Abstract
本发明公开了一种多功能瑜伽服面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:配制整理剂→浸轧→预烘→焙烘→冷水洗2次→热水洗2次→烘干。本发明利用锦/粘/氨混纺瑜伽服面料在加工过程中加入不同吸湿快干、凉感、提高免疫力试剂等功能性材料,赋予瑜伽服面料的多功能性。本方法整理后的瑜伽服面料具有持久有效的凉感、吸湿快干及提高免疫力等功能,且具有较好的耐水洗性、耐摩擦性,原料为生态友好型助剂,整理工艺简单易行。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织加工领域,具体涉及一种多功能瑜伽服面料的制备方法。
背景技术
人们所穿着的瑜伽服通常采用传统的纤维,如丝织物,这种纤维做成的服装,吸湿性虽好,但当人体排汗量大时,衣服会紧贴身体,给人以湿冷的感觉,其排气性较差。为了改善传统纤维排湿性差的问题,现有做法是在面料中就是加入吸湿排汗助剂。加入该吸湿排汗助剂虽然能起到吸湿排汗作用,但持久性和耐水洗性不佳,面料经多次洗涤后,吸湿排汗效果就消失了。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种多功能瑜伽服面料的制备方法。
技术方案:一种多功能瑜伽服面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:配制整理剂→浸轧→预烘→焙烘→冷水洗2次→热水洗2次→烘干;其中:
整理剂的配方如下:
作为优化:所述的吸湿快干剂为聚乙二醇和聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的嵌段共聚物。
作为优化:所述的凉感整理剂为相变微胶囊长链烷烃脂肪、薄荷微胶囊、丝素蛋白。
作为优化:所述的粘合剂为聚氨酯类、丙烯酸酯类、聚氨酯与丙烯酸酯共聚物。
作为优化:所述的浸轧为二浸二轧,轧余率为70-80%。
作为优化:所述的预烘温度为90℃,时间为2-3min。
作为优化:所述的焙烘温度为120℃-130℃,时间为1-3min。
有益效果:本发明利用锦/粘/氨混纺瑜伽服面料在加工过程中加入不同吸湿快干、凉感、提高免疫力试剂等功能性材料,赋予瑜伽服面料的多功能性。本方法整理后的瑜伽服面料具有持久有效的凉感、吸湿快干及提高免疫力等功能,且具有较好的耐水洗性、耐摩擦性,原料为生态友好型助剂,整理工艺简单易行。
