The PCB board loading and unloading machine comprises a frame (1), wherein the frame (1) is provided with a board loading and unloading vehicle feeding area and a board unloading vehicle discharging area; the method is characterized in that: the machine frame (1) is also provided with an upper plate mechanism (2), a conveying mechanism (4), a turnover mechanism (5) and a lower plate mechanism (6); the upper plate mechanism (2), the conveying mechanism (4), the turnover mechanism (5) and the lower plate mechanism (6) are sequentially connected; the conveying mechanism (4) comprises a second conveying table (41), a cross sliding table manipulator (42) and a third conveying table (43), and the cross sliding table manipulator (42) is positioned between the second conveying table (41) and the third conveying table (43); the second conveying table (41) is provided with a first pushing plate (44) for arranging the plates; the turnover mechanism (5) comprises a turnover motor (51), a fixed plate (52) and a double-layer row roller (53); the overturning motor (51) is fixedly connected with the frame (1), and the double-layer row roller (53) is pivoted on the fixed plate (52); the turnover motor (51) drives the fixed plate (52) to turn over; the lower plate mechanism (6) comprises a fourth conveying table (61) and a lower plate manipulator (62); the lower plate manipulator (62) is positioned between the fourth conveying table (61) and the discharging area of the plate unloading vehicle.

The upper and lower plate machine for PCB boards according to claim 1, wherein: the plate feeding mechanism (2) comprises a plate feeding manipulator (21), an auxiliary manipulator (22) and a first conveying table (23); the upper plate manipulator (21) and the auxiliary manipulator (22) are located above the plate carrier feeding area, and the first conveying table (23) is located in front of the plate carrier feeding area.
3. The upper and lower plate machine for PCB boards according to claim 2, wherein: and a dust sticking machine (24) is arranged on one side of the first conveying table (23) away from the feeding area of the scooter.
