3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保健功能的红薯芝麻酥糖,其特征在于,所述的红薯芝麻酥糖是由红薯、大麦芽、玉米糁、小麦面粉及芝麻按重量份计:红薯5份、大麦芽0.9份、玉米糁3份、小麦面粉0.9份及芝麻0.9份配制而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保健功能的红薯芝麻酥糖,其特征在于,所述的红薯芝麻酥糖是由红薯、大麦芽、玉米糁、小麦面粉及芝麻按重量份计:红薯7份、大麦芽1.1份、玉米糁5份、小麦面粉1.1份及芝麻1.1份配制而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保健功能的红薯芝麻酥糖,其特征在于,所述的制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1)首先把大麦麦粒洗净,放入容器内,用温水将麦粒浸泡24小时后捞出,放入箩筐内,每天用30度的温水喷淋2-3次,经过6~7天后,待麦粒长出二叶包心时,将其切碎备用;
步骤2)将玉米糁用开水浸泡2-3个小时备用;
步骤3)将红薯洗净切成指头肚大小的方块和浸泡的玉米糁掺混在一起,置于蒸笼内蒸2小时,致烂熟程度,再将大麦芽混入,挤出水分;
步骤4)把小麦面粉,用蒸笼蒸熟,晾凉备用;
步骤5)把步骤3)挤出的红薯、玉米糁、大麦芽水放到锅里,烧开后用文火慢慢熬制,不时要用锅铲翻动,防止粘锅,直到糖水粘在筷子上不下滴为止,然后在菜板上摊上步骤4)蒸熟的小麦面粉,把熬好的糖稀倒在熟小麦面粉上,自然冷却为糖块;
步骤6)在完全凉的糖块上撒上芝麻,用擀面杖擀成薄饼,用刀切成条,再拧个麻花,就成了香脆可口的红薯芝麻酥糖。
