本发明公开了一种由大蒜、蜜糖、白酒制成的大蒜保键酒及其制备方法,该酒具有味美可口、清爽香甜、消毒杀菌、防癌抗癌、防痢抗痢、防治高血压、养心安神、行气暖胃、消除疲劳等综合效能,是居家、旅行必备的最佳保健饮料。

本发明涉及一种饮料及其制造方法,特别是一种大蒜保健酒及其制造方法。
目前,市场上各种各类的保健酒比较多,诸如“十全大补酒”、“人参酒”等,这些酒都属药酒类,是针对人体某些虚弱,由一些名贵中药材与酒配制的。
本发明的目的在于提供一种是由纯食物制成的,具有保健效能,且清爽香甜、味美可口的保健酒及其制造方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
是由大蒜、蜜糖、白酒制成:其重量配比为:大蒜100份、蜜糖1份、白酒100份。
其制造方法是将大蒜洗净、剥皮,捣成蒜泥,放到水里,加入少许茶叶水和蜜糖,进行除臭,除臭时间不得超过15分钟,其后倒出净干,放入缸内,按重量配比加入蜜糖和白酒,封缸口后,用上掩埋于地下,数月后取出过滤即成。
本发明的保健酒,由于所用原料为纯天然食物,加之采取了除臭工艺,;因此,味美可口,清爽香甜,同时,由于浸取了大蒜的有效成份,加之配剂了蜜糖,故具有消毒杀菌、防癌抗癌、防痢抗痢、防治高血压、养心安神、行气暖胃、消除疲劳等综合效能。
实施例:
将5000克剥皮洗净的大蒜捣成蒜泥,放到水里,加入50克茶叶水和50克蜜糖进行除臭,时间为15分钟,其后倒出净干,放入缸内,再加入50克蜜糖,5000克白酒,封好缸口,用土掩埋于地下50厘米深处,六个月后取出,进行过滤即可装瓶、包装。

1、一种大蒜保健酒,由白酒、蒜泥和蜜糖组成,其中各组份的重量配比为:蒜泥100份,蜜糖1份、白酒100份。
2、一种制造大蒜保健酒的方法,其特征在于:将大蒜洗净、剥皮、捣成蒜泥,放到水里,加入少许茶叶水和蜜糖,进行除臭;其后倒出滤干,放入缸内,按重量配比加入蜜糖和白酒,封缸口后,用土掩埋于地下,数月后取出过滤即成。
3、如权利要求2所述的大蒜保健酒制造方法,其特征在于:大蒜泥在水里除臭的时间不得超过15分钟。
