Abstract

本发明公开了一种凉感整理剂及其制备方法与应用方法,所述凉感整理剂按重量份包括如下原料组分制成:增重剂50‑90份、凉感提升剂10‑40份、速干剂1‑10份和粘合剂10‑20份,该凉感整理剂的制备方法为将增重剂、凉感提升剂、速干剂和粘合剂混合,搅拌,并提供凉感整理剂应用于整理床品面料中的方法。本发明的凉感整理剂具有凉爽、舒适、透气性能,经整理剂配成的工作液浸轧定型得到的凉感床品面料,具有良好的热湿舒适性,能够长久的保持凉爽、舒适、透气的睡眠环境。

一种凉感整理剂及其制备方法与应用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种整理剂及其制备方法与应用方法,尤其涉及一种凉感整理剂及其制备方法与应用方法。
背景技术
现有技术主要是通过在纤维纺丝或织物后整理的过程中加入特殊的具有凉感功能的物质。常见的有玉石粉、云母粉等高导热性天然矿物质、具有吸湿吸热效果的木糖醇以及能够吸收大量热量的相变材料等。一些高导热天然矿物质对纤维强力有影响,面料手感不够柔滑;木糖醇整理的面料凉感体验不明显,需要接触足够水汽才能产生凉感,但热湿舒适性较差,易产生湿冷感;水凝胶虽可以提高织物回潮率,但锁水性也强,吸湿膨胀后织物透气性差,且一些天然高分子水凝胶不具备耐洗性。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的第一目的旨在提供一种具有凉爽、舒适、透气性能的凉感整理剂,本发明的第二目的旨在提供该凉感整理剂的制备方法,本发明的第三目的旨在提供该凉感整理剂在整理床品面料中的应用方法。
技术方案:本发明的凉感整理剂,按重量份包括如下原料组分制成:增重剂50-90份、凉感提升剂10-40份、速干剂1-10份和粘合剂10-20份。
进一步地,增重剂为联胜化学E07000、传化化工TF-642或太洋纺织TY-XS027中的一种或几种。
进一步地,凉感提升剂是薄荷甘油醚乳液、N-乙基-2,2-二异丙基丁酰胺乳液或薄荷酮甘油缩醛乳液中的一种或几种。
进一步地,速干剂是N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物、N-甲基吡咯烷酮或N,N-二甲基乙酰胺中的一种或几种。
进一步地,粘合剂为间断成膜型聚氨酯分散液。
进一步地,间断成膜型聚氨酯分散液的分子量为10000-20000,室温粘度为50-100cps,玻璃化温度为-40℃~-10℃。
进一步地,间断成膜型聚氨酯分散液为拓纳化学TANA PUR ONE。
本发明的凉感整理剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将增重剂、凉感提升剂、速干剂和粘合剂混合,搅拌。
本发明的凉感整理剂在整理床品面料中的应用方法,包括如下步骤:将凉感整理剂配制成工作液,在床品面料后整理过程中加入所述工作液,烘焙、定型,其中,工作液浓度为40-80g/L,所述床品面料带液率为70-90%。
进一步地,焙烘温度120-150℃,定型时间30-90s。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下显著优点:
本发明的凉感整理剂采用的增重剂是一类高比重聚合物,可以显著提高织物的回潮率,进而大大增加织物的比热容,夏季面料和人体皮肤接触后,能吸走更多的热量;采用的凉感提升剂是一类O/W型乳液,可以刺激皮肤神经末梢感受器,促使周围毛细血管扩张而散热,让人产生凉爽的感觉;采用的速干剂可以和纤维素上的羟基形成氢键,减少纤维上的游离羟基数,提高纤维的散湿性能,改善面料的热湿舒适性;采用的粘合剂为小分子低粘度低玻璃化温度聚氨酯分散液,具有良好的分散性和渗透性,可以在纤维表面间断成膜,将各组分牢固固着在织物表面的同时不影响织物的透气性,且手感柔软;
本发明凉感整理剂的制备方法简单,容易操作;本发明整理得到的凉感床品面料,具有良好的热湿舒适性,能够长久的保持凉爽、舒适、透气的睡眠环境。

下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
实施例1
取50份增重剂联胜化学E07000、35份凉感提升剂薄荷甘油醚乳液、5份速干剂N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物和10份粘合剂拓纳化学TANA PUR ONE(分子量为10000,室温粘度为50cps,玻璃化温度为-40℃),常温搅拌30分钟即可得到凉感整理剂。配置60g/L凉感整理剂工作液,将60s天丝面料一浸一轧,带液率70%,130℃定型60s。
实施例2
取60份增重剂联胜化学E07000、25份凉感提升剂薄荷甘油醚乳液、1份速干剂N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物和15份粘合剂拓纳化学TANA PUR ONE(分子量为20000,室温粘度为100cps,玻璃化温度为-10℃),常温搅拌30分钟即可得到凉感整理剂。配置50g/L凉感整理剂工作液,将60s天丝面料一浸一轧,带液率80%,120℃定型90s。
实施例3
取90份增重剂传化化工TF-642、40份凉感提升剂N-乙基-2,2-二异丙基丁酰胺乳液、5份速干剂N-甲基吡咯烷酮和10份粘合剂拓纳化学TANA PUR ONE(分子量为10000,室温粘度为50cps,玻璃化温度为-40℃),常温搅拌30分钟即可得到凉感整理剂。配置60g/L凉感整理剂工作液,将60s天丝面料一浸一轧,带液率80%,130℃定型60s。
实施例4
取50份增重剂联胜化学E07000、20份增重剂传化化工TF-642、5份凉感提升剂薄荷甘油醚乳液、5份凉感提升剂N-乙基-2,2-二异丙基丁酰胺乳液、5份速干剂N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物、5份速干剂N-甲基吡咯烷酮和20份粘合剂拓纳化学TANA PUR ONE(分子量为15000,室温粘度为75cps,玻璃化温度为-20℃),常温搅拌30分钟即可得到凉感整理剂。配置80g/L凉感整理剂工作液,将60s天丝面料一浸一轧,带液率90%,150℃定型30s。
实施例5
取70份增重剂太洋纺织TY-XS027、15份凉感提升剂薄荷酮甘油缩醛乳液、5份速干剂N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和10份粘合剂拓纳化学TANAPUR ONE(分子量为10000,室温粘度为50cps,玻璃化温度为-40℃),常温搅拌30分钟即可得到凉感整理剂。配置60g/L凉感整理剂工作液,将60s天丝面料一浸一轧,带液率80%,130℃定型60s。

取35份凉感提升剂薄荷甘油醚乳液、5份速干剂N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物和10份粘合剂拓纳化学TANA PUR ONE(分子量为10000,室温粘度为50cps,玻璃化温度为-40℃),常温搅拌30分钟即可得到凉感整理剂。配置60g/L凉感整理剂工作液,将60s天丝面料一浸一轧,带液率70%,130℃定型60s。

面料接触凉感评价
参照GB/T 35263-2017《纺织品接触瞬间凉感性能的检测和评价》
Qmax≥0.15[J/(cm2 .s)],可判定织物具有接触凉感性能(ΔT=15℃),且Qmax数值越大,织物接触凉感越强。

从表1可以看出,随着面料上增重剂含量的增加,面料Qmax值逐渐增大,对比例1中未加入增重剂,面料Qmax值增幅不明显。说明配方中采用的增重剂对面料的接触凉感起主导作用,且增重剂的用量越大,面料的接触凉感越强。
对比例2和实施例1相比,整理后的面料中不含凉感提升剂,手感上瞬间接触的凉感体验感明显不如含有凉感提升剂的面料。
面料散湿散热性能评价
参照Q/320683KAF12-2018《面料散湿散热性能检测方法-出汗假人法》
热阻Rt指织物对热量(非蒸发热)传递的阻力,热阻越小代表织物的散热性能越强,凉感越明显;湿阻Ret用来表征织物传递热湿蒸汽的能力,一般来说,织物的湿阻越小,则人体皮肤表面的湿气和汗液越容易透过织物,热湿舒适性就越好。

从表2数据可以看出,本发明采用的增重剂可以降低面料热阻,增强凉感;另一方面,速干剂可显著降低面料湿阻,提高热湿舒适性,对比例3中未加入速干剂,面料湿阻几乎没有变化。
面料透气性
参照GB/T 5453-1997《纺织品织物透气性的测定》
透气率R指单位时间内,织物两面在规定的压差下垂直通过织物单位面积气流的流量。透气率越大,表示面料更凉爽更舒适。

从表3数据可以看出,本发明采用的粘合剂可以在纤维表面间断成膜,将各组分牢固固着在织物表面的同时不影响织物的透气性;对比4中没有采用粘合剂,整理剂在面料表面连续成膜降低了面料透气率,且凉感功能不耐洗;对比例5中采用的普通粘合剂虽能提升凉感的耐洗性,但对面料透气率影响较大,一定程度上破坏了面料服用的舒适度。

Claims (10)

1.一种凉感整理剂,其特征在于,按重量份包括如下原料组分制成:增重剂50-90份、凉感提升剂10-40份、速干剂1-10份和粘合剂10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凉感整理剂,其特征在于:所述增重剂为联胜化学E07000、传化化工TF-642或太洋纺织TY-XS027中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的凉感整理剂,其特征在于:所述凉感提升剂是薄荷甘油醚乳液、N-乙基-2,2-二异丙基丁酰胺乳液或薄荷酮甘油缩醛乳液中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的凉感整理剂,其特征在于:所述速干剂是N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物、N-甲基吡咯烷酮或N,N-二甲基乙酰胺中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的凉感整理剂,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为间断成膜型聚氨酯分散液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的凉感整理剂,其特征在于:所述间断成膜型聚氨酯分散液的分子量为10000-20000,室温粘度为50-100cps,玻璃化温度为-40℃~-10℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的凉感整理剂,其特征在于:所述间断成膜型聚氨酯分散液为拓纳化学TANA PUR ONE。
8.一种权利要求1所述凉感整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将所述增重剂、凉感提升剂、速干剂和粘合剂混合,搅拌即得。
9.一种权利要求1所述凉感整理剂在整理床品面料中的应用方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将所述凉感整理剂配制成工作液,在床品面料后整理过程中加入所述工作液,烘焙、定型,其中,所述工作液的浓度为40-80g/L,所述床品面料的带液率为70-90%。
