技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造镶板的方法,该镶板由具有木质材料芯的大规格载体板分割而成。
背景技术
EP 1 454 763 A2公开了一种用于精加工木板或者木质材料板,特别是具有一个上侧和一个下侧的MDF板或者HDF板的方法,其中首先在板的上侧上涂覆三聚氰胺树脂的封闭层,封闭层上印刷装饰并然后在装饰上涂覆三聚氰胺树脂的密封层。随后在温度作用下压制板的结构,直至密封层和封闭层熔化并在封入印刷上的装饰的情况下相互连接。
DE 195 32 819 A1公开了一种用于制造具有光学可变表面的木质材料板的方法,其中在木质材料板上依次施加底涂部着色、封闭层、印刷底色和装饰印刷。印刷底色在此底涂部单色或漆封的底涂部和面漆构成。借助凹印滚筒例如以双色印刷可以在印刷底色上印刷装饰。最后在所述印刷部上可以涂覆可借助UV光硬化的多层丙烯酸盐UV漆。
DE 197 51 115 A1公开了一种用于镶板涂层的方法,其中在表面上借助印刷方法、特别是借助丝网印刷涂覆至少一个油墨层。在此方面,表面可以不处理、打磨或者预处理、特别是上光。最后所涂覆的油墨层可以通过涂层利用清漆覆盖。
在使用直接印刷工艺方面,也就是将单个层直接印刷到载体板上的结果表明,与传统加工的镶板相比,通过取消纸层减少了成品层压镶板的厚度。这一点在大规格涂层的板随后为制造镶板而分割的情况下导致流水线生产中出现问题。为确保单个镶板不会由于厚度尺寸不足而超出DIN 13329的规定,必须实行高的质量保证,这样一方面延缓了加工速度和另一方面增加了制造成本。最终导致惹恼经销商和/或者终端用户,因为直接涂层板的堆装高度与传统涂层的板明显不同。
在公知的板加工中,通常将HDF板作为载体板使用,其上侧磨掉约0.3mm。在载体板的上侧和下侧上构成压膜,其也称为压制氧化层或者防腐层。压膜在压制纤维饼时形成并通过压制板的热表面或压力机的带产生。压膜的厚度约为0.3mm。因为完全磨掉压膜和约0.1mm的芯料,以减少继续涂层之前载体板上侧上的粗糙深度,所以板必须以相应的磨削余量加厚地制成,这样对制造成本产生不利影响。为制造借助直接印刷工艺制造符合标准的厚度6mm的复合地板,载体板必须具有至少6.1mm的厚度。
压膜必须磨掉,因为在其范围内热压时进入的热量非常高,以至于粘接剂过快硬化,由此胶桥至少部分断裂并容易损坏所涂覆的层。胶桥的这种断裂使成品镶板的涂覆在载体板上的装饰和耐磨层容易揭起。这种揭起称为分层,在正常负荷和由于气候变化对木质材料典型的量值改变时就会出现这种现象。
因此对处于前面所称标准厚度公差范围内的耐磨层压镶板存在大的需求。此外存在对保护资源的制造方法的需求,其中尽可能避免由于附加的方法步骤和/或者附加的材料产生的附加成本。
发明内容
从所提出的问题出发,对开头所述用于制造镶板、特别是地板镶板的方法进行改进。
用于解决该问题的方法其特征在于以下步骤:
a)准备大规格的压光木质材料载体板,该载体板至少在其上侧具有在其制造时形成的压膜,
b)从载体板的上侧磨掉一部分压膜,
c)在载体板的上侧上涂覆三聚氰胺基的液态树脂底涂部,其中,树脂至少部分扩散到载体板的上边缘层内并至少部分透过和调质压膜的剩余区域,
d)干燥底涂部,
e)在底涂部上涂覆底漆,
f)干燥底漆,
g)涂覆至少一种富含颜料的水基漆以产生装饰,
h)干燥装饰,
i)涂覆至少一种富含耐磨颗粒和纤维素纤维的三聚氰胺基树脂的密封层,
j)干燥密封层,
k)在载体板的下侧涂覆三聚氰胺基的液态树脂底涂部,其中,树脂至少部分扩散到载体板的下边缘层内,
l)干燥底涂部,
m)在载体板的下侧上涂覆对应物,
n)在压力和温度的作用下压制层结构,
o)将载体板分割成期望宽度和长度的镶板,
p)在对置的侧边缘上设置连接机构和锁止件,以便将多个镶板无胶地连接和锁止成浮动式铺设的地板联合体。
通过该方法可以达到节省材料近5%的目的,由此节省木材、胶和加工所需能量的部分。符合标准的6mm层压镶板可以由5.8mm厚的载体板制造。在传统的制造方法中,载体板必须具有6.1mm的厚度。
通过载体板可以更薄地制成,提高了热压机的速度并因此也提高了其产出(量/单位时间)。因为压膜不完全磨掉,所以不仅取消了操作时间,这样减少了生产时间,而且磨削带的运行时间也更少。因为几乎保留最高原厚度的层,所以热压能够以较小的压力和/或者较高的速度进行。用于优化产出的热压调整窗因此变大。
通过树脂渗入载体板的上层内,一方面均衡剩余压膜的特性和同时为装饰和耐磨层产生良好的下部结构。实践表明,分层的危险在依据本发明制造的地板镶板中很小。质量得到明显改善。
作为载体板优选使用MDF板、HDF板或者木屑板。
载体板的厚度优选为5.8mm和特别是压膜优选具有约0.2mm的厚度。
优选载体板上侧上的压膜磨掉约0.1mm。由此底涂部然后可以渗透压膜0.1mm的深度。
作为耐磨颗粒优选在封闭层内使用刚玉颗粒。
分割之后将大量镶板包装成一束。
具有由木质材料、特别是MDF、HDF或者木屑制成的芯的地板镶板具有以下特征:
a)一个上侧、一个下侧和两对相对的侧边缘,
b)芯的上侧和下侧具有压制时形成的压膜,
c)上侧上的压膜比下侧上的压膜薄,
d)芯的上侧上涂覆底涂部层、底漆层、至少一个装饰层和耐磨层,
e)芯的下侧上涂覆一个底涂部层和一个对应层,
f)底涂部层至少部分渗入上侧上的压膜内。
底涂部层优选由三聚氰胺树脂组成。上侧上的压膜比下侧上的薄约0.1mm,这一点优选通过磨掉进行调整。上侧上压膜的剩余厚度优选为0.1mm。
耐磨层除了纤维素纤维外优选具有刚玉颗粒作为耐磨颗粒。
具体实施方式
下面以满足DIN 13329标准的6mm复合地板为例对依据本发明的方法进行说明。
首先准备由MDF、HDF或者木屑材料制成的、厚度约5.8mm的大规格的压光载体板。载体板在其上侧及其下侧上具有压膜,所述压膜由于热压板在压制纤维饼或者木屑饼时形成。在载体板的上侧上首先磨掉约0.1mm的压膜。然后磨削过的上侧利用三聚氰胺基的液态树脂进行底涂。树脂利用其可硬化的成分至少部分扩散到上边缘层内并且以约0.1mm透过压膜的剩余区域。由此将压膜调质。
随后进行干燥过程。将底漆层涂覆在干燥后的底涂部上并随后干燥。在干燥后的底漆层上涂覆至少一种富颜料的水基漆以产生装饰。所述装饰可以是单色、木材纹理、镜面瓷砖或者梦幻装饰。也可以设想天然石装饰。在所涂覆的装饰层干燥以后,涂覆由至少一种富耐磨颗粒和纤维素纤维的树脂构成的密封层。所述树脂以三聚氰胺基构成。随后使密封层干燥和然后将载体板的下侧用三聚氰胺基的液态树脂进行底涂,其中,树脂至少部分扩散到下边缘层内并且需要时扩散到下压膜内。所述底涂部然后完全干燥并将液态的人造树脂层作为对应层涂覆在载体板的下侧。随后在压力和温度的作用下压制该层结构。

e)在所述底涂部上涂覆底漆,

i)涂覆由至少一种富耐磨颗粒和纤维素纤维的、三聚氰胺基的树脂构成的密封层,
