Method for preparing non-burning cigarette by using corn bract fiber
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cigarette processing and production, relates to production of non-combustible cigarettes, and particularly relates to a method for preparing the non-combustible cigarettes by using corn bract fibers.
Background
Upon combustion, the cigarette undergoes three combustion zones, namely a pyrolysis zone, and a dry distillation zone. Harmful substances in cigarette smoke are mainly generated in a cracking zone and a pyrolysis zone. The cigarette is not burnt, namely the cigarette is not ignited, and an external heat source is used for providing a dry distillation environment for the cigarette to assist in evaporating smoke for smoking. The non-combustible cigarette has no cracking and pyrolysis combustion sections, and effectively reduces the harmfulness of smoking.
At present, the non-combustible cigarette is mostly made by rolling tobacco sheets, but the tobacco sheets are still tobacco products (made by rolling tobacco stems and tobacco powder in the tobacco processing process or making the tobacco sheets by a thick pulp method), and the harmfulness of smoking the tobacco cannot be completely avoided; in addition, the process of preparing the tobacco sheet is also a highly polluting and energy-consuming process, and has no sustainable development. If a natural plant capable of replacing tobacco sheets can be found to produce the non-combustible cigarette, the cigarette has great significance for smoking, health, resource and saving, and nature and environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for preparing a non-combustion cigarette by using corn bract fibers by replacing tobacco with non-tobacco plant fibers (corn bract fibers).
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a method for preparing a non-combustible cigarette by using corn bract fibers is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. preparing corn bract fiber:
1) taking corn bracts with inner layer leaf with tooth yellow, and controlling the water content of the corn bracts to be 12% +/-1%;
2) crushing the corn bracts by using a plant crusher (with the diameter of a sieve pore of 10 mm), only retaining the fibers with the length of less than 10mm in the bracts, continuously cutting the fibers with the length of less than 10mm into fibers with the length of 3mm-10mm (screening the fibers with the length of less than 3mm, the broken powder and the powder), preparing the fibers with the length of 3mm-10mm and the diameter of 0.05-0.6mm, and obtaining the corn bracts fibers with ivory appearance;
3) soaking the corn bract fiber (the corn bract fiber is of a hollow structure and has strong adsorbability) prepared in the step 2) in spice (common spice in the tobacco field), wherein the soaking time of the corn bract fiber in the spice is 3-4 hours, then fishing out and draining, and balancing the water to 16% +/-1% in a constant temperature environment at 25 ℃ for later use;
b. rolling the corn bract fibers prepared in the step 3) into cigarette sticks by using aluminum foil paper by adopting a traditional cigarette process and equipment;
c. combining the tobacco rod and the cigarette holder by the tipping paper to obtain the non-combustible cigarette.
Preferably, the diameter of the corn bract fiber prepared in the step 2) is 0.05-0.1mm, 0.4-0.6 mm.
The spice is prepared from natural spice extract (one or more of tamarind fruit extract, fig extract, plum extract, apricot extract, grape extract, red date extract, cocoa extract, hawthorn extract, orange juice, apple juice and spice extract) by blending with glycerol (glycerol) and water as solvent, wherein the fruit extract and the spice provide and supplement fragrance for non-combustible cigarettes, and the glycerol provides smoke for the non-combustible cigarettes.
The corn bract (corn cob wrapper) is rich in two main substances eager for tobacco, namely xylitol sweet substances and popcorn fragrant pyrazine substances, and the xylitol sweet substances have fresh and sweet fragrance and moist taste and can improve the fragrance quality and moist feeling of smoke; the pyrazine substance with popcorn fragrance can improve the fragrance amount and fragrance quality of smoke. In view of the fact that the quality of the corn bract and the tobacco is not matched with each other, the corn bract is selected as a substitute of the tobacco sheet to manufacture the non-combustible cigarette.
The invention has the beneficial effects that 1, the harmfulness of smoking tobacco is avoided, and the non-combustible cigarette prepared by the method has better smoking quality; 2. the method for preparing the non-combustible cigarette is a pure physical method, has friendly production process and reduces energy consumption and pollution; 3. the utilization rate of the corn bracts is improved, the added value of agricultural products is increased, and the recycling of the corn bracts conforms to the national industrial development policy.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments

A method for preparing non-burning cigarettes by using corn bract fibers comprises the following specific implementation steps:

1. Crushing corn bracts with water content of 12 +/-1% by using a plant crusher with a sieve pore diameter of 10mm, only retaining fibers with the length of less than 10mm in the bracts, cutting the fibers with the length of less than 10mm into fibers with the length of 3mm-10mm, and screening out the fibers with the length of less than 3mm, powder and powder to prepare fibers with the length of 3mm-10mm and the diameter of 0.05-0.1mm, so as to obtain the corn bracts fibers with ivory appearance;
2. soaking the prepared corn bract fiber in the prepared spice for 3-4 hours, fishing out and draining, and then putting the corn bract fiber in a constant temperature environment with the ambient temperature of 25 ℃ to balance the water content to 16 +/-1% for later use;
3. the method comprises the steps of adopting a common tobacco shred feeder, a cigarette making machine and a filter tip assembler, rolling corn bract fibers into tobacco strips with the diameter of 7mm and the length of 20mm by using aluminum foil paper, then compounding the tobacco strips and the filter tips into cigarettes by using tipping paper, wherein the length of the filter tip is 25mm, the length of the whole cigarette is 45mm, and the dry distillation temperature of an external heat source adopted by the cigarettes is 350 +/-50 ℃.
Example 2
1. Crushing corn bracts with water content of 12 +/-1% by using a plant crusher with a sieve pore diameter of 10mm, only retaining fibers with the length of less than 10mm in the bracts, cutting the fibers with the length of less than 10mm into fibers with the length of 3mm-10mm, and screening the fibers with the length of less than 3mm, powder and powder to prepare fibers with the length of 3mm-10mm and the diameter of 0.05-0.1mm, namely the corn bracts with ivory appearance;

3. the corn bract fiber is pressed into a cylinder with the length of 20mm and the diameter of 7mm and a loose structure by an extrusion molding machine, the central core of the cylinder is provided with a hole with the diameter of 1 mm-1.2 mm, then the cylinder is wrapped into a tobacco rod by aluminum foil paper by adopting special equipment, the tobacco rod and a filter tip are compounded into a cigarette by tipping machine, the length of the filter tip is 25mm, the length of the cigarette is 45mm, and the dry distillation temperature of an external heat source adopted by the cigarette is 400 +/-50 ℃.
Example 3
1.
