Description
技术领域
本发明涉及过织物染整领域,特别是涉及一种醋酯长丝织物的精练方法。
背景技术
醋酯长丝织物和其化合成纤维织物相比,纤维本身含杂量较少。醋酯长丝织物通过精炼处理,去除织物在丝织工程中的浆料、油剂、污垢及油渍等。通过精练提升织物的白度及毛细管效应,增加染色的鲜艳度。现有技术中对于醋酯织物的精练,常在平幅连续精练机,卷染机或挂练桶上进行,对于织物进行精练、染色,工艺简短。
现有技术中精练方法比较简单,特别是对于醋酯织物的精练工艺的适应性差;对于复合类长丝,由于两种纤维的收缩率不同,传统的精练方法无法适用。精练工艺条件例如PH、温度、时间控制因素多,控制协调性差;在加工过程中有易产生皱刹印的危险,使得织物在受力后容易被拉伸;同时由于工艺条件的配合不当,使得织物产生病疵,例如,若织物在精练过程中温度控制不当,练白坯会有消光或损伤强力,同时不利于退浆。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种醋酯长丝织物的精练方法,本发明的方法对传统的精练方法进行改进和调整,提高了精练工艺的适应性,精练工艺条件因素协调性好,改善了织物的抗静电性、防污性,同时提高了织物的手感。
本发明中的醋酯长丝织物的精练方法,具体包括以下步骤:
第一步,进行退卷处理;将卷状的生坯在退卷机上进行落绸,同时检验生坯的门幅、匹长、经纬密度、外观疵点或油污渍,将合格的坯绸进行配卷,及缝头操作;
第二步,进行坯绸准备;将退成平幅的生坯在圈码机上圈成圆筒状,然后进行钉线;使得生坯平整的设置于挂练桶上;
第三步,进行精练操作;在练桶内加入第一剂量的精练液,升温至90摄氏度;然后加入第二剂量的精练液,控制练浴温度至80~85摄氏度;将坯绸浸没于精练液之中,保温精练60~80分钟;
第四步,进行精练整理操作,配置精练整理液含有2.5g/L的苛性钠,及1g/L 的净洗剂,精练整理液的浴比为1:50,温度为90摄氏度,将坯绸浸没于精练整理液之中精练整理,保温再次精练1小时;
第五步,进行水洗及烘干,在温度60摄氏度的水中水洗10分钟,再在冷水先10分钟,依次进行轧水打卷,真空吸水;
第六步,进行增白操作,将织物设置于上述增白液中,进行增白50到60分钟,然后经热水和冷水各洗涤一次;
第七步,进行烘干及定型;将织物进行预烘干,烘干完成后,将织物设进行热定型,时间为30秒,完成精练过程。
进一步地,在步骤一中,配卷的织物长度为500~600米;缝头操作的针线密度为3-4针/厘米,两侧回针1-1.4厘米;且在每卷两端接上5~6厘米的导布。
进一步的,在步骤一中,第一剂量为2/3剂量的精练液,第二剂量为1/3剂量的精练液。
进一步的,在步骤二中,精炼液含有4g/L的雷米邦A,0.3~0.6g/L的纯碱,及0.15g/L的保险粉,浴比为1:50,精练液PH值为9-9.5。
进一步的,步骤三还包括,在精练期间要用行车将织物吊起2~3次,使圈码织物的内外层精练均匀。
进一步地,在步骤六中,所述增白液中含有1~2%的分散性增白剂,0.5g/L 的平平加O,0.5mL/L的冰醋酸,增白液的浴比为1:2。
进一步的,在步骤七中,预烘干温度为100摄氏度,热定型温度为180摄氏度。
本发明与现有技术相比可实现以下有益效果:
本发明的方法对传统的精练方法进行改进和调整,提高了精练工艺的适应性,精练工艺条件因素协调性好,于精练过程中所用到的精练原材料选用面广,精练效果好,效率高。
在精练后进行S整理,可改善织物的抗静电性及防污性。经本发明精练方法处理后,使得纤维表成的乙酰基有部分皂化水解为羟基,使得纤维表面的极性基羟基增多,增加了织物的吸湿性,阻止了表面静电荷的积累,提高了抗静电性,从而降低了对污垢物质的吸引力,提高了防污能力。
利用本发明的精练处理后,提高了织物的手感,减少因热定型及烘干过程中产生的硬挺的手感。同时,抑制了织物的褪色缺陷,提高了染料的耐光牢度。可改善织物的吸湿性、静电重、易吸尘、易沾污等缺点,提高织物的吸湿性,抗静电性及舒适性,使纤维具有一定的亲水性。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
第一步,进行退卷处理。将卷状的生坯在退卷机上进行落绸,同时检验生坯的门幅、匹长、经纬密度、外观疵点、油污渍等,将合格的坯绸进行配卷,织物长度为500~600米;然后进行缝头操作,接头时将坯绸拉齐,设置针线密度为3-4针/厘米,并在两边回针1-1.4厘米;在每卷两端接上5~6厘米的导布。
第二步,进行坯绸准备。将退成平幅的生坯在圈码机上圈成圆筒状,然后进行钉线;使得生坯平整的设置于挂练桶上。
第三步,进行精练操作;在练桶内加入2/3的液量,精炼液含有4g/L的雷米邦A,0.3~0.6g/L的纯碱,及0.15g/L的保险粉,浴比为1:50,练液PH值为9-9.5。加入已化好的精练剂,升温至90摄氏度;然后加入剩余1/3浴量,并控制练浴温度至80~85摄氏度;捞清液面上的污物,将挂在竹杆上的坯绸放入练桶内,挂绸竹杆的两头分别放在练桶的边沿上,使坯绸浸没于练液之中,保温练60~80分钟。同时,在精练期间要用行车将织物吊起2~3次,使圈码织物的内外层精练均匀
第四步,进行精练整理操作,配置精练整理液含有2.5g/L的苛性钠,及1g/L 的净洗剂,精练整理液的浴比为1:50,温度为90摄氏度,精练整理时间为1 小时;
第五步,进行水洗及烘干,对织物进行水洗,在温度60摄氏度的水中洗10 分钟,冷水先10分钟,然后再依次进行轧水打卷,真空吸水;
第六步,进行增白操作,配置增白液中含有1~2%的分散性增白剂,含有 0.5g/L的平平加O,含有0.5mL/L的冰醋酸,并设置增白液的浴比为1:2,将织物设置于上述增白液中,进行增白50到60分钟,然后经热水和冷水各洗涤一次;
第七步,进行烘干及定型;将织物设置于100摄氏度的环境中进行预烘干,烘干完成后,将织物设置于180摄氏度的环境中,并进行热定型,时间为30秒,完成精练过程。

第一步,进行退卷处理;将卷状的生坯在退卷机上进行落绸,同时检验生坯的门幅、匹长、经纬密度、外观疵点或油污渍,将合格的坯绸进行配卷,及缝头操作;
第二步,进行坯绸准备;将退成平幅的生坯在圈码机上圈成圆筒状,然后进行钉线;使得生坯平整的设置于挂练桶上;
第三步,进行精练操作;在练桶内加入第一剂量的精练液,升温至90摄氏度;然后加入第二剂量的精练液,控制练浴温度至80~85摄氏度;将坯绸浸没于精练液之中,保温精练60~80分钟;
第四步,进行精练整理操作,配置精练整理液含有2.5g/L的苛性钠,及1g/L的净洗剂,精练整理液的浴比为1:50,温度为90摄氏度,将坯绸浸没于精练整理液之中精练整理,保温再次精练1小时;
