本发明涉及一种唐卡画布的制备方法,以白色棉布为基材对基材轧光处理,依次配制底层涂料和面层涂料,经自动喷涂机对基材进行两层底层涂料的喷涂后,在底层涂料层表面进行两次面层涂料的喷涂,本发明制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,与传统手工制作方法相比缩短了唐卡画布的制作时间,画布涂层厚度均匀、质地柔软,底层涂料和面层涂料中均加入有防腐抑菌组分,对画布基材形成双重防护作用,画布不易发霉,不皱裂,安全环保不易老化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种唐卡画布及其制备方法,属于画布画材技术领域。
背景技术
现有的唐卡画布的制作工艺简单而耗时长,传统的基材为卫地布或婆罗斯布或棉布。清洗后晾干绷框,将水、矿石粉、牛胶按3:2:1的比例混合后,在基布两面用毛刷手工刷涂、阴干,阴干后再在基布两面涂层上刷上一层温水淹制的白土汁。阴干后进行粗磨,用打磨石在涂层一面粗磨4-5遍,每磨一遍,都得阴干后再磨下一遍,直至表面光滑无粉尘。然后再进行细磨,在粗磨阴干后的涂层面上洒上水与少量牛胶的混合液,阴干用光滑打磨石细磨4-5遍,每磨一遍都得阴干后再磨下一遍,最后阴干完成唐卡画布工艺,至使唐卡画布绘画后颜料着色附着力不高、着色易发现色痕、易脱落、易发霉、保存时间不长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了上述问题,提供了一种质地柔软、不易发霉、涂层及颜色吸附力更高、绘画色彩鲜艳、立体感更强且保存时间长的唐卡画布及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种唐卡画布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)基材轧光:以白色棉布为基材,进入滚筒式轧光机轧光,使基布表面无杂质、无线结、光洁且平整;
(2)底层涂料制备:按重量份数计准备滑石粉35-45份、白胶15-25份、醋酸15-25份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂8-12份、蒸馏水100份、醋酸氯已定2-3份和MB-11水性涂料防腐剂8-12份,高速分散搅拌均匀;
(3)面涂层涂料制备:按重量份数计将钛白粉25-35份、滑石粉15-25份、SBS黄胶3-8份、蒸馏水75-85份,充分搅拌均匀后,再加入增光剂8-12份、明矾8-12份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂15-25份,高速分散搅拌均匀;
(4)第一层底层涂料喷涂:将轧光好的基材通过自动涂层机,将底层涂料均匀喷涂在基布表面,喷涂厚度为50μm,喷涂完毕后进入烘箱烘干;
(5)第二层底层涂料喷涂:在第一底层涂层面喷涂第二道底层涂料,喷涂厚度为40μm;
(6)第一面涂层喷涂:在底层涂料上表面喷涂第一面涂层,面涂层厚度为40μm;
(7)第二面涂层喷涂:在画布基材的第一面涂层上喷涂第二层面涂层,喷涂厚度为30μm。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中轧光温度为45-50℃,压力为20-22吨,转速为5m/min。
进一步的,所述第一底层涂层和第二底层涂层喷涂完毕进入烘箱时,烘箱温度为60℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6m/min。
进一步的,所述第一面层涂层喷涂完毕进入烘箱时,烘箱温度为80℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6米/分钟。
进一步的,所述第二面层涂层喷涂完毕进入烘箱时,烘箱温度为100℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为8米/分钟。
在底层涂料层和面涂层中的各组分:
底层涂料中添加滑石粉,即能够填充基布的纹路、缝隙也能够起到润滑作用;
醋酸氯已定作为广谱杀菌消毒剂能够增加底层涂料的防腐性能,防止画布基材被腐蚀,延长了画布的保存时间;
MB-11水性涂料防腐剂能够在画布中起到杀菌、防霉、防腐作用;
面涂料里添加了SBS黄胶,使画布具备防水,防酸碱,增加耐热、耐油性能;
面层涂层中添加的钛白粉和滑石粉使画布表面更白洁、润滑、细腻;
面层涂层中添加的增光剂和明矾,能够增加涂料的流动性,提高亮度,增强韧性,促进硫化,增加强度,杀虫灭菌,防止发霉,使唐卡绘画立体感更强,保存时间更长;
面层涂层中添加有丙烯酸酯粘合剂,使底涂料和面涂料充分溶融,增加互相吸附力和柔韧性,使画布不脱层,不皱裂。
轧光工艺的选择:
轧光温度控制为45-55℃,温度太高会造成基布纹路空隙大,影响涂层涂料的喷涂效果,温度过低则不能实现基布光洁效果,影响画布的外观;
轧光压力为20-22吨,压力过高则基布表面线结会嵌入不易剔除,压力过低则会造成线结不会脱落;轧光转速为5m/min能够保证基布处理过程中的平整度。
底涂层及面涂层不同厚度的控制:
(1)第一底层涂层的喷涂厚度为50μm,第二底层涂层的喷涂厚度为40μm;
因基材为纯棉布,具有较多的纹路,第一层底层涂层的厚度过厚则会容易发生皱裂,若厚度不够则会因为填充不满纹路而发生渗漏影响;经过第一底层涂层的喷涂后已能覆盖大部分的基材的纹路,但仍有纹路凸显,因此第二底层涂层厚度控制为40μm,不仅能够起到节约成本的效果,而且能够将基材纹路空隙全部均匀填充覆盖,若厚度过大则会增加底层厚度,成品易发生裂纹,厚度过低则达不到覆盖效果;
针对底层涂层中各组分的性能,两道底层涂料喷涂完毕后的烘干温度为60℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6m/min,第一底层涂层喷涂时温度高于60℃会造成底层涂层的吸附力下降且造成基材发黄,温度过低则基布不易干燥,影响画布的使用效果,6m/min的基布速度不会对基材拉伸造成纹路空隙增大;
第二底层涂层时烘箱温度高于60℃,降低涂层吸附力,低于60℃,不易干燥,产生表面粘连;穿过烘箱速度高于6米/分钟,干燥时间短,产生表面粘连,低于6米/分钟,基材易发黄。
(2)第一面层涂层的喷涂厚度为40μm,第二面层涂层的喷涂厚度为30μm;
第一面层涂层厚度若高于40μm,会增加画布克重,造成柔软性差,低于40μm,易导致不能均匀覆盖底涂层;第二面层涂层厚度高于30μm,会降低画布柔韧性,成品后卷布涂层面易皱裂、折痕,厚度低于30μm,第一道面涂层不能全面均匀覆盖;
第一面层涂层的烘干温度高于80℃或速度低于6米/分钟,固化速度快,会造成降低底涂和面涂的溶融值,降低吸附力;温度低于80℃或速度高于6米/分钟,干燥速度慢,易产生粘连,影响画布的使用效果;第二面层涂层的烘箱温度高于100℃或速度低于8米/分钟,水分蒸发快,受热时间长,画布易发黄。温度低于100℃或速度高于8米/分钟,会降低涂层之间的溶融值,降低吸附力。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,与传统手工制作方法相比缩短了唐卡画布的制作时间;
(2)本发明制备得到的画布涂层厚度均匀、质地柔软,画布平整性好表面光滑,底层涂料和面层涂料中均加入有防腐抑菌组分,对画布基材形成双重防护作用,画布不易发霉,不皱裂,安全环保不易老化;
(3)使用本发明制备得到的画布绘画作品更有光泽感和立体感,大幅度提高唐卡绘画的饱和度和视觉美感。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的解释和说明。
实施例1:一种唐卡画布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)基材轧光:以白色棉布为基材,进入滚筒式轧光机轧光,使基布表面无杂质、无线结、光洁且平整,轧光温度为45℃,压力为22吨,转速为5m/min;
(2)底层涂料制备:按重量份数计准备滑石粉35份、白胶15份、醋酸15份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂12份、蒸馏水100份、醋酸氯已定2份和MB-11水性涂料防腐剂8份,高速分散搅拌均匀;
(3)面涂层涂料制备:按重量份数计将钛白粉35份、滑石粉15份、SBS黄胶3份、蒸馏水85份,充分搅拌均匀后,再加入增光剂8份、明矾12份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂15份,高速分散搅拌均匀;
(4)第一层底层涂料喷涂:将轧光好的基材通过自动涂层机,将底层涂料均匀喷涂在基布表面,喷涂厚度为50μm,喷涂完毕后进入烘箱烘干,烘箱温度为60℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6m/min;
(5)第二层底层涂料喷涂:在第一底层涂层面喷涂第二道底层涂料,喷涂厚度为40μm,烘箱温度为60℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6m/min;
(6)第一面涂层喷涂:在底层涂料上表面喷涂第一面涂层,面涂层厚度为40μm,烘箱温度为80℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6米/分钟;
(7)第二面涂层喷涂:在画布基材的第一面涂层上喷涂第二层面涂层,喷涂厚度为30μm,烘箱温度为100℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为8米/分钟。
实施例2:一种唐卡画布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)基材轧光:以白色棉布为基材,进入滚筒式轧光机轧光,使基布表面无杂质、无线结、光洁且平整,轧光温度为48℃,压力为21吨,转速为5m/min;
(2)底层涂料制备:按重量份数计准备滑石粉40份、白胶20份、醋酸20份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂10份、蒸馏水100份、醋酸氯已定2.5份和MB-11水性涂料防腐剂10份,高速分散搅拌均匀;
(3)面涂层涂料制备:按重量份数计将钛白粉30份、滑石粉20份、SBS黄胶5份、蒸馏水80份,充分搅拌均匀后,再加入增光剂10份、明矾10份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂20份,高速分散搅拌均匀;
(4)第一层底层涂料喷涂:将轧光好的基材通过自动涂层机,将底层涂料均匀喷涂在基布表面,喷涂厚度为50μm,喷涂完毕后进入烘箱烘干,烘箱温度为60℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6m/min;
(5)第二层底层涂料喷涂:在第一底层涂层面喷涂第二道底层涂料,喷涂厚度为40μm,烘箱温度为60℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6m/min;
(6)第一面涂层喷涂:在底层涂料上表面喷涂第一面涂层,面涂层厚度为40μm,烘箱温度为80℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6米/分钟;
(7)第二面涂层喷涂:在画布基材的第一面涂层上喷涂第二层面涂层,喷涂厚度为30μm,烘箱温度为100℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为8米/分钟。
实施例3:一种唐卡画布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

(2)底层涂料制备:按重量份数计准备滑石粉45份、白胶25份、醋酸25份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂8份、蒸馏水100份、醋酸氯已定3份和MB-11水性涂料防腐剂12份,高速分散搅拌均匀;
(3)面涂层涂料制备:按重量份数计将钛白粉25份、滑石粉25份、SBS黄胶8份、蒸馏水75份,充分搅拌均匀后,再加入增光剂12份、明矾8份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂25份,高速分散搅拌均匀;
(4)第一层底层涂料喷涂:将轧光好的基材通过自动涂层机,将底层涂料均匀喷涂在基布表面,喷涂厚度为50μm,喷涂完毕后进入烘箱烘干,烘箱温度为60℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6m/min;
(5)第二层底层涂料喷涂:在第一底层涂层面喷涂第二道底层涂料,喷涂厚度为40μm,烘箱温度为60℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6m/min;
(6)第一面涂层喷涂:在底层涂料上表面喷涂第一面涂层,面涂层厚度为40μm,烘箱温度为80℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6米/分钟;
(7)第二面涂层喷涂:在画布基材的第一面涂层上喷涂第二层面涂层,喷涂厚度为30μm,烘箱温度为100℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为8米/分钟。
对实施例1-3制备得到的唐卡画布进行性能指标测定,检测结果如下表所示。
由表1结果可知,测试实际使用效果:
(1)本唐卡画布专门为唐卡绘画而创新制作,涂层及颜料着色在不同的压力、温度、湿度环境下,涂层不脱落、不皱裂,颜料、色粉吸附力强。
(2)本唐卡画布对各种颜料,各种色粉的使用不挑剔,适应性强。
(3)本唐卡画布在不同压力、湿度、温度环境下,不皱、不裂、柔韧性好。
(4)本唐卡画布稳定性好,环保安全,使用各种颜料或色粉绘画:显色度好,光泽感好,立体感强,在任何环境下长期保存,不变色,不发黄,不皱裂,不霉变,创新了唐卡画布应用新领域。

(3)面涂层涂料制备:按重量份数计将钛白粉25-35份、滑石粉15-25份、SBS黄胶3-8份、蒸馏水75-85份,充分搅拌均匀后,再加入增光剂8-12份、明矾8-12份、丙烯酸酯粘合剂15-25份,高速分散搅拌均匀;
(4)第一层底层涂料喷涂:将轧光好的基材通过自动涂层机,将底层涂料均匀喷涂在基布表面,喷涂厚度为50μm,喷涂完毕后进入烘箱烘干;
(5)第二层底层涂料喷涂:在第一底层涂层面喷涂第二道底层涂料,喷涂厚度为40μm;
(6)第一面涂层喷涂:在底层涂料上表面喷涂第一面涂层,面涂层厚度为40μm;
(7)第二面涂层喷涂:在画布基材的第一面涂层上喷涂第二层面涂层,喷涂厚度为30μm。
2.如权利要求1所述的唐卡画布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中轧光温度为45-50℃,压力为20-22吨,转速为5m/min。
3.如权利要求1所述的唐卡画布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一底层涂层和第二底层涂层喷涂完毕进入烘箱时,烘箱温度为60℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6m/min。
4.如权利要求1所述的唐卡画布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一面层涂层喷涂完毕进入烘箱时,烘箱温度为80℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为6米/分钟。
5.如权利要求1所述的唐卡画布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第二面层涂层喷涂完毕进入烘箱时,烘箱温度为100℃,基布穿过烘箱速度为8米/分钟。
