本发明涉及啤酒领域。本发明提供了一种养生啤酒,由以下原料组成:微粉混合物和啤酒,两者的配比为20~200g/L;所述的微粉混合物由以下质量份数的原料制成:海参低聚肽10~20份,玉米低聚肽20~40份,葛根提取物20~30份,茯苓5~10份,枸杞3~8份,微粉混合物的粒径为0.1~10μm。本发明针对性地选择降血压效果显著的海参低聚肽和玉米低聚肽,结合中医养生理论,加入葛根提取物、茯苓、枸杞,起到辅助降血压和调理肝脾肾平衡之功效。通过啤酒适度酒精之力扩张血脉,使海参低聚肽、玉米低聚肽、葛根提取物、茯苓、枸杞的活性成分充分发挥作用,达到更好的降血压,调理肝脾肾平衡的养生保健功效。

本发明涉及啤酒。
背景技术
高血压是引发中风、心肌梗塞和冠心病等心血管疾病的重要危险因素。目前,中国人口中高血压病患者已超过2亿,预防和治疗高血压病是当今社会十分重要的研究课题。
高血压主要发病机制是RAAS( 肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统)过度激活,产生过量的血管紧张素Ⅱ,并使缓激肽数量降低,从而导致血容量增多和血管阻力增加,最终引起血压的升高。血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)在调节血压方面具有重要的作用,它能够催化血管紧张素Ⅰ转化为血管紧张素Ⅱ,起到升压的作用;同时,ACE能够降解舒缓激肽,使之失去降压的作用。
海参低聚肽和玉米低聚肽的分子量小于1000道尔顿的低聚肽,近100%可被人体消化吸收;而且二者具有ACE抑制肽活性,能够降低人体血管紧张素转化酶活性,进而达到降血压的效果。
葛根提取物含有异黄酮类(葛根素、大豆甙、大豆甙元、染料木素)活性物质,可以扩张血管,改善血液循环,降低心脑血管疾病危险。
茯苓味甘、淡,性平,归心、肺、脾、肾经,能够利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。
枸杞性味甘平,具有养肝、滋肾、润肺的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有养生酒种类不足的问题,提供一种养生啤酒,通过啤酒适度酒精之力扩张血脉,使海参低聚肽、玉米低聚肽、葛根提取物、茯苓、枸杞的活性成分充分发挥作用,达到降血压,调理肝脾肾平衡的养生保健功效。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种养生啤酒,由以下原料组成:微粉混合物和啤酒,两者的配比为20~200g/L;所述的微粉混合物由以下质量份数的原料制成:海参低聚肽10~20份,玉米低聚肽20~40份,葛根提取物20~30份,茯苓5~10份,枸杞3~8份,微粉混合物的粒径为0.1~10μm。
所述的海参低聚肽和玉米低聚肽中蛋白水解物95%以上分子量小于1000道尔顿。
所述的一种养生啤酒,其制备方法为:将上述微粉混合物加入啤酒中,混合均匀后,再经热杀菌、冷却、过滤、封装即为成品。
本发明的优点:
1、在了解高血压的发病机制的基础上,针对性地选择降血压效果显著的海参低聚肽和玉米低聚肽,并结合中医养生理论,加入葛根提取物、茯苓、枸杞,起到辅助降血压和调理肝脾肾平衡之功效。
2、通过啤酒适度酒精之力扩张血脉,使海参低聚肽、玉米低聚肽、葛根提取物、茯苓、枸杞的活性成分充分发挥作用,达到更好的降血压,调理肝脾肾平衡的养生保健功效。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种养生啤酒,其制备方法为:将上述微粉混合物加入啤酒中,混合均匀后,再经热杀菌、冷却、过滤、封装即为成品。
(1)按质量配比分别取:海参低聚肽10份,玉米低聚肽30份,葛根提取物20份,茯苓5份,枸杞5份,混合,进行超微粉碎,制成粒径约5μm的微粉混合物。
(2)按照50g/L的配比,取50kg微粉混合物加入到1000L啤酒中,混合均匀。
(3)混合料液进行热杀菌、冷却、过滤、封装即为成品。
实施例2:
(1)按质量配比分别取:海参低聚肽20份,玉米低聚肽30份,葛根提取物30份,茯苓8份,枸杞5份,混合,进行超微粉碎,制成粒径约5μm的微粉混合物。
(2)按照30g/L的配比,取30kg微粉混合物加入到1000L啤酒中,混合均匀。
混合料液进行热杀菌、冷却、过滤、封装即为成品。

1.一种养生啤酒,其特征在于:由以下原料组成:微粉混合物和啤酒,两者的配比为20~200g/L;所述的微粉混合物由以下质量份数的原料制成:海参低聚肽10~20份,玉米低聚肽20~40份,葛根提取物20~30份,茯苓5~10份,枸杞3~8份,微粉混合物的粒径为0.1~10μm。
