本发明公开了一种红木家具的加工方法包括如下步骤:1、木材烘干;2、开料房选料,配料;3、将选配好的材料送木工车间加工及组装;4、将组装后的家具送打磨车间整体打粗磨直至其表面平整光滑;5、对家具的雕花部分进行手工打磨;6、打细磨:使用细腻柔软的细砂纸对家具进行细磨,直到家具表面光滑光亮;7、使用防开裂功能的油漆上底胶,同时将家具的颜色搭配均匀;8、风干后用细砂纸对家具进行打磨,使其平整光滑;9、上底油漆;10、风干后用细砂纸对家具进行打磨,使其平整光滑;11、重复四次上述步骤9和10;12、上面漆:使用环保油漆进行上漆覆盖;13、风干后,进行上蜡,所制得的红木家具环保安全,光滑有质感。

本发明涉及一种红木家具的加工方法。
【背景技术】
传统的红木家具上漆一般是采用一般的油漆进行表面处理,其越来越不能满足国内外的环保要求。
本发明就是基于这种情况作出的。
【发明内容】
本发明目的是克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种红木家具的加工方法,该加工方法制造成本低,所生产的红木家具环保安全。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种红木家具的加工方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
A、木材烘干;
B、开料房选料,配料;
C、将选配好的材料送木工车间加工及组装;
D、将组装后的家具送打磨车间整体打粗磨直至其表面平整光滑;
E、对家具的雕花部分进行手工打磨;
F、打细磨:使用细腻柔软的细砂纸对家具进行细磨,直到家具表面光滑光亮;
G、使用防开裂功能的油漆上底胶,同时将家具的颜色搭配均匀;
H、风干后用细砂纸对家具进行打磨,使其平整光滑;
I、上底油漆;
J、风干后用细砂纸对家具进行打磨,使其平整光滑;
K、重复四次上述步骤I和J;
L、上面漆:使用环保油漆进行上漆覆盖;
M、风干后,进行上蜡。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:本发明所生产的红木家具环保安全,颜色均匀、木纹自然,光滑有质感。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
一种红木家具的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
A、木材烘干,使木材收缩稳定,防止制造成成品后的家具以后开裂;
B、开料房选料,配料,挑选颜色相近的木材,使家具本身的颜色均匀,木纹自然;
C、将选配好的材料送木工车间加工及组装;
D、将组装后的家具送打磨车间整体打粗磨直至其表面平整光滑;
E、对家具的雕花部分进行手工打磨,使雕花更加生动;
F、打细磨:使用细腻柔软的细砂纸,优选进口砂纸,对家具进行细磨,直到家具表面光滑光亮;
G、使用防开裂功能的油漆上底胶,进一步保护家具,防止家具以后开裂,同时通过上底胶将家具的颜色搭配均匀;
H、风干后用细砂纸对家具进行打磨,使其平整光滑;
I、上底油漆;
J、风干后用细砂纸对家具进行打磨,使其平整光滑;
K、重复四次上述步骤I和J;
L、上面漆:使用环保油漆进行上漆覆盖,确保用户使用环保安全;
M、风干后,进行上蜡,形成一层透明的隔离带,保护家具,便于保养,同时健康环保。
通过上述步骤加工生产出来的红木家具环保安全,颜色均匀,木材纹理自然,光滑有质感。

A、木材烘干;
B、开料房选料,配料;
C、将选配好的材料送木工车间加工及组装;
D、将组装后的家具送打磨车间整体打粗磨直至其表面平整光滑;
E、对家具的雕花部分进行手工打磨;
F、打细磨:使用细腻柔软的细砂纸对家具进行细磨,直到家具表面光滑光亮;
G、使用防开裂功能的油漆上底胶,同时将家具的颜色搭配均匀;
H、风干后用细砂纸对家具进行打磨,使其平整光滑;
I、上底油漆;
J、风干后用细砂纸对家具进行打磨,使其平整光滑;
K、重复四次上述步骤I和J;
L、上面漆:使用环保油漆进行上漆覆盖;
M、风干后,进行上蜡。
