高血压的症状因人而异。早期可能无症状或症状不明显,仅仅会在劳累、精神紧张、情绪波动后发生血压升高,并在休息后恢复正常。随着病程延长,血压明显的持续升高,逐渐会出现各种症状。此时被称为缓进型高血压病。缓进型高血压病常见的临床症状有头痛、头晕、注意力不集中、记忆力减退、肢体麻木、夜尿增多、心悸、胸闷、乏力等。当血压突然升高到一定程度时甚至会出现剧烈头痛、呕吐、心悸、眩晕等症状,严重时会发生神志不清、抽搐。这就属于急进型高血压和高血压危重症,多会在短期内发生严重的心、脑、肾等器官的损害和病变,如中风、心梗、肾衰等。症状与血压升高的水平并无一致的关系。
现有的治疗方式主要以降压为主,降压治疗的最终目的是减少高血压患者心、脑血管病的发生率和死亡率。而根据高血压的发病规律不能看出,早期的预防和治疗能极大的降低重症的可能性。功能饮料是指以水为基本原料,由不同的配方和制造工艺生产出来,供人们直接饮用的液体食品。功能饮料除提供水分外,由于在不同品种的功能饮料中含有不等量的糖、酸、乳以及各种氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等营养成分,因此有一定的营养。
而将功能饮料与防治高血压结合,以日常养护为主的功能饮料产品尚未见报道,而采用纯中药(符合国家饮料使用范围),无激素和化学成分的防治高血压的功能饮料,具有降压明目、凉血止血的功能性饮料更未见报道。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种纯中药原料,不添加任何激素和化学成分、具有降压明目、凉血止血、以预防和日常保养为主的降血压功能饮料。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种降血压功能饮料,原料由以下组分按重量份组成:决明子12~18、栀子8~10、山楂 12~18、菊花14~16、槐花8~12、小蓟13~16、蜂蜜 50~70、白砂糖120~170、水9000~11000。
将上述原料组分制成降血压的功能饮料的制备方法是:
(1)将原料组分中决明子、山楂、菊花、槐花、栀子、小蓟清洗去除杂质,放入加热容器中,加入总水量的一半煮至沸腾,自然冷却至35~40℃时保温;
(2)向保温的容器中加入蜂蜜、白砂糖和余量的水,搅拌均匀,而后加入混合物总量0.02~0.04%的拜耳结合酵母菌和木醋杆菌,设定温度25~30℃,湿度控制在27%~29%,静止密闭培养3~6天;
(3)将发酵后的混合物取出过滤,所获得的滤液灌装至饮料瓶即为成品。
进一步的,所述水为纯净水。
进一步的,所述饮料瓶为玻璃或塑料瓶,使用前须严格消毒处理。
进一步的,所述拜耳结合酵母菌和木醋杆菌的混合比例为1:0.5~1.2。
本发明所采用的中药组分:
决明子:味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,入肝、肾、大肠经;润肠通便,降脂明目,治疗便秘及高血脂,高血压。清肝明目,利水通便,有缓泻作用,降血压降血脂。
栀子:味苦,性寒;归心、肝、肺、胃、三焦经。泻火除烦;清热利湿;凉血解毒。主热病心烦;肝火目赤;头痛;湿热黄疳;淋证;叶血衄血;血痢尿血;口舌生疮;疮疡肿毒;扭伤肿痛。
山楂:味酸、甘,性温。入脾、肝、胃经。消食健胃,活血化瘀,驱虫。消化不良、心血管、癌症、肠炎、经期延迟、产后淤血。
菊花:味甘、苦,性微寒,归肺、肝经。疏散风热,清肝明目。于风热表证,温病初起,目赤肿痛,目暗昏花,头目眩晕。
槐花:味苦,性微寒。归肝、大肠经。凉血止血,清肝泻火。用于:便血,痔血,血痢,崩漏,吐血,衄血,肝热目赤,头痛眩晕。
小蓟:味甘,性凉。归肝、脾经。凉血,祛瘀,止血。治吐血,衄血,尿血,血淋,便血,血崩,急性传染性肝炎,创伤出血,疔疮,痈毒。
蜂蜜:味甘,性平;归脾、胃、肺、大肠经。调补脾胃;缓急止痛;润肺止咳;润肠通便;润肤生肌;解毒。蜂蜜中主含葡萄糖,果糖;其他还含蔗糖,糊精,有机酸,蛋白质,挥发油,蜡,花粉粒,维生素B1、B2、B6、C、K、H,淀粉酶,转入酶,过氧化酶,酯酶,生长刺激素,乙酰胆碱,烟酸,泛酸,胡萝卜素,无机元素钙、硫、磷、镁、钾、钠、碘等。
本发明以决明子为君药,栀子、山楂、菊花为臣药;槐花、小蓟辅佐上药,达到降压明目、凉血止血的功效。蜂蜜除其药用价值,还作为发酵能量,并利用决明子、山楂、菊花等发酵将所含有的微量元素和氨基酸等补充饮料中的成分,无需添加剂,即能防治血压疾病,又能提供营养元素,是名副其实的功能饮料。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过合理组方,提供了一种天然纯中药功能饮料,上述中药发酵后,消除了中药的毒副作用,通过发酵破壁,提高药效溶出,并且通过拜耳结合酵母菌和木醋杆菌发酵,将原料中含有的各种维生素和氨基酸及微量元素溶出,无需添加任何激素和化学成分,饮用不但能达到防治血压疾病的效果,同时还具有保健强身以及增强机体免疫力的功效,本产品的推广利国利民。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种降血压功能饮料,原料由以下组分按重量份组成:决明子12、栀子8、山楂 12、菊花14、槐花8、小蓟13、蜂蜜 50、白砂糖120、水9000。
将上述原料组分制成降血压的功能饮料的制备方法是:

实施例2
一种降血压功能饮料,原料由以下组分按重量份组成:决明子18、栀子10、山楂 18、菊花16、槐花12、小蓟16、蜂蜜70、白砂糖170、水11000。
将上述原料组分制成降血压的功能饮料的制备方法是:
(1)将原料组分中决明子、山楂、菊花、槐花、栀子、小蓟清洗去除杂质,放入加热容器中,加入总水量的一半煮至沸腾,自然冷却至40℃时保温;
(2)向保温的容器中加入蜂蜜、白砂糖和余量的水,搅拌均匀,而后加入混合物总量0.04%的拜耳结合酵母菌和木醋杆菌,设定温度30℃,湿度控制在29%,静止密闭培养6天;所述拜耳结合酵母菌和木醋杆菌的混合比例为1:1.2。
(3)将发酵后的混合物取出过滤,所获得的滤液灌装至饮料瓶即为成品。所述饮料瓶为塑料瓶,使用前须严格消毒处理。
实施例3
一种降血压功能饮料,原料由以下组分按重量份组成:决明子15、栀子9、山楂 15、菊花15、槐花10、小蓟15、蜂蜜 60、白砂糖150、水10000。
将上述原料组分制成降血压的功能饮料的制备方法是:
(1)将原料组分中决明子、山楂、菊花、槐花、栀子、小蓟清洗去除杂质,放入加热容器中,加入总水量的一半煮至沸腾,自然冷却至38℃时保温;
(2)向保温的容器中加入蜂蜜、白砂糖和余量的水,搅拌均匀,而后加入混合物总量0.03%的拜耳结合酵母菌和木醋杆菌,设定温度28℃,湿度控制在28%,静止密闭培养5天;所述拜耳结合酵母菌和木醋杆菌的混合比例为1:1。
(3)将发酵后的混合物取出过滤,所获得的滤液灌装至饮料瓶即为成品。
将发酵后的混合物取出过滤,所获得的滤液灌装至饮料瓶即制成防治血压的功能饮料;所用水为纯净水;所用饮料瓶为玻璃瓶,使用前须严格消毒处理。优选玻璃瓶的原因在于,发酵后的功能饮料使用金属类罐装会存在一定的溶出,以上实施例中,最佳实施例是实施例3。
本发明产品存在菌丝属于正常,适合保存温度为0~10℃,常温下放置亦不会变质,但当温度高于30℃时须放入低温保存;本发明产品开瓶即可饮用,味道甜酸适宜,符合大众口感,由于利用中药发酵,消除了中药的毒副作用,提高中药药效,并富含各种维生素和氨基酸及微量元素,将纯中药为原料,无需添加任何激素和化学成分,通过饮料解决了血压疾病的防治难题,同时又具有保健的功效,符合我国人民的健康需要,利国利民。
以上实施例的说明只用于理解本发明的原理,不理解为对本发明的限制。
Claims (7)
1.一种降血压功能饮料,其特征在于:原料由以下组分按重量份组成:决明子12~18、栀子8~10、山楂 12~18、菊花14~16、槐花8~12、小蓟13~16、蜂蜜 50~70、白砂糖120~170、水9000~11000。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降血压功能饮料,其特征在于:原料由以下组分按重量份组成:决明子15、栀子9、山楂 15、菊花15、槐花10、小蓟15、蜂蜜 60、白砂糖150、水10000。
3.如权利要求1所述的降血糖的功能饮料,其制备方法,特征在于:
(1)将原料组分中决明子、山楂、菊花、槐花、栀子、小蓟清洗去除杂质,放入加热容器中,加入总水量的一半煮至沸腾,自然冷却至35~40℃时保温;
(2)向保温的容器中加入蜂蜜、白砂糖和余量的水,搅拌均匀,而后加入混合物总量0.02~0.04%的拜耳结合酵母菌和木醋杆菌,设定温度25~30℃,湿度控制在27%~29%,静止密闭培养3~6天;
(3)将发酵后的混合物取出过滤,所获得的滤液灌装至饮料瓶即为成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的降血压功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水为纯净水。
5.根据权利要求3所述的降血压功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述饮料瓶为玻璃或塑料瓶,使用前须严格消毒处理。
6.根据权利要求3所述的降血压功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述拜耳结合酵母菌和木醋杆菌的混合比例为1:0.5~1.2。
7.根据权利要求6所述的降血压功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中自然冷却至38℃时保温;所述步骤(2)中加入混合物总量0.03%的拜耳结合酵母菌和木醋杆菌,设定温度28℃,湿度控制在28%,静止密闭培养5天;所述拜耳结合酵母菌和木醋杆菌的混合比例为1:1。
