Abstract

本发明涉及一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂及其制备方法,为采用三步催化法制得的甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂,以含氟偶联剂为催干增硬剂与疏水剂,采用活泼含氟改性剂对游离甲苯二异氰酸酯捕捉反应与改性。本发明具有以下优点:合成工艺与活性含氟改性剂特殊的反应性结合,使得所述固化剂具有小于0.4%的异氰酸酯单体含量;经本发明配置的涂料完全固化后涂膜疏水性高;含氟偶联剂的加入提高了所述固化剂的硬度、耐磨性及丰满度。

Description

一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂及其制备 方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种固化剂,尤其涉及到一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂及其制备方法,属于有机合成技术领域。
技术背景
聚氨酯是涉及建材、家具、涂料、塑料、皮革和粘合剂等行业的重要材料。聚氨酯性能的优劣关系到木器家具、玩具、汽车、制革、鞋业和复合薄膜等数以千亿计的产品的质量。聚氨酯涂料的涂膜具有硬度高、韧性好、耐化学品性强和干燥速度快等优点,是性能卓越、应用最广泛的溶剂型涂料之一。
聚氨酯涂料是由两个组份构成,一个组份是以醇酸树脂、聚酯树脂和氨基树脂等为基础调配,还一个关键组份就是聚氨酯固化剂。聚氨酯固化剂由于以异氰酸酯单体为原料,难免会有一定的异氰酸酯单体。原则上异氰酸酯单体越少越好,例如,目前在木器家具涂料中,超过75%的涂料是双组份聚氨酯涂料,都要用到聚氨酯固化剂。GB18581-2001《室内装饰装修材料溶剂型木器涂料中有害物质限量》规定聚氨酯涂料中游离TDI含量不大于0.7%。游离的异氰酸酯单体有着较大的毒性,而且低游离单体固化剂具有较低的粘度、较长的釜中寿命和较长的储存期。NCO基团含量高,NCO基团含量是评价聚氨酯固化剂好坏的又一重要指标,含量越高,其后续产品性能越好。降低固化剂中未反应的异氰酸酯单体的工艺包括分子筛、溶剂萃取、薄膜蒸发法和化学合成法。
中国专利CN201310469710.4公开了一种低游离高相溶性聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,该发明先利用不同的温度条件将大部分量的游离甲苯二异氰酸酯反应掉;然后通过将游离单体在催化剂的作用下发生三聚等反应,把剩余的游离甲苯二异氰酸酯单体去除,使制备出来的固化剂产物中游离甲苯二异氰酸酯含量达到最新国标要求,而且所得产物固含高、粘度低、相容性好、稳定性好、配漆后漆膜性能不变。但是该发明固化剂配制的聚氨酯涂料完全固化后,存在疏水性能、硬度同常规固化剂未有提高,综合性能稍差。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点和不足,本发明的目的旨在提供一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂及其制备方法。
本发明所述的的一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂,为采用三步催化法制得的甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂,它以含氟偶联剂为催干增硬剂与疏水剂,采用活泼含氟改性剂对游离甲苯二异氰酸酯捕捉反应与改性,所述的氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,以重量份数计,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下,在反应器中加入50~70份甲苯二异氰酸酯、5~10份含氟改性剂、25~35份稀释剂,开启搅拌将物料搅拌均匀,加热至60~80℃,缓慢加入0.05~0.3份催化剂,60~80℃继续反应1~2h,得固化剂I;
(2)向固化剂Ⅰ中逐滴滴加0.1~0.3份催化剂、3~6份含氟偶联剂、8~15份稀释剂的混合液,0.5h~1h滴加完毕,然后60~80℃反应2~3h,每20min测量体系-NCO百分含量,当体系达到目标-NCO百分含量为16%~12%后,即得固化剂II;
(3)将5~10份活性含氟改性剂、5~10稀释剂的混合液,逐滴滴加至固化剂II中,0.5~1h滴加完毕,常温继续反应2~3h,每10min测量体系-NCO百分含量,当体系达到目标-NCO百分含量为10%~6%后,立即加入0.1~0.8份阻聚剂并降温至20℃,即得所述的氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂。
所述的含氟改性剂为全氟三羟甲基丙烷、全氟聚乙二醇、2,3,5,6-四氟-1,4-苯二甲醇、全氟-1-丁醇、全氟-1-辛醇、1,4-丁二硫醇、1H,1H,2H,2H–全氟癸硫醇、1,6-己二硫醇中的至少一种。
所述的稀释剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸异丙酯、乙二醇碳酸酯、乙二醇二甲醚、二甲亚砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、丙酮、丁酮、4-甲基-2-戊酮、环己酮中的至少一种。
所述的催化剂为碱性金属羧酸盐、有机金属化合物、含磷化合物的至少一种,优选为辛酸亚锡、环烷酸锡、环烷酸铅、环烷酸钴、马来酸二丁基锡、二乙酸二丁基锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡、三正丁基磷中的至少一种。
所述的含氟偶联剂为3,3,3三氟丙基三甲氧基硅烷、1H,1H,2H,2H-十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基-单(五氟苯基)丙基-单甲氧基硅烷、三氟甲基三甲氧基硅烷中的至少一种。
所述的活性含氟改性剂为五氟苯酚、五氟苯胺、4-溴-2-氟苯甲酸、五氟-苯甲酸中的至少一种。
所述的阻聚剂为硫酸二甲酯、对甲苯磺酸酯、苯甲酰氯、磷酸中的至少一种。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下优点:(1)所述固化剂采用三步反应催化合成而得,含氟偶联剂与活性含氟改性剂采用逐滴滴加法,合成工艺与活性含氟改性剂特殊的反应性结合,使得所述固化剂具有小于0.4%的异氰酸酯单体含量;(2)所述固化剂结构中活性含氟改性剂、含氟偶联剂、活性含氟改性剂三种含氟结构,经本发明配置的涂料完全固化后涂膜疏水性高;(3)含氟偶联剂的加入提高了所述固化剂的硬度、耐磨性及丰满度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂做进一步的描述。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。
实施例1
一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂,为采用三步催化法制得的甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂,它以含氟偶联剂为催干增硬剂与疏水剂,采用活泼含氟改性剂对游离甲苯二异氰酸酯捕捉反应与改性,所述的氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下,在反应器中加入50份甲苯二异氰酸酯、5份1,6-己二硫醇、25份乙酸乙酯,开启搅拌将物料搅拌均匀,加热至70℃,缓慢加入0.2份辛酸亚锡,70℃继续反应1.5h,得固化剂I;
(2)向固化剂Ⅰ中逐滴滴加0.3份辛酸亚锡、3份3,3,3三氟丙基三甲氧基硅烷、12份乙二醇碳酸酯的混合液,1h滴加完毕,然后70℃反应2h,每20min测量体系-NCO百分含量,当体系达到目标-NCO百分含量为15%±1%后,即得固化剂II;
(3)将5份五氟苯酚、5乙二醇二甲醚的混合液,逐滴滴加至固化剂II中,0.5h滴加完毕,常温继续反应3h,每10min测量体系-NCO百分含量,当体系达到目标-NCO百分含量为9%±1%后,立即加入0.3份阻聚剂硫酸二甲酯并降温至20℃,即得所述的氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂。
实施例2
一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂,为采用三步催化法制得的甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂,它以含氟偶联剂为催干增硬剂与疏水剂,采用活泼含氟改性剂对游离甲苯二异氰酸酯捕捉反应与改性,所述的氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下,在反应器中加入70份甲苯二异氰酸酯、10份含2,3,5,6-四氟-1,4-苯二甲醇、35份乙酸丁酯,开启搅拌将物料搅拌均匀,加热至60℃,缓慢加入0.3份二月桂酸二丁基锡,60℃继续反应2h,得固化剂I;
(2)向固化剂Ⅰ中逐滴滴加0.1份二月桂酸二丁基锡、6份二甲基-单(五氟苯基)丙基-单甲氧基硅烷、15份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的混合液,0.5h滴加完毕,然后60℃反应3h,每20min测量体系-NCO百分含量,当体系达到目标-NCO百分含量为13%±1%后,即得固化剂II;
(3)将10份五氟-苯甲酸、10环己酮的混合液,逐滴滴加至固化剂II中,1h滴加完毕,常温继续反应2h,每10min测量体系-NCO百分含量,当体系达到目标-NCO百分含量为8%±1%后,立即加入0.1份苯甲酰氯并降温至20℃,即得所述的氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂。
实施例3
一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂,为采用三步催化法制得的甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂,它以含氟偶联剂为催干增硬剂与疏水剂,采用活泼含氟改性剂对游离甲苯二异氰酸酯捕捉反应与改性,所述的氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下,在反应器中加入62份甲苯二异氰酸酯、7份全氟三羟甲基丙烷、28份乙酸异丙酯,开启搅拌将物料搅拌均匀,加热至80℃,缓慢加入0.05份环烷酸钴,80℃继续反应1h,得固化剂I;
(2)向固化剂Ⅰ中逐滴滴加0.2份环烷酸钴、5.5份三氟甲基三甲氧基硅烷、8份二甲亚砜的混合液,0.8h滴加完毕,然后80℃反应2.5h,每20min测量体系-NCO百分含量,当体系达到目标-NCO百分含量为14%±1%后,即得固化剂II;
(3)将6份五氟苯胺、84-甲基-2-戊酮的混合液,逐滴滴加至固化剂II中,0.6h滴加完毕,常温继续反应2.5h,每10min测量体系-NCO百分含量,当体系达到目标-NCO百分含量为8%±1%后,立即加入0.8份对甲苯磺酸酯并降温至20℃,即得所述的氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂。
对实施例1、2、3中固化剂作固化剂常规性能指标检测,实施例1、2、3中固化剂理化性能如下表:
将实施例1、2、3中固化剂、市售固化剂与市售醇酸树脂按照-NCO、-OH比为1:1混合,在使用前1h充分分散均匀,喷涂于木器表面,24h后性能参数如下表:

1.一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂,其特征在于,以含氟偶联剂为催干增硬剂与疏水剂,采用活泼含氟改性剂对游离甲苯二异氰酸酯捕捉反应与改性,通过三步催化法制得。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下,在反应器中加入50~70份甲苯二异氰酸酯、5~10份含氟改性剂、25~35份稀释剂,开启搅拌将物料搅拌均匀,加热至60~80℃,缓慢加入0.05~0.3份催化剂,60~80℃继续反应1~2h,得固化剂I;
(2)向固化剂Ⅰ中逐滴滴加0.1~0.3份催化剂、3~6份含氟偶联剂、8~15份稀释剂的混合液,0.5h~1h滴加完毕,然后在60~80℃反应2~3h,每20min测量体系-NCO百分含量,当体系达到目标-NCO百分含量为16%~12%后,即得固化剂II;
(3)将5~10份活性含氟改性剂、5~10稀释剂的混合液,逐滴滴加至固化剂II中,0.5~1h滴加完毕,常温继续反应2~3h,每10min测量体系-NCO百分含量,当体系达到目标-NCO百分含量为10%~6%后,立即加入0.1~0.8份阻聚剂并降温至20℃,即得所述的氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的含氟改性剂为全氟三羟甲基丙烷、全氟聚乙二醇、2,3,5,6-四氟-1,4-苯二甲醇、全氟-1-丁醇、全氟-1-辛醇、1,4-丁二硫醇、1H,1H,2H,2H–全氟癸硫醇、1,6-己二硫醇中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的稀释剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸异丙酯、乙二醇碳酸酯、乙二醇二甲醚、二甲亚砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、丙酮、丁酮、4-甲基-2-戊酮、环己酮中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为碱性金属羧酸盐、有机金属化合物、含磷化合物的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为辛酸亚锡、环烷酸锡、环烷酸铅、环烷酸钴、马来酸二丁基锡、二乙酸二丁基锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡、三正丁基磷中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的含氟偶联剂为3,3,3三氟丙基三甲氧基硅烷、1H,1H,2H,2H-十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基-单(五氟苯基)丙基-单甲氧基硅烷、三氟甲基三甲氧基硅烷中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的活性含氟改性剂为五氟苯酚、五氟苯胺、4-溴-2-氟苯甲酸、五氟-苯甲酸中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种氟改性低游离甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的阻聚剂为硫酸二甲酯、对甲苯磺酸酯、苯甲酰氯、磷酸中的至少一种。
