车门开度限位器设置在车门铰链的中央,并具有保持车门使得车门维持打开预定角度的功能以及当车门完全打开的时候止动车门的功能。
在此,车门开度限位器的一侧通过铰链支架而连接至车身,止动件安装在车门开度限位器的另一侧。车门开度限位器包括限位臂和滑动单元,所述限位臂具有在其表面上形成的多个凹槽,所述滑动单元在限位臂上滑动,并且在打开程度方面由于凹槽而受到止动件的限制。

发明内容
本发明的各个方面致力于提供一种用于车辆的车门开度限位器单元,其通过用润滑脂填充润滑脂腔(所述润滑脂腔设置在安装至罩体和车门内面板的基板之间)并将润滑脂连续施加至限位臂从而防止限位臂和滑块之间的异常噪声。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于车辆的车门开度限位器装置,所述车门开度限位器装置包括:
限位臂,其具有凹槽、通过铰链支架而安装在侧外面板上的第一端部和设置有止动件的第二端部;以及
滑动装置,其安装在车门内面板上,所述滑动装置沿着限位臂滑动,
其中,滑动装置包括:
基板,其安装在车门内面板上,所述基板具有基于基板的纵向方向在基板的中央形成的滑孔;
罩体,其安装在基板上,并具有通孔、第一空间部分和第二空间部分部分以及第一润滑脂腔和第二润滑脂腔,所述通孔在对应于滑孔的位置处形成,所述第一空间部分和第二空间部分在与朝向铰链支架的方向相反的方向上基于通孔的上侧和下侧突出的突出部分中形成,所述第一润滑脂腔和第二润滑脂腔通过用分隔壁分隔第一空间部分和第二空间部分而形成从而用于填充润滑脂;
第一滑块和第二滑块,所述第一滑块和第二滑块中各自具有至少一个润滑脂狭槽,所述第一滑块和第二滑块连同弹性构件设置在第一空间部分和第二空间部分中使得第一滑块和第二滑块在与限位臂的凹槽接触的状态下滑动;以及
推盖,所述推盖闭合第一润滑脂腔和第二润滑脂腔的开口端部并推动填充第一润滑脂腔和第二润滑脂腔的润滑脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的车门开度限位器装置,其中,在基板的上部和下部整体地形成固定部分,所述固定部分在宽度方向上的第一侧和第二侧朝向罩体弯曲从而固定罩体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的车门开度限位器装置,其中,在分隔壁中形成至少一个注入孔从而对应于第一空间部分和第二空间部分的每一者。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的车门开度限位器装置,其中,
当车门构造成打开或关闭的时候,滑动装置允许与止动件重复接触的推盖推动填充第一润滑脂腔和第二润滑脂腔的润滑脂,从而润滑脂经过至少一个润滑脂狭槽而供应至限位臂及第一滑块和第二滑块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的车门开度限位器装置,其中,弹性构件为安装在第一空间部分和第二空间部分处的橡胶块,所述弹性构件设置在第一滑块和第二滑块的外侧,并弹性地支撑第一滑块和第二滑块,从而将第一滑块和第二滑块压在限位臂的上部和下部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的车门开度限位器装置,其中,推盖以部分地插入第一润滑脂腔和第二润滑脂腔的每一者的开口顶端的状态固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的车门开度限位器装置,其中,推盖包括弹性材料并具有朝向止动件突出的圆形部分。
