人参具有多种营养保健成份,许多人喜欢用人参泡水饮用,由于人参水中的苦涩味,许多人在其中加入茶叶,但是除去苦涩味的效果不明显。
本发明的目的是要提供一种味道清香可口,不破坏人参原有营养成份的人参茶。
本发明的解决方法是将参片或小参与茶叶,木丁香花混合,制成人参木丁香茶,其中以重量百分比计算,人参为40-70%,茶叶为20-40%,木丁香花为10-20%,其中人参可以是二年参娃,冲泡后参叶漂浮水面,小参悬游水中,在品茶的同时,可欣赏参的形状。本产品不但除去了参的苦涩味,还有清沁肝脾,醒目清脑之功效,可调节和改善人体神经、消化、内分泌、血液系统的循环功能,对心血管病和脑血栓有预防作用。
