Abstract

本发明公开了一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂及其制备方法,所述整理剂呈球形或椭球形,平均粒径为4~15μm,其芯材与壁材的质量比为1:0.8~1.7;所述芯材为聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯组成,壁材由琼脂和透明质酸组成。本发明所述吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂针对锦纶织物进行整理,赋予其耐久的吸湿快干性和良好的干、湿摩擦牢度;本发明所述整理剂有助于改善织物的手感及染色性能。

一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种功能性织物的整理化合物,具体为一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
众所周知,使锦纶织物具有吸湿排汗功能可以大致分为四种方法:和亲水性组分共聚或共混纺丝、由接枝聚合赋予锦纶织物亲水性、由后整理加工赋予锦纶织物亲水性、改变纤维的表面物理结构赋予其亲水性。美国Texaco化学公司开发了一种较为经济的加工工艺,将聚乙二醇用极少量的环氧丙烷处理,生成一个具有第二羟端基的聚醚,然后将该羟端基转换成胺基,即生成聚氧化乙烯二胺(PEOD),在己内酰胺聚合前,将PEOD加入其中,聚合后即得到具有吸湿性的嵌段共聚物,但由于该工艺条件下中间体稳定性较低而难以推广应用。杜邦公司先采用辐射引发聚合,将亲水性成份(如顺丁烯二酸)接枝到尼龙66长丝上,尼龙66长丝浸入25%的顺丁烯二酸水溶液中一小时,同时用2兆电子伏特的电子照射,得到具有吸湿快干性能的锦纶。这种纤维的缺点是能量消耗大,湿态时手感欠佳,而且染色性能不能满足衣着要求,因此未能得到推广。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,获得一种改善锦纶织物吸湿排汗性能的整理剂,且不影响织物湿态的手感及染色性能,本发明提供了一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂,所述整理剂呈球形或椭球形,平均粒径为4~15μm,其芯材与壁材的质量比为1:0.8~1.7;所述芯材为聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯组成,壁材由琼脂和透明质酸组成。
优选的,所述芯材为聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯按重量比2~7:3~5组成。
优选的,所述壁材由琼脂和透明质酸按重量比1~3:4~7组成。
一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将琼脂溶于去离子水中,加热煮沸,配制成质量浓度为0.6~1.4%的琼脂溶液,凝固备用;
(2)将透明质酸溶于水中,配制成质量浓度为0.6~2.2%的透明质酸溶液,然后加入乳化剂、聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯,磁力搅拌至分散均匀得到乳液;
(3)将步骤(1)凝固后的琼脂加热融化,然后将步骤(2)得到的乳液滴加到琼脂溶液中,调节pH值为6.5~8.2,反应25~40min,再加入分散剂,搅拌均匀得到复凝乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的复凝乳液置于冰水浴中降温至0~4℃,加入固化剂,固化25~40min后调节pH值6.8~7.5,再移入42~50℃水浴中固化1.5~4h得到吸湿排汗微胶囊乳液,将吸湿排汗微胶囊乳液离心,取沉淀,将沉淀抽滤、干燥得到吸湿排汗微胶囊。
优选的,所述乳化剂为吐温-80或OP-80。
优选的,所述分散剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或聚乙烯醇。
优选的,所述固化剂为戊二醛、双醛淀粉或谷氨酰胺转氨酶。
有益效果:(1)本发明所述吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂针对锦纶织物进行整理,赋予其耐久的吸湿快干性和良好的干、湿摩擦牢度;(2)本发明所述整理剂有助于改善织物的手感及染色性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂,所述整理剂呈球形或椭球形,平均粒径为4μm,其芯材与壁材的质量比为1:0.8;所述芯材为聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯组成,壁材由琼脂和透明质酸组成。
所述芯材为聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯按重量比2:3组成。
所述壁材由琼脂和透明质酸按重量比1:4组成。
一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将琼脂溶于去离子水中,加热煮沸,配制成质量浓度为0.6%的琼脂溶液,凝固备用;
(2)将透明质酸溶于水中,配制成质量浓度为0.6%的透明质酸溶液,然后加入乳化剂、聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯,磁力搅拌至分散均匀得到乳液;
(3)将步骤(1)凝固后的琼脂加热融化,然后将步骤(2)得到的乳液滴加到琼脂溶液中,调节pH值为6.5,反应25min,再加入分散剂,搅拌均匀得到复凝乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的复凝乳液置于冰水浴中降温至0℃,加入固化剂,固化25min后调节pH值6.8,再移入42℃水浴中固化1.5h得到吸湿排汗微胶囊乳液,将吸湿排汗微胶囊乳液离心,取沉淀,将沉淀抽滤、干燥得到吸湿排汗微胶囊。
所述乳化剂为吐温-80。
所述分散剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
所述固化剂为戊二醛。
实施例2
一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂,所述整理剂呈球形或椭球形,平均粒径为9μm,其芯材与壁材的质量比为1:1.3;所述芯材为聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯组成,壁材由琼脂和透明质酸组成。
所述芯材为聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯按重量比5:4组成。
所述壁材由琼脂和透明质酸按重量比2:5组成。
一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将琼脂溶于去离子水中,加热煮沸,配制成质量浓度为0.9%的琼脂溶液,凝固备用;
(2)将透明质酸溶于水中,配制成质量浓度为1.5%的透明质酸溶液,然后加入乳化剂、聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯,磁力搅拌至分散均匀得到乳液;
(3)将步骤(1)凝固后的琼脂加热融化,然后将步骤(2)得到的乳液滴加到琼脂溶液中,调节pH值为7.3,反应30min,再加入分散剂,搅拌均匀得到复凝乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的复凝乳液置于冰水浴中降温至3℃,加入固化剂,固化34min后调节pH值7.2,再移入46℃水浴中固化2.6h得到吸湿排汗微胶囊乳液,将吸湿排汗微胶囊乳液离心,取沉淀,将沉淀抽滤、干燥得到吸湿排汗微胶囊。
所述乳化剂为OP-80。
所述分散剂为聚乙烯醇。
所述固化剂为双醛淀粉。
实施例3
一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂,所述整理剂呈球形或椭球形,平均粒径为15μm,其芯材与壁材的质量比为1:1.7;所述芯材为聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯组成,壁材由琼脂和透明质酸组成。
所述芯材为聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯按重量比7:5组成。
所述壁材由琼脂和透明质酸按重量比3:7组成。
一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将琼脂溶于去离子水中,加热煮沸,配制成质量浓度为1.4%的琼脂溶液,凝固备用;
(2)将透明质酸溶于水中,配制成质量浓度为2.2%的透明质酸溶液,然后加入乳化剂、聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯,磁力搅拌至分散均匀得到乳液;
(3)将步骤(1)凝固后的琼脂加热融化,然后将步骤(2)得到的乳液滴加到琼脂溶液中,调节pH值为8.2,反应40min,再加入分散剂,搅拌均匀得到复凝乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的复凝乳液置于冰水浴中降温至4℃,加入固化剂,固化40min后调节pH值7.5,再移入50℃水浴中固化4h得到吸湿排汗微胶囊乳液,将吸湿排汗微胶囊乳液离心,取沉淀,将沉淀抽滤、干燥得到吸湿排汗微胶囊。
所述乳化剂为OP-80。
所述分散剂为聚乙烯醇。
所述固化剂为谷氨酰胺转氨酶。
对实施例1~3制备获得的吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂进行性能测试,结果如下所示:

1.一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂,其特征在于,所述整理剂呈球形或椭球形,平均粒径为4~15μm,其芯材与壁材的质量比为1:0.8~1.7;所述芯材为聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯组成,壁材由琼脂和透明质酸组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂,其特征在于,所述芯材为聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯按重量比2~7:3~5组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂,其特征在于,所述壁材由琼脂和透明质酸按重量比1~3:4~7组成。
4.权利要求1~3任一所述一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
(1)将琼脂溶于去离子水中,加热煮沸,配制成质量浓度为0.6~1.4%的琼脂溶液,凝固备用;
(2)将透明质酸溶于水中,配制成质量浓度为0.6~2.2%的透明质酸溶液,然后加入乳化剂、聚乙二醇和对苯二甲酸二甲酯,磁力搅拌至分散均匀得到乳液;
(3)将步骤(1)凝固后的琼脂加热融化,然后将步骤(2)得到的乳液滴加到琼脂溶液中,调节pH值为6.5~8.2,反应25~40min,再加入分散剂,搅拌均匀得到复凝乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的复凝乳液置于冰水浴中降温至0~4℃,加入固化剂,固化25~40min后调节pH值6.8~7.5,再移入42~50℃水浴中固化1.5~4h得到吸湿排汗微胶囊乳液,将吸湿排汗微胶囊乳液离心,取沉淀,将沉淀抽滤、干燥得到吸湿排汗微胶囊。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为吐温-80或OP-80。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或聚乙烯醇。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种吸湿排汗微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述固化剂为戊二醛、双醛淀粉或谷氨酰胺转氨酶。
