本发明公开了一种蓝莓保健果汁饮料的制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成::桂圆30-40、蓝莓40-70、莲雾汁20-30、绿豆10-15、杏仁3-6、火麻仁3-5、蔷薇根1-2、罗汉果2-3、榆树叶3-5、大狼把草1-2、岗梅根1-2、乌饭子1-2、蜂王浆8-15、甜菊糖4-8、水适量;本发明制成的果汁饮料入口甘甜润口,适合各种人群饮用,无毒副作用,配方另增加中药成分,增强保健功效,长期饮用,能明目,益脾补虚,益精强骨,保健效果显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料,尤其涉及一种蓝莓保健果汁饮料的制备方法。
背景技术
蓝莓果肉细腻,风味独特,酸甜适度,又具有香爽宜人的香气。蓝莓中诸如蛋白质、维生素等的常规营养成分含量十分丰富,矿物质和微量元素含量也相关可观,具有增强视力、美化皮肤、延缓神经衰老、增强心脏功能。
随着生活水平的提高,人们对健康饮食的重视度日益增长,本发明添加蓝莓等原料制备保健果汁,扩大蓝莓的利用价值,丰富果汁饮料的口味及品种。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种蓝莓保健果汁饮料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种蓝莓保健果汁饮料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原料:桂圆30-40、蓝莓40-70、莲雾汁20-30、绿豆10-15、杏仁3-6、火麻仁3-5、蔷薇根1-2、罗汉果2-3、榆树叶3-5、大狼把草1-2、岗梅根1-2、乌饭子1-2 、蜂王浆8-15、甜菊糖4-8、水适量;
(2)、将绿豆、杏仁、火麻仁一起在熟橄榄油锅内炒至熟香,加水煮至稠状,加稠状物1-3倍水,研磨成浆,过滤去渣得仁浆;
(3)、将去壳去核桂圆、去蒂蓝莓合并打浆,得果浆,与蜂王浆、莲雾汁、甜菊糖、仁浆混合,加混合液5-10倍水搅匀,煮制88-95℃保温0.5-1小时,过滤去渣得蓝莓果汁;
(4)、将蔷薇根、罗汉果、榆树叶、大狼把草、岗梅根、乌饭子等其他剩余原料混合,加混合物料重的4-8倍水煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣,滤液在超滤,得精制保健液;
(5)、将蓝莓果汁、精制保健液搅拌均匀,经灭菌灌装,即得。

实施例:
一种蓝莓保健果汁饮料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量(斤)的原料:桂圆40、蓝莓60、莲雾汁20、绿豆15、杏仁6、火麻仁5、蔷薇根1、罗汉果2、榆树叶4、大狼把草1、岗梅根2、乌饭子1 、蜂王浆15、甜菊糖6、水适量;
(2)、将绿豆、杏仁、火麻仁一起在熟橄榄油锅内炒至熟香,加水煮至稠状,加稠状物2倍水,研磨成浆,过滤去渣得仁浆;
(3)、将去壳去核桂圆、去蒂蓝莓合并打浆,得果浆,与蜂王浆、莲雾汁、甜菊糖、仁浆混合,加混合液7倍水搅匀,煮制88℃保温1小时,过滤去渣得蓝莓果汁;
(4)、将蔷薇根、罗汉果、榆树叶、大狼把草、岗梅根、乌饭子等其他剩余原料混合,加混合物料重的5倍水煎煮2小时,过滤去渣,滤液在超滤,得精制保健液;
(5)、将蓝莓果汁、精制保健液搅拌均匀,经灭菌灌装,即得。

1.一种蓝莓保健果汁饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原料:桂圆30-40、蓝莓40-70、莲雾汁20-30、绿豆10-15、杏仁3-6、火麻仁3-5、蔷薇根1-2、罗汉果2-3、榆树叶3-5、大狼把草1-2、岗梅根1-2、乌饭子1-2 、蜂王浆8-15、甜菊糖4-8、水适量;
(2)、将绿豆、杏仁、火麻仁一起在熟橄榄油锅内炒至熟香,加水煮至稠状,加稠状物1-3倍水,研磨成浆,过滤去渣得仁浆;
(3)、将去壳去核桂圆、去蒂蓝莓合并打浆,得果浆,与蜂王浆、莲雾汁、甜菊糖、仁浆混合,加混合液5-10倍水搅匀,煮制88-95℃保温0.5-1小时,过滤去渣得蓝莓果汁;
(4)、将蔷薇根、罗汉果、榆树叶、大狼把草、岗梅根、乌饭子等其他剩余原料混合,加混合物料重的4-8倍水煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣,滤液在超滤,得精制保健液;
(5)、将蓝莓果汁、精制保健液搅拌均匀,经灭菌灌装,即得。
