中,在所说第二位置上与所说第一注射站(12)的上述被分开的塑模件的基件(20)相连,当第一种成分的模制材料被注射入所说第一注射站(12)上的凹腔部(28a)中时,各所说刷毛束(38)的端部埋入所说第一种成分的模制材料中,另外,所说模制机还包括一个分度承载件(16a,16c,16d),用于把在第一注射站(12)模制出的半成品移到第二注射站(14)的塑模腔中,该分度承载件(16a,16c,16d)具有安装在第一注射站(12)基件的凹槽内的第二嵌入件(28b,28c,28d)。
12.如权利要求11所述的模制机,其特征在于:另外设有一对在相反方向进行分度运动的分度承载件(16c,16d);各自把在第一注射站(12)模制出的牙刷体的基部总数的一半移到一对第二注射站(14)之一上。
