本发明涉及一种中长腈纶波斯纶涤纶锦纶羊毛金银丝16N混纺纱的纺纱方法,它属于纺织生产技术领域。本发明由中长腈纶纤维、波斯纶涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、羊毛纤维、金银丝纤维组成。经原料处理、人工混合,经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱的步骤完成纺纱,制得的面料。手感柔软、蓬松且色泽亮丽,具有弹性高、毛感强、有轻微吸湿排汗效果,与皮肤的亲和力较好。

本发明涉及一种纺纱方法,尤其是涉及一种中长腈纶波斯纶涤纶锦纶羊毛金银丝16N混纺纱的纺纱方法,它属于纺织生产技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会发展时代进步,人们的审美与消费观念的多元化,对于各种服装面料的需求多样化;设计是一种艺术,把艺术融于服装面料,使服装在展现不同的视觉美感的同时要求面料的手感、舒适度、弹性、透气、吸湿排汗等功能。
当今社会服装业快速发展,人们不但对服装的款式、做工等有高要求,而且还对面料的品质、功能越来越关注。
公开日为2016年07月06日,公开号为105734800A的中国专利中,公开了一种名称为“一种金银丝混纺高性能纤维制品的制作方法”的发明专利。该专利通过9个步骤织造出一种金银丝混纺高性能纤维以及其纺织品,虽然该专利与通过本花式圈圈纱、花式拉毛纱生产的织造产品不仅保持了现有花式圈圈纱、花式拉毛纱及其针织制品手感滑爽、毛感强,保暖性好的特点,还降低了静电起球的几率,但是与本申请混纺纱线方法相比,未涉及中长腈纶纤维、波斯纶涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维和羊毛纤维混纺,具有明显不同。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种能体现织物的高蓬松度、高毛感,具有弹性、亮丽的纱线的中长腈纶波斯纶涤纶锦纶羊毛金银丝16N混纺纱的纺纱方法。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该中长腈纶波斯纶涤纶锦纶羊毛金银丝 16N混纺纱线的纺纱方法,其特征在于:其混纺纱线由中长腈纶纤维、波斯纶涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、羊毛纤维和金银丝纤维组成,经过人工拌合、清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、自络步骤已完成,整个纺纱过程,具体步骤如下:
(1)将中长腈纶纤维重量份数、波斯纶涤纶纤维重量份数、锦纶纤维的重量份数、羊毛纤维的重量份数和金银丝纤维的重量份数按所需的比例逐一称重、堆放、开松,而后进行油剂处理,放置30小时左右、人工混合;
(2)梳理:使用A186G梳棉机,将梳棉机中的锡林速度设置在280-300/min,刺棍速度700-720/min,盖板速度70-80/min,道夫速度22-26/min,西林盖板的五点隔距从进口到出口,分别为0.22mm,0.20mm,0.18mm,0.18mm,0.20mm制得的混合须条;
(3)并条工序:使用FA317并条机,未并RSB-D401并条机进行三并并合,使须条充分并合,条干均匀度,重量均匀度均达到最佳;
(4)粗纱工序:使用JWF1415粗纱机,整理区牵伸倍数控制在1.06-1.10,后牵伸倍数控制在1.22-1.25,主区牵伸倍数控制在7.0-8.0,总牵伸倍数在6-7,纺制成捻系数为55-60的粗纱;
(5)细纱:采用EJM128K型细纱机,后区牵伸倍数控制在1.25-1.30,总牵伸倍数控制在12-15,纺制成品质优良的纱线。
(6)自络工序:采用Loepfe Brothers Ltd.电清纱器;以消除纺纱过程中无法避免的疵点,确保面料的完美,保证纱线成果。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:混纺纱由中长腈纶纤维、波斯纶涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、羊毛纤维、金银丝纤维组成;经原料处理、人工混合,经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱的步骤完成纺纱,制得的面料手感柔软、蓬松且色泽亮丽,具有弹性高、毛感强、有轻微吸湿排汗效果,与皮肤的亲和力较好。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例。
本实施例中长腈纶波斯纶涤纶锦纶羊毛金银丝16N混纺纱的纺纱方法,其混纺纱线由中长腈纶纤维、波斯纶涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、羊毛纤维和金银丝纤维组成,经过人工拌合、清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、自络步骤已完成,整个纺纱过程,具体步骤如下:
(1)将中长腈纶纤维重量份数、波斯纶涤纶纤维重量份数、锦纶纤维的重量份数、羊毛纤维的重量份数和金银丝纤维的重量份数按所需的比例逐一称重、堆放、开松,而后进行油剂处理,放置30小时左右、人工混合。
(2)梳理:使用A186G梳棉机,将梳棉机中的锡林速度设置在280-300/min,刺棍速度700-720/min,盖板速度70-80/min,道夫速度22-26/min,西林盖板的五点隔距从进口到出口,分别为0.22mm,0.20mm,0.18mm,0.18mm,0.20mm制得的混合须条。

本实施例先进行原材料的选择:采用中长腈纶纤维、波斯纶涤纶纤维、锦纶涤纶纤维、羊毛纤维及金银丝纤维组成;再进行原料处理:A.中长腈纶纤维、波斯纶涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维,用经过1:100稀释过的抗静电剂Nimate22-5均匀喷洒到以上的原料中,放置30个小时;B.羊毛纤维用经过1.5:100稀释过的和毛油Nimate331均匀喷洒,放置30个小时;再人工拌合:将中长腈纶纤维、波斯纶涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、羊毛纤维和金银丝纤维按比例分别进行人工拌合;处理好的纤维经过清花、梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱、自络制成所需的纱线。
本实施例制成的面料,具有结实、耐磨、柔软、蓬松的特征,合适的弹性,毛感及色彩亮丽的风格;在追求时尚的今天符合现代人们对服装美感、舒适、健康的理念,成为人们喜爱的面料。

Claims (1)

1.一种中长腈纶波斯纶涤纶锦纶羊毛金银丝16N混纺纱的纺纱方法,其特征在于:其混纺纱线由中长腈纶纤维、波斯纶涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、羊毛纤维和金银丝纤维组成,经过人工拌合、清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱和自络步骤已完成,整个纺纱过程,具体步骤如下:
(1)将中长腈纶纤维重量份数、波斯纶涤纶纤维重量份数、锦纶纤维的重量份数、羊毛纤维的重量份数和金银丝纤维的重量份数按所需的比例逐一称重、堆放、开松,而后进行油剂处理,放置30小时左右、人工混合;
(2)梳理:使用A186G梳棉机,将梳棉机中的锡林速度设置在280-300/min,刺棍速度700-720/min,盖板速度70-80/min,道夫速度22-26/min,西林盖板的五点隔距从进口到出口,分别为0.22mm,0.20mm,0.18mm,0.18mm,0.20mm制得的混合须条;
