本发明涉及一种家具的制作及油漆工艺，尤其涉及一种红木家具的制作及油漆工艺。
背景技术
红木家具因其材色天然和纹理宜人而受到人们的喜爱，其造型和工艺中明显的民族性是对许多收藏者最有吸引力的部分。红木家具价格昂贵，如果保养得当可以传世收藏。因此，红木家具的制作和油漆工艺也相较一般木材家具的要求要高。现有技术中的制作和油漆工艺中，油漆一般耐磨、防刮性不好，容易造成脱漆或划痕，并且木材的蜡质流失较大，造成其韧性降低，易造成抽胀、开裂等问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种红木家具的制作及油漆工艺。
为了达到以上目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：红木家具的制作及油漆工艺，它包括以下步骤：
a.对家具的毛坯料进行干燥，使其含水率为8%～15%，干燥温度为50～60℃；
b.对木料进行注蜡，使蜡完全渗入毛坯料；
c.对木料进行打磨，使其表面平整，并对需要雕刻的部位进行雕刻，再对其进行抛光；
d.对木料再次进行干燥，干燥温度为40～50℃，使其含水率为5%～8%；
e.对再次干燥后的木料上底漆，待漆干燥固化；
f.再次进行打磨、抛光；
g.将上过底漆的木料组装成家具；
h.将组装好的家具进行打磨、抛光，打磨、抛光次数不少5次；
i.在家具表面涂一层蜂蜡。
进一步地，步骤a中，干燥时间大于20天。
进一步地，步骤b中，所注蜡为100％高分子合成蜡。
通过采用上述技术方案，本发明红木家具的制作及油漆工艺，油漆耐磨、防刮，不易脱落和出现划痕；减少了木材原有蜡质的流失，最大限度地减少了木性变化而引起的抽胀、开裂，保持了木材的韧性，材质天然的纹理、色泽、气息得以保持，并且色泽温和自然；使用过程中，家具表层光泽会越来越光亮。

本实施例中的红木家具的制作及油漆工艺，它包括以下步骤：
a.对家具的毛坯料进行干燥，使其含水率为8%～15%，干燥温度为50～60℃，干燥时间大于20天；
b.对木料进行注蜡，使蜡完全渗入毛坯料，所注蜡为100％高分子合成蜡；
c.对木料进行打磨，使其表面平整，并对需要雕刻的部位进行雕刻，再对其进行抛光；
d.对木料再次进行干燥，干燥温度为40～50℃，使其含水率为5%～8%；
e.对再次干燥后的木料上底漆，并待漆干燥固化；
f.再次进行打磨、抛光；
g.将上过底漆的木料组装成家具；
h.将组装好的家具进行打磨、抛光，打磨、抛光次数不少5次；
i.在家具表面涂一层蜂蜡。

1.一种红木家具的制作及油漆工艺，其特征在于：它包括以下步骤：
a.对家具的毛坯料进行干燥，使其含水率为8%～15%，干燥温度为50～60℃；
b.对木料进行注蜡，使蜡完全渗入毛坯料；
c.对木料进行打磨，使其表面平整，并对需要雕刻的部位进行雕刻，再对其进行抛光；
d.对木料再次进行干燥，干燥温度为40～50℃，使其含水率为5%～8%；
e.对再次干燥后的木料上底漆，并待漆干燥固化；
f.再次进行打磨、抛光；
g.将上过底漆的木料组装成家具；
h.将组装好的家具进行打磨、抛光，打磨、抛光次数不少5次；
i.在家具表面涂一层蜂蜡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红木家具的制作及油漆工艺，其特征在于：步骤a中，干燥时间大于20天。
3.根据权利要求1所述的红木家具的制作及油漆工艺，其特征在于：步骤b中，所注蜡为100％高分子合成蜡。
