背景技术
人造革是一种外观、手感似皮革并可代替其使用的塑料制品。通常以织物为底基,涂覆合成树脂及各种塑料添加制成。主要有PVC人造革、PU人造革和PU合成革三类。
传统的人造革表面不够光滑,因此限制了人造革的使用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种爽滑PVC人造革及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种爽滑PVC人造革,包括基布层,基布层上部设有粘合层,粘合层的上部设有发泡层,发泡层的上部设有PVC面层,PVC面层的上部设有氟橡胶层,氟橡胶层的上部耐磨面层,耐磨面层的上部设有爽滑面层,所述爽滑面层由布匹和涂覆在布匹上的混合浆料经120-150℃烘干而成,混合浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉80-90份,环氧大豆油1-3份,4-二棕榈酰脯氨酸35-45份,胶态果胶铋1-3份,爽滑剂80-90份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30~35份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10~15份,石油醚3~6份,β-苯丙烯酸0.8~ 1.2份。

S5:整体进行加温固化,再通过冷风冷却,定型和收卷。

作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述耐磨面层浆料通过高速混合机进行混合,混合温度 120-130℃,混合时间1-3H。

S4:依次将基布层、粘合层、发泡层、PVC面层、氟橡胶层、耐磨面层进行热粘合连接,耐磨面层上涂覆混合浆料,进行烘干;
S5:整体进行加温固化,再通过冷风冷却,定型和收卷。
所述混合浆料通过高速混合机进行混合,混合温度90-110℃,混合时间2-4H。
所述耐磨面层浆料通过高速混合机进行混合,混合温度120-130℃,混合时间1-3H。
所述S5中加温固化是经微波遂道炉,炉分三段,最前端第一段温度设置80-90℃,中间第二段设置110-130℃,最尾第三段设置90-100℃,加温固化的速度为3-10分钟/10码。
所述S5中定型采用冷却轴式压延。
制备过程简单,无污染,生产效率高,得到的人造革质量高,使用寿命长。

Claims (9)
1.一种爽滑PVC人造革,其特征是,包括基布层,基布层上部设有粘合层,粘合层的上部设有发泡层,发泡层的上部设有PVC面层,PVC面层的上部设有氟橡胶层,氟橡胶层的上部耐磨面层,耐磨面层的上部设有爽滑面层,所述爽滑面层由布匹和涂覆在布匹上的混合浆料经120-150℃烘干而成,混合浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉80-90份,环氧大豆油1-3份,4-二棕榈酰脯氨酸35-45份,胶态果胶铋1-3份,爽滑剂80-90份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30~35份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10~15份,石油醚3~6份,β-苯丙烯酸0.8~1.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的爽滑PVC人造革,其特征是,所述混合浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉85份,环氧大豆油2份,4-二棕榈酰脯氨酸40份,胶态果胶铋2份,爽滑剂85份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的爽滑PVC人造革,其特征是,所述耐磨面层由耐磨面层浆料经160~180℃烘干形成,所述耐磨面层浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉100-150份,柠檬酸三乙酯40-60份,二月桂酸二正辛基锡2-5份,纳米氧化锌2-5份,硬脂酸钡2-5份,三聚磷酸钠1-3份,壬二酸二辛酯10-15份,白油0.5-2份,二甲基硅油0.5-5份,二亚苄基山梨醇0.5-2份,颜料0.5-3份,苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物0.1-3份,壳聚糖0.5-3份,钛白粉0.5-2份;所述基布层由面料制成,所述面料经过抗菌防皱整理剂预处理。
4.根据权利要求3所述的爽滑PVC人造革,其特征是,所述耐磨面层浆料由以下方法制备得到:
1)取配方量的PVC树脂粉,在80~85℃、100~150r/min的加温搅拌条件下与配方量的月桂酸二正辛基锡、纳米氧化锌、硬脂酸钡混合5~10min;
2)依次加入配方量的柠檬酸三乙酯、壬二酸二辛酯、白油、二甲基硅油、二亚苄基山梨醇、三聚磷酸钠,在50~60℃、300~500r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合30~40min;3)依次加入颜料、苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物、壳聚糖、钛白粉,在30~40℃、1000~1500r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合30~60min,即得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的爽滑PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
S1:将PVC树脂粉80-90份,环氧大豆油1-3份,4-二棕榈酰脯氨酸35-45份,胶态果胶铋1-3份,爽滑剂80-90份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30~35份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10~15份,石油醚3~6份,β-苯丙烯酸0.8~1.2份进行高速混合制成混合浆料,待用;
S2:将PVC树脂粉100-150份,柠檬酸三乙酯40-60份,二月桂酸二正辛基锡2-5份,纳米氧化锌2-5份,硬脂酸钡2-5份,三聚磷酸钠1-3份,壬二酸二辛酯10-15份,白油0.5-2份,二甲基硅油0.5-5份,二亚苄基山梨醇0.5-2份,颜料0.5-3份,苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物0.1-3份,壳聚糖0.5-3份,钛白粉0.5-2份进行高速混合制成耐磨面层浆料;
S3:耐磨面层浆料经160~180℃烘干形成耐磨面层;
S4:依次将基布层、粘合层、发泡层、PVC面层、氟橡胶层、耐磨面层进行热粘合连接,耐磨面层上涂覆混合浆料,进行烘干;
S5:整体进行加温固化,再通过冷风冷却,定型和收卷。
6.根据权利要5所述的爽滑PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征是,所述混合浆料通过高速混合机进行混合,混合温度90-110℃,混合时间2-4H。
7.根据权利要5所述的爽滑PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征是,所述耐磨面层浆料通过高速混合机进行混合,混合温度120-130℃,混合时间1-3H。
