Abstract
本发明公开一种促进泌乳的组合物,由下述重量份的原料制成:葫芦巴粉2‑10份、葛根粉30‑40份、木瓜粉40‑50份、牡蛎粉10‑20份、藻油(DHA含量70%)0.1‑0.6份。本发明公开的促进泌乳组合物优点在于:通过多种原料的合理配制,不仅可以提高产妇体内催乳素水平促进泌乳,还可以有效地增加产妇的营养补充,保证其乳汁的分泌;口感好,不油腻,可制备成饮料、固体饮料、粥类、面食、糕点等多种产品形式的食品、保健品或药品,实际应用价值较强;组合物所用原料大多被列入药食两用目录,安全有效,无毒副作用,适合哺乳期产妇长期服用。

背景技术
一直以来,母乳都被人们认为是婴儿营养的黄金标准,是0-6个月婴儿最合理的“营养配餐”,能够提供6个月内婴儿所需的所有营养。母乳含有3%-5%的脂肪,0.8%-0.9%的蛋白质,6.9%-7.2%的碳水化合物(乳糖),0.2%的矿物质,以及其他生理活性物质等,提供60-75kcal/100ml的能量。母乳中丰富的抗体和免疫蛋白等物质可增强婴儿的抗感染能力;母乳中的消化酶、乳糖酶、脂肪酶等能够促进婴儿的胃肠道消化与吸收;母乳喂养还可以减少婴儿成年后患代谢性疾病如肥胖、高血压等的几率。研究表明,母乳喂养不仅有益于婴儿的生长发育,还可以降低母亲患乳腺癌和卵巢癌的危险。
世卫组织和儿童基金会建议:产后一小时即开始母乳喂养;生命最初6个月应进行纯母乳喂养;在婴儿6个月龄时增加有足够营养和安全的补充(固体)食品,同时持续进行母乳喂养至两岁或两岁以上。《2011-2020年中国妇女儿童发展纲要》也提出健康标准:0-6个月婴儿纯母乳喂养率达到50%以上。然而,许多婴幼儿都得不到最佳喂养。比如,世界范围内,2007年至2014年只有大约36%的年龄不足六个月的婴儿得到纯母乳喂养。产后缺乳、少乳是纯母乳喂养率比较低的主要原因。
泌乳期可分为3个时期:泌乳Ⅰ期或称泌乳分化期,始于孕中期,是乳腺细胞为泌乳准备的时期;泌乳Ⅱ期也称泌乳活化期,始于产后30-40小时左右,是乳腺细胞开始大量泌乳的时期;建立泌乳(从少量初乳增加至足量泌乳)和维持泌乳阶段(足量泌乳直到停止哺乳)。其中泌乳Ⅱ期是决定能否顺利开始母乳喂养的关键,泌乳Ⅱ期的启动有3个必要条件:胎盘娩出,孕酮撤退;催乳素水平上升并维持;乳房中乳汁有效排空。
孕酮撤退是泌乳的触发点。乳汁的分泌水平主要取决于产妇体内催乳素的高低。催乳素由脑垂体前叶及某些垂体外组织器官合成分泌的多肽类激素,由199个氨基酸残基所组成,分子量为22000。其主要作用为促进乳腺发育生长,启动并维持泌乳。催乳素可以调控机体内肝脏、脂肪组织和肌肉等外周组织的营养元素优先流向乳腺,用于乳糖、乳脂和乳蛋白等营养物质的合成,增强乳腺上皮细胞的泌乳功能。适量的雌激素能够增加产妇体内催乳素的释放。
另外,摄入足够的营养对于哺乳期妇女的重要性也是不容忽视。在哺乳期产生大量乳汁的时候,蛋白质、糖类化合物、脂质、矿物质等的摄入需要明显增加。营养不足会影响乳汁的分泌量而不是乳汁的组成成分。当营样摄入不足时乳汁中的基本成分的含量不变,但是这些营养成分是来自于产妇自身的储备。例如当膳食中的钙不足时,骨骼中储备的钙会被发掘直至分泌的乳汁达到正常水平。当产妇营养不足时乳汁的分泌量会明显降低。
对于促进泌乳的产品来说,只有被机体吸收了,才有发挥作用的可能,吸收率的高低直接关系到生物学效应的发挥,因此,吸收率是评价促进泌乳效果的关键,现有的促进泌乳的产品普遍存在吸收不理想的缺陷。同时现有促进泌乳的产品只是单纯地促进垂体催乳素的分泌,通过减少泌乳抑制因子(PIF)的分泌来增加垂体催乳素(PRL)的分泌,进而激活乳腺细胞,使乳腺细胞分泌乳汁,对于哺乳期妇女营养达不到一样影响乳汁的产量,同时现有的促进泌乳的产品分散性差,容易结块。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物及其制备方法。
一种分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,原料重量份组成如下:葫芦巴粉2-10份、葛根粉30-40份、木瓜粉40-50份、牡蛎粉10-20份、藻油0.1-0.6份。
根据本发明优选的,所述的藻油中DHA含量70-80%。
根据本发明优选的,一种分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,原料重量份组成如下:葫芦巴粉4-7份、葛根粉30-36份、木瓜粉42-47份、牡蛎粉16-20份、藻油0.2-0.5份。
根据本发明优选的,一种分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,原料重量份组成如下:葫芦巴粉6份、葛根粉32份、木瓜粉45份、牡蛎粉16.6份、藻油0.4份。
根据本发明优选的,所述的葫芦巴粉是将葫芦巴炒制后清水浸泡、烘干、粉碎制得。
根据本发明优选的,所述的葛根粉是将葛根经除杂、去皮、洗涤、切块、打浆、静置、分离、烘干制得的。
根据本发明优选的,所述的木瓜粉是将木瓜除杂、去皮、去籽、切片、热烫、打浆、过滤、喷雾干燥制得的。
根据本发明优选的,所述的木瓜粉为番木瓜粉。
根据本发明优选的,所述的牡蛎粉是将牡蛎去皮清洗、匀浆、酶解、过滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥制得的。去皮清洗、匀浆、酶解、过滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥按本领域的常规技术进行。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种促进泌乳的保健品、食品或药品,以上述促进泌乳的组合物为有效成分,加入相应的配料、辅料或辅助性成分制成饮料、固体饮料、鲜汁、冲剂、颗粒剂、散剂、干粉、胶囊、软胶囊、片剂、口服液、糖浆、粥类、果冻、面食、糕点、茶类、丸剂、膏剂、奶粉、保健食品或药品。
所述辅料或辅助性成分包括食品或药学领域的稀释剂、赋形剂、填充剂、粘合剂、湿润剂、崩解剂、吸收促进剂、表面活性剂、吸附载体、润滑剂等。
根据本发明,一种分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
按配比将葫芦巴粉、葛根粉、木瓜粉、牡蛎粉、藻油混合均匀,然后辐照灭菌即得。
根据本发明,一种分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,口服使用,每日服用2-3次,每次30-40g。
葫芦巴为豆科植物葫芦巴(Trigonella foenum-graecum)的干燥成熟种子,据李时珍编撰的《本草纲目》一书中记载:味苦,大温,无毒;主治元脏虚冷气;得附子、硫黄,治肾虚冷,腹胁胀满,面色青黑;得香子、桃仁,治膀胱气甚效(嘉);治冷气疝瘕,寒湿香港脚,益右肾,暖丹田。作为一种民间传统药物,葫芦巴常作为滋补、强壮药物,开胃药和解热药使用,从未用于产妇促进泌乳。葫芦巴含有丰富的蛋白质、淀粉、维生素、甾体皂苷、生物碱、香豆素等。研究发现,薯蓣皂苷元是葫芦巴甾体皂苷的主要成份。薯蓣皂苷元结构与17β-雌二醇结构非常类似,具有雌激素样功能,可以通过两条路线诱导脑垂体前叶催乳素细胞中催乳素基因的表达。一条路线是直接通过与细胞内雌激素受体相结合来刺激脑垂体前叶催乳素的合成与分泌。第二条路线是通过抑制多巴胺受体的活性来增强腺苷酸环化酶(AC)活性,增加单磷酸腺苷的浓度(cAMP),增强cAMP依存性蛋白激酶(PKA)活性,同时增强磷脂酶C(PLC)和蛋白激酶C(PKC)的活性,最终刺激催乳素的分泌和催乳素细胞的增殖。
适量葫芦巴能够促进脑垂体催乳素的分泌,进而促进乳蛋白、乳糖和乳脂的合成。1分子的催乳素可与2分子乳腺上皮细胞膜结合型催乳素受体相结合激活受体,启动非受体型酪氨酸激酶2-信号传导及转录激活5(JAK2-STAT5)信号传导途径,最终激活反式作用因子STAT5,使其作用于乳蛋白基因启动子区的靶序列,启动或增强以乳蛋白基因启动子为作用元件的靶基因的表达,增加乳蛋白-酪蛋白的合成;刺激腺泡细胞内α乳白蛋白的合成,α乳白蛋白既是乳清蛋白中主要的钙结合蛋白,也是乳糖合成酶的一个亚基,α乳白蛋白的量增加,可以增加乳糖合成酶的合成量,使更多的半乳糖和葡萄糖合成乳糖。催乳素还可以激活肝细胞磷脂酰肌醇3激酶-蛋白激酶B(PI3K-Akt)信号通路,促进调控脂合成和转运的重要转录因子胆固醇元件结合蛋白-1c(SREBP-1c)的表达和转录活性,进而促进脂合成基因和转运基因的表达,使肝细胞甘油三酯(TG)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)的合成和分泌增多,促进肝细胞的脂合成和转运作用,为乳脂的合成提供更多的前体物。
葛根富含黄酮类化合物,比普通食物高出40倍,种类多达13种,葛根素、大豆苷元、大豆苷、金雀异黄素苷、拟雌内酯和芒柄花素等;木瓜也含有芦丁、槲皮素、柚皮素、儿茶素等黄酮类化合物。葛根和木瓜含有的黄酮类化合物都属于植物雌激素,能够与葫芦巴协同促进脑垂体前叶催乳素的合成与分泌,促进乳汁的分泌。
本发明促进泌乳组合物中的牡蛎、木瓜、葛根都具有丰富的营养物质。番木瓜是一种营养丰富的“果之珍品”,含有比鲜橙更丰富的维生素C,每100g番木瓜果肉中含有50mg维生素C,是苹果的48倍;牡蛎素有“海底牛奶”之美称,干牡蛎肉蛋白质含量高达45%~57%,牛磺酸含量高达1.3%,有助于婴幼儿脑组织和智力发育;葛根含有大量的淀粉、多糖及17种必须氨基酸、矿物质等,葛根粉中的碳水化合物能达到80%,必须氨基酸含量为316mg/100g,人体不能合成的必须氨基酸含量为62mg/100g。另外木瓜中还含有木瓜蛋白酶,能帮助消化、吸收,还可以分解蛋白质、糖类等营养素。三者相互配合可以大大提高产妇蛋白质、糖类化合物、脂质、矿物质、维生素等营养元素的补充吸收。
本发明促进泌乳组合物中的藻油中二十二碳六稀酸(DHA)含量为70%,提取自海洋微藻,未经食物链的传递,相对更安全,其EPA含量非常低,且有利于婴幼儿的吸收。DHA是大脑和视网膜的重要构成脂肪酸,在人体大脑皮层中含量高达20%,在眼睛视网膜中所占比例最大,约占50%。婴幼儿如果缺乏DHA,会影响其智力、行为、精细动作等神经功能发育及视觉发育。产妇补充充足的DHA,才能保证婴幼儿大脑和视力更好地发育。世界卫生组织建议,哺乳期妇女每日DHA摄取量为300mg。
产妇充足的营养补充也有利于保证大量乳汁的分泌。母乳中含有乳蛋白、乳糖、乳脂、维生素及矿物质等营养物质。乳中的蛋白质是由酪蛋白和乳清蛋白组成,由乳腺上皮细胞合成的,原料来自血液中的游离氨基酸,其中必须氨基酸全部从血液中摄取。乳糖是以血液中的葡萄糖为原料,在乳腺腺泡细胞中合成,分泌到腺泡腔内。乳糖是调节渗透压的重要组成部分,它可以从周围的细胞质内汲取水而维持乳汁的体积。乳脂中大部分为甘油三脂,还含有少量磷脂、胆固醇、游离脂肪酸等。乳脂中的脂肪酸一部分是由乳腺上皮细胞合成,一部分是直接从血液中摄取。乳汁中的花生四烯酸(AA)、二十二碳六稀酸(DHA)、亚油酸、亚麻酸等都是从血液中摄取的;维生素和矿物质等营养元素都是由乳腺分泌上皮细胞从血液中选择性吸收而来。
本发明促进泌乳组合物中的葫芦巴味微苦;葛根味甘甜,气清香;木瓜粉具有果味清香,味香甜;牡蛎粉食用后也常有清爽宜人的感觉。葫芦巴粉、葛根粉、木瓜粉、牡蛎粉相互组合不仅可以消除葫芦巴粉的苦味,达到入口细腻柔滑,味道清香爽口的效果,还可以调节产妇情绪,缓解产后忧郁。
本发明的有益效果在于:1)通过多种原料的合理配制,不仅可以提高产妇体内催乳素水平促进泌乳,还可以有效地增加产妇的营养补充,保证其乳汁的分泌;2)口感好,不油腻,可制备成饮料、固体饮料、粥类、面食、糕点等多种产品形式的食品、保健品或药品,实际应用价值较强;3)组合物所用原料大多被列入药食两用目录,安全有效,无毒副作用,适合哺乳期产妇长期服用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但不限于此。
实施例中的原料为市购产品,
实施例1
一种分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,原料重量份组成如下:葫芦巴粉6g,葛根粉32g、木瓜粉45g、牡蛎粉16.6g、藻油(DHA含量70%)0.4g,将上述原料100g送入混料机里,充分混匀后进行微波灭菌,得到组合物。
组合物作为固体饮料使用,食用量:每日2次,每次35g,取适量80-100度开水冲调均匀后即可食用。
实施例2
一种分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,原料重量份组成如下:葫芦巴粉5份、葛根粉33份、木瓜粉45份、牡蛎粉16.6份、藻油(DHA含量70%)0.4份,共70g,取上述原料70g与燕麦片20g,水果干10g,将原料送入混料机里,充分混匀后进行微波灭菌,制得营养粥。
营养粥后的食用量:每日2-3次,每次50g,取适量80-100度开水冲调均匀后即可食用。
实验例:
一、不同促进泌乳产品的泌乳效果
随机选取200名产妇进行对比实验,年龄段为25~40岁,分为5组,每组40人,实验周期为2周。记录产妇每天的泌乳次数,实验结果如下1:
注:1.数据显示为平均值(标准偏差);2.研究表明,葫芦巴粉每人每日的安全剂量最高为9g。
二、不同促进泌乳产品的分散性及口感
取实施例1的组合物、葫芦巴粉、葛根粉、木瓜粉、牡蛎粉各35g,分别用100ml 80-100度开水冲调,观察其冲调效果。选20位志愿者品尝并对其口感进行评分,满分为10分,20名志愿者取平均分。结果如下表:
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,原料重量份组成如下:葫芦巴粉2-10份、葛根粉30-40份、木瓜粉40-50份、牡蛎粉10-20份、藻油0.1-0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,其特征在于,所述的藻油中DHA含量70-80%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,其特征在于,原料重量份组成如下:葫芦巴粉4-7份、葛根粉30-36份、木瓜粉42-47份、牡蛎粉16-20份、藻油0.2-0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,其特征在于,原料重量份组成如下:葫芦巴粉6份、葛根粉32份、木瓜粉45份、牡蛎粉16.6份、藻油0.4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,其特征在于,所述的葫芦巴粉是将葫芦巴炒制后清水浸泡、烘干、粉碎制得。
6.根据权利要求1所述的分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,其特征在于,所述的葛根粉是将葛根经除杂、去皮、洗涤、切块、打浆、静置、分离、烘干制得的。
7.根据权利要求1所述的分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物,其特征在于,所述的木瓜粉是将木瓜除杂、去皮、去籽、切片、热烫、打浆、过滤、喷雾干燥制得的;所述的木瓜粉为番木瓜粉,所述的牡蛎粉是将牡蛎去皮清洗、匀浆、酶解、过滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥制得。
8.一种促进泌乳的保健品、食品或药品,以上述促进泌乳的组合物为有效成分,加入相应的配料、辅料或辅助性成分制成饮料、固体饮料、鲜汁、冲剂、颗粒剂、散剂、干粉、胶囊、软胶囊、片剂、口服液、糖浆、粥类、果冻、面食、糕点、茶类、丸剂、膏剂、奶粉、保健食品或药品;所述辅料或辅助性成分包括食品或药学领域的稀释剂、赋形剂、填充剂、粘合剂、湿润剂、崩解剂、吸收促进剂、表面活性剂、吸附载体、润滑剂等。
9.一种分散均匀、促进泌乳的组合物的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
