技术领域
本发明涉及表皮一体发泡成形品的制造方法。
背景技术
例如车辆用座椅的头枕,将发泡树脂原浆注入到设置在成形模具内的表皮内部,在表皮内部使发泡树脂原浆反应,使由发泡树脂形成的芯体与表皮成形为一体而被制造。作为表皮,虽然广泛使用纤维等表面材料、聚氨酯板等软填料、聚氨酯片等薄片层叠而成的三层构造的表皮,但也使用省略了薄片的双层构造的表皮。
形成表皮的内表面的聚氨酯片等的薄片,是阻止发泡树脂原浆浸透到软填料、表面材料的部件,在使用了省略了薄片的双层构造(表面材料以及软填料)的表皮的表皮一体发泡成形品的制造中,将承接从喷嘴喷出的发泡树脂原浆的分散体设置在表皮内部,通过分散体减弱发泡树脂原浆的流动,抑制发泡树脂原浆对于表面材料以及软填料的浸透(参照专利文献1~3)。

发明内容
本发明欲解决的技术问题
通过使表皮为仅表面材料的一层构造来简化,从而能够降低表皮一体发泡成形品的制造成本。然而,对于由纤维等具有液浸透性的布料构成的表面材料,即使使用专利文献1~3所记载的制造方法中的分散体,也担心发泡树脂原浆的浸透,由于浸透的发泡树脂原浆固化,有可能损坏表皮的质感。
当表皮是表面材料以及软填料的双层构造的情况下的发泡树脂原浆的喷出压力通常是12MPa~18MPa时,通过使发泡树脂原浆的喷出压力降低,并且,使被注入的发泡树脂原浆的流动减弱,从而能够抑制对于仅表面材料的一层构造的表皮的发泡树脂原浆的浸透。
然而,在例如是双液性发泡树脂等而使多个原浆在表皮内部混合并反应的情况下,由于使喷出压力降低的原因,多个原浆的混合不足,反应不能进展,存在芯体的容量不足的可能。
本发明是鉴于上述问题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种表皮一体发泡成形品的制造方法,即使是像仅表面材料的一层构造那样比较薄的表皮也能够抑制发泡树脂原浆的浸透,并且,发泡树脂能够安定地成形。
用于解决问题的技术方案
本发明的一实施方式的表皮一体发泡成形品的制造方法,是将发泡树脂的多个原浆注入到袋状的表皮内部,并且,使由发泡树脂构成的芯体与表皮一体成形而成的表皮一体发泡成形品的制造方法,用网眼体覆盖将所述多个原浆注入到所述表皮内部的喷嘴的喷出口,将所述多个原浆通过所述网眼体注入到所述表皮内部。
发明效果
根据本发明,即使是比较薄的表皮也能够抑制发泡树脂原浆的浸透,能够使发泡树脂稳定地成形。

具体实施方式
图1示出用于说明本发明的实施方式的,表皮一体发泡成形品的一例,图2示出图1的表皮一体发泡成形品的截面。
图1所示的表皮一体发泡成形品是车辆用座椅的头枕10,头枕10包括:构成头枕罩的表皮11;填充到表皮11的内部的芯体12;以及埋入芯体12的内部、并且一对脚部露出到表皮11的外部的金属制框架13。
表皮11是由纤维等具有液浸透性的布料构成的表面材料的一层构造,缝制成袋状,以窝边变成内侧的方式在翻口11a翻过来,翻口11a被缝合而构成。芯体12由发泡聚氨酯等比较柔软的发泡树脂形成,在表皮11的内部发泡并且与表皮11一体地成形。
图3~图5示出头枕10的制造方法的一例。
首先,如图3所示,将框架13的脚部插通到袋状表皮11的通孔11b并将框架13安装在表皮11,并且,将发泡树脂原浆的注入喷嘴20安装在表皮11的喷嘴插入口11c。
其次,如图4所示,将安装有框架13以及注入喷嘴20的表皮11装到由上模具21a以及下模具21b构成的一体发泡成形用模具21的腔内。
进而,如图5所示,使供给发泡树脂的原浆的注入器22的头部与注入喷嘴20连接,通过注入喷嘴20使发泡树脂的原浆注入表皮11的内部,在表皮11的内部使发泡树脂的原浆发泡并且使芯体12成形。
完成芯体12的成形后,使表皮11、芯体12以及框架13从一体发泡成形用模具21脱模,将注入喷嘴20从喷嘴插入口11c取下,得到头枕10。
图6示出注入器22的一例的构成。需要说明的是,在图6所示的例子中,作为形成芯体12的发泡树脂,以使用发泡聚氨酯的芯体来进行说明。
典型地,发泡聚氨酯使以多元醇为主要成分的主剂原浆和以多异氰酸酯为主要成分的硬化剂原浆混合并发泡,注入器22包括:存蓄主剂原浆的主剂原浆罐24a;以及存蓄硬化剂原浆的硬化剂原浆罐24b。
被存蓄在主剂原浆罐24a的主剂原浆经过配管23a以及泵25a供给到注入器22的头部,存蓄在硬化剂原浆罐24b的硬化剂原浆经由配管23b以及泵25b供给至注入器22的头部,主剂原浆以及硬化剂原浆从与注入器22的头部连接的注入喷嘴20的喷出口按照预定的配合比以及预定的喷出压力喷出,被注入到袋状的表皮11的内部。
在表皮11的内部,进行主剂原浆所包含的多元醇和硬化剂原浆所包含的多异氰酸酯的聚氨酯化反应,另外,主剂原浆所包含的水分和多异氰酸酯反应并且产生二氧化碳气体,并由发泡聚氨酯构成的芯体12被成形。
图7示出覆盖注入喷嘴20的喷出口的网眼体的一例,图8示出通过图7的网眼体时的发泡树脂的多个原浆的状态。
在本例的头枕10中,表皮11是纤维等具有液浸透性的布料的一层构造,以抑制向表皮11的主剂原浆以及硬化剂原浆的浸透为目的,从注入喷嘴20的原浆的喷出压力设定得较低。
如上所述,相对于表皮是表面材料以及软填料的双层构造的情况下的原浆的喷出压力通常是12MPa~18MPa,在表皮11是具有液浸透性的布料的一层构造的本例中,使原浆的喷出压力为例如8MPa~10MPa。
而且,以填补由于喷出压力的降低而引起的主剂原浆以及硬化剂原浆的混合不足为目的,在表皮11的喷嘴插入口11c设置有作为注入喷嘴20的套而构成的袋状的网眼体14。
网眼体14是将例如由板坯聚氨酯等形成的网眼布料缝制成有底筒状的物件,网眼体14的开口端的边部被缝制或者被粘着到表皮11的喷嘴插入口11c,而与表皮11一体化。在注入喷嘴20的末端的突出口与有底筒状的网眼体14的底紧密接触的状态下,注入喷嘴20插入表皮11的喷嘴插入口11c,注入喷嘴20的喷出口被网眼体14覆盖。
从注入喷嘴20喷出的主剂原浆以及硬化剂原浆,通过覆盖喷出口的网眼体14的网眼被注入到表皮11的内部,在通过网眼体14的网眼时,相互碰撞并被搅拌。由此,主剂原浆以及硬化剂原浆的混合被促进,即使使主剂原浆以及硬化剂原浆的喷出压力降低也能促进发泡反应,能够使芯体12稳定地成形。进而,通过使主剂原浆以及硬化剂原浆的喷出压力降低,从而能够抑制向表皮11的主剂原浆以及硬化剂原浆的浸透,并且,能够抑制表皮11的质感被损坏。
形成网眼体14的网眼状的布料优选的是,具有不会阻滞主剂原浆以及硬化剂原浆而能够通过程度的通气度,虽然与主剂原浆、硬化剂原浆的粘度有关,但是优选的是具有100cm3/cm2/s以上的通气度。需要说明的是,通气度为利用JISL1096规定的通气性实验方法来测定的值,JISL1096的内容此处作为参照被编入。
另外,当网眼体14的通气度过大时,主剂原浆以及硬化剂原浆通过网眼体14时的搅拌效果被减弱,所以形成网眼体14的网眼状布料,优选的是,具有1000cm3/cm2/s以下的通气度。
图9示出图7所示的网眼体14的变形例。
在图9所示的例中,将网眼体14作为固定在注入喷嘴20的末端部的盖而构成。即,表皮11之外单独准备将网眼布料缝制成有底筒状的网眼体14,使该网眼体14固定在注入喷嘴20的末端部,并通过网眼体14覆盖注入喷嘴20的喷出口,可以在该状态下将注入喷嘴20插入表皮11的喷嘴插入口11c。
在这种情况下,从注入喷嘴20喷出的主剂原浆以及硬化剂原浆,通过覆盖喷出口的网眼体14的网眼被注入到表皮11的内部,在通过网眼体14的网眼时,相互碰撞并被搅拌,主剂原浆以及硬化剂原浆的混合被促进。
以上,虽然说明了表皮11是具有液浸透性的布料(表面材料)的一层构造,但是,本发明也能够适用于表皮是表面材料以及软填料的双层构造的情况,能够促进形成芯体12的发泡树脂的多个原浆的混合并且使芯体12稳定地成形,能够抑制向表皮的原浆的浸透,并且,抑制表皮的质感被损坏。
工业上的利用可能性
另外,虽然以头枕10为例进行了说明,但本发明还可以适用于例如扶手、座椅托盘等其他表皮一体发泡成形品。

1.一种表皮一体发泡成形品的制造方法,
所述表皮一体发泡成型品的制造方法是将发泡树脂的多个原浆注入袋状的表皮内部,使由发泡树脂形成的芯体与表皮一体成形从而形成表皮一体发泡成形品,
用网眼体覆盖将所述多个原浆注入所述表皮内部的喷嘴的喷出口,将所述多个原浆通过所述网眼体注入到所述表皮内部。
2.如权利要求1所述的表皮一体发泡成形品的制造方法,
所述网眼体呈有底筒状,被设置在向所述表皮内部的喷嘴插入口并与所述表皮成为一体,并被构成为将所述喷嘴的末端部收纳的套。
3.如权利要求1所述的表皮一体发泡成形品的制造方法,
所述网眼体,被构成为固定在所述喷嘴的末端部的盖。
