Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于降血脂的醋及的加工方法,它由以下物质制成:糯米、红曲、甘草、虾青素、丹参、三七、蜂蜜、干贝、山楂、芝麻醇溶提取液、陈醋和水,其100份重量份配比中:糯米20‑40,红曲2‑8,甘草4‑5,虾青素3‑5,丹参2‑5,三七1‑2,蜂蜜1‑4,干贝1‑2,山楂2‑3,芝麻醇溶提取液15‑20,陈醋15‑20,余量为水。该红曲醋配料丰富,用料比例合理,成本低廉,具有软化血管,降低血压血脂的作用,并且香味显著,味道酸而不苦涩,制作周期短,适合长期使用,上述优点极大的推进了红曲醋在市场的影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于降血脂的醋。
背景技术
目前人类社会中,心血管疾病已经成为危害人类健康,导致大量死亡的重要原因之一,红曲是以大米为原料,经红曲霉发酵而成的一种紫红色米曲,具有显著的降血脂功能。在红曲霉的发酵产物里含有淀粉酶、红曲糖化酶、红曲色素、以及多种氨基酸、有机酸等物质,对人体十分有利,具有许多用途。自古就具有药用和食用价值。2010版药典上记载:红曲,甘,性微温。归脾、大肠、肝经,具有活血祛淤、健脾消食、化浊降脂等功效。本草纲目中记载“红曲主治:消食活血、健脾燥胃、治赤白痢下水谷、酿酒破血行药势及产后恶血不尽”等。利用它来烹调、酿酒、酿醋、制作腐乳更是历史悠久。现有用于降血脂的配方有的效果不够好, 有的成本高。
发明内容
本发明就是针对现有用于降血脂的配方有的效果不够好, 有的成本高之不足,而提供一种用于降血脂的醋的配方及的制造方法,
一种用于降血脂的配方,它由以下物质制成:糯米、红曲、甘草、虾青素、丹参、三七、蜂蜜、干贝、山楂、芝麻醇溶提取液、陈醋和水, 其100份重量份配比中:糯米20-40,红曲2-8,甘草4-5,虾青素3-5,丹参2-5,三七1-2,蜂蜜1-4,干贝1-2,山楂2-3,芝麻醇溶提取液15-20,陈醋15-20,余量为水。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于降血脂的配方,其特征在于制作方法为:
(1)将糯米浸泡后进行清洗,清洗完后将糯米沥干,然后将沥干的糯米放入蒸笼内进行蒸气加热,熟化至七成熟左右,晾干后加入陈醋,将红曲、甘草、丹参、虾青素、三七、干贝、山楂磨成粉,然后将蒸熟的糯米放入发酵罐,依次加入磨成的粉末,蜂蜜,山泉水,搅拌均匀,发酵7-8天,温度保持在28-32℃,第二次加入陈醋,搅拌均匀,继续培养,直至醋酸度达到8-9,将发酵完成的发酵液与发酵渣分离,再将发酵液进行过滤提纯得到红曲醋,最后将红曲醋进行无菌处理并密封装瓶。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于降血脂的配方,其特征在于 :所述浸泡时间13-18小时;所述清洗可采用清水淘洗4-5遍;所述蒸笼蒸汽加热时间为20-25分钟
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于降血脂的配方,其特征在于:所述红曲醋的发酵过程中加入芝麻醇溶提取液15-20份,其原料重量份100份配比中:糯米20-40份,红曲2-8份,甘草4-5份,丹参2-5份,虾青素3-5,三七1-2份,蜂蜜1-4份,干贝1-2份,山楂2-3份,陈醋15-20份。
5、根据权利要求2所述的一种用于降血脂的配方,其特征在于虾青素粉末制作方法是 :将虾青素和羟丙基-β-环糊精溶解在食用乙醇中,然后再氮气环境下混合,重新分散到蒸馏水中,过滤,浓缩,结晶得到虾青素粉末。
优点: 该红曲醋配料丰富,用料比例合理,成本低廉,具有软化血管,降低血压血脂的作用,并且香味显著,味道酸而不苦涩,制作周期短,适合长期使用,上述优点极大的推进了红曲醋在市场的影响。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明公开了一种用于降血脂的醋的配方及的制造方法,其特征在于由以下物质制成:糙糯米20-40,红曲2-8,甘草3-5,丹参2-5,虾青素3-5,三七1-2,蜂蜜1-4,干贝1-2,山楂2-3,芝麻醇溶提取液15-20,陈醋15-20,余下为山泉水。
其中所述复合提取物按照以下工艺进行制备,将糙糯米浸泡后进行清洗,清洗完后将糙糯米沥干,然后将沥干的糙糯米放入蒸笼内进行蒸气加热,熟化至七成熟左右,晾干后加入陈醋,将红曲、甘草、虾青素、丹参、三七、干贝、山楂磨成粉,然后将蒸熟的糯米放入发酵罐,依次加入磨成的粉末,蜂蜜,山泉水,搅拌均匀,发酵7-8天,温度保持在28-32℃,第二次加入陈醋,搅拌均匀,继续培养,直至醋酸度达到8-9,将发酵完成的发酵液与发酵渣分离,再将发酵液进行过滤提纯得到红曲醋,最后将红曲醋进行无菌处理并密封装瓶。
实施例2
本发明公开了一种用于降血脂的醋的配方及的制造方法,其特征在于由以下物质制成:糙糯米10-20,红曲1-4,甘草2-4,丹参2-3,虾青素3-5,三七1-2,蜂蜜1-3,干贝1-2,山楂2-3,芝麻醇溶提取液7-9,陈醋10-15,余下为山泉水。
其中所述复合提取物按照以下工艺进行制备,将糙糯米浸泡后进行清洗,清洗完后将糙糯米沥干,然后将沥干的糙糯米放入蒸笼内进行蒸气加热,熟化至七成熟左右,晾干后加入陈醋,将红曲、甘草、丹参、虾青素、三七、干贝、山楂磨成粉,然后将蒸熟的糯米放入发酵罐,依次加入磨成的粉末,蜂蜜,山泉水,搅拌均匀,发酵7-8天,温度保持在28-32℃,第二次加入陈醋,搅拌均匀,继续培养,直至醋酸度达到8-9,将发酵完成的发酵液与发酵渣分离,再将发酵液进行过滤提纯得到红曲醋,最后将红曲醋进行无菌处理并密封装瓶。

1.一种用于降血脂的醋,其特征在于它由以下物质制成:糯米、红曲、甘草、虾青素、丹参、三七、蜂蜜、干贝、山楂、芝麻醇溶提取液、陈醋和水, 其100份重量份配比中:糯米20-40,红曲2-8,甘草4-5,虾青素3-5,丹参2-5,三七1-2,蜂蜜1-4,干贝1-2,山楂2-3,芝麻醇溶提取液15-20,陈醋15-20,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于降血脂的醋,其特征在于制作方法为:
