背景技术
樱花在很多人的心目中是美丽、漂亮和浪漫的象征。樱花花色幽香艳丽,为早春重要的观花树种,常用于园林观赏,以群植,也可植于山坡、庭院、路边、建筑物前。盛开时节花繁艳丽,满树烂漫,如云似霞,极为壮观。樱花除了用于观赏,还具有食用美容价值,樱花有美容护肤的作用,常食樱花具能起到收缩毛孔,平衡皮肤水油平衡的功效,其中樱叶黄酮能起到保持肌肤弹性的作用。而且,樱花还能提亮肤色,樱花中的樱花酵素能起到嫩肤,祛痘,增亮肤色的的作用,常食樱花对皮肤有很好的保健功效。
以樱花作为原料的食品,不仅赋予了食品新的风味,还能利用樱花的食用美容价值,开发新的健康食品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种花茶复合果汁饮料,开发新食品并作为一种美容健康的饮料。
为了实现上述的目的,一种花茶复合果汁饮料,包括以下组份及重量份:樱花40g,茉莉花20-30g,鲜银耳30-40g,水800-1000ml,水蜜桃200g,糖20-30克,百香果汁2-3克;所述樱花、茉莉花和银耳经过清洗,加入一半的水和全部糖,粉碎打汁并且熬煮过滤,过滤所得清液A;水蜜桃加另一半的水打汁并过滤,得到清夜B,将清液A加B混合,并按照比例加入百香果汁,经过瞬时高温灭菌,装罐密封。
樱花做为药材有止咳、平喘、宣肺、润肠、解酒的功效。近年来,现代医学证明樱叶除传统药性记载之外,还含有丰富的维他命A、B、E,樱花中含有的樱叶黄酮还具有美容养颜,保持青春、强化黏膜、促进糖分代谢的功能。单使用樱花作为饮料的材料,口味比较淡,加了茉莉花增加香气又不影响颜色,再加入水蜜桃汁,水蜜桃口味清淡,不影响樱花的味道和颜色,而且水蜜桃肉甜汁多,营养价值丰富,含丰富的铁质,能增加人体血红蛋白数量,有健美皮肤,养血美颜,清胃,润肺,祛痰的功效,银耳有增稠和美容养颜的作用,糖和百香果汁有调味增香的作用。所有材料都是天然味道和天然香气,无添加其它食品添加剂,天然又健康。
与现有技术相比,本发明开发了一种新的风味饮料,花茶复合果汁饮料不仅气味芳香,颜色喜人,而且营养丰富,是一种美容养颜的保健饮料。
