Abstract
本发明公开了一种仿绣花毡布立体涤棉柔软毛毯及其制备方法,包括酸液印花工艺与柔软整理工艺的组合,其中酸液印花通过添加脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、丙三醇、海藻糖以达到花型稳定,织物耐洗;再通过柔软整理工艺增加毛毯柔软性。本发明所述方法制备获得的仿绣花毡布立体涤棉柔软毛毯具有良好的柔软性,且手感舒适、耐久性高;本发明所述的印花工艺简单,便于操作。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种柔软性毛绒及其制备方法,具体为一种仿绣花毡布立体涤棉柔软毛毯及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着改革开发以来,我国经济水平日益上升,同时消费者对各种纺织品的需求也越来越多,且要求也越来越高。涤棉织物结合了涤纶的风格与棉织品的长处,它拥有坚挺、耐压抗皱、外形稳定、平整等优点,在各类纺织品中越来越受到人们的环境。
涤棉混纺织物烂花印花工艺原理以涤纶纤维和纤维素纤维对强酸具有不同耐酸性为基础,纤维素纤维在硫酸中水解,而涤纶具有较强耐酸性,通过适当的酸处理,对棉纤维局部炭化,再出去炭屑,即在布面上形成图案。涤纶织物的舒适性也是消费者选择的重要指标之一。黄紫娟等的调查发现,织物的柔软整理目前主要依靠柔软剂来达到效果,首先,柔软剂整理后的织物具有柔软手感是因为柔软剂附着在织物表面,产生了定向排列,降低了织物之间、纱线之间以及植物与手之间的摩擦阻力所致,柔软整理赋予织物平滑、柔软性,实际上是改变了纤维间的摩擦系数和静摩擦系数,一般静摩擦系数越小,柔软触感越好,其次柔软剂的化学结构含有柔软平滑作用的功能基团,除了这个功能之外,为了达到耐洗的效果,也有与纤维反应的基团,或发生交联的基团等。
两组分纤维的烂花印花因一种纤维的去除而使织物呈透明状,织物具有立体效果。目前,涤棉织物的烂花印花主要采用酸性法。酸性烂花印花具有人棉易烂,工艺易受控制的优点。但其过程受酸度、烘焙时间等工艺影响较大;同时柔软度是毛毯使用过程中一项较为关键的性能。因此,对涤棉毛毯进行印花、增加柔软整理工艺,以提高其商业价值是非常重要的一项任务。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:为了克服涤棉纺织品的缺陷,获得一种具有良好柔软性的毛毯,且印花成型简易,本发明提供了一种仿绣花毡布立体涤棉柔软毛毯及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种仿绣花毡布立体涤棉柔软毛毯的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
第1步,按酸浆配方调制酸浆后,进行印花工序;
其中,所述的酸浆配方,按重量份计包括:硫酸氢钠30~50份、耐酸糊料400~700份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚10~25份、丙三醇10~20份、海藻糖15~30份、去离子水50~200份。
其中,所述的酸浆调配方法如下:将硫酸氢钠放入容器内,加水搅拌充分,再依次加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、丙三醇、海藻糖、耐酸糊料,搅拌均匀,即可获得酸浆;
第2步,110℃~130℃焙烘5~10min,再用冷水、热水交替清洗2~4次;
第3步,将柔软整理剂配制为整理工作液,首先二浸二轧进行上浆,轧余率75%~85%,其次在110℃~130℃下,预烘2~4min,最后在160℃~190℃下烘焙1~4min;
其中,所述的柔软整理剂,按重量份计包括:咪唑啉季铵盐10~20份、琥珀酸十八醇酯磺酸钠15~26份、季戊四醇12~27份、壳聚糖10~25份、聚丙烯酰胺15~20份。
优选的,第1步中,所述的酸浆配方,按重量份计包括:硫酸氢钠42份、耐酸糊料580份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚12份、丙三醇15份、海藻糖20份、去离子水120份。
优选的,第2步中,120℃焙烘8min,再用冷水、热水交替清洗3次。
优选的,第3步中,将柔软整理剂配制为整理工作液,首先二浸二轧进行上浆,轧余率80%,其次在120℃下,预烘3min,最后在175℃下烘焙2min。
优选的,第3步中,所述的柔软整理剂,按重量份计包括:咪唑啉季铵盐15份、琥珀酸十八醇酯磺酸钠21份、季戊四醇23份、壳聚糖18份、聚丙烯酰胺17份。
任一所述方法制备获得的仿绣花毡布立体涤棉柔软毛毯。
有益效果:本发明所述方法制备获得的仿绣花毡布立体涤棉柔软毛毯具有良好的柔软性,且手感舒适、耐久性高;本发明所述的印花工艺简单,便于操作。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种仿绣花毡布立体涤棉柔软毛毯的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
第1步,按酸浆配方调制酸浆后,进行印花工序;
其中,所述的酸浆配方,按重量份计包括:硫酸氢钠42份、耐酸糊料580份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚12份、丙三醇15份、海藻糖20份、去离子水120份。
其中,所述的酸浆调配方法如下:将硫酸氢钠放入容器内,加水搅拌充分,再依次加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、丙三醇、海藻糖、耐酸糊料,搅拌均匀,即可获得酸浆;
第2步,120℃焙烘8min,再用冷水、热水交替清洗3次;
第3步,将柔软整理剂配制为整理工作液,首先二浸二轧进行上浆,轧余率80%,其次在120℃下,预烘3min,最后在175℃下烘焙2min;

其中,所述的酸浆调配方法如下:将硫酸氢钠放入容器内,加水搅拌充分,再依次加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、丙三醇、海藻糖、耐酸糊料,搅拌均匀,即可获得酸浆;
第2步,120℃焙烘8min,再用冷水、热水交替清洗2次;
第3步,将柔软整理剂配制为整理工作液,首先二浸二轧进行上浆,轧余率80%,其次在115℃下,预烘2min,最后在180℃下烘焙2min;
其中,所述的柔软整理剂,按重量份计包括:咪唑啉季铵盐18份、琥珀酸十八醇酯磺酸钠21份、季戊四醇22份、壳聚糖19份、聚丙烯酰胺17份。
实施例3
一种仿绣花毡布立体涤棉柔软毛毯的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
第1步,按酸浆配方调制酸浆后,进行印花工序;
其中,所述的酸浆配方,按重量份计包括:硫酸氢钠41份、耐酸糊料620份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚18份、丙三醇14份、海藻糖22份、去离子水175份。
其中,所述的酸浆调配方法如下:将硫酸氢钠放入容器内,加水搅拌充分,再依次加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、丙三醇、海藻糖、耐酸糊料,搅拌均匀,即可获得酸浆;
第2步,120℃焙烘6min,再用冷水、热水交替清洗3次;
第3步,将柔软整理剂配制为整理工作液,首先二浸二轧进行上浆,轧余率85%,其次在125℃下,预烘4min,最后在180℃下烘焙2min;
其中,所述的柔软整理剂,按重量份计包括:咪唑啉季铵盐18份、琥珀酸十八醇酯磺酸钠18份、季戊四醇22份、壳聚糖21份、聚丙烯酰胺18份。
对实施例1~3所述方法制备获得的毛毯进行性能测试,所得结果如下:

Claims (6)
1.一种仿绣花毡布立体涤棉柔软毛毯的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
第1步,按酸浆配方调制酸浆后,进行印花工序;
其中,所述的酸浆配方,按重量份计包括:硫酸氢钠30~50份、耐酸糊料400~700份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚10~25份、丙三醇10~20份、海藻糖15~30份、去离子水50~200份。
其中,所述的酸浆调配方法如下:将硫酸氢钠放入容器内,加水搅拌充分,再依次加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、丙三醇、海藻糖、耐酸糊料,搅拌均匀,即可获得酸浆;
第2步,110℃~130℃焙烘5~10min,再用冷水、热水交替清洗2~4次;
第3步,将柔软整理剂配制为整理工作液,首先二浸二轧进行上浆,轧余率75%~85%,其次在110℃~130℃下,预烘2~4min,最后在160℃~190℃下烘焙1~4min;
其中,所述的柔软整理剂,按重量份计包括:咪唑啉季铵盐10~20份、琥珀酸十八醇酯磺酸钠15~26份、季戊四醇12~27份、壳聚糖10~25份、聚丙烯酰胺15~20份。
