为了实现上述的目的,一种花茶复合果汁饮料,包括以下组份及重量份:樱花40g,茉莉花20-30g,鲜银耳30-40g,水800-1000ml,水蜜桃200g,糖20-30克,百香果汁2-3克;所述樱花、茉莉花和银耳经过清洗,加入一半的水和全部糖,粉碎打汁并且熬煮过滤,过滤所得清液A;水蜜桃加另一半的水打汁并过滤,得到清夜B,将清液A加B混合,并按照比例加入百香果汁,经过瞬时高温灭菌,装罐密封。
