背景技术
混凝土脱模剂,是一种涂覆或喷洒于模板内壁,能产生一层隔离膜,起润滑和隔离作用,同时还能有效减少混凝土与模板之间的粘附力,使混凝土在拆模时能顺利脱离模板。
现有的脱模剂难以满足不污染钢筋和混凝土的质量这一要求,且脱模效果也不是很理想。
发明内容
针对现有技术中所存在的不足,本发明提供了一种混凝土脱模剂,解决了现有的脱模剂会污染钢筋和混凝土的质量以及脱模不方便的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:一种混凝土脱模剂,按重量计,包括以下组分:端烯基聚氧乙烯醚5-11份、丙烯酸8-17份、过硫酸铵0.33-0.74份、巯基丙酸0.13-0.27份、双氧水0.25-0.45份、羟基化植物油0.03-0.06份、葡萄碳酸钠0.05-0.08份、有机硅0.02-0.03份、聚乙二醇2-9份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、去离子水5-8份、聚丙烯酰胺4-6份、盐酸0.5-1.7份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-5份。添加一定数量的葡萄糖酸钠后,可增加混凝土的可塑性和强度,且有阻滞作用,即推迟混凝土的最初与最终凝固时间,达到良好的脱模效果;植物油基脱模剂作为环保型脱模剂,具有可再生、可生物降解且对人体无伤害的优点,最重要的是使用植物油基脱模剂可以提高混凝土表面质量;为了提高脱模时的剥离性能,减小沾灰,本发明采用用有机硅、羟基化植物油制备脱模剂:有机硅因其化学惰性,润滑性,低表面能以及成膜能力强,从而具有优异的脱模性能;脱模剂的隔离性取决于其表面性质,临界表面张力小的物质作脱模剂,效果最好,本发明采用有机硅、羟基化植物油作为原料,是一类水性脱模剂,涂刷在模具表面很快干燥,水分蒸发后,留下的有效物很快形成一层极薄的隔离油膜,隔离膜中的分子层的疏水基朝向模板表层,分子层与分子层间亲水基和疏水基互相接触但又不紧密联系,可以相互滑动,因此不但具有隔离作用,还具有较好的润滑性能,且对钢模具有防锈作用。同时引入的有机硅临界表面张力小,具有良好的化学惰性和憎水性,更好的减小与隔离了混凝土与模具之间的粘结作用力,减小了模具沾灰,因而获得了更好的脱模效果;聚乙二醇具有良好的成膜性能,能提高植物油膜的成膜强度,高分子端烯基聚氧乙烯醚的加入可在一定程度上提高乳液脱模剂的成膜性能。

端烯基聚氧乙烯醚8份、丙烯酸12份、过硫酸铵0.54份、巯基丙酸0.20份、双氧水0.35份、羟基化植物油0.045份、葡萄碳酸钠0.065份、有机硅0.025份、聚乙二醇5.5份、聚乙烯醇4.5份、去离子水6.5份、聚丙烯酰胺5份、盐酸1.1份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、尿素1份。
所述端烯基聚氧乙烯醚的分子量为2250。
实施例四
一种混凝土脱模剂,按重量计,包括以下组分:
端烯基聚氧乙烯醚7份、丙烯酸10份、过硫酸铵0.46份、巯基丙酸0.18份、双氧水0.37份、羟基化植物油0.04份、葡萄碳酸钠0.06份、有机硅0.025份、聚乙二醇4份、聚乙烯醇4份、去离子水6份、聚丙烯酰胺5份、盐酸0.9份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、尿素0.5份。
所述端烯基聚氧乙烯醚的分子量为2200。
实施例五
一种混凝土脱模剂,按重量计,包括以下组分:
端烯基聚氧乙烯醚9份、丙烯酸15份、过硫酸铵0.62份、巯基丙酸0.22份、双氧水0.41份、羟基化植物油0.05份、葡萄碳酸钠0.07份、有机硅0.028份、聚乙二醇7份、聚乙烯醇5份、去离子水7份、聚丙烯酰胺6份、盐酸1.2份、十二烷基硫酸钠4份、尿素1.5份。
所述端烯基聚氧乙烯醚的分子量为2400。
实施例六
一种混凝土脱模剂,按重量计,包括以下组分:
端烯基聚氧乙烯醚8份、丙烯酸12.5份、过硫酸铵0.54份、巯基丙酸0.20份、双氧水0.39份、羟基化植物油0.045份、葡萄碳酸钠0.065份、有机硅0.0265份、聚乙二醇5.5份、聚乙烯醇4.5份、去离子水6.5份、聚丙烯酰胺5.5份、盐酸1.05份、十二烷基硫酸钠3.5份、尿素1份。
所述端烯基聚氧乙烯醚的分子量为2330。
实施例七
一种混凝土脱模剂,按重量计,包括以下组分:
端烯基聚氧乙烯醚6份、丙烯酸12份、过硫酸铵0.44份、巯基丙酸0.17份、双氧水0.32份、羟基化植物油0.04份、葡萄碳酸钠0.07份、有机硅0.022份、聚乙二醇5份、聚乙烯醇4份、去离子水7份、聚丙烯酰胺5.7份、盐酸0.8份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、尿素1份。
所述端烯基聚氧乙烯醚的分子量为2500。
将实施例一至七所成混凝土脱模剂进行脱模实验,得到下表所示的数据:
从上表可以看出,本发明所述的组分按照科学的配比得到的混凝土脱模剂,脱模效果均为优良,当有机硅的含量增加时,混凝土粘量逐渐减小,脱模效果也逐渐提高,也即有机硅的引入,可以提高脱模性能,降低脱模后模具表面混凝土粘量,减少模具表面沾灰,而随着端烯基聚氧乙烯醚的分子量的增加,脱模剂的脱模性能也逐渐提高。

Claims (6)

1.一种混凝土脱模剂,其特征在于,按重量计,包括以下组分:
端烯基聚氧乙烯醚5-11份、丙烯酸8-17份、过硫酸铵0.33-0.74份、巯基丙酸0.13-0.27份、双氧水0.25-0.45份、羟基化植物油0.03-0.06份、葡萄碳酸钠0.05-0.08份、有机硅0.02-0.03份、聚乙二醇2-9份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、去离子水5-8份、聚丙烯酰胺4-6份、盐酸0.5-1.7份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种混凝土脱模剂,其特征在于,按重量计,包括以下组分:
端烯基聚氧乙烯醚7-9份、丙烯酸10-15份、过硫酸铵0.46-0.62份、巯基丙酸0.18-0.22份、双氧水0.37-0.41份、羟基化植物油0.04-0.05份、葡萄碳酸钠0.06-0.07份、有机硅0.025-0.028份、聚乙二醇4-7份、聚乙烯醇4-5份、去离子水6-7份、聚丙烯酰胺5-6份、盐酸0.9-1.2份、十二烷基硫酸钠3-4份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种混凝土脱模剂,其特征在于,按重量计,包括以下组分:
端烯基聚氧乙烯醚6份、丙烯酸12份、过硫酸铵0.44份、巯基丙酸0.17份、双氧水0.32份、羟基化植物油0.04份、葡萄碳酸钠0.07份、有机硅0.022份、聚乙二醇5份、聚乙烯醇4份、去离子水7份、聚丙烯酰胺5.7份、盐酸0.8份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种混凝土脱模剂,其特征在于,还包括0.5-1.5份的尿素。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种混凝土脱模剂,其特征在于,所述端烯基聚氧乙烯醚的分子量为2000-2500。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种混凝土脱模剂,其特征在于,还包括1份的尿素。
