1. selecting 3 parts of lotus leaves, 1 part of mint leaves, 2 parts of apocynum venetum, 1 part of calendula, 1 part of rosemary, 2 parts of wintercherry and 1 part of liquorice, and uniformly mixing; grinding the mixed herbaceous plants in a grinder, and sieving the crushed herbaceous plants with a 40-mesh sieve to prepare herbaceous plant powder for later use;
2. uniformly mixing 0.03 part of marigold essential oil, 1 part of costus root extract, 1 part of preserved fruit syrup, 0.3 part of fenugreek extract and 0.4 part of tomato extract, adding 2 parts of 95% ethanol, 5 parts of glycerol and 5 parts of propylene glycol, and uniformly mixing to prepare spice liquid;
3. mixing the above herbal powder and essence solution, adding 0.2% microcrystalline fiber and 0.2% carrageenan, extrusion molding, and cutting into granules with diameter of 5.0 + -0.02 mm and height of 3.0 + -0.02 mm; and punching uniform holes on the particles to make the whole honeycomb briquette shaped, and drying until the water content is 14.5%, wherein the drying temperature is controlled within 80 ℃, and the drying time is controlled within 90 minutes.
Example 3
The low-temperature non-combustible herbaceous plant granule comprises herbaceous plant powder and spice liquid, wherein the herbaceous plant powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of mint leaf, 2 parts of lotus leaf, 1 part of radix physochlainae, 2 parts of lemon grass, 2 parts of rosemary, 2 parts of wintercherry, 1 part of liquorice and 1 part of clove, wherein the spice liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.03 part of marigold essential oil, 0.5 part of rosemary extract, 2.5 parts of preserved fruit syrup, 0.3 part of cocoa extract, 0.4 part of tomato extract, 2 parts of 95% ethanol, 5 parts of glycerol and 5 parts of propylene glycol, wherein the adding amount of the spice liquid is 20% of the weight of the herbal plant powder.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1. selecting 2 parts of lotus leaves, 1 part of mint leaves, 1 part of physochlaina roots, 2 parts of lemon grass, 2 parts of rosemary, 2 parts of wintercherry, 1 part of liquorice and 1 part of clove, and uniformly mixing; putting the mixed plants into a grinder for grinding, and sieving the ground plants by a 40-mesh sieve to prepare herbal plant powder for later use;
2. mixing flos Tagetis Erectae essential oil 0.03 parts, herba Rosmarini officinalis extract 0.5 parts, preserved fruit syrup 2.5 parts, cacao extract 0.3 parts, and fructus Lycopersici Esculenti extract 0.4 parts, adding 2 parts of 95% ethanol, 5 parts of glycerol and 5 parts of propylene glycol, and mixing to obtain essence liquid;

The low-temperature non-combustible herbaceous plant granule comprises herbaceous plant powder and spice liquid, wherein the herbaceous plant powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts of mint leaves, 4 parts of lotus leaves, 1 part of sweet osmanthus, 3 parts of lemon grass and 2 parts of wintercherry, wherein the spice liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.02 part of marigold essential oil, 0.3 part of rosemary extract, 0.5 part of preserved fruit syrup, 0.3 part of Fengwei extract, 0.1 part of medlar extract, 1 part of litsea cubeba extract, 2 parts of 95% ethanol, 5 parts of glycerol and 5 parts of propylene glycol, wherein the adding amount of the spice liquid is 25 percent of the weight of the herbal plant powder.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1. selecting and uniformly mixing 4 parts of lotus leaves, 2 parts of mint leaves, 1 part of sweet osmanthus, 2 parts of sour pulp and 3 parts of lemon grass, putting the mixed herbaceous plants into a grinder for grinding, and sieving the smashed herbaceous plants by a 40-mesh sieve to prepare herbaceous plant powder for later use;
2. uniformly mixing 0.02 part of marigold essential oil, 0.3 part of rosemary extract, 0.5 part of preserved fruit syrup, 0.3 part of Fengwei extract, 0.1 part of medlar extract and 1 part of litsea cubeba extract, adding 2 parts of 95% ethanol, 5 parts of glycerol and 5 parts of propylene glycol, and uniformly mixing to prepare spice liquid;
3. mixing the above herbal powder and essence solution, adding 0.2% microcrystalline fiber and 0.2% carrageenan, extrusion molding, cutting into granules with diameter of 5.0 + -0.02 mm and height of 3.0 + -0.02 mm, punching uniform holes on the granules to make the whole honeycomb briquette shape, and drying until water content is 14.5%, drying at 80 deg.C for 90 min.
The herbal granules in the honeycomb briquette state or the irregular state can be respectively rolled into different cigarette sticks, as shown in fig. 4-5.
The above examples only express some embodiments of the present invention, and the description is more specific and detailed, but not to be understood as the limitation of the scope of the invention, the composition and content of the herb powder and the spice liquid can be freely changed, so that the invention can freely select the combination of the herb powder and the spice liquid according to the difference of variety and taste, and the specific protection scope is determined by the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. A low-temperature non-combustion herbaceous plant particle is characterized by comprising herbaceous plant powder and spice liquid, wherein the additive amount of the spice liquid is 10% -30% of the weight of the herbaceous plant powder; wherein,
the herbaceous plant powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of mint leaves, 2-4 parts of lotus leaves, 0-2 parts of apocynum venetum, 0-1 part of honeysuckle, 0-3 parts of lemon tea, 0-1 part of calendula, 0-1 part of sweet osmanthus, 0-1 part of liquorice, 0-1 part of rosemary, 0-1 part of black nightshade, 0-1 part of clove, 0-1 part of physochlaina japonica and 1-2 parts of wintercherry;
the spice liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.02-0.03 part of marigold oil, 0.5-3 parts of preserved fruit syrup, 0-0.3 part of fenugreek extract, 0-0.3 part of Fengwei extract, 0-3 parts of litsea cubeba extract, 0-2 parts of elecampane extract, 0-0.3 part of cocoa extract, 0-1 part of rosemary extract, 0-1 part of medlar extract, 0-1 part of tomato extract and 9 parts of food-grade alcohol solvent.
2. The low temperature non-burning herbaceous particles as claimed in claim 1, wherein said food grade alcohol solvent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts of edible ethanol with the mass concentration of 95%, 5 parts of glycerol and 5 parts of propylene glycol.
3. A preparation method of low-temperature non-combustible herbaceous particles is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) screening herbaceous plants: according to the variety of the pre-prepared suction particles, herbal plant raw materials are selected from mint leaves, lotus leaves, physochlaina japonica, honeysuckle, wintercherry, calendula, liquorice, rosemary, clove, apocynum venetum, black nightshade, lemon grass and sweet osmanthus and are combined, and the selected components and the parts by weight are as follows: 1-2 parts of mint leaves, 2-4 parts of lotus leaves, 0-2 parts of apocynum venetum, 0-1 part of honeysuckle, 0-3 parts of lemon tea, 0-1 part of calendula, 0-1 part of sweet osmanthus, 0-1 part of liquorice, 0-1 part of rosemary, 0-1 part of black nightshade, 0-1 part of clove, 0-1 part of physochlaina japonica and 1-2 parts of wintercherry;
(2) crushing herbaceous plants: crushing the herbaceous plants by a grinder, and sieving by a 40-mesh sieve to obtain herbaceous plant powder for later use;
(3) preparing spice liquid: selecting spices from marigold oil, an elecampane extract, preserved fruit syrup, a fenugreek extract, a Fengwei extract, a litsea cubeba extract, a cocoa extract, a rosemary extract, a medlar extract and a tomato extract for combination, then adding 9 parts of food-grade alcohol solvent, mixing and stirring uniformly to prepare spice liquid for later use; the components in parts by weight are as follows: 0.02-0.03 part of marigold oil, 0.5-3 parts of preserved fruit syrup, 0-0.3 part of fenugreek extract, 0-0.3 part of Fengwei extract, 0-3 parts of litsea cubeba extract, 0-2 parts of elecampane extract, 0-0.3 part of cocoa extract, 0-1 part of rosemary extract, 0-1 part of medlar extract and 0-1 part of tomato extract;
(4) mixing and compounding: adding the spice liquid into the herbaceous plant powder, and uniformly stirring to enrich the fragrance of the product, and adjust the smoking taste, wherein the adding amount of the spice liquid is 10-30% of the weight of the herbaceous plant powder;
(5) molding: sequentially adding microcrystalline cellulose and carrageenan accounting for 0.1-0.2% of the weight of the herbal powder into the herbal powder compounded with the spice liquid, and then carrying out extrusion molding or fluidized bed granulation on the mixed material through an extruder to obtain a primary product; then, cutting a primary product obtained by extrusion molding of an extruder into particles with the diameter of 5.0 +/-0.02 mm and the height of 3.0 +/-0.02 mm, simultaneously punching uniform holes on the particles to enable the particles to have the shape of honeycomb briquette, and preparing particles with irregular shapes by using a fluidized bed granulator;
(6) drying: drying the prepared honeycomb briquette-shaped particles or irregular-shaped particles until the moisture content is 14-18% to obtain the low-temperature non-combustible herbaceous particle product.
4. The low temperature non-burning herbaceous particles as claimed in claim 3, wherein said food grade alcohol solvent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts of edible ethanol with the mass concentration of 95%, 5 parts of glycerol and 5 parts of propylene glycol.
5. The low-temperature non-combustible herbaceous pellet as claimed in claim 3, wherein the drying process of step (6) is carried out at a drying temperature of 80 ℃ for a drying time of 90 minutes.
